Is the United States prepared to initiate Plan X as a counter-measure? I know it is uncomfortable to hear the truth about what is happening in the world and how the history of how we got to this dumpster fire 2.0 is uncomfortable and gives neoliberals a chance to attack using their Russian scapegoat.

This is no doubt a mess, and no matter how you lean on this overbearing issue of war and Russian incursion, we in the United States should be thinking about the grand dame of conspiracy theories and that is the feared globalist coup is afoot and that we seriously have to consider that President Biden declaring his New World Order is as much of a threat as is Russian aggression in Ukraine.

It has been well-known and documented for decades that the push for globalism is a deliberate and focused effort on the part of a select “elite;” international financiers, central bankers, political leaders, and the numerous members of exclusive think tanks. They often openly admit their goals for total globalization in their own publications, perhaps believing that the uneducated people would never read them or that no one would expose their secret controlled demolition of sovereign nations.

They believe they are “chosen” either by fate, destiny or genetics to rule as philosopher kings over the rest of us. They believe they are the wisest and most capable that humanity has to offer, and that through evolutionary means, they can create chaos and order out of thin air and mold society at will.

The people behind the effort to enforce globalism are tied together by a particular ideology, perhaps even a cult-like religion that will go to any length to destabilize governments in order to show their flaws. The next phase would then be to erase borders homogenize differences and create a world bank and a world governing body.

This process of destabilizing economies and societies is not directed by the heads of the various central banks. Instead, it is directed by even more central global institutions, like the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements.

We also find through the words of globalists that the campaign for a “New World Order” is not meant to be voluntary.

H.G. Welles, a known Fabian socialist and globalist once said of the New World Order that:

“When the struggle seems to be drifting definitely towards a world social democracy, there may still be very great delays and disappointments before it becomes an efficient and beneficent world system. Countless people will hate the new world order and will die protesting against it. When we attempt to evaluate its promise, we have to bear in mind the distress of a generation or so of malcontents, many of them quite gallant and graceful-looking people.”

We are now seeing that those involved with the global coup have imitated what is called the TINA doctrine. T I N A is an acronym that means “THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE.”

“There is no alternative” has been shortened as the T.I.N.A. or the T.I.N.A. doctrine. It was a slogan often used by the Conservative British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. In economics, politics, and political economy, it has come to mean that “there is no alternative” to neoliberalism – that free markets, free trade, and capitalist globalization are the best or the only way for modern societies to develop. The phrase was used to signify that global capitalism is the only system possible and that debate about this is over.

The reality is that the simplest explanation is that globalism is an outright war waged against the ideal of sovereign peoples and nations. It is a guerrilla war, or fourth generation warfare, waged by a small group of elites against the rest of us.

It is sad the propaganda has blinded us to what is happening and that we cannot see beyond the crisis of the moment– the true crisis is the Global take over and the ways of suppression using multimedia control.

All great empires and civilizations rise and collapse, history gives us an insight into such empires. If you are a historian, the collapse of America has always been predicted, however when and how has always been a crapshoot. Our biggest mistake was to elect a broken man to officiate over a broken system.

This is a set up for a rescue operation –kind of like a Munchausen by proxy operation.

Creating crisis after crisis in order to feign vulnerability — hoping that there is an as of yet unnamed savior or form of government waiting in the wings to rescue us from our peril.

Saviors don’t have to be one particular person — it can be a committee that sees the United States as lost, a group that will declare that the experiment is over and that there needs to be a house cleaning and perhaps a change in how we as a country handle our problems.

The committees and think tanks will take care of everything and America will have its rebirth as the mother nation of the New World Order.

With regards to the global government and how it can be accomplished there is a quote that is found from the Priory of Zion that says:

“Who and what is in a position to overthrow an invisible force? And this is precisely what our force is.”

There has always been the shadow government, and the United States has only functioned because it has been allowed to do so under the direction of the Council on Foreign Relations, Committee of 300, Clube of Rome,  Bilderberg’s and other groups like The World Economic Forum hat secretly control governments and their livelihoods.

The greater conspiracy has been the “open conditioning and coercion process” that has taken decades to implement and program into the critical mass. Overt criminality by leaders and passive, unclear thinking by the proletariat has become the norm in The United States. The two go together, creating a symbiotic ecosystem of tyranny. Fraud, theft, and murder have become widespread; just as the scale of lies told and believed have reached new heights. Irresponsibility has become socialized while people in the honest pursuit of good get thwarted.

