If this presentation and log looks familiar, it is because this certainly is both an addendum and a reboot of a presentation I attempted to do called The Alien Sentinels. The reason for the retake is simply that the show that attempted to air on October 8th had technical difficulties which were attributed to satellite problems during a massive pass over of potentially deadly asteroids that observers say were indeed very close.

Apparently there were other satellites that were having problems that night and we can either chalk it up to coincidence or we can feel the chill together of the close call we had from several space rocks that suspiciously were held in stealth priority, meaning NASA and other space agencies did not feel the need to tell us on earth that most of these near-earth objects could be seen and that there seems to be a pattern of interstellar objects, asteroids and even unknown objects that seem to be gathering information to observe our cities and to buzz our naval ships.

Between October 8th and October 10th, NASA was tracking 16 potentially hazardous near-earth objects. Many of them were passing at a distance just outside of the moon and some were nearer to earth than the moon making estimates about impact tricky.

Needless to say, we were not hit by these rocks but there were many reports of bright lights and anomalous activity happening in various parts of the Earth.

The Center for Near Earth Object Studies, identified these asteroids as 2019 TU, 2019 TW1, 2019 RK, 2019 TC1, 2019 SB6, 2019 TM and 2019 TS. Others that were cataloged were 2019 TV1, 2019 TZ, and 2019 SL7 – needless to say a huge list that set off alarms and the damage they may pose.

Days prior to the pass over of the NEO’s, President Trump activated the U.S. Marine reserves to respond to an “emergency within the United States,” citing “threats to the Homeland.

A Marine administrative message numbered 550/19 was issued and approved by Brigadier General Daniel L. Shipley, Director, Manpower Plans and Policy. While many speculated that there was some sort of martial law that was about to be implemented due to political tension – there are many other reasons for the order that was summarized order is summarized as, “Marines ordered to active duty ISO or In Support of defense support of civil authorities.”

There have been concerns and alerts before served during strange activities in space.

During the March 13th, 1997 Phoenix lights incident the Air force was on alert for some mysterious reason and many claim that it was because there was more than one huge triangular UFO that was sighted over Phoenix and that there were many anomalous objects being tracked by the military.

On Thursday, April 17, 1997, there was an incredible report that a U.S. satellite, GOES-9, had photographed “a very large anomalous object” over central Alaska 8 a.m. Pacific time. Immediately, the GOES-9 image was posted on several websites, and the news went viral on the internet.

A second GOES-9 image, recorded at 8:30 a.m., showed that the “anomalous object” had flown south and was now just west of the northern coast of Vancouver Island. The image also showed “an anomalous object of the same size” over the Pacific Ocean approximately 50 miles west of San Francisco.

A third GOES-9 image, taken at 9 a.m., showed the San Francisco object gone and the first object back in Alaska, near Glenallen.

A fourth GOES-9 image, taken 11 a.m. registered a new object “half the size of the first two” hovering over Colorado. The first two objects were described as “square or rectangular” and an estimated 25 miles long.

At 2 p.m., the Federal Bureau of Investigation issued a “heads up” alert, citing “a potential threat” to the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) center at Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, 65 miles south of Denver.

Maj. Gen. Jeff Grime, CO of Cheyenne Mountain said there was no threat to the nearby city of Colorado Springs or to any other military facility in the area, adding, “It’s totally focused at us here.”

Rumors circulated that NORAD had “gone to DEFCON-4 in response to the presence of the “anomalous objects” found by GOES-9. Maj. Gen. Grime told the media that extra precautionary security was needed to protect the 1,100 personnel at the base.

Security measures included cancellation of public tours at the center, erection of barricades on the access roads, and a 24-hour-guard on the maintenance portal on the south side of the mountain. The “lockdown” was carried out by 80 troops of the 721st Security Police Squadron.

In the year 2000, the Department of Defense maintained that it could not find any details that could be made public about the objects in question, in response to a court-ordered search requested by a U.S. District Court in Phoenix, as part of a class-action suit filed by witnesses.

There are still many loose ends that have not been tied together but there were alerts and notices that the military was fully aware of what appeared to be an armada of triangular UFO’s that were not only observing Phoenix but were also observing the west coast of the United States, Vancouver, British Columbia, and Alaska.

