THE NON LETHAL BUZZ KILL

As we watched the provoking of Police and the use of nonlethal force on protesters in Oakland it may not come as a surprise that most of the new non lethal weapons used are not tested before they are used for crowd control and the apprehending of citizen’s that are considered criminals or combatants. Things like gas grenades, bean bags that are fired from shotguns and stinger balls are not tested before they are used on the street.

There is only one lab that attempts to test non lethal weapons in fort Meyer’s Florida. The ATF issues licenses to make new weapons and these non lethal are big business. These non lethal are not meant for terrorists. They meant for American citizens and the only testing they get is during any civil disobedience, riot or protest by police agencies.
The Weapons and equipment Research Institute admits that almost anything that is non lethal can kill and that is why they established a center to test the effectiveness of the weapons and how to make them less likely to kill or maim. However manufactures of these so called non lethal weapons claim that they test their weaponry however most likely that this claim is a sales pitch for law enforcement to buy up these weapons. There is no federal agency that tests these weapons. There are independent tester’s looking for federal grants to test these however there is no government interest in these tests.
The only way to know for sure if these weapons are effective and or safe is to use them on American citizens. Now while American citizens who decide to protest know all too well what these non lethal weapons can do on Americans, imagine what non lethal weapons are doing to the enemy. These so called non lethal weapons are reported to be far more horrifying than what we see here in American streets,
Details of various directed energy weapons used by US forces in the Middle east to knock out electronics, induce psychological passivity, and possibly even melt people and vehicles remain under tight military security However there have been world reports that portable “directed energy” weapons could be used in neighborhoods across the USA if there was a necessity to do so.
These weapons are known as “active denial” weapons and are supposedly “non-lethal” mobile microwave weaponry that are used to stun or otherwise paralyze the target or fry the flesh of the target using a direct beam.
With up to two-thirds of directed microwave energy scattered through transmission, the only way to heat skin painfully enough to apprehend a target is to hit them with frequencies much higher than the microwave ovens we have in our kitchens and then you could see detrimental effects like changes in human blood chemistry. However the victim will only feel the sensation of what it is like to grasp a hot light bulb and once the beam is taken away the pain stops and leaves no sign of wounds. The numbers for the Pentagon’s latest energy weapon are impressive: 95-GHz transmitted energy tuned to penetrate flesh to depth of 1/64 of an inch at an officially admitted range beyond 1,000 yards.
Now just for a comparison a normal cell phone produces up to 2 -6 GHz and people sometimes can feel the heat generated from that on the face and hands.
While there are proposals being submitted allowing for the testing of these so called direct energy weapons on American citizens there are many people across the United States and Canada who claim that they have been unwilling participants in some sort of bio-ethical testing without their consent. There are citizen of the Unites states who have reported that they have been experiencing overheating in focused areas of the body, the body becoming extremely cold, seizures, heart pain, earaches, itching behind eyes, burning behind eyes, swelling, headaches, involuntary movement of limbs, exhaustion, Arial fibrillation and hair falling out.
The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues will conduct their meeting on Groundhog day of 2012 and they will be discussing the use of these weapons on American citizens.
Microwave weapons can also alter the environment and kill off animals. Biological weapons have also been used on American citizens without their consent.
The US government has been repeatedly caught engaging in illegal bio-weapons tests over American skies that have maimed and killed not just animals, but humans. The history of US government biological testing includes deliberately infecting Americans with syphilis, malaria and other bacteriological agents.
From the 1950′s onwards, the US government deliberately engaged in open air tests, spraying major cities like San Francisco and New York with Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii. In 1955, the CIA also released a a bacteria withdrawn from the Army’s biological warfare arsenal over Tampa Bay, Fl in order to test its ability to infect human populations with biological agents.
In 1966, the US Army dispensed Bacillus subtilis variant DC throughout the New York City subway system. 1977 Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirmed that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969, including San Francisco, Washington, DC, Key west, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.
In August 1994, residents in the Oakville, Washington area reported tiny blobs of gelatinous goo raining from the sky, and in 1997 residents in the Everett area of Washington State reported similar a phenomenon.
Recently it was reported in England that a man found in his garden in Dorsett England what papered to be gelatinous blue spheres after a hail storm. It is not frozen toilet water form a plane, the spheres have no smell have a strange texture and a few investigators wonder if they are some sort of marine life.. However the same hypothesis was made in the Washington state case however touching any of the gelatinous substance made people very sick.
What are these gelatinous spheres and are they linked to some bio-experiment on unsuspecting people?
Furthermore there have been new reports in upstate New York that people there are having seizures and at least three more young people including one boy have contracted the strange Tourette’s syndrome like tick that was first reported in Leroy when 12 girls all came down with the disorder.
Doctors are calling the cases mass hysteria however most of the victims really didn’t know one another. They were all acquaintances at school however not all of them were in contact with each other. They all independently came down with the strange illness.
Now there are 15 kids that have been affected and at least two in another part of the area.
The two victims live in Corinth – outside of Leroy and they were traveling through the town last summer with a softball team.
The LeRoy mystery-illness story has unfolded in a peculiar way. Word of students with tics and twitches circulated among families this fall, and was reported by Rochester and Buffalo television stations in early November. But little information was made public. The families for the most part kept to themselves, and the school district cited privacy laws and revealed no details.
In 1970 there was a Train Derailment in Leroy that is still being investigated today. More than 30,000 gallons of an industrial solvent were spilled in the train derailment. And the site remained contaminated until 1990, cleanup has been happening ever since.
If the contaminated site is to blame then why is it only affecting young people? Could it be that these students are all victims of direct testing of active denial weapons used to cause twitching and loud outbursts?
While no one is even thinking that this is a possibility you can never really be too careful anymore now that there are meetings and rulings about the now authorized testing od Microwave and other non lethal weapons in the United states.
