12/13/21 – U.A.PEACE ON EARTH – HAVE YOU HEARD WHAT WE’VE HEARD? W/ JOE MURGIA AND RICHARD C. HOAGLAND

Posted on December 13th, 2021 by Clyde Lewis

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

UFOs and UAP’s are being sighted or reported all over the world. There were sightings in California and what appeared to be an armada flying over the pacific.

A new video circulating on social media has fueled the extraterrestrial debate.Pilot Captures Footage of Suspected UFOs Over Pacific Ocean (UPDATE) | ComplexThe footage was reportedly captured by a pilot who was flying over the South China Sea at an altitude of 39,000 feet. The video shows three sets of mysterious light formations moving through the clouds near Hong Kong before quickly disappearing.

The other day there was a story in the New York Post that caught my eye undefined and when I really stopped to think about its implications, I got a chill because of what it might mean.

Imagine youundefinedre alone in a tiny spacecraft - itundefineds your first time up there, all alone in endless space. Then suddenly undefined you hear a knock outside the craft.

Thatundefineds what happened to Yang Liwei, Chinaundefineds first man in space, on his maiden flight in 2003.The first Chinese astronaut thought he was going to die | Ars Technica

In a recent interview, he has now recalled hearing undefinedsomeone knocking the body of the spaceship just as knocking an iron bucket with a wooden hammerundefined his words undefined very, very peculiar.

He thought it was someone outside his spacecraft undefined or inside he wasnundefinedt sure.

Naturally, he got a bit nervous and had a peek out the porthole but failed to spot any explanation for the eerie knock.

Heundefineds not been able to figure out what it was, neither up in space nor after returning to earth. He has even tried - but failed - to recreate the sound so that experts could help him identify it. Unsurprisingly, the story about unexplained mystery sounds in space has garnered quite a bit of attention.

What - or who - was knocking on Mr. Yangundefineds spacecraft as he was all alone miles from the safety of the earth?

Given that there is no medium for sound to travel, space would be expected to be silent.

But the truth is that itundefineds not all that unusual to hear sound in space - and itundefineds also not unusual to not find a conclusive explanation for that sound. It is not so unusual to pick up on sounds from space that donundefinedt sound random or that seem to be sent by intelligence.

But when we hear the sounds, do we immediately think of aliens? Are there protocols for sounds that can be heard as techno signatures? We know about Fast Radio Bursts but frequencies unfamiliar to the ear can really spark outrageous theory.

In 1969, a test flight for the Moon landing mission orbited the Moon, and on the far side while cut off from radio contact with Earth, the astronauts heard a strange sound they couldnundefinedt explain. it was a whistling sound that was said to be some radio distortion but that didnundefinedt stop people from wondering if aliens were trying to communicate

If the capsule is rocking don’t bother knocking.

Some people believe any phenomenon exhibiting technology beyond the abilities of the United States needs deep study. Skeptics believe most or all of the sightings, including videos recorded by cameras on military fighter jets, can be explained by tricks of optics or naturally occurring phenomena.

But the military research that underpinned the intelligence report that was issued last June did little to address those theories or provide specific explanations for various sightings that have captured the public’s imagination.

We have all heard about military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, and how he ran a little-noticed group within the Pentagon called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. The Pentagon has said the program was shut down in 2012, but backers of the program said its work continued. In 2020, the Pentagon announced it had a new group, the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force.

But things are changing yet again and we wonder if you have heard what we have heard about what is happening and how all of the new overtures in government indicate that we are well ob our way to definite disclosure.

There’s a growing consensus in the scientific community that there’s alien life out there, somewhere, in some form or another. It’s only a matter of time and scientific rigor before we find it.

As the search for extraterrestrial life heats up, scientists may need to step up their reporting game a bit.

Researchers should report evidence for alien life on a scale similar to the technological readiness level scale commonly used to assess the readiness of spaceflight components, a new paper argues. The goal is to make the search for life less undefinedbinaryundefined — life or no life — and to express it more accurately in terms of agreed-upon scientific uncertainty.

The newly proposed alien-life evidence scale was outlined in a study published online in the journal Nature that was led by NASA chief scientist Jim Green. The scale includes seven levels, which are subject to change depending on the type of environment involved and how the scientific community responds.

For a Mars mission, for example, finding hints of a signature of life would register at Level 1 on the scale, and showing that the discovery was not due to contamination by Earth life would raise it to Level 2. The highest levels include verifying signs of life with several instruments (Level 6) and in different locations on a world (Level 7).

