5/13/22: FILE 13 – FROM C.I.A. TO SEE I TOLD YA’ SO W/ WHITLEY STRIEBER AND CAROLINE CORY

Ron Patton | May 13, 2022

The fight for the truth regarding the UAP/ extraterrestrial phenomenon is an ongoing battle and some people in places of power give subtle hints that they know there is at least something to be said about alien interactions with human beings. Although there have been a plethora of declassified documents recently released pertaining to these hi-tech vehicles, the narrative becomes convoluted because of conflicting information fomented by the mainstream media and certain government agencies. However, now with new scientific discoveries, there are fewer unknowns. The more we dig, the more we find that there is certainly evidence of possible ET technology that is closer than we realize. Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks with author, Whitley Strieber and filmmaker, Caroline Cory about FILE 13 – FROM C.I.A. TO SEE I TOLD YA’ SO.

5/13/22: FILE 13 – FROM C.I.A. TO SEE I TOLD YA’ SO W/ WHITLEY STRIEBER AND CAROLINE CORY

SHOW TRANSCRIPT:

In the 1960s, there was a plan devised by the U.S. Government to have in place a conspiracy of denial with regard to the possibility that a new space program would discover the possibility of life elsewhere in the universe. This plan, provided by the Brookings Institute, was completed in December of 1960 and pointed out the very real fear of social disintegration if humanity discovered in its cosmic journey proof of extra-terrestrial life.

The Brookings statement speculated that there would be discoveries of artifacts on Mars, Venus, and the Moon.

The Brookings Report was very clear when it suggested that “Anthropological files contain many examples of societies sure of their place in the universe which has disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different societies in different ways.”

Needless to say, the guardians of intelligence suggested that if the U.S. space program found evidence of alien life or technology that it would be advisable to withhold that information.

For many years UFO’s have been seen, interstellar objects have edged near the planet –and one has exploded over the Atlantic — it is all sounds like science fiction — but now what has been considered classified by the CIA has now become a matter of See I told ya so.

Back in the 1990’s you could say it was the best of times and the worst of times for people who had an interest in UFOs. While there were talk shows like Art Bell. Paranet Continuum and Sightings there was still a passionate amount of trolling not by skeptics but by those who called themselves debunkers.  I learned a lot while doing my radio show about the paranormal locally that you could be trolled by those you would least expect to do so,

There were columnists and Tv reporters that would always love to call me and interview me about the latest sighting of strange lights in sky — only to end the news segment or column with “the scientist at the local planetarium say that what was seen was likely a meteor.”

We even had a local affiliate Fox 13 news that would have a segment called File 13, which was a segment that take tabloid-like news, read it and then proceed to ridicule it.  I remember I was asked to do a segment on alien abduction. Even though I produced a mother and son that claimed to be abducted they were ruthless in attacking their character. They would play nice at first and then the final blow would be sharp and definitely harsh.

Penn and Teller used to do a show called “BS” for Showtime — I appeared on that show too and they were kinder to me than the local station that did File 13.

Times have changed — more than 25 years later, a segment like File 13 becomes a fact-checking segment — a segment where the local media decides to try and be the guardians of truth and declare what is disinformation and what is truth –and what is most unbelievable is now UFOs and alien abductions are no longer a thing of ridicule. In fact, Close Encounters of the Third Kind — even the fourth and fifth kind are now being taken very seriously by the Pentagon, and many government officials.

Well, to be honest, the government doesn’t want to say there are aliens but there are aliens.

No more File 13 — in fact, these files are now being revealed  they are giving us all sorts of information that has  prompted an emergency congressional hearing.

According to The New York Times a House subcommittee will hold a congressional hearing next week on unidentified aerial vehicles with two defense intelligence officials testifying.

The hearing is the first open congressional hearing on unidentified flying objects in more than 50 years and comes nearly a year after the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a report on 144 incidents of unidentified aerial phenomena.

