The expansion of the Ukrainian government’s assassination campaign, modeled after the CIA-run Phoenix Program in Vietnam, was exemplified by the recent killings of key Russian and Ukrainian personnel in law enforcement, government and military. Furthermore, the U.S. is funding an organization called Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD), whose professed purpose, is to “counter Russian disinformation.” However, its real reason for existence may be to create the equivalent of a “hit list” of alleged traitors whom patriotic Americans and/or Ukrainians will feel they have a green light to assassinate. Have you ever had the feeling that no matter what we say we are- a budding democracy or even a constitutional republic undefined we are owned by someone else. Meaning, the George Sorosundefineds of the world, the bankers, Rockefellers, and Rothschilds undefined take your pick the decisions are never in favor of you or me undefined they are always in favor of them and they are always helped along by agents for the Deep State- doing those Deep State things.

But both faces operate under one controlling head.
We know who employs the Deep State we know who has weaponized them. They are the upper classes, the super wealthy who control the financial institutions, Wall Street, the intelligence agencies, the corporate media, the internet, the military, and the politicians. They are multinational.
They are the wealthy nihilists who care not one jot for the rest of the world. They operate in secret, yet also run above-ground organizations such as the World Bank (WB), the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Agency for International Development and the list goes on.
Their bloodstream runs on war, the preparations for war, and the economic exploitation of the world. All wealthy people are not party to their machinations, but they are almost always complicit in profiting from their crimes unless they are very stupid. Or play stupid.
Radical ideologues intent on drastically transforming everything about America in pursuit of what they regard as the “greater good” spent decades infiltrating positions of influence such as academia, the media, politics, and even the church in order to shape Americans’ perceptions en masse and therefore eventually “normalize” what they set out to achieve. They used the US’ own freedoms against it, exploiting the lack of effective checks and balances as well as many well-intended individuals’ naivete
They always seem to act undefined on order to tech us who really is in control and that every action teaches a valuable abstract lesson.
Unfortunately, these overreaching, heavy-handed lessons in how to rule by force have become standard operating procedures for a government that communicates with its citizenry primarily through the language of brutality, intimidation, and fear, none of this is new.
It keeps the conspiracy theorist in business because in modern times and in history the deep state has had its hidden hand in many events that can be considered earth-shattering.
The Church Committee, the Senate task force charged with investigating COINTELPRO abuses in 1975, echoed these concerns about the government’s abuses:
“Too many people have been spied upon by too many Government agencies and too much information has been collected. The Government has often undertaken the secret surveillance of citizens on the basis of their political beliefs, even when those beliefs posed no threat of violence or illegal acts on behalf of a hostile foreign power.”
The report continued:
“Groups and individuals have been harassed and disrupted because of their political views and their lifestyles. Investigations have been based upon vague standards whose breadth made excessive collection inevitable. Unsavory and vicious tactics have been employed—including anonymous attempts to break up marriages, disrupt meetings, ostracize persons from their professions, and provoke target groups into rivalries that might result in deaths. Intelligence agencies have served the political and personal objectives of presidents and other high officials.”
Fifty years later, we’re still having this same debate about the perils of government overreach.
For too long now, the American people have allowed their personal prejudices and politics to cloud their judgment and render them incapable of seeing that the treatment being doled out by the government’s lethal enforcers has remained consistent, no matter the threat.
The lesson to be learned is this: whatever dangerous practices you allow the government to carry out now, rest assured, these same practices can and will be used against you when the government decides to set its sights on you.
All of the excessive, abusive tactics employed by the government and its henchmen today will eventually be meted out on the general populace.
The government has been playing these mind games for a long time.
Senator Frank Church (D-ID) headed a major Senate investigative committee, which exposed massive CIA and FBI criminality—ranging from its surveillance of Americans and efforts to destroy dissenting groups to its involvement in illegal drug testing and assassination. As a consequence of these revelations, new reforms were enacted to try to reign in the so-called “deep state,” though these were relatively mild and gradually reversed.
Today, a new Senate investigation modeled after the Church Committee is urgently needed.
In the nearly 50 years since the Church Committee hearings were held, the intelligence agencies have grown exceedingly more powerful and replicated the pattern of abuse prevalent in the immediate post-World War II era.
These abuses have included: running secret torture sites in the War on Terror; b) coordinating a killer drone program in which even U.S. citizens have been targeted without any judicial process; and orchestrating a fake political scandal—Russiagate—based on fraudulent dossiers, which helped condition the public to support a new Cold War with Russia and which was designed to bring down a sitting U.S. president.
