Even though modern science will say that earthquake weather is a myth, then why are we seeing a change in weather and seismic patterns? It appears some governmental or military entity may be creating treacherous weather to geoengineer earthquakes. Furthermore, there is evidence that high-power ELF radiation generated by modulated HF heating of the ionosphere can cause earthquakes, cyclones, and localized heating. Environmental modification programs can cause irreversible damage yet the international community has done nothing to stop their development and implementation. Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks about EARTHQUAKE WEATHER.
Aristotle, the philosopher, and intellectual surmised that earthquakes were caused by winds in caves, and as such, there was specific weather that started them. Like most people, Aristotle was looking to explain things that were mysteries by making logical hypotheses. Since Aristotle, many people have pointed to various weather signs to predict earthquakes.
Prior to the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, several months of heavy rain had caused the ground beneath structures to become soft, translating to greater shaking of buildings and more overall damage. They claim that the devastating rains did not trigger the earthquake, but it was part of the damage that the earthquake caused.
In recent studies, a theory that is gaining greater acceptance is that slight differentiations in thermal temperature, as viewed by satellite, may end up being a good predictor of certain types of earthquakes. These changes in temperature occurred before some of the major earthquakes in the late 20th and early 21st century, and a body of evidence is being gathered that might someday help to predict earthquakes. Thermal changes tend to occur only a few hours before earthquakes.
However, even though modern science will say that earthquake weather is a myth –then why are we seeing a change in the way we see weather and seismic patterns?
Someone knows something that they won’t reveal about using treacherous weather to geoengineer earthquakes.
January 23, 2010, Pravda online article headlined, “US weapon test aimed at Iran caused Haiti quake,” stated:
“An unconfirmed report by the Russian Northern Fleets says the Haiti earthquake was caused by a flawed US Navy ‘earthquake weapons’ test before (they) could be utilized against Iran. (Something) went ‘horribly wrong’ and caused the catastrophic quake in the Caribbean,”
The unconfirmed Russian report said America carried out a similar test in the Pacific Ocean, causing a 6.5 magnitude quake near Eureka, CA. No deaths or injuries were reported, but many buildings were damaged.
Furthermore, it was reported that the US Navy may have had “full knowledge” of the test’s damage potential, and speculated it was why Deputy Southern Command General PK Keen was in Haiti when the quake struck there , preparing to act in case of a disaster, perhaps an engineered one/
A Haiti disaster relief scenario had been envisaged at the headquarters of US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) in Miami one day prior to the earthquake (since) pre-disaster simulations pertain(ing) to the impacts of a hurricane in Haiti” were conducted.
When the quake struck, TISC was in “an advanced stage of readiness.” The next day, SOUTHCOM implemented the system. “The (DOD’s) Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)” set up a relief effort among “a range of Defense units and various” NGOs and aid groups operating “as part of a carefully planned military operation.” Did DOD have advanced knowledge of the quake so could act immediately when it struck? Was the drill’s timing a coincidence or something more sinister?
Over the weekend, I just happened to be looking over weather maps in order to figure out what happened to the storms that plagued us during the Christmas Holidays.
I saw what appeared to be a tropical depression forming off the coast of Northern California. It was short-lived but I shared the map on Facebook to show how the weather was out of control over Northern California,
Days, after the cyclone bomb hit much of the United States that Pacific storm fed by tropical moisture blasted California’s capital with rain over the weekend and may have contributed to at least three deaths.
Sacramento seemed to get the worst of the winter front’s atmospheric river — a long, narrow band of moisture drawn from the tropics — with widespread flooding, the closure of a key highway and one of the deaths.
Sunday afternoon, mandatory evacuations were activated for residents of the Point Pleasant community south of the city of Sacramento, Sacramento County officials said. They expressed concern that any need for floodwater rescues in the area would be complicated by the darkness after nightfall.
An estimated 1,600 residents who signed up for cellphone alerts received messages with evacuation orders.
Three breaches of a levee adjacent to the Cosumnes River in the community of Wilton have been reported since the storm first struck the area Saturday, contributing to fears of possible flash flooding in those low-lying communities, she said.
The river reached its highest-ever recorded water level at 76.22 feet at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Flash flood warnings remained in effect for multiple communities south of the capital until further notice, according to the National Weather Service.
On Sunday, first responders discovered a body in a vehicle that was submerged in floodwater on or near Highway 99 at Dillard Road, south of Elk Grove.
The cause of death and the identity of the deceased were unavailable, and the Cosumnes Fire Department did not immediately respond to a request for information.
Parts of Highway 99, including a more than 1-mile stretch south of Elk Grove, were closed Saturday night, according to the California Department of Transportation, or Caltrans, and reopened Monday morning.
But could this over-the-top weather contribute to a major earthquake in California?
Coincidence shows that perhaps the so-called myth of Earthquake weather isn’t such a wife’s tale after all.
