SHOW TRANSCRIPT:

A long-awaited Pentagon report on unidentified anomalous phenomena was snuck in under the radar on dumping day in hopes that nobody would see it. The reason is that it appears that all of that defense fund money set aside to investigate UFOs has turned up nothing undefined and this is outrageous.

Last week, the Department of Defense delivered to Congress the initial volume of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office’s Historical Record Report, which reviews the record of the United States government about unidentified anomalous phenomena, as required by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.

In completing this report, AARO reviewed all official U.S. government investigatory efforts since 1945, researched classified and unclassified archives, conducted dozens of interviews, and partnered with Intelligence Community and DOD officials responsible for controlled and special access program oversight, respectively. AARO will publish a second volume that will provide an analysis of information acquired by AARO after Nov. 1, 2023, including information received via interviews with current and former U.S. government personnel who contacted AARO via the secure reporting mechanism on AARO’s website.

Analyzing and understanding the historical record of UAP is an ongoing collaborative effort involving many departments and agencies, and the department thanks the contributing departments and agencies, as well as the interviewees who came forward with information.

The goal of AARO’s efforts in producing this volume and the second forthcoming one is to use a rigorous analytic and scientific approach to investigate past U.S. government-sponsored UAP investigation efforts and the claims made by interviewees that the U.S. government and various contractors have recovered and are hiding off-world technology and biological material. AARO has approached this project with the widest possible aperture, thoroughly investigating these assertions and claims without any particular pre-conceived conclusion or hypothesis. AARO is committed to reaching conclusions based on verifiable evidence. As AARO has said before, they will follow the evidence where it leads, wherever it leads.

Well just like all Pentagon or NASA reports we get the same old undefinedNothing to See Hereundefined rhetoric undefined which again is suspect as we all know that their interest in UAP was discovered in 2012 and there was a partial disclosure offered by the Navy and the air force regarding Tic Tac like UFOundefineds buzzing our navy ships.

According to The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, there is no evidence the U.S. has reverse-engineered alien spacecraft and they have rebutted claims that Washington is hiding off-world technology or extraterrestrial biological material.

The first volume of an investigation from the AARO office called the Historical Record Report, debunks claims of alien or unexplainable UAP.

It also attributes the persistence that the U.S. is hiding extraterrestrial material to a culture fascinated by aliens, a community trying to prove there is secret alien technology, the misidentification of common objects or other defense technology, and general distrust in the federal government.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) received a proposal for a program to investigate claims the U.S. has hidden off-world material or off-world ships and platforms.

The program, called “Kona Blue,” was pitched by supporters of the theory. It was never approved.

The AARO said the program began out of the Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Application Program and the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, both under the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and overseen by a private contractor to develop cutting-edge scientific technology.

When the DIA canceled the programs, supporters proposed a separate initiative codenamed “Kona Blue” to look into UAP, paranormal research, and reverse engineering off-world tech.

“KONA BLUE’s advocates were convinced that the [government] was hiding UAP technologies,” the AARO said. “They believed that creating this program under the Department of Homeland Security would allow all of the technology and knowledge of these alleged programs to be moved under the KONA BLUE program.”

While it gained initial traction at the DHS, “Kona Blue” was never approved.

The agency explained that the U.S. government-controlled access program was expanded to include reverse-engineering UAP but did not offer any further details.

Someone got too close undefined and not because of possible Alien or Extraterrestrial technology undefined I think that the closer they got to the possibility of a secret space program undefined the more aggravated and scared the Pentagon got- especially now when there are undefinednational security issuesundefined about space weapons that have allegedly been launched into space by the Russians.

The reason I believe this is because even though the Pentagon dismissed UFO sightings, and has also shut down all inquiries about planes that engage UFOs last year over lake Huron is because they are still concerned bout the many UFO reports where these strange anomalies have been spotted observing our missile silos.

The AARO is still investigating several UAP sightings around America’s nuclear missile sites.

That includes claims of nuclear missiles or test reentry vehicles being shot down by UAP.

The AARO interviewed five former U.S. Air Force members who served around intercontinental ballistic missile silos at Malmstrom, Ellsworth, Vandenberg, and Minot military bases between 1966 and 1977 to look into the accounts.

The former Air Force service members documented experiences in which launch control facilities mysteriously lost power during flights, and a UAP destroyed a missile loaded with a dummy warhead in midflight.

In 1964, a ballistic missile reentry vehicle was allegedly shot down by a UAP and caught on film, but the AARO was not able to find the original footage. Still, the office was able to correlate an antiballistic missile test at the time.

The AARO said it is continuing to look into those accounts and U.S. programs at the time that may explain the mysterious incidents.

The report reviewed the lengthy history of U.S. government programs that investigated UAP sightings and determined none of them ever found alien life or technology.

One of the first projects was “Project Saucer” from 1947-48, which looked into claims from a pilot named Kenneth Arnold flying near Mount Rainier, Wash.

