Most humans talk about the idea of a free society and freedom of the individual but don’t even realize that what we most need is freedom of the mind.
We pay lip service to the rights to freedom of thought, expression and conscience but lack the powerful mind necessary to meaningfully exercise these rights, often settling for superficial symbols of ‘freedom’ such as the right to choose the form of our employment, how we spend our spare time, the sporting team we support, and the style and color of our hair and clothing.
The reality is that we are terrorized throughout childhood into submissive obedience to authority leaving us highly vulnerable to the comprehensive range of psychological, political, medical, and technological weapons directed against our minds. In this circumstance, identifying the truth about what is happening in the world is a challenge far too great for most people.
I always hear “Clyde this doesn’t apply to me, I live off the grid.” That is fine, but eventually, everyone realizes the vulnerability of being unable to get their money, buy groceries, and get from point A to point B.
This has nothing to do with being off the grid – it has everything to do with the grid coming for you –and it is nothing that you can imagine.
Moreover, in the situation we now face, even among those who have been able to perceive the most obvious delusions being presented to them, the bulk of these individuals have proven incapable of doing little more than complaining powerlessly, begging an Elite agent or politician to ‘go easy’ on them, Hashtagging and cross-posting the latest irrelevant post from one social media platform to another, isn’t working,
Attending demonstrations doesn’t work, but knowledge and discussion used to arm you for the future is vital to demanding cognitive liberty that at the moment is being trampled upon.
While Julian Assangeundefineds fate is being decided by the court there is one thing I am reminded of. Something he said before he was whisked away into prison in the U.K.
Assange made a video podcast from the Ecuadorian Embassy. He began talking about research prototypes with very small electronic circuits used by intelligence agencies that would be able to triangulate on someone and monitor their moods and behavior.
He said that these small microcircuits can be put on paper or mixed in paint for the walls that can be powered by these small GSM /5G stations. Assange paused for a moment and called it “Intelligent Evil Dust scattered everywhere like confetti in everything.”
He said that exposing this and the threat they will use to justify its usage should be a major concern for everyone. His video cast was abruptly cut after he mentioned this.
He then disappeared, not to be heard from again.
Later there was an article published in Fores Magazine that got no fanfare but was interesting nonetheless.
It had the curious headline “Smart Dust Is Coming. Are You Ready?”
Forbes reported that devices smaller than a grain of salt are microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), often called motes, are officially real and they very well could be coming to a neighborhood near you. Forbes reports that they are miniaturized devices that have sensors, cameras and communication mechanisms to transmit the data they collect back to a base to process.
Furthermore, Forbes reported the potential of smart dust to collect information about any environment in incredible detail could impact plenty of things in a variety of industries from safety to compliance to productivity. It’s like multiplying the Internet of Things technology millions or billions of times over.
Smart Dust is now mainstream, although it has failed to reach the cable news networks.
It is also important to note that to all those who believe that staying away from the internet is going to keep you off the grid — this is the chief reason why its going to be used and that is for full spectrum control.
Everyone has been or will be exposed to Smart Dust. The new phased array systems that will be installed in smart cities will be able to use these nanoparticles and even your body as transmitters in the future undefined this will ensure conductivity at all times undefined even during grid failures.
We have spoken before about government intelligence-run mind control operations and their histories. What was once considered a conspiracy theory has now been proven to be a reality. We now know that through the pipeline of “Project Paper clip” Nazi scientists were able to come to the United States to continue their mind control experiments that they once did in secret facilities throughout Germany.
Substantial and virtually indisputable evidence of direct links between certain military agencies and several mind control operations has already been well-documented by other writers and researchers.
New evidence of these operations continues to be uncovered and many of these stories when investigated are forced into a point of dead ends by design and those who know about new information are silenced or wind up missing.
The stories linger however and while much of the information in these stories checks out, there are pieces of the puzzle that are missing or nonexistent and so some investigations are placed in the category of fiction.

It has been widely reported that the US military tortures American children as part of mind control experiments.
DARPA has been known to use video game scenarios and light-sensitive programs to pulse the brain into an altered state, where the victim is unaware of the programming until they have been triggered by a simple word or even a song on the radio.