The internet of things has become a great tool for the New order and so has the legacy media as they no longer challenge the ways of government but champion their moves using propaganda and censorship as a method of programming the masses for the global coup.

President Joe Biden yesterday issued an urgent warning to American business leaders, telling them to strengthen their companies’ cyber defenses immediately.

Speaking at the Business Roundtable Quarterly Meeting in Washington, Biden said Russian President Vladimir Putin is likely to use cyber-attacks as a form of retaliation against the United States for its actions to counter Russia’s incursion on Ukraine.

“The magnitude of Russia’s cyber capacity is fairly consequential and it’s coming.”

He added that “one of the tools (Putin’s) most likely to use, in my view — in our view — is cyber-attacks. They have a very sophisticated cyber capability,” and later argued, “The point is that he has the capability. He hasn’t used it yet, but it’s part of his playbook.”

The President told business leaders the national interest is at stake, suggesting that it’s “a patriotic obligation that you invest as much as you can in making sure — and we will help in any way — that you have built up your technological capacity to deal with cyber attacks.”

The  President makes it sound as if the cyber-attack that is being planned by Russia will be devastating –and yet we know back in June that both Russia and the United states were participating in a gain of function cyber pandemic drill at the World economic Forum’s cyber polygon conference.

This conference can be compared to the WEF Bill Gates Event 201 gathering where leaders were presented with a tabletop exercise warning of a pandemic where it was predicted that millions of people would die around the world from something that was originally called, Clade X.

The World Economic Forum teamed up with the Russian government and global banks to run a high-profile cyberattack simulation that targeted the financial industry, an actual event that would pave the way for a “reset” of the global economy. The simulation, may have been more than a typical planning exercise and bears similarities to the WEF-sponsored pandemic simulation Event 201 that briefly preceded the COVID-19 crisis.

Russia’s inclusion as the leader in such an important global cybersecurity exercise is a bit surprising, especially after Russia has been the scapegoat of choice for any cyberattack committed against any Western power for several years, Yet, there was no outcry in the West over Cyber Polygon 2020, in which a company that is majority owned by the Russian government was able to gain direct knowledge of the cyber defense weaknesses of major global institutions, banks, and corporations through their hosting of the exercise.

Now, with some homework and analysis we can also include the US. Government’s own Cyber groups that have a Plan X that also includes real time cyber exercises that can create false flag attacks using tactics that can leave behind counterfeit fingerprints of various adversarial nations to put us in a cyber war footing.

If any cyber-attack takes out the grid you can rest assured it has been well planned and carried out to do more damage to world economies and the banking system.

Today, that destructive capability exists under the umbrella of US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), one which has the potential of holding the world hostage.

During the Obama Administration the Pentagon allocated $80 million dollars to defense giant Lockheed Martin for ongoing work on the National Cyber Range (NCR), a top-secret facility that designs and tests attack tools for the government.

This was known as Plan X.

According to DARPA:

“Plan X is a foundational cyberwarfare program to develop platforms for the Department of Defense to plan for, conduct, and assess cyberwarfare in a manner similar to kinetic warfare. Towards this end the program will bridge cyber communities of interest from academe, to the defense industrial base, to the commercial tech industry, to user-experience experts.”

Under terms of the contract, Lockheed Martin and niche malware developers have completed work on a test-bed housed in a “specially architected sensitive compartmented information facility with appropriate security protocols” that “emulates the public internet and other networks, and provides for the modeling of cyber attacks.”

Originally developed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Pentagon’s geek squad, NCR has gone live and was transitioned last year to the Office of the Secretary of Defense according to uncovered federal contracts.

But Plan X was not aimed at the banks or the grid — Plan X had other targets in mind, which are very important to point out now that we are concerned about Nuclear Powerplants and biochemical labs.

Plan X was an exercise where the targets were a chemical plant that after a cyber attack  suddenly releases methyl isocyanate on a sleeping city, or a nuclear power plants that after a cyber attack   goes supercritical, releasing tens of billions of curies of radioactive death into the atmosphere.

The “Pentagon was seeking technology to coordinate and bolster cyberattack capabilities through a funding of said “Plan X,” contract documents indicate.”

Although DARPA claimed that “Plan X will not develop cyber offensive technologies or effects,” the program’s Broad Agency Announcement, DARPA-BAA-13-02: Foundational Cyberwarfare (Plan X), explicitly states: “Plan X will conduct novel research into the nature of cyberwarfare and support development of fundamental strategies needed to dominate the cyber battlespace. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems.”

