Two weeks into the fray of 2019, it becomes necessary to repeat that what has happened before is part of the great revelation of the method. All that we saw in the past year was a forestructuring of what is in store for the New Year.

However, as it is early in the new year it becomes a hard sell to those who are poised to play into the various traps that have been set by the elite and the Deep State players that hid behind their various disguises.

In a time of various lies and misleading information we look for truth – and yet the only truth that satisfies is the truth that only appeals to our cognitive bias.

We are only inclined to be blind in the real world.

That is why we are touched by what appeals to us and we establish all our hopes so that we remain in passive mode ourselves and continue to expect a miraculous solution from some insider that know all of the answers to the secrets and that big things are being planned.

If a person wants to win at the persuasion game all they have to do is tell a mark what they want to hear – and say things that confirm their suspicions.

The mind relates through its extensions into reality and tries to do its best to adapt to the circumstances it finds itself in.

The technocrats have developed a process in which computers have learned how to do this type of reasoning and persuasion – this is called Self Organizing Collective Intelligence.

The basic dynamics of a SOCI is that some sort of attractor is able to grab the attention and energy of some group of people. It is generally one that is very vague and abstract; some idea or notion that only makes sense to a relatively small group of people.

When those people apply their attention and energy to the SOCI, it makes it more real, easier for more people to grasp onto and to find interesting and valuable. It then becomes more attractive to more people and their attention and energy.

This created what is called a generative loop.

As the SOCI becomes more real and attracts more people it begins to encounter challenges.

If the SOCI has enough capacity within its collective intelligence to resolve the challenge, it “levels up” and expands its ability to attract more attention and energy from more people.

In this sense, we can say that something like Bitcoin is an example of a self-organizing collective intelligence that has learned that the attractors it appeals to will build upon its blockchain and it will produce the reward of a Bitcoin.

Money goes in — the SOCI grows – it spits out a bitcoin – more money more growth more Bitcoin. The SOCI is learning and creating what can be seen as more energy and growth and the loop continues to feed on itself.

Its attractors are counting on it to feed the reward –and it obliges.

Some have even concluded that at this moment the Blockchain is the closest thing to the singularity we have.

Blockchains use what’s known as distributed ledger technology. They are now are appearing in a variety of commercial applications today. Currently, the technology is primarily used to verify transactions, within digital currencies though it is possible to digitize code and insert practically any document into the Blockchain. Doing so creates an indelible record that cannot be changed; furthermore, the record’s authenticity can be verified by the entire community using the Blockchain instead of a single centralized authority.

The Blockchain is learning – and we are feeding it.

These “self-organizing collective intelligences”, are a new kind of socio-cultural phenomenon that is beginning to emerge in the niche created by the Internet. They involve attractive generator functions dropped into the hive mind that gathers attention, use that attention to build more capacity and then grow into something progressively real and self-sustaining.

Another self-organizing collective intelligence is “Q” the so-called anonymous insider that has created its own technocult.

It is combing through the billions of threads of “what might be real” and “what might be true” that have been gathered into the Internet and it is slowly trying to weave them into a consistent, coherent and congruent fabric.

So essentially, those who follow Q have a desire to know “the truth”. They bring with them a whole lot of pre-conceived notions of what is true and real and, more importantly, pre-conceived constructs for how these all fit together into a consistent world-model.

This collection of curious seekers and their collection of experiences, notions, and frameworks is the beginning of the collective mind of Q. At first, this mind shows up as a completely incoherent rambling of truth, falsity, clarity and dysfunctional nonsense.
But then the collective intelligence gets to work.

Slowly and deliberately the attention of the SOCI begins to orient towards the most complete and inclusive world-models and weeds-out those that fail to maintain consistency with either other world-models or large chunks of “facts.”

The result is an illusion that there is an insider right next to President Trump doling out secret information to its followers, attractors and contributors.

I know it is not popular to say this but it appears that a bot with its own intuition has mesmerized a large collective and that collective believes that Q is giving them the truth when what it is doing is feeding the collective what they want to hear and what they already suspect.

It is a process of filtering and selection for a focused scheme of conditioning and perception management.

It is an architecture of social information presented to the collective that wishes to believe it.

The thing that has always bothered me about the Q phenomena is that like social media of any kind there are all sorts of conspiracy theories being offered and yet we see that they are proven to be riddled with photoshopped work, false predictions and forged “codes” that turn out to be product serial numbers, but that hasn’t shaken the faith of the true believers.

Like so many prophetic cults, every failed prediction is dismissed and waived away, while the vaguest and most tenuous connections are held up as “proofs.”

The latest such prediction was that a wave of arrests of Hillary Clinton faithful would take place on December 5th. When it didn’t materialize, followers of “Q” blamed the George H.W. Bush funeral for delaying what is called the “storm” – something that Trump said at a press conference about the calm before the storm.