NASA may also reconsider data that they have originally rejected because of a lack of protocols.

there have been several high-profile debates about potential signs of life on Mars. In 1996, for example, a team of researchers suggested that they found compelling signs of Mars life in a Martian meteorite called ALH8400. The report remains controversial 25 years later.

Another debate was sparked in 2015, when data gathered by NASAundefineds Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter suggested that the signature of hydrated salts was associated with intriguing, seasonally occurring dark streaks on the Red Planet known as recurring slope lineae (RSL). Some scientists think these salts resulted from evaporation of briny water, but others say RSL are caused by dry landslides.Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter - NASA MarsWhile NASA did not allude to past research in describing the new scale in their announcement the agency did point out that astrobiology — as well as all of science — is a process that includes undefinedasking questions, coming up with hypotheses, developing new methods to look for clues and ruling out all alternative explanations.undefined

NASA officials emphasized that the scale is meant to spur discussion in the community. The scale is also subject to change as large agency missions get underway later in the 2020s, including a planned Mars sample return mission and the Europa Clipper launch to a potentially habitable moon of Jupiter.

Imagine, for example, that NASA’s Europa Clipper probe—which is due to launch in 2024 on a mission looking for signs of life on Jupiter’s moon Europa—detects possible fleeting evidence of organic molecules under that world’s icy shell. “How do you announce that?”NASA's Europa Clipper—a mission to a potentially habitable ocean world | Nature Communications

Serious protocols are now being considered which indicates that NASA has the news but they still act as though it is the 1960’s as the Brookings Report warned that announcing the discovery of alien life could cause an upheaval on planet earth.

In the 1960’s, there was a plan devised by the U.S. Government to have in place a conspiracy of denial with regards to the possibility that a new space program would discover the possibility of life elsewhere in the universe. This plan, provided by the Brookings Institute, was completed in December of 1960 and pointed out the very real fear of social disintegration if humanity discovered in its cosmic journey proof of extraterrestrial life.

The Brookings statement speculated that there would be discoveries of artifacts on Mars, Venus and the Moon.

The Brookings Report was very clear when it suggested that “Anthropological files contain many examples of societies sure of their place in the universe which have disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different societies in different ways.”

Needless to say, the guardians of intelligence suggested that if the U.S. space program found evidence of alien life or technology that it would be advisable to withhold that information.

No matter what scale they wish to implement whatever protocols they consider undefined there seems to be this light that is focusing on disclosure in the coming months or maybe even late next year,

This last summer there was just a trickle of information undefined that turned out to be just as mysterious and maybe even dismissive wen the government released their investigation into U.A.Pundefineds on earth.

U.A.Pundefineds are unidentified object to the military undefined it is U.F.O. To anyone else.

According to a recent freedom of information act memo signed by Karen C. Fox who is NASAundefineds Senior Science communications officer NASA has not closed the door with regard to the exploration and finding of extraterrestrial bio and techno signatures.

According to the memo:

undefinedTo date, NASA has yet to find any credible evidence of extraterrestrial life, but we are not closed to the possibility that such life exists. We stand ready to support the rest of the government in the search for life in the universe, be it close to home, on the planets or moons of our Solar System or deeper into space.

The nature of science is to better understand the unknown. When we learn of unidentified aerial phenomena, UAP, or more commonly known as unidentified flying objects or UFOs, it opens up the door to new science questions to explore.Read the full Pentagon report on unidentified aerial phenomena | PBS NewsHour

Most UAP sightings result in very limited data, usually video recordings from a single angle that can only be cross validated with eyewitness testimony. The language of scientists is data. But without access to an extensive set of data,

it is nearly impossible to verify or explain any observation. The lack of robust data, including the lack of access to some existing data, is the central problem for scientific study of UAPs. In a sense, the discovery of technology from beyond Earth or the signatures of technology on other worlds would constitute the ultimate biosignature.undefined

The idea that they are sounding open to the idea of ET life is an about face from previous responses from NASA.

The revelations come in the wake of a Pentagon report in June this year which detailed what the US government knows about a series of mysterious flying objects that have been observed in military airspaces over the last several decades.

The report, released on the website of the Office of the Director for National Intelligence, examined 144 reports of encounters with what the government deemed undefinedunidentified aerial phenomenon.undefined

Government officials said privately that there was no evidence of Russian or Chinese advance technology in use. . But the officials acknowledged that the government’s failure to provide much explanation would fuel a wide range of theories, some more conspiratorial than others.

There also seems to legislative language that purports to show that the phenomena of U.A.P. is serious business as the Pentagon has decided to rename an office set aside for analysis of UAP and other anomalies tied to Space Force and national security.

