Today, as I prepared for this show, I realized something that I thought was very interesting. Technology, as you know, is growing at an exponential rate. It is happening so fast that we have not even taken the time to look back at the history of some of our technology and how it came to be.
Take the Smartphone for example. In the 1990’s the first “smart” or mobile phones were bulky. Then they were reduced down to a bar of soap. These were typical cell phones and some of them had limited access to things like e-mail and internet.
In order to facilitate demand for internet access and social media, smart phones were upgraded in 2015 to be even closer to what we have now. By 2018 they became even more advanced. Many people of course see the advancements in screen quality, ease of access and convenience. We are also seeing the advanced 5G systems being brought on board for faster downloads.
However, there is another advancement that most people are not even aware of that has been programmed in everyone who uses the smart phone and that that is the advancement of what is called “kinesthetic programming” which aids in what is called synthetic telepathy.
The smart phone has taught us a simple programming mechanism for the brain. It has put is in the habit of “think, tap, and receive” – an exercise that eventually will become a mental imperative similar to brushing one’s teeth or automatically using a car signal to make a turn. Think Tap and receive will eventually lead to “Think, look tap and receive” and eventually receiving messages directly fired into the neuro network of the brain.
You will think, tap a part of your skull and then hear a voice through technology that sends messages through your lower mandible into your skull.
In the 1967 science-fiction political-satire movie, The President’s Analyst, starring James Coburn, one of the subplots involved a plan by the company TPC to develop “the Cerebrum Communicator,” a microelectronic device that can communicate wirelessly with any other Cerebrum Communicator in the world.

Once implanted in the brain, the user needs to just think of the number of the person they wish to reach, and are instantly connected, thus eliminating the need for the phone company’s massive and expensive-to-maintain wired infrastructure.
This type of technology could also be used to send telepathic commercials or thoughts where brands or brand names would flash into your head and by the power of suggestion, McDonalds could send you a message about a value deal on Big Macs and Lund time, or Starbucks can send you a mental “treat receipt” reminding you that after 2:00PM, you can have a delicious latte for a pick me up.
This technology already exists in the form of Voice-to-Skull technology, Neurophone technology – and microwave tech that can generate artificial telepathy.
Some call it artificial schizophrenia or political control technology.
Neurophones are not really phones but are known as a bio-hacker for the brain. It is a handheld device that emits a subtle ultrasonic frequency to create left/right brain synchronization through two transducers that are applied to the user’s forehead.
It is literally a mind control device that was inspired by an old science fiction novel.
In 1911, Hugo Gernsback, often referred to as “The Father of Science Fiction”, wrote a book entitled Ralph 124C 4+ in which he depicted a sleep learning device called the Hypnobioscope. A young inventor Patrick Flanagan ran with the idea, creating the Neuro-phone, Gernsback later thanked him and gave him his blessing for inventing it. The Neurophone can be worn while sleeping and includes an audio jack in which you may connect sound, theoretically enabling auditory learning while you are unconscious.
Literally, reprogramming the brain in dream time.
While Neurophones are available commercially, the idea of answering a cell phone in your head is not commercially available yet but new technology is now available that can beam songs directly into your skull. This is the same technology that is used to harass people and gang stock them through synthetic telepathy.
Noveto Systems unveiled a desktop device that beams sound directly to a listener without the need for headphones.
The 3-D sound is so close it feels like it’s inside your ears while also in front, above and behind them.
Noveto expects the device will have plenty of practical uses, from allowing office workers to listen to music or conference calls without interrupting colleagues to letting someone play a game, movie or music without disturbing their significant others.
The lack of headphones means it’s possible to hear other sounds in the room clearly.
The technology uses a 3-D sensing module and locates and tracks the ear position sending audio via ultrasonic waves to create sound pockets by the user’s ears. Sound can be heard in stereo or a spatial 3-D mode that creates 360-degree sound around the listener, the company said.
While the concept of sound beaming is not new, Noveto was the first to launch the technology and their SoundBeamer 1.0 desktop device will be the first branded consumer product.
Sound beaming voice to skull technology has been used by the government and was also available as a tool for mind control and torture.
We all have heard of the government’s plan to identify and disable—anyone that they see as a potential threat. We are also hearing of how advanced technology can be used to push you and your mind in directions they would certainly never go –and when you engage in unfamiliar activities you are left wondering if you did it because you are having a psychotic break or if something is contributing to some unexplained behavior.