Now, here is what is so creepy – there are also others that have speculated that a video going around the internet showing Bush funeral attendees upset after opening envelopes – indicates that every one of them received notice that they dodged a bullet and that the storm is still on and that the plan will be carried out.

Q followers consider the locking up of Hillary Clinton and the pedophile politicians, justice.

After all, it was Q that revealed this information to them — the thing is it may be true and it may not be true, and just because I say that a self-organizing collective intelligence is doing its magic does not mean that Q is wrong – or even a hoax.

Q has the power to weave together all of the information it gets off of social media, e-mails and form its attractors –and there is really no way of knowing who contributes to its huge library of knowledge.

For all we know Q could be a very important CIA experiment or an experiment from DARPA – some even believe that it is the brainchild of Barack Obama or even Hillary Clinton to use against the so-called conspiracy theorists.

What sells me on the idea that we may be seeing a rudimentary self-organizing collective intelligence is that back in 2012, David H. Petraeus spoke at the In-Q-Tel CEO Summit about the use of SOCI’s before Q was even born.

The current “Internet of PCs” will move, of course, toward an “Internet of Things”—of devices of all types—50 to 100 billion of which will be connected to the Internet by 2020. As you know, whereas machines in the 19th century learned to do, and those in the 20th century learned to think at a rudimentary level, in the 21st century, they are learning to perceive—to actually sense and respond.

Now I am sure that the “Q” in In-Q-Tel is not lost on alert individuals and the comments about computers that perceive sense and responds—describes the Q phenomena exactly.

Furthermore, Petraeus said:

Taken together, these developments change our notions of secrecy and create innumerable challenges—as well as opportunities.undefined

It looks like the “Q” program was already in the works and was spoken of in 2012.

A week ago, IBM unveiled its first commercial quantum computer for use outside of the lab. It is called the Q System. Their promotional Video actually seems to be introducing everyone to who Q really is – a home quantum computer that can perceive sense and respond for the future internet of things.

This is how the woke can wake up and not be coerced into a technocult.

Pay attention to the moves of clandestine operators. They are duping you into thinking you are getting all of the answers –when you are probably getting very little –and filling in the blanks with your cognitive bias.

The government think tanks know that the only way to catch that awakening group and to hoist it on board is to feed it with the bait that tastes good, taking the bait is easy if the worm is about to turn.

Q has an uncanny knack for approximating future events — a literal government Nostradamus, and this is what makes it suspect as a possible psychological operations tool.

The media only handles the QAnon phenomenon by insulting Trump supporters without even trying to analyze how these things transpire and how many “internet movements” are mysteriously usurped and eventually overtaken by evil influences and forces that have bottomless pockets capable of gutting anything that gives conspiracy theorists and edge in the information war.

It can also be used as controlled opposition.

You only give credence to a “conspiracy theory” when you want your “trusted” status to make your readers ignore it. The problem that the times aren’t taking into consideration is trust is extremely low for the mainstream media. This is why QAnon is growing in followers — it is interesting to watch and it terrifies me to think that whoever is behind it has a lot of power and could be a detriment to the old school ways of critically analyzing conspiracy theory.

Honestly, anyone can go into Reddit or 4chan post cryptic conspiracy haiku’s and with the law of probability they just become fact – and those without the ability of critical thinking will not question these couplets and spread their poison.

I would even go as far as to speculate that Q is a product created by the Global Engagement Center.

The Global Engagement Center was an office established under the Obama administration initially to counter propaganda of other countries.

Now it is an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth” where 40 million dollars of taxpayer money is used to initiate information warfare against the American people.

Make no mistake; this organization has been established to weaponries information and ideas – it is simply a Trojan Horse that has been created by the technocracy to reeducate the American people and reprogram them for a new era that will most certainly be plagued with war.

Information is a craft. Who crafts the information, controls the message and therefore what the population believes. As much as purveyors of information may wish to convey that the information they are reporting has objective value, free from bias and constituting simply ‘the news’, everything that is packaged as such is laden with assumptions, all of them ultimately geared towards ensuring ‘continuity of narrative’ and thus the status quo.

Information will eventually be no more than a well-organized psy-op that can be witnessed from the day to day perusing of the social network and how the trash talk, trolling and bullying becomes part of the daily routine. The political forum has been reduced to various tweets and small bits of information. Anything that is posted in the social network with a link to a referenced article or essay is seldom read, but armchair critics have much to say about the headline, how it is written and whether it is misspelled or misleading.

The political cavalcade of commentary is all but glanced at and forgotten in the social net. There is no 24-hour repetition or commentary that sways the audience.

This is why Q is so powerful in an age of misleading sound bites we know have a collective that can get information from a computer that is socially connected to a group of people.

It is arguably enlightening to realize that there is an inspiration and a learning experience we gain from various failures.

At least, sane people learn from their various failings.

And apparently, computers are learning too.