Arnold said he saw nine chevron-shaped objects flying at high speeds. The investigation never found any credible evidence of alien technology.

A successor to that program called “Project Sign” looked into 243 UAP sightings but determined they were nearly all common objects. Another successor called “Project Grudge” achieved similar results.

President Truman had a key interest in UFOs and demanded an investigation with programs like Project Blue Book and the Majestic 12.

The program lasted until 1969 and looked into balloons, astronomical sightings, and aircraft.

The AARO reviewed more than 7,000 files from Project Blue Book and found that officials never found evidence of alien life or technology. Of the more than 12,000 sightings under the program, 701 remained unresolved, the office said.

They even opened dialogue about the Roswell incident again renforcing that what was found was a weather balloon and that the aliens were crash dummies were used in 1956 undefined how a program using dummies in 1956 and a crash in 1947 can be linked is beyond me.

I am not sure how someone who is supposed to be investigating the topic of UFOs with a dispassionate attitude can subscribe to the Project Mogul and Dummies explanation.

The segment begins by saying, “According to press reports, President Clinton tasked former National Security Advisor Sandy Berger to determine if the US Government held aliens or alien technology. President Clinton said, ‘As far as I know, an alien spacecraft did not crash in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 if the USAF did recover alien bodies, they didn’t tell me about it… and I want to know.undefined

This would not be the first time or the only time that a president, or presidents, were not told about ongoing intelligence operations.

This doesn’t prove anything other that there have been times when information was withheld from presidents in the interest of national security. It is relevant only in proving that such things do happen, especially at the highest levels.

Deep State operations and connections to security guards provided by Wackenhut undefined were actually revealed during the Danny Casalro investigation into what happened at the top secret Cabazon Indian reservation.

In the Octopus notes Casolaro spoke wit informant Michael Riconoscuito. He said that he was able to develop backdoor software at an Isolated Indian reservation where there were many other secret weapons and aircraft were stored. He claimed that many of these weapons and secret technologies were heavily guarded by Wackenhut and were eventually moved to Area 51 undefined Wackenhut provided security for the secret installation.

Cabazon was located in the California desert.

In an affidavit provided in 1991, Riconoscuito explained that projects that would be subject to stringent controls off the reservation could be developed there because of the sovereign immunity accorded to the reservation.

Among these black budget, projects were forbidden chemical and biological warfare weapons, secret fuel-air explosives, and the engineering of strange unknown aircraft -all known to be more exotic than Nuclear weapons.

He claimed that the fuel-air process supposedly derives from molecular polarization via alterations of the magnetic electrical fields based on the suppressed electrical research in the 1950s produced by T. Townsend Brown.

Brownundefineds research has influenced the community of amateur experimenters who build undefinedionic propulsion liftersundefined powered by high voltage. There are still claims that Brown discovered antigravity, an idea popular with the unidentified flying object UFO community and spawning many conspiracy theories.

Technology researcher Colin Brown links Townsend Brownundefineds research to the reverse engineering of UFOs at Area 51. The research was also used in SDI research undefined and 22 scientists involved with the project allegedly committed suicide.

Each was a skilled expert in computers, and each was working on a highly classified project for the American Star Wars program. None had any apparent motive for killing himself.

Could this Octopus revelation be the reason for the deaths of the scientists- perhaps Danny Casolaro?

If you remember this was the same type of technology described by Bob Lazar when he spoke to reporter George Knapp about the secrets of S-4 at Area 51.

Lazar claims that he reversed engineered flying saucers that used the same electrical fields talked about by Michael Riconoscuito.

I am sure the Pentagon does not anyone to expose their black budget projects that may or may not include space weapons and reverse-engineered aircraft at both Cabazon and Area 51.

Everything about UFOs just went back to normal as the Pentagon has snuck under the radar a report that completely obliterates the idea that the government or even private companies have possession of a crashed UFO -and that all UFO sightings can be explained as exotic craft and more misidentified natural phenomena.

The massive code of silence that has been kept among politicians, scientists, and media about disclosure of the phenomenon and the ridicule of witnesses, reflect in part the ways in which dominant political/economic groups enforce their collective will. And to a great extent, they have succeeded in keeping a partial lid on the situation.

It is unfortunate that with all of the money that was used to investigate so-called UAP undefined they give us the same answers they have always given which in my opinion is suspect as there should be accountability and transparency as to what exactly the Pentagon used the money for.

It can’t be that all of that money was used to deny and then to acknowledge and then deny again.

But on the surface that is exactly what has been done undefined they let the alien genie out of the bottle and are now attempting to put it back in. The AARO report documented several instances in which a CIA officer or CIA task group was involved with UAP.

The CIA opened an investigation into UAP in 1952 through a special study group but found 90 percent of the sightings were explainable and 10 percent amounted to “incredible” claims, though they rejected alien or Soviet Union origin, according to the AARO.

Another investigation was briefly opened under the agency in 1964, with similar results.