An earthquake rattled parts of Northern California on Sunday for the second time in two weeks. The 5.4-magnitude quake was centered about 30 miles south of Eureka. On Dec. 20, a 6.4-magnitude earthquake also struck near Eureka.
Now one quake prediction research firm warned that the next big one could be imminent.
Yesterday morning, Quake Predictions published a warning that read for the next two days — there is a “dangerous situation” of the likelihood of a 7.0-magnitude “in the San Francisco Bay to NW of Los Angeles area.” The warning comes after two sizeable quakes hit Northern California in less than two weeks.
Sunday morning’s earthquake was described as “more violent” this time, it was a short burst but mire vio0lent than usual,
California has an average of five earthquakes per year with magnitudes between 5 and 6, according to LA Times. And the latest shakings might suggest a long overdue big quake could be nearing.
But can this be connected to the weather? They tell us Earthquake weather does not exist –they say geoengineering is not happening and yet we can point out in various points of history where earthquakes have been triggered by strange weather.
The storm over California is now heading east, with more than 15 million people under winter weather alerts from the West Coast through Illinois.
And as of Monday, more than 50,000 Californians remained without power — down from a high of 300,000 on Saturday. Meanwhile, in nearby Nevada, over 22,000 are without power, according to PowerOutage.us.
More than 15 million people from the West Coast through Illinois are now under winter weather alerts from the storm, with conditions set to worsen through mid-week.
This raises the question as to whether or not these harsh storms can trigger earthquakes?
A magnitude 7.6 earthquake struck Taiwan 1999, only three years after Typhoon Herb soaked it with 6.6 feet of precipitation
The devastating magnitude 7.0 earthquake that hit Haiti came only 18 months after Haiti had been deluged by several hurricanes and tropical storms.
And another large earthquake, a magnitude 6.4 temblor that rocked Taiwan in 2009, occurred only seven months after the area had been hit by Typhoon Morakot, which dropped 9.5 of rain in five days.
To put that in perspective, “that’s about five times the average annual rainfall of San Francisco … in five days, now the tropical air is pushing a front that carries with it a lot of rain and by some coincidence, Northern California is having earthquakes that are growing in intensity.
The weight of the water itself does not trigger the earthquake—rather, it’s the ensuing erosion from landslides, which subsequent storms steadily wash into the sea.
Scientists are increasingly pointing to storms as a trigger for earthquakes and mudslides.
Even though we have been told that there is no Earthquake weather. If we geoengineer enough storms it is possible that seismic activity will eventually be tied to climate change.
But it can be shown that High-power ELF radiation generated by modulated HF heating of the ionosphere can cause Earthquakes, Cyclones and localized heating.
These things have been happening coincidentally as the HAARP Project has been activated to research asteroids.
The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is actually the most important facility used to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic radiation in the ionosphere. In order to produce this ELF radiation the HAARP transmitter radiates a strong beam of high-frequency (HF) waves modulated at ELF.
This HF heating modulates the electron temperature in the D region ionosphere and leads to modulated conductivity and a time-varying current which then radiates at the modulation frequency.
Recently, the HAARP HF transmitter operated with 3.6GW of effective radiated power modulated at a frequency of 2.5Hz.
An experiment to bounce a radio signal off an asteroid happened on December 27th will it was a test for probing a larger asteroid that in 2029 will pass closer to Earth than the many geostationary satellites that orbit our planet.
Knowing more about an asteroid’s interior, especially of an asteroid large enough to cause major damage on Earth, is important for determining how to defend against it.
Can we point to the usage of HAARP as a reason for the spike in violent weather and earthquakes in California? Is the big one going to hit in 2023?
So far, those answers are as mysterious as the timing of earthquakes, a question that has baffled humans — and killed them — for generations. But recent findings suggest that some linkage exists to Ionospheric heaters triggering increasingly powerful storms.
Back in 2019 China and Russia conducted a joint ionospheric modification experiment using the Sura Ionospheric Heater and a Chinese satellite to measure the ionospheric changes. This experiment is very similar to those conducted using the HAARP Ionospheric Research Instrument in Gakona, Alaska and the DEMETER Satellite.
A total of five experiments were carried out. One caused physical disturbance over an area as large as 126,000 sq km (49,000 square miles), or about half the size of Britain.
The modified zone, looming more than 500km (310 miles) high over Vasilsursk, a small Russian town in Eastern Europe, experienced an electric spike with 10 times more negatively charged subatomic particles than surrounding regions.
In another experiment, the temperature of thin, ionized gas at high altitude increased more than 212 degrees Fahrenheit because of the particle flux.
During this time the United States experienced its Polar Virtex storms as the heat from the north pushed a low-pressure system farther south.
On the west coast, Two major earthquakes that struck Southern California opened fault lines on Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake.
China Lake is a secret facility that creates weather and seismic weapons.
