1/31/20: DRONING IN MASS HYSTERIA

Clyde Lewis | January 31, 2020

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

It has been said that paranoia, not the clinical kind, but the cultural kind, may well be our national religion, as old as the Republic itself. It’s always simmering, but paranoia boils over more frequently in times of social change and stress and with many secular politicians and scientists saying that we are edging closer to doomsday you can’t blame a culture for being a little on edge.

There are a few people out there that see themselves as rather sophisticated and will act as though they are above any and all hysteria but many of those who feel the chill of paranoia are educated, who will tell you that they are not paranoid, but even if they are that doesn’t mean somebody isn’t out to get them or even deceive them.

We live in a very strange period of time because we are told the Cold War has ended and that we do not have an obvious enemy to suspicious of.

We don’t have a clearly identified malevolent force for which we can blame the problems of the world on which of course breeds the paranoia towards the government and the machinations of the Military Industrial Complex.

Despite attempts to create new gun control laws  United States civilians alone account for 393 million (about 46 percent) of the worldwide total of civilian held firearms.  Many of those gun owners have taken up arms to defend themselves against the government.

Many of them have been victims of government corruption or abuse, or know people who were victims of corruption or abuse. Many of them are actually feeling that the country is preparing for civil war—some say it is already here.

The signs are everywhere that something is not right.

We live in an age of moral relativism, the decline of the family, increased mobility, information overload. Life seems precarious. We crave simplicity. Older people really see the good old days as the good old days but those days were 20 or 30 years ago and even then we were still living in a land of the paranoid.

Back then, there were a multitude of citizens who didn’t trust their government.

There was a Gallup poll that was taken just after that Oklahoma City Bombing.

1,008 Americans were asked “Do you think the federal government has become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens?”

39% of conservatives answered “yes.” And even more liberals 42% perceived that the government was out to get them.

What is most interesting was that the President at the time was a liberal. It was also interesting to note that the first lady Hillary Clinton had stated that there was a well organized right-wing conspiracy out to get her husband.

Back then shortwave radios were telling people to be aware of the Black Helicopters. Farmers were noticing that their cattle were being mutilated.

The FEMA camps were on the ready to arrest those who wouldn’t give up their guns.

You could not trust the new 24-hour news cycle brought us by none other than CNN.

The answer was FOX, a network that gave us what they called fair and balanced news that tipped that balance more to the right rather than center.

We were told that we should prepare for the mass pandemic—you could not be too careful about HIV or AIDS.

The shadow government was monitoring your phone conversations – the internet was said to be a tool of the CIA – UFOs were the second most sought after term on internet search engines and eventually, the President of the United States was impeached.

Now If a poll was taken today and the question was “Do you think the federal government has become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens?”

50% of liberals would say yes and it is the fault of President Trump – the other 50% of conservative America would say yes pointing the finger at Adam Schiff and  Nancy Pelosi as treasonous.

The FEMA camps are still waiting for those who won’t give up their guns and you still can’t trust CNN. Fox News has become a parody of itself. The Deep State is out to destroy our country. They are an intelligence cabal that monitors our phone conversations and has us under surveillance.

Facebook is said to be a tool of the CIA  – UFO is now the number three letter search term on the internet – the number two three-letter term is SEX.

We are being told to prepare for a mass pandemic – one day it is the flu and now it is a strange case of coronavirus.

Cattle have been found mutilated on a central Oregon farm and the Black Helicopters have been replaced with drones.

It is like we are living out rhyming timelines where everything is a warped version of the movie Ground Hog Day.

However, if you try and point any of this out you are gaslighted into believing you are crazy.

Gaslighting is a tactic in which a person or entity, in order to gain more power, makes a person question their reality.

It is a tactic that works better than you think it does,.

.Anyone is susceptible to gaslighting, and it is a common technique of abusers, dictators, and cult leaders.

It is done slowly, so the victim doesn’t realize how much they’ve been manipulated into second-guessing their sanity. For example, in the movie Gaslight, a man manipulates his wife to the point where she thinks she is losing her mind.

Some of the most recognized gaslighting techniques are how the abusers tell blatant lies with a straight face to the ones they wish to manipulate.

You know it’s an outright lie. Yet they are telling you this lie with a straight face. Why are they so blatant? Because they’re setting up a precedent. Once they tell you a huge lie, you’re not sure if anything they say is true. You even start wondering if anything you believe is true

Keeping you unsteady and off-kilter is the goal.

Those who wish to gaslight also deny the existence of something even though there have been many witnesses and or proof of its existence.