The document also gives notice that DARPA will build “an end-to-end system that enables the military to understand, plan, and manage cyberwarfare in real-time” as an “open platform architecture for integration with government and industry technologies.”

Additional confirmation of US government plans to militarize the internet were revealed in top secret documents provided by former NSA contractor-turned-whistleblower Edward Snowden. Those documents show that the Pentagon’s goal of “dominating cyberspace” are one step closer to reality; a nightmare for privacy rights and global peace.

Such capabilities, long suspected by security experts in the wake of Stuxnet, are useful not only for blanket domestic surveillance and political espionage but can also reveal the deepest secrets held by commercial rivals or geostrategic opponents, opening them up to covert cyber attacks which will kill civilians if and when the US decides that critical infrastructure should be switched off.

Before a cyber attack can be launched, however, US military specialists must have the means to tunnel through or around security features built into commercial software sold to the public, corporations and other governments.

Such efforts would be all the easier if military specialists held the keys that could open the most secure electronic locks guarding global communications. According to Snowden, NSA, along with their corporate partners and private military contractors embarked on a multi-year, multi-billion dollar project to defeat encryption through the subversion of the secure coding process.

The battles on the cyber front have already been in the works since the Obama administration with Russia as the target and since President Biden’s administration is being called Obama 2.0 you can imagine what has been waiting to be implemented in order to bring us to our knees and start a new internet of things strictly controlled by a world government body.

The New York Times reported back in 2013 that cyber warfare targets l would “include civilian institutions and municipal infrastructure that are essential to state sovereignty and stability, including power grids, banks and financial networks, transportation and telecommunications.

While the Biden administration has been warning the nation of the prospect of cyber-attacks by Russia for months, most recently as a response to the economic restrictions imposed on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine, the President’s statement suggests “evolving intelligence” has heightened the threat.

The details of exactly what that intelligence is remain unclear, but deputy national security adviser Anne Neuberger said during Monday’s White House briefing that Russia had been conducting “preparatory activity” for cyber-attacks, which she said could include scanning websites and hunting for software vulnerabilities.

Neuberger said the administration is reiterating its warnings “based on evolving threat intelligence that the Russian government is exploring options for potential cyber-attacks on critical infrastructure in the United States,” but also underscored that “there is no certainty there will be a cyber incident on critical infrastructure.”

The administration last week “hosted classified briefings with companies and sectors we felt would be most effective and provided very practical, focused advice.

Biden said in his statement that the administration would “continue to use every tool to deter, disrupt, and if necessary, respond to cyber-attacks against critical infrastructure,” but acknowledged that “the federal government can’t defend against this threat alone.”

“Most of America’s critical infrastructure is owned and operated by the private sector and critical infrastructure owners and operators must accelerate efforts to lock their digital doors. The Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has been actively working with organizations across critical infrastructure to rapidly share information and mitigation guidance to help protect their systems and networks,” the statement said.

The administration is recommending several steps to help private sector partners prevent against cyber attacks, including using multi-factor authentication, consulting with cyber security professionals to make sure systems are protected against all known vulnerabilities, changing passwords across networks to prevent stolen credentials from being used, backing up and encrypting data and educating employees on cyber security.

While Biden’s evolving intelligence warns of cyberwarfare , I thought it would be prudent to at least inform you of what has been planned  in the past and what the media failed to report is just how bad the deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure are war crimes that cause catastrophic loss of life and incalculable suffering.

Using so-called cyber-kinetic attacks, war planners now have the capability to physically destroy an adversary’s equipment and infrastructure, and potentially even to kill.

While the specter of a temporary “denial of service ” can haunt modern cities with blackout or gridlock, a directed cyber attack focused on bringing down the entire system by inducing widespread technical malfunction would make all of our computer systems , ATM’s ,banking systems, health systems, cell phone and GPS useless.

We are informed that “malicious cyber activity” is comprised of “Activities, other than those authorized by or in accordance with US law, that seek to compromise or impair the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of computers, information or communications systems, networks, physical or virtual infrastructure controlled by computers or information systems, or information resident thereon.”

if such activities are authorized by the President acting as Commander-in-Chief under the dubious “Unitary Executive” doctrine, like Richard Nixon, — then he can say that if he decides to fire the first shot — it will not be illegal because he is President — same goes for Putin — to render Ukraine or even the US  infrastructure useless would be a war crime.

The question is if anyone is willing to flip the kill switch, send out the malware and create a major DOS attack.

What President Biden has said, and knowing his part in the Obama cyber offense, we should be prepared for anything.