There could have been various alerts issued for the recent near earth objects as well – NASA has reported their concerns about some of these space rocks and how there is a remote possibility that one or more could break away from the pack and hit the Earth.

Obviously there are various War of Worlds types of horror stories that are unfolding now and of course, NASA has said that as they are preparing to address the questions about life in space there are still many officials that believe that the people of Earth may not be able to cope with the reality.

With various stories of strange anomalies in space and the military engagement of Tic Tac UFOs, we are certainly in times of what can be called a chilling disclosure.

We recently reported that scientists have discovered co-orbital rocky asteroids near Earth, sharing a similar orbit to Earth’s but not orbiting Earth itself.

These asteroids are very capable of concealing a probe or some other extraterrestrial object or raw materials for some kind of extraterrestrial spacecraft.

James Benford of Microwave Sciences has proposed the idea that this group of co-orbital, rocky asteroids near Earth, also known as quasi-satellites, would be the perfect place to hide a probe, in order to conduct observations of Earth undetected.

With the increase of Near Earth Objects being reported there is a compelling argument that Benford may be on to something.

The lurker idea is an interesting one. It relates to the famous Fermi Paradox, which asks the question where are they? In other words, if there are highly advanced civilizations in our galaxy and technologically ahead of us by thousands or millions of years, then they could have/should have expanded across the galaxy and found us by now. Lurkers could be a form of sentinel hypothesis such as Bracewell probes.

In the 1960s, Ronald Bracewell discussed a specific strategy by which devices could be used to monitor star systems for evolving technological races and also how we might go about trying to find sentinels that had been placed in the solar system.

The sentinel hypothesis is the suggestion that if advanced alien civilizations exist they might place intelligent monitoring devices on or near the worlds of other evolving species to track their progress. A robot sentinel might establish contact with a developing race once that race had reached a certain technological threshold, such as large-scale radio communication or interplanetary flight.

Already, scientists are beginning to understand the basic conditions necessary for carbon-based life to develop. They can identify those stars in the solar neighborhood most like the Sun and can delineate approximately the habitable zone around any given star in which complex biochemistry might be expected to flourish. Scientists are also starting to acquire the ability to detect extrasolar planets.

More advanced species would presumably be able to stake out with reasonable accuracy those stars and their associated worlds upon which intelligent life had a good chance of eventually developing, particularly if scout ships had revealed the presence of proto-intelligence. Such promising locations might then be expected to come under increasingly intense scrutiny by automatic sentinels.

It can be theorized that probes or sentinels avoid ETs reasonable fear that the recipient civilization may turn out to be hostile. Perhaps they are just as afraid of us as we are of them. If extraterrestrial intelligence lacks confidence, probes or sentinels need not reveal their position of origin.

Now we also have to speculate that probes may have been sent by multiple civilizations, many or most of whom could well be currently extinct. However, for the civilizations that may be spying on us – the greatest galactic currency is knowledge.

Now let us suppose that an extraterrestrial probe is discovered in our solar system, anchored to a co-orbiting near-Earth asteroid. It could potentially instigate one of the biggest crises in all of human history.

Consider this nightmare scenario: the alien probe would quite possibly be discovered by one of our probes. The alien probe tries to defend itself by destroying our probe. But our probe destroys it because it is passive. In its last moments, the alien probe relays back to its home civilization a human-built robot probe looming threateningly. It’s not the kind of first impression we’d really want to make.

Maybe that scenario is too far-fetched for you. Okay, let’s just go with the option of an alien probe being discovered during a science mission, or by an astronomical survey. We might try and contact it, but could we really resist the lure of advanced extraterrestrial technology just a few million miles from Earth?

Of course not.

Nations and private space companies will rush to try and capture the probe and to learn its secrets. Who, if anyone, would have the rights to claim it? It could lead to conflict between competitors, or maybe the probe would again try and defend itself, an act that we might deem to be hostile.

Again is this a good first impression and would earth space agencies fight over who owns a discovered alien probe? An intelligent probe might be capable of making its own determination as to whether the receiving civilization might be hostile, and be authorized to give out its return address only in the event that a threat is not perceived.

