It was 220 years ago this day that the Bill of rights was added to the Constitution of the United States. It is also on the 220th anniversary that the Senate began killing them and the President promises to dig the grave and bury those rights. The fourth amendment protecting you from unlawful search and seizure will be excised. The Fifth Amendment guaranteeing you due process, also the fourteenth amendment is being subverted. The sixth amendment gives you the right to a speedy trial by an impartial Jury this too no longer applies. The eighth amendment concerning bail can also be ignored in this New World order plan.

When I lived in Buenos Aries during the final throes of the dirty war I couldn’t possibly know how devastating it was for them to see their democracy fail. I had the prejudice that South American countries were used to dictatorships and coups and at first really couldn’t develop a perfect empathy for their plight.
I grew out of my prejudice and learned that being an ugly American was not what I wanted to be. I learned quick about how it all fell apart.
I realized that their constitution was actually patterned after ours. It was done this way because at the time their forefathers saw the potential of what could be. They saw the shining city on the hill that they wanted to become. As with any utopia, the mob will somehow try to undermine what can be a system that works if the people choose to have the will to power and not falter in their desire for life liberty and the pursuit of a unified happiness where we as brothers should be keepers of freedom and the value it has. It can’t be merely a catch phrase in a political sound bite, or a refrain from some patriotic anthem. It has to be truly exercised and believed in as a force that gives confidence and the strength to stand tall without shame and utilize example as a way to spread the light rather than brute force and military force.
Argentina lost their democracy at the hands of the Military’s executive plans to govern and create a war in their homeland. They spread the fear of subversives and terror in order to gain the support from people who feared that they needed to be protected from the phantoms created by the government in power.
The Passing of the National Defense Authorization act (NDAA) bill demonstrates the lack of morality from our leaders and the silence from the people demonstrates a lack of being informed by a media that is now the mouthpiece of the empire.
When you turn a country into a battlefield everyone is suspect. You begin to see people disappear, journalists, artists, playwrights, musicians anyone who expresses their anger and fear over a world out of control.
We sit in front of our computers, our televisions, in front of our radios, We sit, We sit and we take it every day. Probably it is because we see people being shot, people being beaten to death. We scream out “someone needs to do something!” I never hear anymore the words “I need to do something.”
You see it seems that the electronic haze and the drug induced servitude have done well for the elite. They now know that the media and the internet is the tool that can be used to change the attitudes of Americans and anyone who puts out information that is forbidden will be shut down.
An Internet kill switch and power grid control will be the next step in controlling the people. If you need any more proof of this next move you can take a look at stories of countries who now know how to flip the Internet Kill switch to stop the spread of anti-government propaganda.
In March of 2011 the country of Libya found a way to kill off any access to internet. Egypt also fell into a black hole. In order to setback any subversive activity in the bay area The Bart system was able to zero in on cell phones and shut them down as well.
Senators Joseph Lieberman, Susan Collins and Thomas Carper introduced the controversial “Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act of 2010″. Once again we saw some hidden legislation which gave the president the power to “authorize emergency measures to protect the nation’s most critical infrastructure if a cyber vulnerability is being exploited or is about to be exploited.” It became known as the Internet “kill switch” bill even though the words ‘kill’ and ‘switch’ are not found in the bill.
Free and open communication cannot stand in the new police state they are proposing. It is the backbone of protests around the world and as I reported the White house was preparing the world for an internet overhaul mentioning that recent terror attacks on US soil were all inspired by internet extremists. So far I have not been able to determine what those attacks on U.S. soil were and what internet extremism has triggered such attacks.
However the Whitehouse has issued the warning and will proceed now that the military executive has been employed. Protect-IP is the next Hegelian ploy for the White house to convince people that there needs to be controls and filters to open and free communication. It will make the internet less safe and will make it easier for unscrupulous governments to impose free speech directives.
The White House has now issued, a new strategy aimed at battling the perceived threat of homegrown terrorism in the U.S. The program according to the Whitehouse aims to empower communities by teaching local officials to recognize violent extremism and see the threat as a public safety issue, like the battle against gangs and drugs.
The White house now says that the plan comes as the terrorism threat against the U.S. continues to evolve. The Whitehouse says “All eyes used to be trained on al-Qaida in Pakistan” Furthermore according to the Whitehouse the attacks have come from violent extremists here in the U.S. who picked up radical ideas from the Internet. The question is what attacks have been inspired by extremists on the internet?
President Obama released an implementation plan for efforts to counter “homegrown” violent extremism within the United States. The 20-page document, known as the Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP), is a follow up to the National Strategy on Empowering Local Partners to Prevent Violent Extremism in the United States, which was released by the White House in August 2011.
The SIP is the blueprint for how our nation will implement the Domestic Strategy on Countering Violent Extremism (CVE), the first U.S. Government strategy to address violent extremism in the Homeland.
Is the wording in this document an announcement of a predetermined threat? Is this another attempt by the Obama Whitehouse to create a reverse causality? The wording of the press release is suspect and makes serious accusations about attacks on US soil inspired by internet extremism.

The Congress and the President have now completed a law that would have horrified the framers of our constitution. They are now waiting for the go ahead to go through the internet and filter out anything they see as seditious.
Our forefathers would have expected American citizens to March in the streets defending their freedoms. However it has now passed with a yawn and nothing being said in the press of what it means to the bill of rights. Nothing is being detailed about the next place the freedoms will be silenced and that is the people’s press,
To all those who have said that I was overreacting and that there were provisions in the bill that would bar the detainment of American citizens, I would like to point out that Senator Levin, Chairman of the Armed Services
Committee stated that “The language which precluded the application of Section 1031 to American citizens was in the bill that we originally approved … and the administration asked us to remove the language which says that U.S. citizens and lawful residents would not be subject to this section.”
This means you are the enemy.