It is likely that Congress will soon send the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community a set of emphatic statutory commands regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.

The content of the UAP language agreed on by key negotiators from the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives Armed Services committees will soon be disclosed undefined which indicates that things are now getting real,

The UAP-related provisions are included in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) now being advanced under the bill designated S. 1605.Webster Statement on Defense Bill Vote - Press Releases - Congressman Daniel Webster

undefined

The measure incorporates a robust array of statutory provisions, in essence commanding the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community (IC) to substantially elevate the priority, coordination, and resources that they devote to investigations of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). The legislation describes the overarching mission in unmistakable terms, but also provides detailed mandates and funding authorities to advance UAP investigations, and provisions to require a measure of periodic partial public disclosure of future findings.

Congress has never before enacted any statutes that deal explicitly with UFOs or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. To the extent that various government agencies have dealt with UAP incidents, or sought to manage public concerns about UAP, they have done so under their general operating authorities as they interpret them. In recent years, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence has prodded the Pentagon and Intelligence Community with language in committee reports, but enactment of sweeping statutory mandates will elevate the subject matter of UAP into an entirely new realm.

It appears that many members of Congress who sit on the committees that have had access to classified briefings on UAP since 2017 have concluded that the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community have dealt with the issue in a haphazard fashion, without institutional continuity or the marshaling of substantial resources. They are determined to change that.

The Pentagon announced a new group to investigate reports of unidentified aerial phenomena in sensitive areas, work that will be overseen by both the military and the intelligence agencies.Pentagon Stands Up New Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Group As Congress Pushes For Even More Action

The group will lead an effort to “detect, identify and attribute objects” in restricted airspace, as well as mitigate any threats to military flights.

Kathleen H. Hicks, the deputy defense secretary, said the new group would be called the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group. It will be overseen by an executive council made up of the under secretary of defense for intelligence, the director of the Joint Staff and senior officials from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

The group will focus on special-use airspace, which includes military operations areas, firing ranges and places restricted for national security and other uses. In a memo, Dr. Hicks said unidentified aerial phenomena in special-use areas represented a potential safety issue for military pilots and raised “potential national security concerns.”

What can be said of 2021 so far is that what we are experiencing can be compared to Alice dropping acid and falling into a rabbit hole of crazy conspiracy theory and in the end the Cheshire Cat says it is all true and the Mad Hatter starts making sense.

Welcome to the Tea Party — where fiction becomes fact and all of the speculation is sexy and the vaguest realities can become less sexy.

I can say that this year has been a year for the sexy alien theories and the not so sexy alien or UFO reality-

We are still without knowing and still without disclosure.

The interest in UFOs shows how the extremes of the ideological spectrum can end up closer to each other than to any political center — not unlike the two prongs of a horseshoe.

The idea of UFO’s unites conspiracy theorists of all ideological and political stripes, born out of a shared distrust of government and authority.

But now the government seems to be cooperating undefined or at least they appear to be interested in getting serious about reports of UAP or UFOs.

Not only is the Pentagon serious about UFOs, but so is Wall Street. I was alerted to a prospectus that was prepared back in June. This is the Title and addendum.

PROCURE ETF TRUST II

Procure Space ETFProcure ETF Trust II (FormN-CSRS)A UAP, formerly known as an “unidentified flying object” or “UFO”, is a flying

object that looks or moves unlike any known aircraft used by the US or any foreign

country. Recently, the US military has acknowledged the existence of UAPs and

confirmed the authenticity of certain videos and images purporting to show UAPs.

Given that currently there is no identification of these observed phenomena, it is

possible that UAPs could create unintentional or deliberate operational, data

security, “cyber” and other interference with the operation of satellites and other

objects in space.

Such activities could result in a significant adverse impact on

securities to lose value and adversely affecting the Fund’s ability to fulfill its

investment objectives.

It makes you wonder how the market would react to such a disclosure.

For more than 70 years, the public has eagerly consumed descriptions of unknown objects tearing across the sky. The possibility that some of these UFOs (or UAPs if your nomenclature is a la mode) are extraterrestrial craft is an old idea. It’s also a surprisingly emotional topic, with opinion mostly split into two camps: those who are convinced aliens exist and have found Earth, and those who aren’t. The former may like the idea that they know something — the presence of aliens — that the “experts”: academia won’t acknowledge. The critics think the proponents are naïve, and the evidence they offer is weak.

But after a lifetime of argument, one might reasonably ask if this movie will ever end? Will this question ever be definitively answered?  It looks like we are edging closer to the truth.
