APRÈS NOUS LE DÉLUGE
MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS
I know that there have been a lot of comments in the media about a 12-year expiration date for the planet. Many politicians are vying for a green bill or some other band-aid, or some other restriction.
The same politicians are exploiting extreme weather patterns and are using them as proof that if we just comply with their new plans to combat scarcity, we will see everything get back to normal.
Doesn’t that sound a bit suspicious to you?
I always wonder how they can be so sure that the weather will change for the better if we just do as they say.
The truth is that they can’t unless they have found a way to control the weather.
Weather forecasters have improved their game significantly over the last 20 years. The three-day forecasts they deliver today are better than the one-day forecasts they delivered 20 years ago. Theyundefinedre also much better equipped to provide advanced warnings of severe weather, doubling the lead times for tornado warnings and giving people an extra 40 minutes to escape flash floods.
But the weather forecasts can still be inaccurate because we are told that the weather is a tricky thing.
Modern meteorologists wouldnundefinedt be nearly so accurate without numerical forecasting, which uses mathematical equations to predict the weather. Such forecasting requires powerful computers and lots of observational data collected from land, sea, and air. A single weather station would never be able to collect so much information. Instead, thousands of stations across the globe are linked and their data, pooled.

There are ground-based stations, stations at sea; some are on airlines and on ships. There are also advanced weather satellites that help in accurately predicting the weather.
However, even with today’s advancements in weather forecasting there still seems to be extremes happening that are unrelated to the political consensus on Climate Change.
They have everything to do with how little by little we are learning about how extreme tinkering with the atmosphere has consequences. From every ionospheric heater like HAARP to Stratospheric Aerosol Injections to experiments with other chemicals in the air – there seems to be no accountability when it comes to these activities and with the many experiments that other countries are undertaking. We may have to suspect that there seems to be a weather war where important areas of the globe are being targeted to reduce the supply of food and clean water.
Extremely powerful ground-based microwave transmission facilities are being used in conjunction with the ongoing atmospheric aerosol spraying operations to completely manipulate Earth’s climate systems. The planet’s former weather equilibrium has long since been completely derailed, and as many of us have already guessed the jet stream seems like it is not stable.
The ongoing official denial of global climate engineering operations is beyond criminal and the continuing resolution by politicians to say that this is the new normal until we convert to state socialist agendas should be investigated.
I always wonder if anyone pays attention to history and at times I worry that when I talk about something on my show that it gets forgotten because people think that it does not apply to them – or that at that moment they would rather go back to the distractions of the mainstream.
If you are distracted then perhaps you may feel that there is really nothing to worry about. People rationalize that both God is in control or President Trump, and what is twisted is that some people can’t even or refuse to know the difference.
Then there are the saviors who propose a green deal will change everything for the better and as I said last September, that in order to make a case for the new socialist endeavor, there has to be an event they can use to push the agenda of scarcity.
Back in September, just after the death of George Herbert Walker Bush, I focused on the fact that Henry Kissinger spoke at the funeral.
The funeral was actually a conjuring of the warlord political agenda meant for the uprising of a globalist cull and all of the players were there to enact a terrifying Shakespearian portent.
It was a foreshadowing of globalism’s vengeance. All of the architects of the quest for globalism spoke at the Bush funeral and Kissinger especially had me curious because of many of his draconian plans that were laying in wait for the future of The United States.
There is an old French expression - après nous le deluge, which means, “After me comes the flood” which I felt would be an appropriate way of what is transpiring now. It actually means that if a nation is thrust into chaos, it won’t matter because the people responsible for it will not have to suffer because they are about to die or even escape the chaos.
This is what I mean – this what I spoke about in September of 2018.
On Dec. 10, 1974, the U.S. National Security Council under Henry Kissinger completed a classified 200-page study, “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.”
The study falsely claimed that population growth in the so-called Lesser Developed Countries was a grave threat to U.S. national security. Adopted as official policy in November 1975 by President Gerald Ford, National Security Study Memorandum outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in those countries through birth control, and also, implicitly, war and famine.
Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as National Security Adviser (the same post-Scowcroft was to hold in the Bush administration), was put in charge of implementing the plan.
CIA Director George Bush was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture.
National Security Study Memorandum 200 similarly concluded that the United States was threatened by population growth and that measure had to be taken to lessen the population of the United States or that we would be forced to regulate vital resources like food and water.
There were several measures that Kissinger advocated to deal with this alleged threat, most prominently, birth control and related population-reduction programs. He also warned that “population growth rates are likely to increase appreciably before they begin to decline,” even if such measures were adopted.
A second measure was curtailing food supplies to targeted states, in part to force compliance with birth control policies: he stated that “There is also some established precedent for taking account of family planning performance in appraisal of assistance requirements by AID U.S. Agency for International Development and consultative groups.
He stated that population growth is a major determinant of increases in food demand.
“Mandatory programs may be needed and we should be considering these possibilities now,” the document continued, adding, “Would food be considered an instrument of national power? … Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?”
Kissinger also predicted a return of famines could make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary. In other words, it would be advantageous to create famine in order to curtail birth and thus reduce the population.
