The big news this week is the successful landing of the Perseverance rover on Mars. NASA has stated that the mission of Perseverance is to seek signs of ancient life and collect samples of rock and regolith that may yield proof that life may have existed or exists now on the Planet Mars.
It has landed in an area of Mars where the ancient environment may have been favorable for microbial life, probing the Martian rocks for evidence of past life. Throughout its investigation, it will collect samples of soil and rock, and cache them on the surface for potential return to Earth by a future mission.
Perseverance carries an entirely new subsystem to collect and prepare Martian rocks and soil samples that includes a coring drill on its arm and a rack of sample tubes. About 30 of these sample tubes will be deposited at select locations for return on a potential future sample-retrieval mission. In laboratories on Earth, specimens from Mars could be analyzed for evidence of past life on Mars and possible health hazards for future human missions.
If any detection of life is found I am curious as to how the people of Earth will react. We are already preparing for some form of disclosure on UFO activity on the planet and whether or not the strange craft that have been seen by observers indicate that there is life out there observing us with probes and machinery similar to the rovers and drone we use to explore distant planets.
In the last 40 years, before the advent of digital photon counters on telescopes, there were two relatively cursory searches within both the Earth-Sun and Earth-Moon Lagrange points, using comparatively small aperture optical telescopes at Kitt Peak, Arizona and Leuschner Observatory in California. Both failed to detect any non-human artificial objects.
SETI searchers have long considered the possibility that dormant alien probes may have been sent to our solar system to wait as silent sentinels before our own technology wakes up to their possible presence. SETI researchers have even considered the possibility of beaming radio beacons to the Earth-Sun gravitational Lagrange points in hopes of “awakening” such unseen probes.
These were known as Bracewell Probes and I have had this fascination with these sentinels and research into Oumuamua sent my mind reeling , wondering of if these probes existed and that Oumuamua was a messenger or an artifact that changed the way we view alien civilizations.
This alien artifact I believe has changed the way we view relics and artifacts that may have techno-signatures in space.
Back before Avi Loeb received a lot of attention about his opinions on Oumuamua he appeared on Ground Zero and spoke of something else that intrigued him about new missions to the moon and to Mars. He believed that these two celestial spheres were like spider webs and that they may have been able to capture what he called relics or artifacts that would change the way we view our position in the universe.
He stated that he had an interest in what he called Space archeology where we explore the moon and the planets on the solar system for signs of ancient life, and technological relics that may indicate that civilizations thrived in space at one time or that they may have gone underground and that this is why we have not detected them yet.
Loeb said:
“To me, the most interesting thing to do would be to do space archaeology, which is similar to digging into the ground, except you dig into space and you search for relics, for burnt out surfaces of planets, for artifacts on other planets. That’s an interesting future frontier, finding relics of dead civilizations out there.”
But the big question is that is we have advanced equipment that finds these artifacts on distant planets are we looking at relics of an alien civilization or are we looking at a human civilization that existed in our long distance past.
What would that do to the tangent universe?
There are good reasons to seriously consider the possibility that at some point in the Earth-Moon system’s 4.5 billion year-old history, an alien intelligence may have passed through our solar system; leaving physical artifacts of their visits.
These artifacts would likely entail more than just alien spaced detritus , and would arguably include evidence of alien scientific or industrial activity, such as extremely advanced lunar mining, energy generation; even technology related to lunar nearside Earth reconnaissance.
There is even more reason to believe that same about the planet Mars – and truly the Perseverance mission has set out to open up the possibility that there are artifacts on Mars and it will be just a matter of time before we find them.
What is most frustrating is that as far back as 1958 we had speculation about such artifacts and later evidence of possible ruins of a city and even a face on Mars that was eventually ruled out by NASA as being a trick of light.
In a 1958 comic book, entitled “The Face on Mars”, which is the second issue of Harvey’s Comics’ Race to the Moon series, author Jack Kirby tells us how a group of explorers finds an artificial structure shaped like human face on Mars. But not only that, after climbing it, they discover that the eyes of this construction are hollow and lead to a sort of room of visual records that shows the final destiny of the Martian civilization: an interplanetary war finished with most of the atmosphere and the few survivors took refuge in the underground kingdom.

The latter is consistent with what some planetary scientists contend now: if there was life on Mars, it would be under its surface. Something logical considering the hostile levels of radiation that hit the planet due to its weak atmosphere and the absence of a magnetosphere.