It was Aldous Huxley that postulated that in the Brave New World of the future that we would be bombarded with so much stimulation that people would be reduced to passivity and in order to be thrilled or even shocked there would have to be stimulation so intense that it would have to render the person close to near-death or even to experience the feeling of dying to know true intense stimulation.
Huxley also prophesied that in the future it would be more difficult to start a revolution because what would not be taken into account is how easy it will be to distract the person of the future and how easy it would be to use drugs and advanced technology to target someone like a lab rat and have them do things that they would have no control over.
When Huxley read Orwell’s 1984, he was troubled by the idea of fascist controls being implanted through a series of traumatic jolts to the psyche.
He write a letter to Orwell and told him that he felt that the world’s rulers will discover that infant conditioning and nacre-hypnosis would be used to control the masses. He also knew that mind control techniques would advance with the arrival of technologies that would render someone helpless and debilitated.
The only way that they could gather what little independence they have would be to love their servitude. Once again they would have to give in to the gaslighting and manipulation brought on by brain technologies and drugs that are meant to steal a person’s cognitive liberty.
It can be argued that we are living more in the world imagined by Huxley, enforced by the propaganda and government machine introduced by Orwell.
This new sound beaming device can be used as the ultimate MK Ultra brainwashing device, bringing it all home as a harmless tool to listen to your own music and play games without disturbing people.
Again, reflecting on what Huxley has predicted he stated:
“Taking the techniques of persuasion and information and true propaganda that we have learned to apply nationally in war, and deliberately bending them to the international tasks of peace, if necessary utilizing them, as Lenin envisaged, to “overcome the resistance of millions” to desirable change.”
The new tech is necessary to continue the unabashed propaganda that fires neurons to replace old ones—it will be the most amazing mind bending device.
Propaganda is not enough – we are now backing it with electronic manipulation, and while algorithms are simple tools in shaping the mind as there are more advanced methods of torture that targets the individual making their lives a total nightmare.
The MIT team described how it developed two different methods to transmit tones, music, and recorded speech via a laser.
Both techniques take advantage of something called the photoacoustic effect, which is the formation of sound waves as the result of a material absorbing light. In the case of the MIT research, that material was water vapor in the air.
For one of their methods, the researchers “swept” a laser beam at the speed of sound, changing the length of the sweeps to encode different audible pitches.
This technique allowed them to transmit sound to a person more than 8.2 feet away at a volume of 60 decibels — about the loudness of background music or a conversation in a restaurant — without anyone between the source of the sound and the target hearing it.
For the other method, they encoded an audio message by adjusting a laser beam’s power. They said this technique produced a quieter but clearer result.
As cool as it would be to use a laser to sneak a message to a friend across a crowded room, the MIT team has far more important applications in mind for its technology.
They believe further research will allow them to scale up the transmission distance, which could make the technique useful in dangerous situations, such during a mass shooting — authorities could beam instructions directly to individuals without anyone else hearing them.
However there have been writers, analysts and even conspiracy theorist that believe that this technology has been used to transmit messages into the heads of suspects of mass shootings.
Back in 2013, Aaron Alexis that Naval yard shooter. Alexis was stalking the halls of Navy Yard Building #197, shotgun in hand and wound up killing 12 people and injuring three others. Alexis apparently etched into the side of his shotgun “My ELF weapon.”
The media was not even aware of what it meant until the Washington post speculated that the ELF meant extremely low frequency.
From there it was said that Alexis was delusional – claiming that Alexis’ mad pre-shooting complaint to the FBI that unknown people were “using ‘some sort of microwave machine’ to send vibrations into his body, preventing him from falling asleep.
The FBI made a Statement:
“There are multiple indicators that Alexis held a delusional belief that he was being controlled or influenced by extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic waves. The etching of “My ELF weapon!” on the left side of the receiver of the Remington 870 shotgun is believed to reference these electromagnetic waves. In addition, a document retrieved from his electronic media stated, “Ultra low frequency attack is what I’ve been subject to for the last 3 months, and to be perfectly honest that is what has driven me to this.”
ELF technology was a legitimate program for naval sub-tonal submarine communications; however, conspiracy theories exist which misinterpret its application as the weaponization of remote neural frequencies for government monitoring and manipulation of unsuspecting citizens.”
