3/1/21: PROGRESSIVE BOMBING – BUILD BACK BETTER AN EVEN BIGGER LIE W/ BEN SWANN

Posted on March 1st, 2021 by Clyde Lewis

MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS

Many of us have all accepted our roles in the information war and those roles are usually reduced to passive absorption of whatever is reported and no real motivation to seek out more information about a certain topic that should be a concern for you, your family and your community.

Those who have researched vital information for the public are usually tuned out because it tends to be uncomfortable to learn that you have been lied to. It is also uncomfortable to realize that without equally balanced information – the general consensus are willing to accept media information as unquestionable reality.

This is where we lose in the long-term.

Last week, the flow of the show had been stymied by a transformer that blew up after we had power problems at the studio. The problems of course were caused by the weather and Ron had to shuffle guests around so that we could get them on before the short month of February ended. There was one story that I did not comment on and it had been eating at my conscience through the weekend and so today I wanted to address it.

Last Thursday, President Biden approved airstrikes on Iranian-backed Iraqi militia fighters in Syria, in retaliation for a rocket attack on American troops in Iraqi Kurdistan earlier this month. The strike killed at least 22 people, according to estimates from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The Defense Department called the bombing in eastern Syria a undefinedproportionate military responseundefined conducted undefinedtogether with diplomatic measures.undefined

This bombing had an echo for me and it should for the American people because in January of last year we were having a discussion about a similar act of war conducted by the President Trump as he ordered a precision strike against a top Iranian commander who was plotting undefinedimminent and sinister attacksundefined on Americans. It was a drone strike on a Baghdad airport killing Qasem Soleimani.

It was surprisingly a flash attack that President Trump said he carried out which was out of character for a President who was considered antiwar.

If you recall the mainstream media was livid and claimed that Trump was going to thrust us into World War III.

Joe Bidenundefineds criticism of the Trump administrationundefineds strike against Soleimani, last year has resurfaced following his operation to launch airstrikes in Syria.

undefinedThe last thing we need is another war in the Middle East, undefined Biden said on January 5, 2020. undefinedMy greatest worry is: Does anyone have confidence that Donald Trump has thought through what the next steps are?undefined

And he also stated this:

“No American will mourn Qassem Soleimani’s passing. He deserved to be brought to justice for his crimes against American troops and thousands of innocents throughout the region. He supported terror and sowed chaos. None of that negates the fact that this is a hugely escalatory move in an already dangerous region. The Administration’s statement says that its goal is to deter future attacks by Iran, but this action almost certainly will have the opposite effect.

President Trump just tossed a stick of dynamite into a tinderbox, and he owes the American people an explanation of the strategy and plan to keep safe our troops and embassy personnel, our people and our interests, both here at home and abroad, and our partners throughout the region and beyond.”

Furthermore, he said:

undefinedI spent my whole life doing national security and foreign policyundefinedand the reason why President Obama picked me is because of my background in national security and foreign policy, and intelligence matters. You donundefinedt do things this way.”

It is Biden’s way or the Highway – the new Boss is the same as the Old Boss when it comes to being hawkish when it is convenient.

The mainstream media obviously hopes you do not remember these words – but I do.

Now, things have changed – A Hyper partisan media has now given President Biden a hall pass.

Progressive bombings are now done nicely, they are applauded and are passed off with a mere whimper instead of disdain,

Some leaders of the world however called it out as a War Crime – much like what they did with Trump but now the double standard is more obvious. We should conclude that Biden’s bombs are not exceptional. His bombs are not special or justified or less dangerous just because they have the seal of a approval by a biased media that has become an embarrassing example of how top models can get jobs at CNN and pretend to be authorities on anything.

Syria is a sovereign nation, and any military action on its people or within its borders, without the express consent of the Syrian government or the United Nations, is considered a crime under international law. This is an important fact, which most everyone in the mainstream seems happy to ignore.

Sometimes, I believe that war is necessary but when the tail wags the dog I get upset and question just who is pulling the strings. I said that same thing about Trump and I will say the same for Biden but the worst part is that when Trump did it – it was met with hysterics  when Biden did it, it was an indication that “America was back.”

If you were to blink you would wonder if we were in the Bush era all over again.

Bush followed Clinton. Obama followed Bush, Trump followed Obama and now Biden follows Trump. It is because almost all policies are formulated by ruling oligarchy and executed by Deep State aiming to expand control over society. Everything else is a puppet show aimed to entertain population.

I wish I could be spared the hypocritical bi-partisan cheer leading that happens when a sock puppet does the will of his hawkish handlers rather than focusing on domestic problems.

I was reading a column by an obviously confused progressive who stated that she found it perplexing” that Biden has started bombing after campaigning on a restoration of diplomacy.

Yes – need we forget that Biden wishes to utilize three “B”s - Build Back Better but now it will be Blame, Blitzkrieg and Bomb as he follows the whims of his Deep State controllers.

Nothing is changing and I am tired of hearing bipartisan defense of what is indefensible. I am annoyed that the media is not even hiding that fact that they are so one sided that they loose credibility.

Sure, they will tell you that Trump was eager to pull the trigger on World War III but there really wasn’t enough proof to even warrant the fear or the accusation but now things seem to be different.

Again the media ignored the volatile moves of a so called liberal leader and they also ignore how the moves of other military operations indicate that we are prepping for another long haul in the middle east – something that Trump avoided.