It also coincides with modern theories that hold that an ancient civilization on Mars was annihilated – as Kirby recounts – by a something with the same force as a nuclear attack by another alien race.
This would be supported by data on the high concentration of Xenon-129 from the Martian atmosphere, and uranium and thorium from the surface, collected by NASA’s Mars Odyssey.
This has led some theorists to think that certain authors had access to insider information that they reflected in their works in the form of fiction, filtering part of a reality hidden from the public.
Or this could have been part of some esoteric quantum entanglement that has put us in the present searching Mars for these artifacts with the Perseverance rover.
Keep in mind that it was many years after Kirby wrote his famous comic about the face on Mars that several surveillance missions found something similar, captured on film.
in 1971 Mariner 9 captured images of Pyramid shaped mountains in an area called the Elysium Quadrangle. This prompted California scientist Dr. James Hurtak to speculate that where there are pyramids there has to be a Sphinx.
Five years later, the twin satellite probes of NASA’s Viking Mars Mission sent back 50,000 photographic images of the planet’s surface.
Including Frame 35A72 of the Cydonia region which appeared to show an entire city of Pyramids similar to those found in Elysium.
There was also what appeared to be a gigantic face 1.6 miles long by 1.2 miles wide.
The humanoid face looked like a partially buried Sphinx.
The odds of such a face being created by random erosion were astronomical.
Richard C. Hoagland is best known for his work on Cydonia and the so-called Face and pyramids of Mars, and the links between the Cydonia region and Ancient Egypt was probably the first exposure I ever had to ancient aliens.
This is a case of either quantum entanglement or prophetic precognition on behalf of Jack Kirby as a fictional artifact from mars becomes a reality only for the moment until NASA decided to debunk it all.
I believe that there is a hidden motivation to look for artifacts in space or else the Perseverance Mission would not be happening.
The Bible even gives some clues as to a civilization that existed where images of human and animal faces were amongst the fiery stones of the heavens. There was a great war between the planets and what was left behind is in heaven –or the canopy stretched over the earth.
The prophet Isaiah recalled “the primeval days” when the might of the Lord “carved the Haughty One, (an unknown planet called TEHOM or TIAMAT ) made spin the watery monster, drained off the waters of the mighty Tehom.” Isaiah extolled the Lord of Beginnings who “by thy might the waters thou didst disperse, the leader of the watery monsters thou didst break up.”
Tehom literally means the Deep or Abyss; it refers to the Great Deep of the primordial waters of creation in the Bible. Tehom is a cognate of the Akkadian word tamtu as such it was equated with the earlier Sumerian Tiamat.

There we see some strange entanglements as the Stone Face on Mars was written 18 years before we heard of Zecharia Sitchin.
Of course, the biblical Old Testament is thousands of years old.
The continuing narrative of Genesis does not describe the ensuing splitting up of Tiamat or the breakup of her host of satellites, described so vividly in the Mesopotamian texts. It is evident, however, from the above-quoted verses from Isaiah and Psalms, as well as from the narrative in Job (26:7-13), that the Hebrews were familiar with the skipped-over portions of the original tale.
Job recalled how the celestial Lord smote “the helpers of the Haughty One,” and he exalted the Lord who, having come from the outer reaches of space, cleaved Tiamat (Tehom) and changed the Solar System:
“The hammered canopy He stretched out in the place of Tehom,
The Earth suspended in the void; He penned waters in its denseness,
without any cloud bursting. . . . His powers the waters did arrest,
His energy the Haughty One did cleave.
His wind the Hammered Bracelet measured out, His hand the twisting dragon did extinguish.”
The Mesopotamian texts continued from here to describe how Nibiru/Marduk formed the asteroid belt out of Tiamat’s lower half:
The other half of her
he set up as a screen for the skies;
Locking them together
as watchmen he stationed them. . . .
He bent Tiamat’s tail
to form the Great Band as a bracelet.
The Bracelet, of course, was the asteroid field.
It was the wisdom of Job, the writings of Isaiah, the Mesopotamian texts and the genius of Kirby to hand down a tale that eventually was researched by none other than Zechariah Sitchin.
This is either quantum entanglement or forethought given through insiders that have existed long before the NASA sent probes into the Lunar and Martian systems.