Or if a threat is perceived it can alert whatever civilization is out there to either stay away or prepare for interstellar war.

If the probe contains a sentient artificial intelligence, should it not be treated as a sentient being? Would this be considered proof of life? It is life of some kind right?

Should we destroy or capture the probe then we could incur the wrath of whoever sent it; if it defends itself, we cannot know what lengths it would go to before ceasing fire. There’s even a case for leaving the probe alone after discovery, and not attempting to communicate with it; the probe could be hibernating and unaware of our modern technological developments until we start poking and prodding it. As the saying goes, we might not want to wake the dragon.

If an alien probe is going to venture into our backyard, it would seem unreasonable to then not expect us to be curious. However, we do need to act accordingly, and sensibly. So far, little to no thought has been put into this.

After all the events of Near Earth Objects and strange Tic Tac UFOs tell me that maybe something out there is curious.

Should SETI discover a radio signal from another civilization, it will have originated many light-years away; sheer distance mitigates the danger. A probe, however, will be a cosmic stone’s throw from us, and any potential danger would be immediate. Probes can hide easily and perhaps many of the UFOs we see are not even piloted by aliens but are controlled by some Artificial Intelligence.

Looking for lurkers or alien sentinels is certainly speculative and might sound too much like science fiction to some people’s taste. But it has an appealing logic about it. And now the idea is published in a major, peer-reviewed journal.

The fact is, we don’t have a clue how an alien civilization would think. That’s why, when it comes to searching for evidence of alien intelligence, the more possibilities that can be considered, the better!

There is no doubt that something peculiar is going on in space. It is as if there is some sort of preparation or change in effect that leans toward the creepy and unexplainable. There seems to bet this strange alignment taking place and the planets are heading for some unexplained ethereal center. Something of enormous size is pushing things toward us and not a day goes by where there isn’t some warning about incoming objects both natural and apparently, unnatural.

Popular Mechanics, a magazine that has been very critical of all things dealing with UFOs has done an about-face as they recently filed a report about the Chilean fireball incident where seven fireballs were tracked coming into the Earth’s atmosphere over an area called, Chiloe. The fireballs did not break up but were seen crash landing into the Earth.

The objects were described as bright red and some claim that they looked as if they were under intelligent control. On September 28, National Geology and Mining Service officials released a preliminary report based on field analysis that concluded the mysterious objects that hurtled toward Earth were not dissolved meteorites. Geologists with the agency visited the alleged site of the impact and found no evidence of meteorites.

However, whatever the objects were they were obliterated and set the area on fire.

Astronomer Jonathan McDowell of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics tweeted that he believed the objects were likely meteorites as there were no “relevant space debris candidates” that he could see, but noted that it often takes several days for more information to come out.

So if it isn’t meteorites and it is not space debris, what has happened in Chile?

At about the same time as the Chilean incident, the Charlotte Observer reported that a fleet of lights recorded off North Carolina’s Outer Banks. The video of the incident has gone viral. What is most interesting is that the light cluster appears to be similar to the reports of Tic Tac UFOs that have been seen stalking Navy ships.

William Guy posted a 31-second video Sept. 28 on YouTube, showing what appears to be 14 glowing orbs over the water. He refers to it as a “real UFO sighting.”

Guy told the McClatchy newsgroup he’s from Indiana and is among the workers sent to repair damage on Ocracoke Island caused by intense flooding during Hurricane Dorian.

The video was filmed aboard a ferry crossing the Pamlico Sound from Ocracoke Island to Swan Quarter on the mainland, he said. The lights appeared for at least a minute and a half. Pamlico Sound is not part of the Atlantic Ocean, but a large body of water that separates the Outer Banks from mainland North Carolina.

The video of these anomalous lights is very eerie –and while William Guy says that what he captured was a fleet of UFO’s skeptics have made the same hypothesis that was made during the Phoenix Lights incident and that is what is being seen are Military flares.

There was something strange that seemed to literally stretch within the rings of Saturn. Some did follow the signal to the Cassini craft. This report may validate what Dr. Norman Bergrun has written scientific paper’s on and that is aliens are in our solar system and they are lurking near Jupiter and in the rings of Saturn.

