All great empires and civilizations rise and collapse, history gives us an insight into such empires. If you are a historian – the collapse of America has always been predicted, however the when and how has always been a crapshoot. However, I am beginning to see a clearer picture as to how this will happen and as for when – it might be as close as June of 2012. How am I coming to this conclusion? Well it is simple, I had to go back and look up the ramblings of a so called failed Russian diplomat turned prophet.

From what was first considered to be disinformation is now becoming self fulfilling prophecy and the uncomfortable thing is that most people ignored it as we were all being swept away by the apotheosis of Barack Obama. Just after the election in 2008 there was a dire warning to the United States published in the Pravda news paper and eventually the story made its way to British papers, Israeli papers and Al Jazeera.
Igor Panarin, a professor at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian foreign affairs ministry, made a dark prediction about the United States in its present form collapsing. He cited that economic turmoil in the US had confirmed his long-held belief that the country was heading for extinction.
He then outlined what we could expect to see. He stated that in the beginning the United States would engage in the process of disintegration by dividing itself along ethnic and cultural lines.
He seemed to be the most concerned about the Pacific coast with its growing Chinese population; and the increasingly Hispanic South clashing with other minorities. He said that hard economic times would spark a class war and then there would be a racial cold war that could eventually lead to an openly civil war that would need the assistance of the foreign military complex.
Panarin also stated that in the future that confidence in the United States would dwindle worldwide and that China would be the financial regulator of the world and the model for globalism.
By 2011 Panarin had been written off as a failed prophet. Many American journalists and analysts stated that what he had said his predictions were based on wishful thinking. They stated that Panarin’s comments were well accepted worldwide because it confirmed what the world wanted to hear and that is the failure of a strong America.
Many were accusing Panarin of sour grapes because Russia had blamed the United States for their woes through the 1990’s. As a year passed after he made his statements and there was rally no reason to declare the United States as extinct, once again we all went about our business as usual in the Apocalypse.
We witnessed the media driven apotheosis of Barack Obama, where a man who was already quite enamored with himself was elevated to Godhood and messianic stature.
Obama never discouraged this apotheosis, he relished in it. He created an entire enterprise based on hope, change and messianic charisma.
During his campaign he was pitched as the deliverer, prophet, and pipeline to divine intervention. He had single handedly convinced an entire nation that he could make things better by reviving a dead economy, reverse draconian proposals from the previous administration, create a socialized health care system and win the peace in a war effort that was created on fraudulent exaggeration.
The election of Barack Obama had managed to fit very well in a twisted Luciferian apotheosis model that has been produced behind the scenes. It represented the nihilism, narcissism, utilitarianism and malignant selfishness that Americans have accepted as “business as usual” and now they will not part with their new found spiritual pathocracy. Evil has been adjusted to not only fit the moment but to appease the purveyors of the New World Order.
The Obama administration after all of its broken promises and failed policies is cocksure that whatever they do the American people will remain complacent and will approve. It is assumed that they will accept and support policies that are for the betterment of those in power. That is why the endgame will be and always has been “The plan for the Grand Design of God on earth,” a global government rooted in recognition of universal interdependence acting on behalf of “the faith” in sustainable global survival.
With regards to the global government and how it can be accomplished there is a quote that is found from the Priory of Zion that says undefinedWho and what is in a position to overthrow an invisible force? And this is precisely what our force is.”
There has always been the shadow government, and the United States has only functioned because it has been allowed to do so under the direction of the Council on Foreign relations and other groups that secretly control governments and their livelihoods.
The greater conspiracy has been the “open conditioning and coercion process” that has taken decades to implement and program into the critical mass. Overt criminality by leaders and passive, unclear thinking by the proletariat has become the norm in The United States. The two go together, creating a symbiotic ecosystem of tyranny. Fraud, theft, and murder have become widespread; just as the scale of lies told and believed have reached new heights. Irresponsibility has become socialized while people in the honest pursuit of good get thwarted. The transition from one form of government to another will be negligible because of forces we cannot and do not know how to fight against.
Circumstantial proceedings and plans are being forged and will be presented soon. The timeline for these activities has been postponed so many times that there is a mounting eagerness to proceed with the global plan. There seems to be a clearer picture coming into view and there is going to be the finalizing of the globalist plans when the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, undefinedRio +20undefined, will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from June 20 through 22 2012. The meeting will be led by led by UN Conference Secretary-General of Rio+20, Sha Zukang who was a member of the communist dictatorship ruling mainland China,
Sha Zukang has been one of the notorious “planners” at the United Nations for a sustainability framework based on the Chinese Model. This is the Chinese framework that I have spoken of since 2009 as the government of the proposed New World Order.
Last year Zukang said that the main objective for the Rio+20 conferences will be to solidify support from governments around the world in the global pursuit of “sustainable development.” They are now speeding the process to require the creation of an “institutional framework” — otherwise known as the global enforcement bureaucracy to mandate compliance by the world’s national governments and populations.
For your own research on the conference you can read the 204 page document of the agenda entitled undefinedWorking Towards a Balanced and Inclusive Green Economy, A United Nations System-Wide Perspective,” which of course is detailed as “the green economy in the context of sustainable development and poverty eradication.” This of course is crucial in setting the foundation for global environmental governance. This is of course the cornerstone for the New World Order globalist agenda.
Among other countries, the report particularly praises China as “a good example of combining investments and public policy incentives to encourage major advances in the development of cleaner technologies.”
The summit will debate the issues of a greener economy worldwide with the debate centered on carbon taxes, transfers of trillions of dollars from wealthy countries to poor ones, and new spending programs to guarantee that populations around the world are protected-from the effects of the very programs the world organization wants to implement.
The Obama administration fully supports this agenda and is involved with the structuring of a global policy that will not sit well with most Americans who value their sovereignty and believe in the myth that their tax dollars go to services provided by Government to programs within the United States.
According to Jeffery Klein an economist analyst from Michigan, the entire agenda includes demands that if implemented in the United states will directly change our lifestyles.
He cites the guidelines provided by U.N, General Secretary Ban Ki Moon that will create “profound changes in economic systems, in resource efficiency, in the composition of global demand, in production and consumption patterns and a major transformation in public policy-making.” It will also require “a serious rethinking of lifestyles in developed countries.”