In Ezekiel, the prophet describes a journey among the fiery stones where he was shone something that sounds like the stone face on Mars:
“And it was made with cherubims and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces; So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house round about. From the ground unto above the door were cherubims and palm trees made, and on the wall of the temple.”–Ezekiel 41:18”
Elon Musk took the opportunity to congratulate the Perseverance crew in a job well done and also spoke of his plan to colonize the planet. For the first time however he spoke of the expediency of his goals.
In a tweet on Sunday, the billionaire said the latest Starship prototype has a undefinedgood chanceundefined of flying this week. The SN10, is currently undergoing tests at a SpaceX facility in southern Texas.
The company hopes to send a fully functioning Starship to space for the first time later this year.
Expectations for the first flight of SN10 are high after its predecessor, SN9, met a fiery end earlier this month.
The prototype rocket shot six miles into the air during a test flight before plummeting back towards the ground and exploding on impact.
Another rocket, SN8, met a similar violent end following a flight in December.
The blasts were so violent that they sparked an investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration into SpaceXundefineds safety precautions.
Tesla has some pretty lofty dreams of sending a million people to Mars in his lifetime using a 1,000-strong fleet of his powerful rockets. He recently said 2026 will be the year to send a crewed mission to Mars.
Musk said it will take undefinedfive and a half yearsundefined before a crewed mission of SpaceXundefineds Starship rocket could land on Mars .

But Muskundefineds timeline for reaching Mars has wavered over the past few years. The billionaire said in 2017 his undefinedaspirationalundefined timeline was for SpaceX to send cargo ships to Mars in 2022, followed by a crewed mission two years later.
He wants to move quickly – but he also fits into the quantum entanglement of the Mars universe and its mysteries.
In 1949, rocket scientist Wernher von Braun, former Nazi and NASA’s star rocket designer wrote a science fiction book about humanity’s first mission to Mars.
Von Braun put his considerable technical knowledge to use in his book, “Project Mars: A Technical Tale.”
In his story, set in the 1980s, ten large spaceships make the journey, a project which required “upwards of 1,000 flights into Earth’s orbit” in order to “build, supply and fuel these ten ships, and it is an international, cooperative project.”
By chapter 22 of von Braun’s novel, the human visitors have discovered a peaceful indigenous civilization that resides underground on Mars.
Then, in chapter 24, we are given an outline of how Mars is governed by this civilization.
The passage reads as follows:
“The Martian government was directed by ten men, the leader of whom was elected by universal suffrage for five years and entitled “Elon.” Two houses of Parliament enacted the laws to be administered by the Elon and his cabinet.
The Upper House was called the Council of the Elders and was limited to a membership of 60 persons, each being appointed for life by the Elon as vacancies occurred by death. In principle, the method was not unlike that by which the College of Cardinals of the Roman Catholic Church is appointed. Usually, the Elon chose historians, churchmen, former cabinet members or successful economic leaders who could offer lifetimes of valuable experience.”
So von Braun wrote in the 1940s that one of the progenitors of human space travel, the eventual leader of Martian civilization is called “Elon”, the same name as Elon Musk, who is currently leading the field of human space travel and a mission to Mars.
Predicting a significant event is always a crapshoot. It’s similar to buying a lottery ticket. If you scratch a number and win a dollar, you may not have won a lot of money but you win anyway.
This is why we not only explore the planet, we reach for the stars and as we move out away from our planet we begin to see it in a different way.
Think of this, Earth is only about a third of the age of the universe, habitable planets in the galaxy could thus have emerged at least 8 billion years agoundefined it’s likely that if alien technology ever entered our solar system, it happened a long time ago.
Assuming that the number of technological extraterrestrial civilizations remain uniform over time, it’s still arguable that our solar system has been visited at least once during that 8-billion-year timeframe.
The average expectation for a visit is of the order 4 billion years ago and later. Even a 100 million years ago is optimistically the most recent timeframe for their arrival.
So, this means that they have been here since the dawn of recorded human civilization.
This again raises the question as to the origins of man—and whether or not creation began elsewhere, and earth was a beautiful home that was eventually inhabited by a refugee alien civilization.
A civilization ravaged by an interstellar war – their artifacts buried in the regolith of both Mars and the Moon – beckoning us to find them in some cosmic archaeological dig.
Of course, in science fiction, the most famous alien artifact was the enigmatic monolith envisioned in Arthur C. Clarke’s “2001: A Space Odyssey.” In the novel and subsequent film, the monolith appears to reactivate after being found just a few meters under the lunar regolith.
Think of how that alien artifact was the very key to putting reality on hold and starting a new tangent universe.