However, the Post called Alexis, “delusional.”
For years there have been people who have made claims that they have been victim of this synthetic telepathy long before it became commercially known.
Another infamous cases here in the United States involved an unfortunate incident of mistaken identity with former CBS news anchor Dan Rather In 1986, Rather was chased, pummeled and kicked on a Manhattan sidewalk by a well-dressed man who kept asking, “What’s the frequency Kenneth?”
The man turned out to be William Tager who is now in prison for shooting an NBC Stagehand. Tager told his Psychiatrist that he thought the news media was beaming signals into his head. One of his obsessions apparently was to find out the frequency of the signals.
There was a report later that during this time there actually were signals being sent out by the CIA to track Russian Submarine coordinates.
Last month, Russian agents were accused of a ‘microwave attack’ on CIA agents in Australia.
Two agents from the United States’ Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) have raised concerns that they were attacked with a sophisticated microwave weapon during a visit to Australia late last year.
The CIA figures said they heard ringing in their ears and nausea consistent with “Havana syndrome” – alleged brain injuries caused by the high-tech weaponry first suffered by American diplomats serving in Cuba.
GQ magazine is reporting that mobile phone data shows agents from Moscow’s Federal Security Service (FSB) near the CIA agents’ hotel room at the time they fell ill.
“While in their hotel rooms in Australia, both of the Americans felt it: the strange sound, the pressure in their heads, the ringing in their ears,” GQ reports.
Reports say one of the CIA agents allegedly attacked in Australia is among the agency’s five highest-ranking officials.
The Australian government is refusing to comment on the reports and the CIA has not made any statements either.
Some kind of “acoustic weapon” had been secretly aimed at these individuals.
What is most disconcerting is that it is not some conspiracy or secret that the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, had long been working to develop an arsenal of sound and active denial weapons. The Pentagon was also proud of a weapon that used lasers to beam messages into the minds of soldiers and civilians.
Some of these weapons you may have heard of: there is the MEDUSA, which stands for MOB EXCESS DETERRENT USING SILENT AUDIO and LRAD which stands for LONG RANGE ACOUSTIC DEVICE.
These weapons are known to cause excruciating pain when used on a targeted individual.
The Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate is a project aimed at developing new technologies that can both enhance brain function and also shut down parts of the brain to disable a person for apprehension.
There is also news technologies provided by the Pentagon that are able to transmit clear snippets of human speech across long distances into the brain.
To accomplish this task, the weapon uses a principle called the Laser-Induced Plasma Effect, which involves firing an incredibly powerful laser to create a ball of plasma, then shooting a second laser to oscillate the plasma, creating sound waves. With enough laser bursts fired at the right frequencies, the plasma vibrations can actually mimic human speech.
This technology will enable military personnel to target specific people with messages or warnings while putting themselves at minimal risk.
The talking laser has been called a communication tool; however, slight variations can make the weapon useful for more aggressive controls on individuals and crowds. For example, JNLWP scientists are also testing plasma lasers that can burn through clothing to irritate human skin, and lasers that can pulse at frequencies similar to flash-bang grenades.
Weapons such as these have allegedly been used by criminal elements that have targeted individuals who claim they are victims of gang stalking.
According to an official 2009 U.S. Department of Justice document release on stalking crimes in America, 13.1% of the three million, three hundred ninety eight thousand, six hundred thirty U.S. citizens that reported stalking crimes to the U.S. Department of Justice “Stalking Victimization Survey”, in the year 2006 alone, reported that they were stalked by a group of 3 or more people.
So that amounts to well over 441,800 people who reported being subject to organized stalking, to the DOJ survey alone — in other words, this report doesn’t include all reportage of organized stalking crimes to the police, FBI, and related authorities in 2006, only those victims that happened to hear about, and report to, the U.S. Department of Justice “Stalking Victimization Survey”, in the year 2006… This official document adds irrefutable credence, to the scale of the organized stalking epidemic, and further proves a massive and widespread “concurrence of claim” in the United States.
Now mind you, mind control devices don’t have to be so advanced to condition the victim into submission.
This technology has been a relic of the Cold War and now it will become part of our lives. Something that was once called an earworm is now music to the ears of those that have used acoustic manipulation as a weapon for submission.