While the report said most of the phenomena represented “physical objects,” it did not draw conclusions as to what the objects were and where they came from, saying that inconsistent data hampered the evaluation of the objects.

“The purpose of this hearing,” Rep. Adam Schiff, D-California, added, “is to give the public an opportunity to hear directly from subject matter experts and leaders in the intelligence community on one of the greatest mysteries of our time, and to break the cycle of excessive secrecy and speculation with truth and transparency.”

Ronald S. Moultrie, Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security; and Scott W. Bray, Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, are scheduled to testify at the Tuesday hearing.

The report included descriptions of encounters with unidentified objects, otherwise known as unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), from military and civilian pilots that detailed what the objects looked like and how they moved.

“Some UAP appeared to remain stationary in winds aloft, move against the wind, maneuver abruptly, or move at considerable speed, without discernable means of propulsion,” the report said. “In a small number of cases, military aircraft systems processed radio frequency energy associated with UAP sightings.”

The last public hearing on the issue took place in the late 1960s when the Air Force oversaw an inconclusive UFO investigation called “Project Blue Book.”

In 2017, news organizations released leaked Navy footage that seemed to show unidentified aircraft performing physics-defying maneuvers. In 2020, the Pentagon confirmed that the footage was real. Since then, science has been looking for answers.

In 2021, the Pentagon released a report about its UFO program that detailed more than 140 sightings of aerial objects that could not be explained between 2004 and 2021. The report was considered to be relatively underwhelming at the time, because much of the information had already been disclosed and much of the report was simply concerned with securing additional funding for the Pentagon.

The Black Vault, a government transparency organization, was able to obtain a classified version of this report earlier this year. Reportedly, this version of the report contains more fascinating details but still has considerable parts of it redacted.

Since the 2021 report was released, various outlets have obtained hundreds of pages of reports and research on futuristic technology funded by the government under the auspices of the AATIP and a sister program called the Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Application Program.

The report was lackluster and in some opinions did not give solid information about the possibility of UAP being extraterrestrial in origin.

Shortly after the AATIP’s existence was revealed, the U.S. outpost of the British Tabloid The Sun filed a FOIA request for any and all documents related to the program. Four years later — on April 5, 2022 — the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) honored the request by releasing more than 1,574 pages of material to The Sun.

According to The Sun, the cache of documents includes reports on the biological effects of UFO sightings on humans, studies on advanced technologies such as invisibility cloaks, and plans for deep space exploration and colonization. Some portions of the documents were “withheld in part” for privacy and confidentiality concerns, the AATIP told The Sun.

One standout document from the collection is a report titled Anomalous Acute and Subacute Field Effects on Human and Biological Tissues, dated March 2010. The report describes alleged injuries to “human observers by anomalous advanced aerospace systems,” some of which may be a “threat to United States interests,” according to the document.

The report describes 42 cases from medical files and 300 “unpublished” cases where humans sustained injuries after alleged encounters with “anomalous vehicles,” which include UFOs. In some cases, humans showed burn injuries or other conditions related to electromagnetic radiation, the report said — some of them appearing to have been inflicted by “energy related propulsion systems.” The report also noted cases of brain damage, nerve damage, heart palpitations and headaches related to anomalous vehicle encounters.

It is unclear what kind of vetting process, if any, the AATIP used to investigate these alleged cases.

The report also includes a list of alleged biological effects of UFO sightings on human observers between 1873 and 1994, compiled by the Mutual UFO Network.

The reported effects of UFO encounters include “unaccounted for pregnancy,” “apparent abduction,” paralysis, and experiences of perceived telepathy, teleportation and levitation.

The report concludes that there is sufficient evidence “to support a hypothesis that some advanced systems are already deployed, and opaque to full US understandings.”

The preponderance of the evidence is building and we are seeing what can only be described as incremental disclosure of the UFO/ UAP reality.

The US House Intelligence Committee’s Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence and Counterproliferation Subcommittee will take the floor and unpack what they know about unexplained sightings for the American public on the 17th.