Dr. Josef Mengele studied mind control at Auschwitz. Children were tortured and sometimes died. There were alleged mind control experiments carried out on children and Camp Hero at Montauk. There were also suspected experiments being held at the Indian Lake facility in Ohio.
Project ANIMUS was a response to the Soviet mind control experiments known as 11-KILOM.
It was a process created at Leningrad State University in 1930. The purpose of 11-KILOM was to produce a new genus of children with greatly enhanced bioelectrical output.
Defense Intelligence reports confirm that since 1930, the Soviets selectively bred parents and raised children with increased electromagnetic field output for quantifiable and repeatable acts of telekinesis, telepathy, energy manipulation, remote healing and precognitive ability.
It was found that exposures to neuroelectric stimulus would enhance the electromagnetic field of the human body, which enhanced intuitive skills, for precognitive machine learning and communication.
The Soviets created a new breed of covert saboteurs that would intercept sensitive US intelligence, cause massive infrastructure shutdowns or remotely detonate our nuclear stockpiles.
This program has gone way beyond the private sector and has been exploited within the IOT and A.I. realms of study where human beings are a component for platform hacking and modified behaviors.
The goal of the intelligence ops is to modify and perfect what is called neuroweaponry, part of the silent weapons program.
In December 2021 the Naval postgraduate school in Monterey, California approved for public release the study of its students Joshua D. Gramm and Brian A. Branagan with the title “Neurowar Is Here!“, which gained them a Master of Science degree in Defense Analysis (see this). In the study, they stated:
“great power competition has returned to the forefront of international relations, as China and Russia seek to contest America’s global leadership… this contest is ultimately a battle… to manipulate and control both adversaries and domestic populations alike. The battle for influence begins and ends in the human mind, where reality is perceived“ (pg. V) .
They identified neuro weapons as the weapons of this battle, “that specifically target the brain or the central nervous system to affect the targeted person’s mental state, mental capacity and ultimately the person’s behavior in a specific and predictable way,”
In the year 2000, the European Parliament’s Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA) published a study on Crowd Control Technologies, where it admitted that “In October 1999 NATO announced a new policy on non-lethal weapons and their place in allied arsenals” and explained that
“The most controversial non-lethal crowd control and anti-materiel technology proposed by the US are so-called Radio Frequency or Directed Energy Weapons that can allegedly manipulate human behavior in a variety of unusual ways“ and “the greatest concern is with systems which can directly interact with the human nervous system… The research undertaken to date both in the US and in Russia can be divided into two related areas: (A)individual mind control and (B) crowd control“
The fact that the mass media in NATO countries never publicly discusses these weapons proves that the NATO member states signed an agreement that they will classify their existence.
Consequently, the only way to get those weapons banned is to declassify them with massive support for their ban. If this happens the EU, which is working on the legislation on artificial intelligence, will have to include there, to remain a democratic power structure in the eyes of the general public, the ban on the use of energies which make it possible to use the artificial intelligence and neurotechnologies for the remote control of the human nervous system.
The USA operates the system HAARP and Russia operates the system Sura. All those systems are among others capable of producing strong electric currents in the ionosphere by transmitting there, by systems of terrestrial antennas, pulsed microwaves in brain frequencies.
Those alternating currents produce in the ionosphere strong electromagnetic waves in the brain frequencies which reach large areas of the planet and control the brain activity of their populations, Elon Musk’s system Starlink with 20.000 satellites around the planet could be used for the same purpose, or 5G system of satellites if they were pulsing their transmissions in the human brain’s frequencies.
At present, there exists no international agreement banning the use of artificial intelligence and neurotechnologies for the remote control of the human nervous systems, thoughts, and emotions.
This is why I have been demanding a discussion about cognitive liberty and cognitive autonomy as it appears that these technologies are moving ful speed ahead -and in clandestine ways where you will be unaware of what you are up against.
Princeton researchers have taken a step toward developing a type of antenna array that could coat an airplane’s wings, function as a skin patch transmitting signals to medical implants, or cover a room as wallpaper that communicates with the Internet of Things devices.
The technology, which could enable many uses of emerging 5G and 6G wireless networks, is based on large-area electronics, a way of fabricating electronic circuits on thin, flexible materials.
The approach overcomes limitations of conventional silicon semiconductors, which can operate at the high radio frequencies needed for 5G applications, but can only be made up to a few centimeters wide, and are difficult to assemble into the large arrays required for enhanced communication with low-power devices.