Just what goes on at China Lake is a mystery. The base is well known for cloak-and-dagger cold war activity involving mind control and exotic aircraft and weapons testing.
It has been quietly delivering “weapons that work” since 1943. It is also believed to be the Department of Defense’s premiere electronic warfare site where advanced electro-magnetic weapons and Direct Energy weapons are tested.
China Lake developed 75% of the air-launched weapons used during Vietnam and jointly developed 80% of those used during Iraqi Freedom— and the Center is rumored to be developing future weapons for land air and sea. They also may be developing weapons for space.
Like Area 51, China Lake was chosen for its remote location far from large population centers in order to safely conduct testing in relative secrecy. In addition, the clear skies over China Lake afford an extremely good environment for unimpeded flying and to collect the necessary photographic, video, and telemetry data required in order to support the China Lake mission of weapons testing and development for the Navy.
China Lake is actually a dry lake located in the north range area, named for early Chinese immigrant workers who mined borax from the dry lakebed.
Unlike AREA 51, which in spite of its extremely secret nature is a well-known installation frequently featured on television programs and in UFO circles, those in the know rarely mention China Lake outside of official circles and it receives very little undue publicity on a national level.
China Lake has also been known for its experiments in Weather and Geological Warfare. They have been used as a geoengineering facility.
The Earth and Planetary Sciences Department at China Lake , which was headed up by Dr. Pierre St. Amand who was an important figure in the development of military weather modification efforts, most notably Project Popeye and Operation Stormfury.
This operation extended the Monsoon season over Laos during the Vietnam war. The operation seeded clouds with silver iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period for an average of 30 to 45 days. As the continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic, it was considered relatively successful. It created hazardous mud conditions for the enemy.
In the 1980s China Lake suffered some major flooding during a weather control experiment that was carried out there.
As with many government military programs, compartmentalization and secrecy rule the day, and weather modification is no different. In fact, it may be more compartmentalized and secret than others for several reasons. First and foremost, would be the environmental modification treaties making weather modification illegal but when have treaties ever stopped the US government from doing what it wants to do?
The China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station has a verifiable historical connection to weather modification programs. That fact is acknowledged by the U.S. Naval Museum of Armament and Technology in their website article about The Secret City which states, “From weather modification to satellite-delivery systems, the contributions of Naval air weapons station have not stopped with armament.”
The biggest question is whether or not geoengineering weapons were tested at China Lake and did they trigger the earthquakes and zapped the bees from the sky.
There has always been questions raised over whether or not weather weapons and other secret weapons can be used for Induced Seismicity.
We know that results of ongoing multi-year research on induced earthquakes by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) published in 2015 suggested that most of the significant earthquakes in Oklahoma, such as the 1952 magnitude 5.7 El Reno earthquake may have been induced by deep injection of waste water by the oil industry.
“Earthquake rates have recently increased markedly in multiple areas of the Central and Eastern United States, especially since 2010, and scientific studies have linked the majority of this increased activity to wastewater injection in deep disposal wells.
Now, there has been speculation that perhaps fracking may have been the cause of the recent quakes in California – however, there is reason to believe that the DIA and other defense agencies have been ramping up production of special weapons in order to be prepared for any and all possibilities of war with Russia or China.
The Pentagon has secretly accused Russia of testing no-yield nuclear weapons and weapons for weather control. Former CIA director John Brennan has also forthcoming is speaking up about terrorists using Stratospheric aerosol injections to affect the weather and maybe even trigger earthquakes.
The theory goes weather warfare or weather weapons can make storm systems more numerous and more severe. One can assume, then, if you’ve got more severe storms or storms with, say, more extreme pressure changes, then the effects on seismic activity. could be more pronounced in the future,
Meanwhile, California is on alert for a possible widespread earthquake or THE BIG ONE in the near future.
This after two sizeable quakes hit Northern California in less than two weeks. Now major flooding and harsh weather could weaken the soil and the plates.
In 1973, the US Senate adopted a resolution calling for an international agreement “prohibiting the use of any environmental or geophysical modification activity as a weapon of war….” President Nixon ordered the Defense Department to review the military aspects of weather and seismic control weapons.
During the July 1974 summit meeting in Moscow, Nixon and General Secretary Brezhnev agreed to hold bilateral talks to achieve “the most effective measures possible to overcome the dangers of the use of environmental modification techniques for military purposes.” Discussions continued in 1974 and 1975, resulting in an agreement on a common approach and language. The 1977 UN Convention followed, ratified 98-0 by the Senate on November 28, 1979. It took effect on January 17, 1980, but was violated thereafter by both sides.
Human environmental modification techniques can cause irreversible damage. Yet international standards haven’t stopped their development.
If there are no methods of weather and seismic controls — then why have a summit to discuss not using these weapons?
The technology exists and now the question is who is using these weapons to put our country into absolute scarcity.