The CIA and associated intelligence agencies have additionally: expanded an unprecedented surveillance apparatus that violates the U.S. Constitution; promoted disinformation in support of illegal wars among many countries; continued to meddle in foreign countries through the National Endowment for Democracy and to support color revolutions designed to facilitate regime change in Eastern Europe and Central Asia; and helped coordinate Phoenix-style operations in Ukraine through liaison with the Ukrainian Secret Service which routinely kidnaps civilians and executes them without trial.
Further investigation is also needed into the extent to which the CIA/FBI and related intelligence agencies have adopted COINTELPRO-style operations today designed to manipulate public opinion, co-opt protest movements and destroy the U.S. constitutional right to free speech and address grievances with the government.
The Church Committee remains one of the U.S. Senate’s most significant investigations.
It was prompted by a rash of revelations in the media about CIA malfeasance, including: illegal domestic surveillance of Americans under Operation Chaos; the CIA’s support for torture in the infamous Phoenix Program in Vietnam; and its support for a fascist coup d’état in Chile on September 11th, 1973 called operation Condor —the extent of which was unknown until the Church Committee investigations.
During the Vietnam war, from 1965 to 1972. The Phoenix Program was a CIA-designed and coordinated infiltration of the political infrastructure of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, also known as the Viet Cong Communist Army.
During this operation, the CIA had been covertly infiltrating Viet Cong strongholds and creating what can be called execution lists of those who were considered subversives or dissidents.
One of the tactics was to create show trials of subversives where they made to confess that they were part of these dissident groups and then some were also forced into demonstrating where others like them were holding up. Some of them were leashed like dogs and were told to lead soldiers to the dwellings. The next day, The CIA’s Provincial Reconnaissance Units would kick the door down and kill everyone inside, women and children included.
In South America, there was an experiment that took place in 1973 where the United States took part in an operation where civil upheaval and civil discord was used to facilitate an exchange of power.
The power that was exchanged was economic power, political power, and power over the people where lives were controlled with the aid of a secret national security apparatus. The enforcers of the new experiment were clandestine intelligence operators that were later revealed to be CIA operatives. Their objective was to create a common enemy or ideology, then round up dissidents, and then place them in internment camps where they were either tortured or killed.
These individuals were actually on a political hit list and were visited in the middle of the night, drugged, and put in a truck. The truck transported them to a helicopter where they were dropped into shark-infested waters.
In 1973 the CIA was urged to create a covert operation to prepare a preemptive military coup. The idea was to move troops and death squads into these countries and eventually use them to round up and kill alleged subversives and enemy combatants.
The man who was involved in these operations of course was Henry Kissinger.
Kissinger declared, “I don’t see why we need to stand by and watch a country go Communist because of the irresponsibility of its own people.” But he and CIA Director Richard M. Helms blocked the proposed pre-election coup as unworkable. More time was needed, they argued.
Allende, of course, won the election.
The Director of Central Intelligence told the group that President Nixon had decided that an Allende regime in Chile was not acceptable to the United States.
The US involvement in coup planning began even before Allende’s election victory, under the codename FUBELT, with action plans prepared for Kissinger’s consideration. One group of officers working under CIA direction carried out the assassination of General Rene Schneider, a pro-Allende officer, in an unsuccessful attempt to spark a full-scale coup before Allende could take office.
The CIA set up a fascist organization called Fatherland and Liberty, headed by a former public relations man for Ford Motor Company, Federico Willoughby McDonald, who became Pinochet’s press secretary after the coup.
This operation was called Condor.
The Church committee was there as a bipartisan non-biased independent study and investigation into abuses of power of the Deep State. There was no politician that stepped in to defend this treachery- after all, it was 1975 and the trust un government post-Nixon was mostly non-existent.
The question is why a committee such as this cannot be organized today. The best we can come up with is a biased investigation into the January 6th event undefined that is merely election meddling and more vilification of Donald Trump.
No one has the fortitude to come after the deep state now.
There are many reasons why undefined back in the 1960undefineds both JFK and RFK had a beef with the security state undefined and the clandestine groups within the deep state organized against the Kennedys as both were assassinated.
At this moment Under Public Law 117-128, the U.S. Congress is funding an organization called Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD), whose professed purpose, according to its website, is to “counter Russian disinformation.” But its real purpose may be to create the equivalent of a “hit list” of alleged traitors whom patriotic Americans and/or Ukrainians will feel they have a green light to assassinate.
The hit list includes such so called “traitors” as writers Chris Hedges and Glenn Greenwald, political scientist John Mearsheimer, Pink Floyd singer Roger Waters, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), former presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, conservative military analyst Edward Luttwak who was placed on the list for suggesting that referendums should be held in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions concerning their relations to Ukraine, and many others who have been outspoken about the war effort and how it is becoming a quagmire.
The profiles of many people targeted under the “hit list” has been posted on a website, Myrotvorets (meaning “peacemaker” in Ukrainian), whose domain name is listed as being in Langley, Virginia, headquarters of the CIA.