This is one of the insidious things about gaslighting—it is done gradually, over time. A lie here, a lie there, a snide comment every so often…and then it starts ramping up. Even the brightest, most self-aware people can be sucked into gaslighting—it is that effective.

When a campaign of well organized gaslighting takes place, the end result is paranoia and mistrust about all things that are in your reality or that you have perceived as your reality.

For example, it was announced today that Facebook plans to take down posts that they consider to be conspiracy theories about the coronavirus.

They will block or restrict hashtags used to spread what they call misinformation on Instagram and are conducting proactive sweeps to find and remove as much of this content as they can,  including information about the Coronavirus being a bioweapon, linked in any way to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and any claims that there are supplements and other things that can be consumed to combat the virus.

They say that this information is nothing but conspiracy theory and that it breeds mass hysteria.

Google Trends has noted that search interest for “coronavirus symptoms” has skyrocketed by 1,050 percent. Other top search phrases related to the deadly pathogen, also known as nCoV, included questions about how coronavirus is spread, its origins, prevention and death rates.

It is also being reported the QAnon spokesperson, Jason Sather, has been encouraging QAnon followers to drink Miracle Mineral Solution/Miracle Mineral Supplement (or MMS, for short), which is made with an industrial bleaching agent.  The mainstream news is reporting that Qanaon followers claim that the so-called cure-all can treat everything from cancer to HIV/AIDS.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUw23mk6k9c

A Twitter user dubbed “Chief Police 2,” who is reported to be a leader among QAnon’s disciples, recently urged his 17,800 followers to “protect yourself with the 20-20-20 spray,” an MMS concoction.

According to the Food and Drug Administration, consuming MMS can cause “severe vomiting,” “acute liver failure” and death, obviously.

Rather than reporting the story objectively the headlines usually include the words Trump-loving nut cases and Tin Foil Hat anti-science epithets that would have you believe that those who use this concoction are in fact the typical Trump supporter and stupid.

It is already bad enough that someone is gaslighting people into drinking bleach let alone being labeled a Trump-loving, anti-science nut case if you fall for it.

Whatever happened to just giving a stern warning without all of the political gaslighting during a very important crisis.

That is a tactic of those who gaslight. This is a calculated attempt to keep people off-kilter—and again, to question reality.

This is most certainly a time to use discernment as in any crisis people sometimes become hysterical and give in to rash decisions.

Gaslighters know that people like having a sense of stability and normalcy. Their goal is to uproot this and make them constantly question everything. And humans’ natural tendency is to look for help some peace of mind in order to feel more stable and sometimes we run into gaslighters that will try and convince you that everything you are seeing and experiencing –even if you have solid evidence that something is real is all a lie –and that you are delusional in your thinking.

It is hard to trust your intuition anymore. Sometimes you are told not to believe your own eyes.

For example, a recent story published in Vice is reporting that the drones that were seen in Western Colorado and Eastern Nebraska from Christmas until now never existed.

They are now reporting that the mysterious drone sightings that captured national attention were a classic case of mass hysteria. They were nothing but a figment of people’s imagination.

The story, which was first reported by the Denver Post, got international press attention.

Matters kicked into high gear after a medical helicopter reported on January 8 to have flown dangerously close to a drone in the same general area. More than 70 local, state, federal, and military officials jumped into action, convened in a small town called Brush, Colorado, and formed a joint drone task force of 10 to 15 different government agencies to solve the mystery.

It was reported that In all of these cases it is unknown who owns the drones or what their purpose is.

Again it is being reported that the reason why was because there were no drones in the first place.

On January 13, the Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS) issued a statement about their investigation into the mysterious drone sightings in question. CDPS “confirmed no incidents involving criminal activity, nor have investigations substantiated reports of suspicious or illegal drone activity.”

It is now being reported that the reason why is because they found nothing – the drones they thought they saw were planets or stars or satellites.

A Motherboard report on January 13th stated that the drone sightings and some of the proposed UFO sightings in the area were a product of mass hysteria.

After more sightings, reports, and failed attempts to record or photograph the drones, the Colorado Department of Public Safety flew an airplane over the area in question capable of detecting heat signatures below. After an almost five hour flight, they found nothing. The Colorado Springs Gazette thought they had solved it when they found out the Air Force has a base in Cheyenne that conducts drone operations, but a few days later the Air Force said it’s not them, either.

So are we to believe that there were no drones at all?  That the search parties and the witnesses were all chasing a unicorn?

People along the Colorado/Nebraska state line were reporting swarms of drones.  They weren’t government or military.  Police surmised the drones were mapping the area, perhaps for something as benign as upcoming spring planting, but now we are told that people were seeing things.

