5/10/23: SEASON OF THE SNITCH – CASTING SPELLS ON THE THOUGHT CRIME HOTLINE

Posted on May 10th, 2023 by Clyde Lewis

Last Thursday, California Governor Gavin Newsom launched a hotline called, CA vs. Hate, whereby residents will be able to snitch on their neighbors for committing undefinedhate acts, undefined which the service explicitly states do not always include violence. If the government can control speech, it can control thought and the minds of the citizenry. Moreover, if people use a racial epithet or inadvertently misgenders someone, they could wind up at a black site unable to defend themselves.  Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks about SEASON OF THE SNITCH - CASTING SPELLS ON THE THOUGHT CRIME HOTLINE.

SHOW TRANSCRIPT:

Just as we get a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, there might be a chance of crawling out of this totalitarian cesspool in which we’ve been mired, we get kicked down again.

After one crisis has now become less of an emergency undefined a whole new incident gives the little Tyrants the idea that there needs to be more oppression undefined but this time we are back to the idea that this country needs to adopt the idea of being a snitch society.

In the wake of a mass shooting in Allen, Texas carried out by a 33-year-old Latino gunman in military gear allegedly a neo-Nazi sympathizer, there have been renewed calls for social media monitoring, censorship of flagged content that could be construed as dangerous or hateful, and limitations on free speech activities, particularly online.

As expected, those who want safety at all costs are clamoring for more gun control measures (if not at an outright ban on weapons for non-military, non-police personnel), widespread mental health screening of the general population and greater scrutiny of military veterans, more threat assessments and behavioral sensing warnings, more surveillance cameras with facial recognition capabilities, more “See Something, Say Something” programs aimed at turning Americans into snitches and spies, more metal detectors and whole-body imaging devices at soft targets, more roaming squads of militarized police empowered to do random bag searches, more fusion centers to centralize and disseminate information to law enforcement agencies, and more surveillance of what Americans say and do, where they go, what they buy and how they spend their time.

All of these measures play into the government’s hands.

As we have learned the hard way, the phantom promise of safety in exchange for restricted or regulated liberty is a false, misguided doctrine that serves only to give the government greater authority to crack down, lock down, and institute even more totalitarian policies for the so-called sake of national security without many objections from the citizenry.

California has launched a new hotline for residents to report undefinedhate acts.undefined

Last Thursday, Gov. Gavin Newsom a political imbecile and the California Civil Rights Department announced the launch of CA vs Hate.

Through the hotline, Californians will be able to snitch on their neighbors for committing undefinedhate acts, undefined which the service explicitly states do not always include violence.

The new website defines hate as anundefined incident that is a hostile expression or action that may be motivated by bias against another person’s actual or perceived identity.:

Perpetrators may be motivated by different discriminatory biases, including, but not limited to; bias based on race, color, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender, including gender identity.undefined

Some examples of undefinedhate incidents, undefined according to the website, are undefinedrefusing service, undefined undefinedderogatory name calling, undefined and bullying.

The new hotline, Newsom explained, is undefinedan unequivocal message that hate will not be toleratedundefined in California.

Newsom said in a statement:

We stand firm for a California for All and it is important that we hold perpetrators accountable for their actions and provide resources for those individuals victimized by hate crimes,

Now, Californians have another tool to ensure that not only justice is served, but that individuals have access to additional resources to help deal with the lingering wounds that remain after such a horrendous crime occurs.undefined

Reports made to the hotline undefinedwill not be shared with law enforcement, undefined unless the person making a report requests it. The hotline, however, will share information with law enforcement undefinedif needed.undefined

The hotline service undefinedwill also identify civil legal options that don’t involve the criminal legal system, both through the Civil Rights Department and other agencies.undefined

Interestingly, the definition of a undefinedhate crimeundefined under the California penal code is much stricter than the broad definition the hotline provides.

To be guilty of a hate crime in California, prosecutors must prove the accused acted willfully, used force, interfered with the personundefineds free exercise of their constitutional rights, and did so because of actual or perceived characteristics — including sex, nationality, disability, religion, race, ethnicity, etc. and intended to interfere in their rights.

So-called hate acts like name-calling are not included.