Pentagon officials and intelligence directors will testify as well.

Among other related topics, the hearing will discuss a nine-page 2021 report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

Of the 144 UAP sightings between 2004 and 2021, the document writes that officials were only “able to identify one reported UAP with high confidence…The others remain unexplained.”

The unrelenting denial of possible extra-terrestrial or ultra-terrestrial activity on this planet by the U.S. government has precipitated an uninterrupted deluge of accusations, acts of COINTELPRO, and cover-ups. This contributes to conspiracy theories, fringe speculations, faux scientific inquiries, and a growing multitude of reports of unacknowledged encounters and abduction cases.

In addition, the subject has become so thoroughly inundated with obvious disinformation, hearsay, manufactured artifacts, forged films, hoaxed film and video of alien autopsies, misunderstandings by media, missing information, added inapplicable information again provided by the media, and a myriad of other conflicting data which have made the subject hard to grasp for those who consider themselves skeptical.

When you try to break through misinformation and disinformation, it has always been wise to realize that, no matter how smart you think you are, if you are operating with erroneous or incomplete information, you will never uncover or find a solution to any issue.

That is why I find it so discouraging that there are certain individuals that tend to have a myopic view of what is around them and who fear the idea of opening their minds to a new understanding of old ideas.

There seems to be this willful ignorance that can be worn comfortably by individuals of different political and religious beliefs. It contributes greatly to a dysfunctional and hypocritical society.

But the fight for the truth continues and some people in places of power give subtle hints that they know that there is at least something to be said about alien interactions with human beings.

This is a subject that has been an enigma for well over 80 years. The technology witnessed was as advanced then as it is now. You have naval pilots coming forward stating that this is technology that is in nobody’s inventory. It’s not Russian, Chinese or the US. If any nation had this type of technology, it is a game changer. These are craft that can defy our conventional understanding. The US isn’t the only country to come forward on this subject. The French in 1999 released a document entitled COMETA. It came to the conclusion that UFOs or UAPs as they are called now, are extraterrestrial in origin.

Members of the Congress on the Intelligence and Armed Services committees have seen some of the imagery and data involving these exceptional UFOs. These briefings show UFOs with performance characteristics to include instantaneous hypersonic acceleration, ease of travel between air, water, and space, and the ability for active concealment. These UFOs do not appear to have conventional flight surfaces or obvious propulsion systems. Newer information on these UFOs comports with military witnesses and some radar returns recorded since World War II.

The acceleration and maneuver characteristics that some UFOs display would be expected to produce G-force pressures on their vehicles ranging into the hundreds. This should rip the vehicles apart. But that doesn’t occur. In the context of UFO-related sensor data that show aberrant returns based on a UFO’s speed and distance from the sensor platform, and military eyewitness reports that suggest zig-zag distorted movement, some analysts believe UFOs operate by manipulating gravity fields around their vehicles.

Perhaps most important of all, these most exceptional UFOs are not secret U.S. military vehicles. While a Senate-mandated report last summer put these exceptional UFOs into an “other” bin of unidentified nature , the U.S. intelligence community has no evidence to suggest that they belong to China, Russia, or another foreign state or nonstate actor. They are simply too advanced and too unconventional in their behavior patterns.

The Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group was designed as the Pentagon’s effort to get ahead of congressional action that mandated its more comprehensive research of UFOs.

Yet, if Congress keeps up the pressure on the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which has supervisory authority for the Pentagon’s research efforts, it can ensure that AOIMSG has the authority, direction, and resourcing to be effective. A critical element of this effect will be determined by AOISMG’s ability to access highly classified Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs that bear relevance to the UFO subject. This must include efficient access to classified contractor programs outside of the day-to-day supervision of the U.S. government.

it is obvious that when our government or the world governments bring forth information on Aliens or UFOs it will be on their terms. Any information will be permitted and most certainly will not appease the majority of those that have put their time and money into theories of known unknowns. This would cause a schism and would most certainly become the first shot at developing a mix of science and religion for the ecumenical world order.