Established in 2014 following the Maidan coup with assistance from a U.S. army intelligence officer, Joel Harding, Myrotvorets aims to out Russian intelligence service (FSB) agents and Wagner mercenaries alongside pro-Russian propagandists and features gruesome photos of dead Russians. Its welcome message advertises itself as a “CIA project.”
Sadly, many on the Myrotvorets enemies list have already been assassinated. When this occurs, the Ukrainian word for LIQUIDATED is stamped across their picture in big red letters—as happened when Italian journalist Andrea Rocchelli was murdered.
In an indication of its foul character, Myrotvorets has listed the names of more than 300 children, among them 13-year-old Faina Savenkova who has written on social media about the terror meted out by the Ukrainian Army in eastern Ukraine.

United States intelligence agencies believe parts of the Ukrainian government authorized the car bomb attack near Moscow in August that killed Daria Dugina, the daughter of Alexander Dugin undefined the Russian nationalist that has been rumored to be counseling Vladimir Putin on war decisions,
According to the New York Times, the United States took no part in the attack, either by providing intelligence or other assistance, officials said. American officials also said they were not aware of the operation ahead of time and would have opposed the killing had they been consulted. Afterward, American officials admonished Ukrainian officials over the assassination, they said.
The closely held assessment of Ukrainian complicity, which has not been previously reported, was shared within the U.S. government last week. Ukraine denied involvement in the killing immediately after the attack, and senior officials repeated those denials when asked about the American intelligence assessment.
While Russia has not retaliated in a specific way for the assassination, the United States is concerned that such attacks — while high in symbolic value — have little direct impact on the battlefield and could provoke Moscow to carry out its own strikes against senior Ukrainian officials. American officials have been frustrated with Ukraine’s lack of transparency about its military and covert plans, especially on Russian soil.
Literally, the Ukrainians have developed thought police undefined that is sharing their information with Deep State operatives and are calling in favors to eliminate those who have strong opinions about the war.
This may be why there has been little or no protest of a war that is out of control and may lead to a limited nuclear exchange,
The United States has also attempted to establish its own Ministry of Truth and has come out and claimed that those who speak against the policies of the Biden regime should be seen as domestic terrorists.
This means that anyone can have targets on their backs.
There is really no accounting for who you are or what color or sexual preferences you may have.
When you find yourself in the government’s crosshairs, it will not matter whether your skin is black or yellow or brown or white; it will not matter whether you’re an immigrant or a citizen; it will not matter whether you’re rich or poor; it will not matter whether you’re Republican or Democrat; and it certainly won’t matter who you voted for in the last presidential election.
At that point—when you find yourself subjected to dehumanizing, demoralizing, thuggish behavior by government bureaucrats who are hyped up on the power of their badges and empowered to detain, search, interrogate, threaten and generally harass anyone they see fit you may understand how you were warned that the slippery slope exists and that conspiracy theorists warned people of where we were heading.
All other classes, the poor, middle classes, and even a portion of the upper middle classes mean nothing to the power elite unless they can serve their interests. They are always waging class warfare to maintain their domination and control. Their recent version of this class war is underway in the United States and in many other countries. As of today, they are using race fears to create chaos and outrage to disguise their class warfare which is leading to the imposition of martial law.
By shutting down the world’s economy, they have destroyed the livelihoods of hundreds of millions of people and are creating poverty on a vast scale. Much famine and death will follow. In the United States alone, 40-45 million people have applied for unemployment insurance and job loss is the greatest since the Great Depression.
This class war is not new, but it is conducted today at warp speed since these people control the technology that has allowed them vastly increased power. In the U.S.A., it is conducted as usual under the guise of Republicans versus Democrats, the two representative political factions that are the faces of the controlled “opposition,” who are actually allies in the larger confidence game. Keeping “hope” alive is central to their strategy. Mind control is what they do. Speed is their greatest ally. Race is central to their game plan. They always say they are protecting us.
It is all a lie. A show. Nothing but a spectacle for the gullible. A shadow play.
Unfortunately, the propaganda is so slick that it creates a double-bind, people grasp at any neurotic “solution” out of frustration.
But this is nothing new -as cold war conspiracies, COINTELPRO, Mockingbird and Operation Chaos illustrated in the past.
Keep in mind that between 1947 and 1975, the CIA had been placed under the authority of four different subcommittees which met only occasionally and were “often nothing more than a tool to silence the opponents of clandestine intelligence activity.
Remember the security state was also built around Operation paperclip where we not only funneling Nazi scientists for the space program undefined but intelligent agents that served directly under Hitler.
It is a matter of record that Nazi scientists and intelligence personnel were welcomed into the United States and Russia. Were these Nazis truly reformed or were they pretending to be behind the United States and supporting them with true intelligence?