They wish to implement the new phase array systems by using thin-film transistor technology-something that can be applied as easily as paint.
This means that your walls can be used as transmitters, and they can also paint the wings of aircraft to send signals down below.
The researchers used zinc-oxide thin-film transistors to create a 1-foot-long row of three antennas, these micro antennas are part of the phased array.
Phased antenna arrays can transmit narrow-beam signals that can be digitally programmed to achieve desired frequencies and directions. Each antenna in the array emits a signal with a specified time delay from its neighbors, and the constructive and destructive interference between these signals add up to a focused electromagnetic beam — akin to the interference between ripples created by water droplets in a pond.
A single antenna broadcasts a fixed signal in all directions, “but a phased array can electrically scan the beam to different directions, so you can do point-to-point wireless communication.
Large-area electronics will implement the thin film technology, so they can build circuits on a flexible substrate throughout meters, to integrate all the components into a sheet that has the form factor of a piece of paper.
This type of antenna system could be installed almost anywhere. When used like wallpaper in a room, it could enable quick, secure and energy-efficient communication with a distributed network of IoT devices such as temperature or motion sensors.
Having an antenna that has a flexible surface could also be beneficial for satellites, which are launched in a compact format and unfold as they reach orbit, and a large area could be advantageous for long-distance communication with aircraft.
Americans should pay close attention to the U.S. government’s collaboration with scientists to develop non-invasive and remote mind-reading and mind-controlling technologies—especially the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA), the Department of Energy, and others.
Americans might want to know about DARPA scientists describing very small substances like “graphene” which could help with said technologies. It is not clear if graphene or other very small electromagnetic transducers also known as “nanotechnologies” can enter the brain through the consumption of food, drinking water, or other substances. Also, naturally occurring and synthetic iron nanoparticles are used by scientists for mind-controlling technologies.
Non-government scientists, even from Harvard University, have described technologies that “read our minds” by measuring “brain activity” and are used to attempt to determine a person’s intentions. It is necessary to emphasize that mind-reading technologies that measure brain activity are described by scientists as collecting “biometric data.” Common sense suggests that brain, or neurological, activity is also biological data.
In other words, it has been accepted and reportedly scientifically proven that mind reading and mind controlling with technology have been achieved to a certain extent. At one time in history one would be accused of mental illness if one simply wondered if, for example, medical technologies like electroconvulsive therapy could be improved and used as a type of mind-controlling technology, or magnetic resonance imaging could be improved and used as a type of mind reading technology.
Now, one might know from experience that electromagnetic energy can be operated from miles away from a targeted location and go through buildings, homes, cars, and so on. Radios and other electronic devices work based on those technologies.
Similarly, the U.S. government has developed “directed energy weapons” and “directed energy systems” that utilize the same technologies—technologies on the electromagnetic spectrum—which can be operated from miles away from a target, can be directed at a person’s brain, and are known to affect a person’s brain.
For governments, it is not difficult to pulse the cell phone signals in the brain frequencies and in this way manipulate the thoughts of their own or foreign citizens.
The difference between pulsed microwaves and extra-long electromagnetic waves is that pulsed microwaves can be targeted on one person or the whole nation if cell phone signals are pulsed in brain frequencies while extra-long electromagnetic waves, transmitted in brain frequencies, with their length up to 300 hundred thousand kilometers will reach brains in large areas.

In 2014, Chinese scientists published the results of an experiment in which they searched for microwave conductivity of electrolyte solutions.
In the introduction they stressed that their experiment “plays an important role in investigating the interaction between electromagnetic waves and biological tissues that have high water content and a significant concentration of ions.”
For their experiment they used a solution of salt. The chemical formula of salt is NaCl. It means it contains atoms of sodium and chloride. Ions of both of those atoms play an important role in the firing of nerve cells.
The experiment proved that this electrolyte is conductive for microwaves up to 20 GHz frequency . It is highly reasonable to expect that if those microwaves are pulsed in the frequencies of the frequencies of activity of neurons in the brain they will be “entrained“ to oscillate with those frequencies.