On January 16, the Pentagon announced they had moved Israel from European Command to Central Command (CENTCOM), what some refer to as the “Middle East NATO”. This would, according to the Times of Israel “allow for greater regional collaboration against Iran.”

The day after Biden’s inauguration, a column of US military vehicles entered Syria. Just last week Israel conducted airstrikes on targets near Damascus.

Meanwhile, NATO has added 3500 troops to its “mission” in Iraq, and Iran is threatening to walk away from the IAEA after facing “censure” from the West.

In short, Biden’s first few weeks in office have been accompanied by a rush of activity in the Middle East.

How has the media covered the attack?

Not that much. Far more screen time has been devoted to the so-called insurgents, white supremacists and nationalists that stormed the capital three months ago. This story has had an enormous amount of traction because it is valuable propaganda for Biden to push for his Domestic Terror legislation.

They also continue to perpetuate the euphemism “the big lie” about voter fraud.

This is becoming the equivalent of somebody telling a Pee Wee Herman masturbation joke—I think it is time for CNN and other progressive news outlets to move on and talk about important topics instead of their continued speculations about intentions of QAnon or some other nebulous boogie man that they have beaten into the ground.

The other report that has been dug up as a real no news affair is the report that that Saudi Crown Prince Muhamad bin Salman was responsible for the death of journalist Jamaal Khashoggi. We knew this – this was already reported in the media so this is an obvious smokescreen that means almost nothing.

CNN has been reporting nothing but useless detritus—I mean how long did they beat the Tiger Woods accident into the ground? Tiger Woods is no Kobie Bryant – he survived a car crash and was said to be conscious and yet it was a three-to-five-day story.

The New York Times praised Biden’s bombing as a calculated move which “won’t hurt a possible nuclear deal” with Iran.

Social media reaction was far more revealing, with political “journalists” trying to sell that Biden dropping bombs politely is somehow better than Trump dropping bombs and then taunting people on Twitter – This credulity bordered on embarrassing.

Max Boot of the Washington Post tweeted:

“Biden is developing a smart strategy for Iran (show that it canundefinedt attack US troops with impunity but also show willingness to negotiate) and Saudi Arabia (donundefinedt sever the alliance but recalibrate it). Mercifully absent are Trump’s juvenile taunts.”

So Biden is not just a smart Warhawk – he is a polite Warhawk.

Amy Siskind, an “activist” and author for POLITICO was forced to take down a Tweet she posted because it was too insipid to be taken seriously:

“So different having a Military action under Biden, no middle school level threats on Twitter, trust Biden and his teams competence.undefined

I think I just threw up in my mouth.

It is like they will attempt to sell you on the idea that Biden and Harris are kind and loving “progressive” bombers.

But these niceties fall flat when you look at Biden’s record.

In October 2019 in a speech in Iowa, Joe Biden referred to then-President Trump’s decision to withdraw troops from Northern Syria as “erratic” and “impulsive” which will “endanger our troops.” Therefore, the Syrian airstrikes within just 37 days of Joe Biden’s administration do not come as a huge surprise to keen observers. Joe Biden’s political record, which is extensive, makes it very clear that he is pro-war. In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, Joe Biden voted for Authorization for Use of Military Force of 2001, a legislation which is highly responsible for U.S. Military intervention in  Afghanistan, the Philippines, Georgia, Yemen, Djibouti, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Iraq and Somalia.

In 2002, Joe Biden did not only vote, but also championed the effort for the Iraq War, which led to the death of Saddam Hussain and has since then marred the region in a permanent state of instability.

In 2012, under the Vice Presidency of Joe Biden, NATO did a bombing campaign in Libya, aiding the ouster of Muammar Gaddafi. Libya has been failed state ever since, with open slave markets.

In 2013, the Obama administration, in which Joe Biden was the Vice President, had secretly authorized the CIA to supply the Syrian rebels fighting against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and the Syrian Government with weapons. This weapons supply program was known as Timber Sycamore and was disbanded in mid-2017 by the Trump administration. One of the reported ‘downsides‘of this program was that some of the rebels funded and trained under this program defected to ISIS.

But perhaps the most damning evidence is Joe Biden’s own words. In October 2014 at an event in Harvard Kennedy School, a candid Joe Biden basically admitted to U.S. allies fueling the rise of ISIS by funding and arming Syrian rebels in opposition to Bashar al-Assad and the Syrian Government.

“The Turks… the Saudis, the Emirates, etc, what were they doing? They were so determined to take down (Syrian President Bashar al) Assad and essentially have a proxy Sunni-Shia war, what did they do? They poured hundreds of millions of dollars and tens, thousands of tonnes of weapons into anyone who would fight against Assad, except that people who were being supplied were Al-Nusra and Al-Qaida,” Biden said in October 2014 to a room full of students at Harvard University.

The hypocrisy sickens and the media ignoring or pretending that Biden is not a tyrannical Warhawk is dangerous, allowing for the country to ease back into a war footing like a comfortable shoe is like leading lambs to a slaughter.

This is not Build Back Better – and Biden is not a polite Warhawk.

While so many are pushing for a “New Normal”, it seems the US military and their regional allies and some members of the press are looking to carry on as usual in the Middle East. This directly contradicts the UN’s urging for a “global ceasefire” during the pandemic.

This, of course, sends the signal that the pandemic narrative is about to go away and make way for a war narrative –and of course, there will me more talk of how this will benefit the great reset.

Propaganda flip flopping is nothing new but pointing it out is now considered improper and that this is conspiracy baiting, which is about as close to the flame of terrorism as you can get without being burned.