However, instead of the UN overthrowing the capitalist system, it simply wants to tie it to a leash and be subject to the UN . undefineddictatorship of the proletariat,undefined to redistribute wealth around the world to undefinedmagically elevate the poverty class to the middle class.

In various speeches provided by Barack Obama in the beginning of his presidency the United States was of course being sold out to globalists. He constantly has been nailing into the minds of Americans that we are now preparing to “finish the work of perfecting our union.” Referring to America as an “unfinished working” or “ a union that is about to be perfected.” The union would not be for the benefit of the sovereign, it was hinted at the global citizen model and the Chinese model. It is now evident that this is the mission of the United Nations sustainability agenda, a new world of redistributed wealth, and the threat of global catastrophe as the reason for drastic measures and a more communist world government.
This all rings similar to a successful campaign provided by the Nazis where they introduced a romantic nationalistic green ideology declaring that the German master race would purify itself by taking the German landscape away from the asphalt culture of the big cities and free market capitalism.
The ideology of “Blood and Soil” or Blut und Boden was not nearly as far reaching as its own laws maintained. This should not be surprising since the Nazis were undoubtedly far more interested in using environmental laws to restrict Jews, capitalism and private property, not their own national socialist agenda. Their idea of global sustainability of course was eliminating the carbon footprints of 6 million Jews.
History of course is showing that it can be forgotten and the same agendas can be revived because the critical mass has developed astigmatism towards the machinations of a globalist hijacking of the planet.