This is unbelievable undefined It is the equivalent of the undefinedI am going to call your momundefined line which indeed signals that leaders like Newsom see their people as emotional infants incapable of solving their problems on their own.

Now he wants a snitch line that will ring anytime someone shouts a racial epithet or misgenders a bearded drag queen.

If the government can control speech, it can control thought and, in turn, it can control the minds of the citizenry. It’s been a long time since free speech was actually free.

On paper—at least according to the U.S. Constitution—we are technically free to speak.

In reality, however, we are only as free to speak as a government official—or corporate entities such as Facebook, Google or YouTube—may allow.

That’s not a whole lot of freedom, especially if you’re inclined to voice opinions that may be construed as conspiratorial or dangerous.

Joe Biden’s “Special Envoy To Monitor and Combat Antisemitism” – Deborah Lipstadt has recently offered recommendations for improving political life in the United States – are in fact determined to unravel American freedoms.

She has launched her attack on the First Amendment by redefining “anti-Semitism” so as to include an extraordinary range of political speech.

This is where we get the idea that criticizing George Soros is an act of antisemitism

Her first step in that transformation is the trick of confusing criticism of the Israeli government with anti-Jewish bigotry. But her second step is newer and, arguably, even more disturbing: she tars all denigration of Jews with the hot-button label “conspiracy theory.”

Jew hatred is abhorrent and it is also insensitive knowing how much they have fought for where they are today.

Let’s be clear: however noble the pretext of opposing Jew hatred, it should be obvious that once you characterize anti-Semitism as a “conspiracy theory” you have made a case for censorship. As Lipstadt herself explained to Jane Eisner of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism (in an interview printed in the latest AARP Magazine but not available online): “It’s a conspiracy theory that Jews control the media, the banks, the election process, etc. If you believe that there is a group controlling these things, then essentially you’re saying that you don’t believe in democracy.”

And there’s the trouble. After all, an overt attack on democracy isn’t a viewpoint; it isn’t even an expression of run-of-the-mill bigotry. It’s a threat to the state. And it follows, if you accept Lipstadt’s formulation, that anyone the government can label an “anti-Semite” may now be punished in the same way the Biden administration is already punishing people who protested the presidential election results of November 2020.

Note, too, the selective parameters of the offense: blaming Donald Trump’s election on the Russians is presumably “legitimate” speech, but accusing a “group” of controlling “the election process” can land you in jail – that is, when the “group” is not an official enemy but a favored minority, and when that “process” has reached results endorsed by those in power.

Because the truth is that condemning freedom is now so an entirely respectable pastime that it’s happening practically everywhere – under every possible pretext, almost any day, from just about any left-liberal institution that claims to care about the public good. Close your eyes, and you can hardly tell whether what you’re hearing is coming from a Democratic Party stalwart or from an old-line Soviet apologist.

Anyone now that criticizes a race, a gender, religion election, and political official is considered a threat to the state and deserves to be muzzled or jailed.

And the media’s silence about it all is as ominous as the Orwellian casual speaking of the freedom-haters themselves.

This steady, pervasive censorship creep clothed in tyrannical self-righteousness and inflicted on us by technological behemoths (both corporate and governmental) is technofascism, and it does not tolerate dissent.

Where we stand now is at the juncture of Old Speak (where words have meanings, and ideas can be dangerous) and Newspeak (where only that which is “safe” and “accepted” by the majority is permitted). The power elite has made their intentions clear: they will pursue and prosecute any and all words, thoughts and expressions that challenge their authority or that they can perceive as thought crime put into colorful language.

Yet what a lot of people fail to understand, however, is that it’s not just what you say or do that is being monitored, but how you think that is being tracked and targeted.

We’ve already seen this play out on the state and federal level with hate crime legislation that cracks down on so-called “hateful” thoughts and expression, encourages self-censoring and reduces free debate on various subject matter.

With every passing day, we’re being moved further down the road toward a totalitarian society characterized by government censorship, violence, corruption, hypocrisy and intolerance, all packaged for our supposed benefit in the Orwellian doublespeak of national security, tolerance and so-called “government speech.”

Little by little, Americans have been conditioned to accept routine incursions on their freedoms.

This is how oppression becomes systemic, what is referred to as creeping normality, or a death by a thousand cuts.