Believing there’s something else “out there” (where ever that may be) that is largely unknown is one thing, but faith in specific attributes about that unknown thing, especially relating to the typical cataclysmic model, is quite another.

It has taken thousands of years, many books and sacred texts to continually wire the human mind for the arrival of Gods, demons, angels, demons, extra-terrestrials, aliens or whatever metaphor you choose to use.

Whoever is behind it has had the sound knowledge of social engineering and a clear view of the intended goal. Keeping a mystery is a subtle weapon and keeping a secret is a manipulative tool to get the reptilian mind working to try and reveal the secret.

Caroline Cory who is an award-winning film maker has produced many films that indicate that these UFO encounters and stories are part of our life experience and that perhaps the government doesn’t know as much about the phenomenon as we think, The evidence has been collected for 80 years and now — we are seeing a government hearing; something that hasn’t happened since the 1950s.

Back then the government was dismissive –now the attitude has changed.

Caroline recently commented about her new movie, “A Tear in the Sky” where she and a crew have made amazing discoveries about the Tic Tac UAP phenomenon.

Caroline Says that “Perhaps some of it has to do with ‘black projects.’ I would understand why they would want to not disclose certain things that they’re working on. The other part of the story is that this will show that they don’t know everything — and they don’t have control over everything. Just the idea that there could be potentially intelligent (aliens) or maybe a foreign government that is capable of technologies that we don’t have, puts them in a very vulnerable place. I think that’s the reason why it’s been one coverup after another throughout the whole process. Anyone who talked about it was ridiculed for the longest time.

Until 2017. When the Navy and the Pentagon have to finally admit, ‘Wait a minute! There’s something anomalous here. We don’t know what it is. We’re looking into it. At least the fact that they have admitted there is something anomalous was a huge, huge step in the right direction.”

In Caroline’s new movie she talks with William Shatner and Michio Kaku among others about these remarkable discoveries and how they are going to shape the paradigm.

Interest in UFOs waxes and wanes in American culture, but millions have questions and about one-third of Americans think we have been visited by alien spacecraft, according to Gallup.

But those questions have been met with silence or laughter from authorities and the academy, leaving a vacuum that has been filled by conspiracy theorists, hoaxsters, and amateur investigators.

It is amazing and hopeful that filmmakers like Caroline Cory have brought their magic to the screen and have put together documentaries that are compelling and put into the light stories that were often told in whispers.

What is most unfortunate is that this profound event in human history is being drowned out by war and political infighting over push button issues like abortion and a woman’s right to choose, That isn’t to say that these are not vital issues but it appears that this type of disclosure is now being met with a shrug rather than keen interest from the public.

In the so-called UFO community, these hearings are being met with guarded enthusiasm –as many UFO writers than theorists don’t want to see their cash cow die as their opinions may not match up with government testimony.

But so far I am not seeing anything that would be incongruent with what we already know or have talked about for many years.

Science is now breaking with tradition and is now leaping into philosophical questions about consciousness and whether the universe and all that it has produced has some form of consciousness. With this emergence of the new paradigm and the more open scientific method, humanity seems to be rolling back the domain of the gods.

What I mean is that in the past, gods answered our unknowns. Now with new scientific discoveries, there are fewer unknowns. The more we dig the more we find that there is certainly evidence of possible alien technology that is closer than we realize.

Aliens could be religious too. Maybe they are sharing their religion with certain people on earth. In the past there was the church and state. They shared power. Now the intelligence agencies and military branches have taken on the role of the church. The church use to have legal authority over the population. Now they don’t and the pentagon was built as the new church. Maybe it is all going to merge together again. The new ecumenical movement is ready for the masses, a religion that goes hand in hand with science and technology and is appealing to religious Christians as well as humanists and people who consider themselves to be atheists. An atheist doesn’t believe in God but they could believe in a powerful entity like an alien who they see in the flesh.