Kissinger was clearly advocating starving people in the United States.
He clearly stated that the resource depletion would have to appear to be natural and quite possibly connected to an environmental impact on agricultural yields.
Now you know why I have become quite suspicious of political leaders that have been saying that extreme weather is the new normal. Not that I don’t think that we have seen extreme weather, because it is obvious that we have. Different regions face different challenges, tropical storms in Florida and the rest of the Southeast; severe winters in the Northeast; tornadoes, floods, and hailstorms in the South and Midwest; droughts and wildfires in the West.
However, the Midwest is facing a crisis as two rare bomb cyclones have now created a great deal of damage; so much damage in fact, that we may see outrageous prices for food in the coming months.
Midwestern states are often called the “Corn Belt”, but this region offers a diversity of agricultural and forestry production beyond corn and soybean. Agriculture in the Midwest represents one of the most intense areas of production in the world and reaches out to affect the global economy.
In 2007, Midwestern states had a market value of crop and livestock products sold of over $76 billion, encompassing corn, soybean, livestock, vegetables, fruits, tree nuts, berries, nursery and greenhouse plants and complex forest ecosystems. The Midwest encompasses forests that support local communities and provide clean water top millions of American.
Hundreds of millions of dollars in crops destroyed in Midwestern floods this month were not insured, farmers say. And the losses could leave many without sufficient income to continue farming.
Compounding the disaster is historically low prices for commodity crops this year, which drove farmers to store more than normal. This was especially true for soybeans, for which the value has plummeted because of the trade war with China.
China usually buys around a third of all the soybeans grown in the United States, but that nation placed high retaliatory tariffs on them last summer, substantially reducing trade.
Itundefineds unclear how much crop the floods destroyed. Farmers and state workers still are trying to grasp the extent of the damage. Early estimates from Nebraska and Iowa (two of the hardest-hit states) put the total loss to agricultural at over $1 billion. That number includes dead livestock, damaged equipment and buildings, unplantable fields and lost crop stores.
Nebraska and Iowa estimate the total cost of the flooding is closer to $3 billion, and both states expect that figure to rise as the flood waters abate and more thorough inspections are done.
President Donald Trump declared major disasters in Nebraska and Iowa.
The declarations make federal disaster relief money available in those areas. For farmers, that means they may be eligible for loans to cover production and property losses. There also are loans to offset cash flow issues, according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
But even with that help, farmers in flooded areas are looking at a rough year.
Farmers are having to hire helicopters just to see what is happening on their own land. What they see is not just a few months of high water inconvenience, but two whole years of lost crops. Last year, because the grain bins loaded with the 2018 harvest are leaking, collapsed or internally spoiled. This year, farmers will be unable to plant this yearundefineds crops for months; maybe, not all.
The impact is not just on corn and soybeans. To some extent, these are export crops, now subject to tariffs and unwanted trade constraints, as foreign customers express displeasure with new US trade policies.
We will not only see higher corn and soybean prices, but the price of meat will soar. Loss of livestock has already limited the supply sent to the slaughterhouse. The next supply reductions will happen because the cost to feed livestock is soaring.
The scarcity plan that we warned you about is well underway and it appears that the Midwest has been ground zero for what can be speculated to be a weather war.
A weather war is being used to create scarcity which can be exploited by politicians as a means to an end. Countless forms of record-breaking weather have decimated agriculture and livestock operations around the world. How long till our food prices skyrocket? How long till US market food shelves begin to empty out?
Meanwhile, the mainstream media sources ignore or even encourage programs of geoengineering and atmospheric tinkering.
Last Sunday, it was reported that on Friday, NASA fired two rockets over Norway and dumped trimethyl aluminium (TMA) and a barium/strontium mixture into the magnetosphere above Norway.
According to NASA, the experiment was to measure winds and currents in the ionosphere, an electrically charged layer of the Earthundefineds atmosphere where auroras appear. Specifically, the researchers are interested in discovering how auroral energy might percolate down toward Earth to influence the lower atmosphere.
NASA claimed, undefinedThe chemicals pose no hazard to residents in the region.undefined
The most exotic form of geophysical warfare concerns tampering with the electrical behavior of the ionosphere.
If you remember back in June of last year, the South China Morning Post reported that China and Russia are now working together on a controversial heating experiment to modify the atmosphere. They have already been implementing their new weather control methods.
Remember the story of the black oily cloud that formed over Russia blocking the sun for three hours? This was apparently was one of five weather control experiments, according to the Chinese.
These experiments were carried out in June. On June 7, it caused a physical disturbance over an area as large as 49,000 square miles, or about half the size of Britain.
The weather control system used lasers to create force multiplied weather systems.
Something similar to bomb cyclones, where the air pressure drops creating extreme weather but of course, this all ”conspiracy theory” to those the ignore the fact that these technologies exist and that any and all geoengineering can be used to create a desired outcome.
The paradigm that has been will soon be no more and the new political solution will gain momentum, meanwhile, currently dangerous geoengineering programs are ignored and the continued experimentation with the atmosphere is becoming more and more evident.