In another instance, interviewees claimed that a former CIA official was involved with a reverse-engineering program from 2009-10. The AARO interviewed the former CIA official, who denied any knowledge of those claims.

The bulk of the report is spent on refuting multiple witness statements and claims that the U.S. has reverse-engineered alien spacecraft or hidden extraterrestrial material.

The AARO looked into records as far back as 1945 in the first volume of its report and determined most UAPs are normal objects, and those still a mystery remain so only because of a lack of data.

Witnesses who have claimed otherwise have often made mistakes in identification, the AARO said in the report, saying they may have been confused by emerging technology in the 20th century such as rockets, or even with newer programs and systems today.

“The interviewees and others who have mistakenly associated authentic sensitive national security programs with UAP had incomplete or unauthorized access to these programs,” the AARO said.

In one instance, a witness claimed that a former U.S. military service member came into contact with a UAP, but the situation was denied by the service AARO, who mentioned they likely touched a stealth fighter jet.- Thatundefineds right AARO wants us to believe that the men who protect our national interests and protect this country do not know the difference between a UFO and a fighter jet.

This is insulting to our Armed services.

It is obvious that AARO is lying undefined and has taken the taxpayerundefineds money and has used it for some other nefarious purpose.

Although most people have if not a conviction, at least a sneaking suspicion that there is more to the story than weather balloons or military tests, disclosing the extraterrestrial reality will still result in a great shock.

Some will have their most cherished beliefs shattered in a matter of seconds, others will feel frightened and even terrified in the most primal, overwhelming way.

It was even discussed that there were undisclosed Military personnel who were very frightened of UFO disclosure because of a possible satanic or demonic element to it and they wanted nothing to do with the revelations.

Known UFO researcher and consultant to the movie Close Encounters of the Thirst Kind has expressed that the UFO phenomenon is more of a paranormal experience with more of a spiritual side than just nuts and bolt techno signatures of this craft. In other words, Aliens may very well be elusive invaders from another dimension rather than creatures from another planet.

Whether they are perceived as angels, demons, spirits gods or elemental strange beings have been reported throughout history, in every culture, beginning in records that predate the bible.

But arguably it wasnundefinedt until after World War II and the detonation of the Atomic Bomb that these beings became the saucer pilots with big black eyes that we see today,

Not to be all that discouraged it was Bill Nelson the administrator of NASA said that the agency has set out to “shift the conversation surrounding UAP from sensationalism to science.”

Science however is not debunking undefined it appears that the Pentagon is good at misdirection and misinformation. Science is about observing and what is being observed seems to be elusive undefined people are seeing anomalies in the sky and whether they are manmade or come from some alien intelligence undefined the threat of our national security is at stake here undefined and dismissing the publicundefineds vigilance is a way for the government to temper the enthusiasm for the reporting of UFOundefineds or UAP.

I am sure they have always seen it as a nuisance, especially from the militant and cult-like groups that see Aliens as saviors.

They may not be undefined and they just might be something that we certainly donundefinedt want to know too much about undefined but we do need if anything a disclosure of some kind so we do not feel alienated.

Many of veterans in the UFO field have been around for many decades than we care to admit and as far as I can tell there are so many flaws that are in this script that I canundefinedt even count because there are any and their volume consumes too much of my time hearing the same old song and dance.

We know the flaws in that assessment and the repeated lies that lace it. We have read a lot of the documentation, we have had many interviews, and there are many people including military officials and astronauts that have supported claims of UAP activity.

This also opens up the discussion about David Grusch the Whistleblower who claimed that the military does have alien bodies and that do have damaged spaceships.

The inspector general of the intelligence community, which is the oversight body for the intelligence community, separately from the Pentagon, has decided that David Grusch’s statements are credible.

There was a sense of urgency to investigate these claims undefined but now we ask undefined what is next?

What we are dealing with are gatekeepers covering up information about a possible secret space program.

At least it appears that way.

People who occupy or have occupied high-level roles in government have said reports of a secret program are true, despite what the Pentagon has said.

The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, or AARO, the office investigating UFO reports, did not have the authority to do a deep investigation and find the information that would have confirmed Grusch’s claims.

Ross Coulthart, who broke the initial story with whistleblower David Grusch told News Nation that he is not surprised that the Pentagon has done this.

He also said the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, or AARO, the office investigating UFO reports, did not have the authority to do a deep investigation and find the information that would have confirmed Grusch’s claims.

“Even the aerospace bosses who claim in the report that they’ve got no knowledge of extraterrestrial technology or a reverse engineering program, they haven’t formally been put under oath and asked to testify under the oath that would make them commit perjury if they were lying,” Coulthart said.

So now the controversy continues and the Pentagon sees that a cover-up is still business as usual. We have come so far in the disclosure campaign and the Pentagon has now accomplished nothing undefined and they always seem to be in the business of shutting down investigations- because they are afraid of what the people might learn about their criminal cover-ups from the Kennedy assassination to 9/11 and of course the decades long debate about UFOs.
