2/16/21: FROZEN THAWTS – FROM DARK WINTER TO BLACK SWAN W/ RICK DUARTE

As far back as the Spring of 2020, I warned Ground Zero listeners about two tabletop exercises that were carried out just after the 911 attacks called Dark Winter and Atlantic Storm. It was a plan where a bad actor—quite possibly terrorists or even paramilitary would use geoengineering tactics to push the country into an early winter in order to trigger rolling blackouts and to bring about the second wave of COVID-19 distress in the country.
Dark Winter and Atlantic Storm were planned operations that were first reviewed in 2001 and 2005 and were both aligned in predicting the release of a biological pathogen during a massive winter storm. The pathogen was spread on Black Friday during a major winter storm on the Atlantic Coast.
Now, even though the tabletop exercise predicted a pathogen release on Black Friday during a super storm Nor’easter – the real-world event seems to have been carried out and it began in September.
We were already introduced to COVID-19 and there was a threat of a second wave of the virus. It turns out that the second wave was a threat of a variant – a mutation that experts warned was more contagious.
Rick Bright, the former director of the Department of Health and Human Services’ Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, and claimed whistleblower, has been all over the mainstream news as of late projecting the “darkest winter in modern history.”
While the letter of the exercise was not as was planned in 2001 and 2005 – the spirit of the operation was still playing out and during a debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump – Biden warned of a Dark Winter that was underway. Trump who always tried to spin a positive said that there was “no dark winter” but it was evident that he was not briefed on that “intelligence” and Biden was.
The Atlantic had 4 disturbances tracked for the early fall and the rest of country suffered record breaking barometric pressure drops and temperature drops at the end of September.
Residents in Denver, experienced summer temperatures and then within 24 hours they were thrown into an early freeze.
The record high of 97 degrees immediately took a 60 degree drop.
A 50- to 60-degree temperature change in one day is not particularly uncommon for Denver and has happened many times in the city since weather data recording began in Denver in 1872, usually a surge of Arctic air like this happens in the winter months.
But it happened at the end of September into the beginning of October.
Since September, the winter of 2020-2021 has been a roller coaster ride. The commencement of extremely cold temperatures from fall to winter was unprecedented.
Now the commencement from winter into spring has been met with frigid temperatures, unprecedented winter storm activity and roiling blackouts to keep people on edge.
As predicted, Dark Winter’s black outs were the proverbial cherry on top of a mountain of ice and snow that piled up from the north to south.
Snow was falling in the Gulf of Mexico and in northern Mexico.
At least one person was dead and more than 4 million were without power in Texas.
A fire official says three young children and their grandmother died in a Houston-area house fire while it is believed they were trying to stay warm during a power outage.
Authorities claim that the rare deep freeze forced the state’s electric grid operator to impose rotating blackouts because of higher power demand.
President Biden declared an emergency, unlocking federal assistance to Texas, where temperatures ranged from 28 to minus 8 degrees Fahrenheit.
Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker has declared a disaster proclamation after a winter storm pummeled the state with snow and power outages leaving hundreds of thousands in the dark.
West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice declared a state of emergency in four western counties where an ice storm caused tens of thousands of power outages and knocked trees onto roads.
The entire Pacific Northwest was hit by a rare ice storm, which then was dusted by a winter storm that blanketed the area with a foot of snow and ice. Tens of thousands of Oregon residents were without power since Friday as crews raced to restore electricity as the icy winter storm downed more than 5,000 power lines.
Portland General Electric’s map of power outages listed about 200,000 customers without electricity, while Pacific Power listed about 20,000 in Salem and Portland area.
PGE reported that some areas will not get power back for 10 days.
As you can see this winter storm has created bulk power concerns for the country – and of course this is the true definition of Dark Winter.
There are more winter storms coming to many areas already devastated by the cold and snow—and there appears to be a definite concern about the power grid.
Federal regulators say they are launching an “inquiry” into the operations of the bulk-power system during the severe winter storm that left millions without power in subfreezing temperatures in Texas and other states.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation announced that there will be a full inquiry about what solutions can be had in restoring power.
Officials said the immediate emphasis will remain on restoring power to customers and securing the reliability of the bulk-power system, but they will work with other federal agencies, states, regional entities and utilities to identify problems with the performance of the bulk-power system and identify solutions. FERC oversees interstate electricity transmission while NERC oversees reliability standards for the continental U.S., Canada parts of Mexico.
While there are several contributing factors as to why we are seeing this devastating winter blast so late in the year – the argument for geoengineering to make a point about Climate change certainly is compelling.
Headlines of political theater and record cold weather in the United States have taken center stage.
Is that in fact exactly the objective of those who ran the table top exercises? The increasing desperation of the power structure is manifesting in countless forms, the Covid -19 scenario and the continued escalation of the climate engineering operations are two core examples.
Think about this –
For four days it has been dangerously cold in many parts of the United States. Humidity in most areas has been maintained at 70% to 89%. Even in areas where it is forecasted to dip below zero it will be around 78 to 89% relative humidity. Since the Polar Vortex hit, it has yet to drop below 68% humidity and that is completely bizarre. Because humidity usually drops to between 10% and 25%, when major arctic fronts push through the country.
There are two primary measures of atmospheric moisture: relative humidity and dewpoint. Relative humidity, a percent of saturation, is temperature dependent. Since cold air holds substantially less moisture than warm air.
Cold air can’t retain as much moisture, so high humidity is less common in cold weather. Yet you can saturate a parcel of cold air with water and ice… you can warm a moist area and cool it quickly to force multiply a reaction.
This indicates to me that whatever is happening – natural or not, the atmospheric rivers have been tampered with as we usually see cold dry air masses that prevail in winter conditions. I would suspect that chemical ice nucleation particulates have been used to force multiply storms – and cold air masses are saturated making the cold even more unbearable with the humidity factor off the charts.