Dr. Norman Bergrun, who previously worked at NASA Ames Research Center, has made comments that UFOs are hiding in the rings of Saturn. Bergrun wrote the 1986 book entitled, Ringmakers of Saturn. The book highlights that there are massive alien ships around Saturn.

After these so-called ships were spotted in Saturn’s rings, a UFO that looks similar to the ones spotted in the Cassini images appeared over New York.

On September 25, 2019, Mauricio Lopez filmed exactly the same object above New York, something that he describes as looking like the Death Star from Star Wars.

The massive area between Jupiter and Saturn has always been an area that certainly could hide an armada of alien spacecraft or even probes. Now it has been discovered that it has also hidden a number of moons.

Scientists have now found 20 more moons orbiting Saturn.

All 20 moons are tiny, measuring about 3 miles across. Seventeen of them have retrograde orbits, meaning they move around Saturn in the opposite direction to the planet’s rotation. These 17 all take more than three Earth years to complete one Saturn lap, and the most far-flung one is the most distant Saturn satellite known, discovery team members said.

One of the three newly discovered “prograde” moons has an orbital period of more than three Earth years, while the other two complete one lap every two years or so.

The 17 retrograde moons appear to belong to the “Norse group” of Saturn satellites, which share the same basic orbital parameters.

As these discoveries are made we have to weigh the possibilities that things are hiding or lurking out there waiting for a signal or watching us to determine if we are friend or foe or may be easily conquered.

We have often been told that aliens are not hostile because their UFOs have not engaged in aggressive activity but perhaps that is not their purpose and perhaps most of what we are seeing is not even being piloted by ETI.

It does not mean that ETI does not have a part in all of this.

They are observing from a safe distance – they are lurking before they strike – it certainly would be a Great War strategy.

We should develop first contact protocols to be implemented if a probe is discovered, and we also need to update the law, such that if a probe is found, then it doesn’t result in a potentially violent mêlée as we race to learn its secrets before our rivals, and that whatever benefits can be gleaned from the probe are made available to the whole of humankind.

As the federal agency that is in charge of exploring outer space, NASA never stops being at the front door for all manner of alien conspiracies. It has been common knowledge for some time that NASA still abides by a 50-year-old policy of denial with regards to any information regarding discoveries in space that may abruptly affect the people on planet earth.

NASA commissioned the Brookings Research Institute in Washington to prepare a report on the likelihood of encountering extraterrestrial life and to detail how NASA UFO sightings should be handled. The Final 219-Page Report, published in 1960, was titled “Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs.” One section was dedicated to the “Implications of a Discovery of Extraterrestrial Life.” The study is now referred to simply as “The Brookings Report.”

The report predicted that if extraterrestrial life were discovered, it could bring about “profound changes, or even the collapse of our civilization.” The report noted that such a discovery could come about at any time and that any admission of UFO activity could incite fear in the public. It suggested that evidence of alien existence might be found in artifacts left on the moon or other planets.

The Brookings Report made no specific recommendations to NASA about continuing secrecy around UFOs and extraterrestrials. In one sense, it suggested that the public would be “less shocked” if the information was revealed. On the other hand, the report concluded that more studies needed to be done in order to determine how the public would respond “emotionally and intelligently” to the discovery of “intelligent extraterrestrial life.”

The report questioned whether the public should be told about any encounters, or whether the information should be “withheld from the public for what ends.”

Back when the Brookings Report was published; the world was a very different place. Space exploration technology was still in its early phases, and the prospect of sending humans to the moon was still a dream.

A lot has changed since 1960. Three countries have made attempts at sending probes to the moon. Japan has deployed jumping robots on an asteroid, an internal space station orbits our planet, and the U.S has landed a rover on Mars.

The same rovers that have given us strange sounds and may be able to shed light on whether or not life exists in space.

And yet NASA operates in an antiquated fashion when it comes to its discoveries and its policies with reporting possible life in space and possible craft operated by extraterrestrial intelligence.

They really need to step up and give us more feedback rather than holding back a possible alien incursion.