Was this event or now, non-event, the product of a possible psy-op where people saw UFOs and drones and the government is now denying it and silencing witnesses – or is it all some paranoid delusion triggered by mass hysteria?

A new working theory is someone may have seen some lights in the sky (perhaps another plane in early December) and then thought there were other lights.  After the report, many other people may have seen some routinely normal air traffic in the area and suddenly believed they were seeing drone swarms.

This progressed into some people declaring that they saw a rectangular-shaped UFO that had a sound of a jet engine –and a red glowing orb that the so-called drones were following.

Again is this really mass hysteria or is this another UFO cover-up where the drones people thought they saw were part of some UFO armada hovering over rural America?

Does all of this sound like a familiar stance like with Project Blue Book and rampant denial by the Military that UFO’s do not exist and that they are the product of mass hysteria?

No drones, no UFO’s just overactive imaginations.

This reminds me of the Roswell incident of 1947 where an unknown aircraft crashed at Roswell New Mexico –and it was reported to be a flying saucer.

Many “skeptics” and “debunkers” have come forward to say that UFO believers are chasing after the weather balloons of the gods and ignoring what they claim to be the real data that suggests that what crashed at Roswell was a weather balloon with crash test dummy occupants.

On June 24th, 1997, the Air Force used that explanation in their response to the GAO report which concluded:

“Aliens” observed in the New Mexico desert were actually anthropomorphic test dummies that were carried aloft by U.S. Air Force high altitude balloons for scientific research.

The “unusual” military activities in the New Mexico desert were high altitude research balloon launch and recovery operations. Reports of military units that always seemed to arrive shortly after the crash of a flying saucer to retrieve the saucer and “crew,” were actually accurate descriptions of Air Force personnel engaged in anthropomorphic dummy recovery operations.

The Air Force was certain that their tidy little conclusion explained why they needed hermetically sealed coffins as reported by Mortician, Glen Dennis. This was why the witnesses were threatened by military personnel who warned that if anyone spoke about the incident they would be picking their bones out of the desert.

This is why they allegedly ordered a B-29 to fly the dummies and the weather balloon to Fort Worth and then to Wright Patterson Airforce Base. The Air Force thought that it was wise to point out that many of the eyewitnesses to the events at Roswell were becoming senile and meshing many events into one solid one.

Over time it was certain the Army Airforce was developing several “stories” that were misrepresentations of the events that really went on in 1947.

Many of the original witnesses maintained that it was the military that had meshed the events together, The project in which anthropomorphic dummies were used was called Project “High Dive” and it was in operation in 1956. The project was not classified and the dummies were clearly marked so that if a wind carried them aloft and they were lost, civilians were offered a $25-dollar reward for their recovery.

Unfortunately, the Roswell incident has become a fact that has snowballed into an extraordinary myth. It was evident that when I attended the 50th Anniversary of the Roswell crash in 1997 that everyone had a story to tell about the incident.

It is as if flying saucer euphoria has engulfed the area and while a finite number of people were involved with the Roswell incident the number of those who claim firsthand knowledge about it will go beyond the official census.

The truth is that the true witnesses are aging, dying or dead. The others can only speculate and more so, others can only believe the stories their relatives have told them. There are also countless experts who demand your belief and their stories can only carry you so far.

The question is whether or not the Mysterious Drone story will evolve into something else –or will there be those who will swear they were buzzed by these machines in much the same way rural farmers were buzzed by Black Helicopters and visited buy Men In Black that told them they didn’t see anything and not to talk to anyone.

That it is all a figment of their imagination – just some mass hysteria triggered by some strange light in the sky.

Apparently, the age of the old-fashioned  Man In black is in decline. What is emerging instead is an obscure world of mysterious boutique companies specializing in data analysis and online influence that contract with government agencies.

They can conduct experiments, psychological operations, even gain of function exercises in order to gauge responses from the public.

They can release a few drones into the sky, stage a UFO sighting or even monitor the spread of biological contaminant in order to collect data and then deny that any of the events happened.

We have talked about examples of these companies, like Tavistock Institute or even Cambridge Analytica.

Knowing about these data-gathering companies should prompt us to ask deeper questions about the kind of behavioral science research that enables both governments and private companies to assume this much power over the groupthink of the nation.

This psychological research can lay the groundwork for propaganda wars and for experiments in individual and group “mind control.”

It is a well-organized conspiracy that uses psychological operations and gaslighting in order to control the narrative and hijack the culture.