The truth may be chilling. It may also be the reason why we now find ourselves stuck in the quagmire of constant Deep State subterfuge. These underhanded or unseen handed activities were happening without the knowledge of the American people.
Hitler’s spymaster, Reinhard Gehlen may well have been the father of the Deep State, developing the “Org” which consisted of hardcore Nazi spooks surrendering to the allies and then giving them information that would be the seeds of paranoia needed to create the Cold War.
The United States saw the advantage of having Nazis working with the CIA in order to keep the momentum going of the anti-communist crusades.
The Org played a role in the creation of the “missile gap,” providing CIA with reports on Soviet missile developments supposedly based on contacts with German scientists captured by the Russians at the end of the war.
The Org played a major role within NATO, too, supplying two–thirds of the raw intelligence on Warsaw Pact countries.
The CIA swallowed it up and believed in the Soviet bogeyman stories. The ORG was always able to spin Russian/American paranoia and create Communist witch hunts that were pervasive after the Second World War.
From the beginning, Gehlen was able to exaggerate the Soviet-Russian threat.
He began a campaign of fostering paranoia in the West about a worldwide Communist conspiracy. Gehlen’s strategy was based on the Hegelian dialectic, the more paranoia, crisis and fear of an invisible enemy, the more political space for Hitler’s heirs to move in and secretly reshape American democracy to become an order in which government relinquishes civil rights and rules with an iron fist.
The CIA’s dependence on Gehlen’s information and his constant fear-mongering was actually due to its being everything they wanted to hear. It compounded what they were already thinking by providing supposed evidence of Russian collusion and infiltration where there had been none.
This made Washington a huge collective sponge for mountains of disinformation. It also increased spending on the Military Industrial Complex.
Now keep in mind that the United States and the Soviet Union were two sworn enemies of the Third Reich. The Nazi regime collapsed in May 1945, squeezed ever more tightly between two fronts – the Soviet Union on one side, and the United States on the other.
It was both countries that brought down the Nazi threat and by some weird happenstance, the two powers that brought down the tyranny of Hitler were becoming enemies because of fake intelligence given by an ex-Nazi spy.
The rumors that were fueled by these ex-Nazi spies created a division between the Communists and the United States. The Russians, who were once allies with the United States, were now enemies and were now talking about nuclear missiles and mutually assured destruction.
Isn’t this what is happening now?
Despite the hysterics from the usual suspects claiming that Trump would blow up the world a few hours after taking office, the reality is that, instead of launching missiles at our alleged enemies he launched the most wide-ranging and ambitious peace offensive in history and what is most disturbing is that when President Kennedy attempted the same thing it was the same intelligence apparatus fronted by Nazi agents and deep state operatives that had him killed.
Trump has been spared the bullet undefined and assassination- but there are more ways to assassinate the character of a former President that has been attacked, accused of treason, and has been impeached twice.
Liberal support for the “deep state” increased further during the presidency of Donald Trump, whom the Agency slandered as a Russian foreign agent and Manchurian candidate allegedly installed by Vladimir Putin.
The purpose of the Russia gate scandal was to manufacture animus toward Russia whose government the CIA wanted to overthrow, and to undermine Donald Trump whom the dominant forces in the CIA hated because of some of his idiosyncratic positions and because he was an embarrassment to the U.S.
With no political opposition or proper transparency or oversight, the CIA and related agencies like the NSA and FBI have since 1980 repeated the pattern of abuse that was prevalent in the period from 1947 to 1975.
The FBI and CIA furthermore appear to be far more brazen in interfering in U.S. politics, including by infiltrating left and right-wing groups with provocateurs, co-opting mainstream and alternative media, and covertly supporting political candidates.
The media and Congress have been totally corrupted, the Democratic Party and liberal establishment are hopelessly wedded to identity politics, and the “deep state” has become so powerful that no one dares to challenge it.
The Deep State can’t have peace and whatever happens next will certainly have the intelligence seal of approval as they will hijack any attempts at trying to tame the volatile situation in Ukraine.
There is a famine of knowledge that is spreading because of hate and a brutal sense of entitlement by neo-liberals that have now gone off the rails into becoming extremists which are now triggering right-wing extremists that believe that they are being targeted by an unfair propaganda campaign that targets them as being racists and white supremacists, gun fanatics, and traitors.
The body politic is now continuing its downward trajectory and there is no sign of it letting up. As long as the unelected intelligence groups are allowed to operate beyond the reach of the Constitution, the courts and the citizenry, the threat to our freedoms remains undiminished.
Furthermore, as the media continues to give the CIA and its former members, carte blanche to lie on national TV, the people will certainly find themselves confused and weary of anything coming from the White House.