Each cut, each attempt to undermine our freedoms, each loss of some critical right—to think freely, to assemble, to speak without fear of being shamed or censored, to raise our children as we see fit, to worship or not worship as our conscience dictates, to eat what we want and love who we want, to live as we want—they add up to an immeasurable failure on the part of each and every one of us to stop the descent down that slippery slope.

We are on that downward slope now.

The contagion of fear that has been spread with the help of government agencies, corporations and the power elite is poisoning the well, changing our history, turning citizens against citizens, and stripping us of our rights.

America is approaching another reckoning right now, one that will pit our commitment to freedom principles against a level of fear-mongering that is being used to wreak havoc on everything in its path.

Many people love to use the term snowflakes undefined but there is more to this -and both sides of the divide love to use the term. But in all seriousness, we can see that this country not only has an array of snowflakes we also have snitches and book burners.

There are bootlickers that are a major part of a legalistic, intolerant, elitist, squealing bystander nation eager to report fellow citizens to the police for the slightest offense. Americans allowed their fears—fear for their safety, fear of each other, fear of being labeled racist or hateful or prejudiced.

Now the safety we have begged for is going to be mandatory without any wiggle room.

Ultimately the war on free speech—and that’s exactly what it is: a war being waged by Americans against other Americans—is a war that is driven by fear. That bottled-up dissent bubbled over and fomented even more hate, distrust and paranoia among portions of the populace.

It is fear triggered by trauma and the fear of pain. In most cases of trauma, mankind can act in ways that can ensure its undoing.

There must be a reason why mankind would give some sort of silent consent to put itself in harm’s way to demand safety instead of freedom.

From pandemics to mass shootings and nazis hiding in the bushes our leaders think that they are brilliant by using the Hegelian dialectic to form the perfect narrative that will convince people that the opinions of the so-called leaders should be taken as gospel undefined that the biggest enemy of the state is the question.

The universal principle of free will indicates that no entity can impose on the will of any other without its consent. However, there seems to be an agreement among many students of the paranormal that our free will can be breached through trauma-based ritualism.

Unless you wish to be like Faust, who marched into hell in order to know all of the secrets of the universe. The question should be asked Is mankind that desperate?

Look around you, read the headlines, watch the nightly news listen to how they frame the narrative to fit their agendas of limiting free speech and disarmament of its citizens.

The Bad guys in history were well known for oppressing free speech and disarming the citizens in order to force their tyranny on the people.

But there has to be an alchemical transformation that with enough trauma will get people to beg for their safety even if means voluntarily living under house arrest.

It is a programmed spell that has all of the trappings of occult witchcraft.

Perhaps we could call it political priestcraft, where highly skilled handlers create a mind virus, and introduce it through various triggers that are innocuous to the average person but create the sinister urge to target and kill and even snitch on their neighbors for political gain and opportunity.

Paranoid fantasies eventually come true and those who have been labeled paranoid in the past become the rational thinkers in the present. But while all of the paranoia shifts to heightened awareness, there are still exceptions to all of this metaphysical rationale.

Exceptions prove to be deadly for the scapegoat that winds up with a loaded gun in a mall or a school. These assassins always look like they have been trained by military personnel. They all seem to be provided the right armor and the right ammunition necessary to kill with impunity.

Does anyone notice that this new wave of shooters looks as if they have been outfitted with all the right gear? Gear that would cost them at least a thousand dollars.

A genuine AK-47 is an NFA class III weapon and would likely cost somewhere in the $15,000-$20,000 range. Assuming you can even find one for sale, it will take you 9–12 months to complete all the paperwork and get the transfer approved. A semi-auto AK pattern sporting rifle can be found in the $500-$800 range.

What young middle-class person has that kind of money to strap those kinds of weapons to their bodies in military armor and tactical gear that runs anywhere from $600 to nearly $2000?

Someone out there with bottomless pockets and an anti-gun agenda can certainly provide the toys necessary to make a spectacle worthy of debate on the nightly news.

Your life in this nebulous psychological wartime especially against what is being called the invisible enemy, is controlled by lie upon lie and when people become paranoid and wish to do criminal things in a police state it is difficult to trust your neighbor because they may be an informant or worse a neighbor waiting to snuff you out for the food they need or the money they need for drugs.