The MCS America organization, which fights against pollution, confirms this conclusion in its study on Electromagnetic Fields Sensitivity. The study states:
“The body can collect the signal and turn it into electric currents just like the antenna of a radio set or a cell phone. These currents are carried by ions… flowing through the living tissues and in the blood vessels (a system of tubes full of an electrically-conducting salty fluid that connect almost every part of the body) when these currents impinge on cell membranes, which are normally electrically charged, they try to vibrate in time with the current” let us note that a neuron is a cell as well.
The veracity of those “speculations“ or “conspiracy theories“ is confirmed by the experiment, where 20 volunteers were exposed to the pulses of 217 Hz used in cell phone telephony, and the recordings of their electroencephalograms evoked potentials (or simply told electrical currents in the frequency) of 217 Hz were found or another one, where cell phone microwaves pulsed in 11 to 15 Hz produced changes in EEG during the sleep in 30 volunteers. As well Australian scientists found out that:
“Not only could the cell phone signals alter a person’s behavior during the call, the effects of the disrupted brain-wave patterns continued long after the phone was switched off.”
To complete this information it is necessary to say that the nervous system functions digitally and nervous actions differ by frequency and number of nervous impulses in which a great number of neurons synchronize their action. In this way, the activity of the human brain can be completely controlled including thoughts.
Remote control of select neural circuits with magnetic fields is somewhat of a holy grail for neurotechnologies.” In other words, remote mind control “remote control of select neural circuits” technologies are highly sought after.
Now, is the U.S. government likely to inform Americans when “remote control of select neural circuits with magnetic fields” is or was achieved? Probably not.
It has to be emphasized, again, that scientists are also using “naturally occurring…iron nanoparticles” in such technologies; the technologies do not require surgery or implanted devices.
Many who have reservations about the real-world implications of smart dust are concerned about privacy issues. Since Smart Dust devices are miniature sensors they can record anything that they are programmed to record. Since they are so small, they are difficult to detect. Your imagination can run wild regarding the negative privacy implications when smart dust falls into the wrong hands.
Once billions of Smart Dust devices are deployed over an area, it would be difficult to retrieve or capture them if necessary. Given how small they are, it would be challenging to detect them if you weren’t made aware of their presence. The volume of smart dust that could be engaged by a rogue individual, company, or government to harm would make it challenging for the authorities to control if necessary.
Even though the mainstream is catching on, there has always been the plan to use smart dust to cover everything including people in the smart city.
Smaller antennae are being installed and many trees are being cut down to increase the signal.
It is technological mind control for the fully controlled grid, Generation Z, and the City of Tomorrow.
We’re on the path to treating cities like living entities with biosignatures waiting to be decoded and leveraged. A city is indeed organic in the sense that it was invented by us – if the city is natural, the Smart City will seem supernatural.
The rise of smart cities is an opportunity to ask, “What does it mean to be a human being in a modern city?”
The Smart Agenda is synonymous with the UN Agenda 21 or Agenda 2030, and the Smart Grid is synonymous with the IoT or the Internet of Things – identification and remote control of everything by a central computer and between objects/persons which is also going to use the new 5G network to achieve its desired saturation levels.
Mind control has taken on a physical and scientific dimension that threatens to become a permanent state. The interest is in the idea that a city of the future can be controlled and that human resources can be programmed like human SIMS to not question the motives of the controller.
Technology has always been a critical force deeply intertwined with the evolution of cities. From the first human settlements millennia ago to the Industrial Revolution to today, technological breakthroughs have impacted the buildings we use, the way we get around, and how we live, work, and play in the urban space.
Now, as we are on the cusp of further rapid shifts in cities precipitated by technology, it is worth imagining what the connected Smart City of the future will look like and the associated impact it will have on our everyday lives.
The potential harm caused by such technologies and the secrecy with which they can be operated makes such tools arguably more dangerous than, or at least as dangerous as, nuclear weapons.
It is necessary to prohibit technologies that merely affect the human brain or body; some technologies could be secretly used to affect the human brain and forcibly cause thoughts without any outwardly observable harmful effects.
Technologies affecting the brain could directly cause forced and involuntary bodily movements; such technologies might already exist. If you value your cognitive sovereignty, you must look into these so-called innovations and review whether or not they are ethical and not harmful. Nevertheless, Americans should at least be aware of the potential for mind-reading and mind-controlling technologies that do not require surgery or implanted devices.