Dump a large cooler of dry ice onto a super-hot pressure cooker and You are likely to cause an explosive reaction that will blow up in your face!
It is a simple reaction that can be demonstrated in a classroom.
Mix in a few stratospheric microwave manipulations of displaced polar vortexes in Winter, and the end result is record setting snow and ice storms around the globe. Not to mention the chemtrails that have been sprayed to dim the sun – something that Bill Gates is a proponent of and has invested money in sun dimming projects to cool the planet.
Which brings us to another synchronicity – where timing is everything.
Bill Gates made his pitch for drastic and ‘fundamental’ changes to the economy in order to immediately halt the release of greenhouse gasses – primarily carbon dioxide – and ‘go to zero’ in order to save the planet from long-prognosticated and consistently wrong environmental disaster.
Changes we’ll need to make in order to realize Gates’ vision include: Allocating $35 billion per year on climate and clean energy research. He also made a pitch for new and effective ways to generate electricity that will certainly fortify the grid. He also said that there needs He also said that there needs to be the widespread consumption of fake meat, since cows account for ‘4% of all greenhouse gases.’
And since producing the plants to make fake meat emits gases as well, Gates has backed a company which uses fungus to make sausage and yogurt, which the billionaire calls “pretty amazing.”
Yes it is pretty amazing – the timing of his appearance on national television news show talking about the Climate Change agenda during a Dark Winter was simply his way of trolling the country.
Bill Gates has issued new warnings about what is coming for us all. How does Mr. Gates always know? Why does he so often look so gleeful when he issues such warnings? Will the majority of the US population continue to ignore the wider horizon?
Obviously if Bill Gates says a Black Swan event is coming – then you better prepare yourself so that when the event comes you will not have to jump into your car and stock up on toilet paper.
Gates isn’t just looking to cut future carbon emissions, he is also investing in direct air capture, an experimental process to remove existing CO2 from the atmosphere. Some companies are now using these giant fans to capture CO2 directly out of the air, Gates has become one of the world’s largest funders of this kind of technology.
This is yet another experimental process in geoengineering.
He also has invested in Reflective Stratospheric Sulfate Aerosols to geoengineer the planet.
Significant geoengineering research is currently underway in this area, pursuing the idea of artificially injecting particulate aerosols (Chemtrails) into the atmosphere in order to mimic the natural processes of volcanic eruptions.
The geoengineering proposal is to inject an increased amount of aerosol particles into the stratosphere, which will reflect a greater amount of sunlight away from the planet, maintaining a cooling effect over the long term that will offset global temperature increases.
While this wouldn’t necessarily be a permanent solution—other carbon-emission-cutting and CO2 removal measures would still need to be undertaken—using stratospheric aerosols could be enough to give humans a grace period of several decades before climate change reaches the irreversible point, allowing time for these carbon reduction methods to be in place and take effect.
The act of running a foul with mother nature is obviously taking its toll on all of us and whoever is responsible is anyone’s guess but there seems to be experts like Bill Gates that have an uncanny way of fore structuring scenarios where we suffer.
When the evening news becomes a theater of absurdity, the puppeteers become the experts and people who are suffering will do whatever is necessary to avoid pain and fear. Most people do not listen when they are told to prepare – most people feel that everything will work out for them.
Well in the past – it seems that Americans could survive anything – now it seems that with many devastating events people are being beaten into submission.
Procrastination is no longer and option if you wish to survive.
We seem to have been victimized by the continued devastation it has disrupted the country to the point where society has lost its logic, history, facts, honesty, sincerity, creativity and imagination, as the monstrous imaginations of the deranged ruling class devour humanity and nature.
The invisible cage of authoritarianism comes in the shape of a bottomless pyramid. Fear and hopelessness fill the dark winter that apparently is being extended. These hits to our system separate us, alienate us and dehumanize us. The pain of “others” becomes their gain. The power of oppressors becomes your safety net.: The safety of living in the dangerous imaginations of people like Bill Gates.
Our remaining logic, seriousness and honesty are now being ridiculed, censored and attacked by fearful fellow humans with cynicism, hopelessness and cowardliness.
You can call all of it conspiracy theory if it makes you feel better, but the facts seem to be showing themselves – we are watching the obtuse nature of the media and experts who have everything to gain from you.
This is dangerous.
The fear of punishment, the fear of disease, death and harm generates a guaranteed fear of the authority.
They all work together to lock us into desperate measure to protect our positions which systemically and structurally threaten our wellbeing.
”The Great Reset” is packaged as a “great solution”. Just like how the ruling class has marketed “the green deal”—carbon trading, carbon capture, reforestation, and other resource exhausting green schemes and technologies for profit, it’s designed to prop up capitalism but it is also intended to transform capitalism to have more effective control of social relations while keeping the capitalist hierarchy intact.
You can’t object because it appears that the weather has changed and it is your fault -not the fault of well educated geoengineered financed by billionaires like Bill Gates.
What sort of conditioning will we be subjected to after being deprived of our inherent relationships to ourselves, to each other, to our communities and to nature, forced to be a part of destructive industrial farming, eating GMO’s and synthetic meats?
How will we manage as we see the digitalization of everything with massive resource extraction, colonization of our communities with multinational franchises and enslavement of our souls in the invisible cage of indoctrination and propaganda?
It is becoming apparent that if you hold a world view that does not fit in it, you end up being categorized as a supporter of a political villain or simply labeled as “fascist”, or a “Nazi” and so on. Needless to say, those terms are solely defined by acceptable ideas, acceptable history and acceptable myths spun by the so called experts with the science on their side.
We now live in a system of well-structured extortion.
With this in mind, you should prepare for another Black Swan event –and you better prepare now!