This is the world that our so-called leaders have allowed to happen.

We are always wondering what our underlying purpose is in this world, and some people don’t even take the time to contemplate their place in the universe. They are very satisfied with being machines that eat, drink and defecate; only taking breaks for an occasional first shooter game or reality show.

At this point in time, the human experience seems to be a fight against toxicity, whether physically, mentally or spiritually.

It is also a period where victimhood is rewarded with massive amounts of attention. No matter the situation we assume that victimization is universal because human behavior is cruel, children are bullies, adults are abused by other adults, we have human trafficking, human slavery, and racism, and many of us do not understand bizarre behavior and changes in attitudes about gender.

We are addicted to outrage and become hungry for truth when we are confused. We are satiated when we hear words that we already believe are true, rather than the uncomfortable reality that makes you feel fragile and vulnerable.

When there is no social cohesion and a lack of connection you will start to see a lot more ugliness -worse than what we have now.

If we have no connection to work or friends of the world around us, there tends to be a bit of resentment that builds in every one of us.

We are unfulfilled going headlong into group resentment.

Every time we are put down, ignored or silent, we become more resentful.

The more we are dehumanized undefined the more we believe that we deserve this treatment because we sometimes have an opinion of ourselves based on how someone we respect treats us.

Loneliness end negativity leads to mass resentment.

In the times of cancel culture, we have been told that people who think differently are a danger to society and that they must be ostracized and bullied into submission,

The practice of rejecting those that think differently has deprived the people to communicate and understand outsiders.

This is where people become uninterested and dismissive of people who are not heard. Those who you shun- that want to be understood become tired of being downtrodden and eventually when they lose hope and love left.

Silencing people, and ignoring their grievances by silencing them and cutting off their freedom to express will have dire consequences.

The RESTRICT Act (Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats that Risk Information and Communications Technology Act) has recently been making the rounds in the media, and rightfully so.

The act is truly terrifying, but more than the open tyranny that it would further, the act illustrates a very clear problem from the perspective of the state.

In previous eras, either formally or informally, the state exercised a great deal of control over the information available to the wider population. This is no longer the case in the present day. With the advent of the internet and the resulting decentralization of media and other channels of information, the state has had increasingly fewer options at its disposal to control information. It is very obviously afraid of losing its position as the controller of information, and the RESTRICT Act is a desperate attempt to reassert itself as such.

As the act has been publicly marketed, this is a move against the popular social media platform TikTok. The US government’s reasoning is simple: TikTok, and similar platforms, are owned by foreign states, and these foreign states can distribute or facilitate information that is contrary to the narratives pushed by our state.

The state, therefore, must maintain its legitimacy to survive, and the US government is attempting just that by trying to retake control over the country’s media.

The internet rendered most of the state’s old methods of control obsolete, which is why for the last few years the US government has been on the defensive, using covert means to influence channels of information and demanding that social platforms curtail what they call disinformation.

The state should not be deciding what is an “undue or unacceptable risk.” Should this go through, the United States will have its own censor under whom no ray of light, from wherever it may come, shall in future go unnoticed and unrecognized by the state or be divested of its possible useful effect, and it will be called the secretary of commerce.

Even though the advances of tyranny are now commonplace, and the continual infringement of our liberties is the norm, this blatant aggression in the form of the RESTRICT Act should not go unnoticed. The Thoughtcrime Hotline should not even receive its first phone call undefined the people should be wise enough not to allow this tyranny to continue.

The state’s legitimacy, and therefore its very existence, is threatened. As it has shown to us by so openly and disgustingly lashing out, anyone who engages in the spreading of ideas outside the purview of the state, especially of ideas that correctly dismantle the legitimacy of the state, are going to be thrown against the wall.

So, dear Californians, be forewarned: the undefinedSnitch Hotlineundefined is here to stay, and it is primed to shake things up. No longer can you unleash a string of insults without consequence. Think twice before letting loose your tongue, for the state is watching, ready to intervene, and determined to create a more respectful and compassionate society.

No Wonder there is a huge exodus from the Sunshine State.

Anyone who misbehaves or uses a racial epithet or misgenders someone could find themselves in a black site unable to defend themselves.
