A declassified document that was written by Robert Oppenheimer and Albert Einstein is believed to be the first time two well-known scientists acknowledge interstellar bodies and extraterrestrial beings or EBEs.The Oppenheimer-Einstein report examines issues related to interstellar UFOs and aliens. This was also the first time that two scientists spoke of a planetary action that would have to be organized within a new world order and create protocols for possible colonization or occupation of alien beings on planet earth. Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks with Harvard astronomy professor, Avi Loeb about EBE IN – THE INTERSTELLAR BOUNDARY.

I have been thinking a lot about this whole last card theory about the alien threat. Of course, this is about Carol Rosin and her speech and how she related the words of Werner Von Braun in the last years of his life. Everything that she said a year ago seems to be happening in a linear way. The final end game strategies include defending the earth from asteroids and eventually the last card would be the alien threat.

We should not ignore the report that was presented to President Johnson in 1966 called the Iron Mountain Report.

The “Report from Iron Mountain” was leaked to the mainstream press in 1967. It argued that though world peace was a nice idea, the economy of war was such a vital part of global stability that there had to be other crises that would have to be generated in order to fill the “ceasefires and “peacetime” so that governments could profit and maintain their wealth.

The report was literally a blueprint of proposed manufactured crises that the government could employ during peacetime in order to keep the war and military busy and the people demanding protection from threats. The report claimed that a gradual implementation of such crises would guarantee the need for basic social controls. There are those who believe that the proposals in the report have been employed for over 50 years conditioning the American people for acceptance of a New World Order.

The report detailed ways to create or manufacture crises that could be substitutes for war, literally a way to keep the military in business due to public demand over the fear of being harmed or killed.

This is pointed out as a “silent weapon” strategy which in turn creates a form of war that has no exchange of gunfire or bombs. According to the report, one of the silent weapons that a government can use on its people is a complete destabilization of the economy.

The Report from Iron Mountain also proposes that the United States be disarmed, and it will be carried out in three stages. Internal security forces provided by the United Nations will honor and enforce a treaty that will be signed where guns must be surrendered by citizens in order to maintain peace.

In detail—the priority of disarmament comes from the idea that in an economic downturn gun crime will accelerate. Domestic Terrorism from fringe groups like the mob, unions, KKK, and black activist’ groups will set a precedent for disarmament.

It also discusses a climate crisis that can be created that would also put the people in line –so they would not rebel against a new technological order enforced by a new military and world organization.

And finally it reports that another alternative to war, and a crisis that could spark a demand for government protection and unity with a World Government would be a manufactured “space menace.”

According to the report it states:

“It has been hotly argued that such a menace would offer the “last, best hope of peace,“ by uniting mankind against the danger of destruction by “creatures” from other planets or from outer space. Experiments have been proposed to test the credibility of an out-of-our-world invasion threat; it is possible that a few of the more difficult-to-explain “flying saucer” incidents of recent years were, in fact, early experiments of this kind.”

If so, they could hardly have been judged encouraging. We anticipate no difficulties in making a “need” for a giant super space program credible for economic purposes, even were there not ample precedent; extending it, for political purposes, to include features unfortunately associated with science fiction would obviously be a more dubious undertaking.”

There are threats that are far more pressing with regard to space anomalies and near-earth objects that if detected could be used to urge world governments to work on eliminating the proposed threat.”

Believe me we have been hearing about this possibility endlessly on late night talk shows and have watched science fiction pretext along with credible science speculations on the History channel.

News reports are now giving us day to day updates on asteroids that gave us a close cosmic shave –and now we are hearing about unexplained sky quakes and rumbles—even uncovered reports of crashed interstellar objects in the ocean.

If this a manufactured space menace – it certainly has gotten the attention of Astrophysicists that are leaning towards to the idea that aliens are trying to get our attention.

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of interviewing former producer for the Art Bell show Midnight in the Desert Michelle freed. We touched upon many paranormal topics and of course we spoke of the legend and enigmatic Art Bell.

There is no doubt what we call the fringe subculture was nurtured by Art Bell and late night radio and then it was propelled into a more popular position with TV shows like the X-Files and solidified as “conspiriology” on the internet. It is argued that emerging world views have been shaped by the fringe subcultures.

We now are learning that there is a concerted effort to mock and or shutdown subculture discussions as they now label it conspiracy theory — but not everything in the subculture deals on conspiracy theory — in fact, there is remarkable history that has been ignored and was considered conspiracy theory during the cold war.

Now that many things are being declassified you would think that there would be a renascence of UFO discovery and answers that have been revealed in documents released by the government.

I am very surprised to see that a lot of this new information not only has been ignored by the mainstream media — but even by those who consider themselves spokespeople for people who have interest in the UFO UAP phenomenon.

As the ugly and inconvenient truths are being declassified there are some people that feel threatened by much of the information — especially information that states that what we are witnessing may be a direct threat to the people of earth.

I am sure that there are many people who have written books about alien savior that feel like their toes have been stepped on — because now science and t he government have gotten involved.

At first there was a clamor for government disclosure — and now the disclosure that is happening us not being trusted — and in some cases it has been dismissed outright by fringe researchers.

One of the biggest liars we have to deal with is ourselves – all of the hopes we have, the fears, the biases, and psychological defenses, that in a clandestine way try to distort our perception of the world and how we react to it.

The mind has to be open and objective. No one has to compromise ethics or core beliefs, however, we all would benefit from a reasonable compromise between being naively trusting and pathologically paranoid.

There are many people we trust who are telling us the truth, but when it comes to sensitive material, or matters or national security, the public has to understand there are limits to what the alphabet agencies call “Intelligence.”

That is why it may be beneficial to do the work yourself, meaning not relying heavily on the messenger but become someone who can testify to the validity of what can be called paranormal activity by experimenting with it all by yourself or with a small group.

Your findings may surprise you.

Until then, we always end up with what can be called cosmic breadcrumbs. Scraps of what are pieces of the puzzle rather than the whole puzzle.

These may be valuable and every little bit, every dot connected can lead you to a major discovery or answer questions you may have about the world, albeit the paranormal world that surrounds you.

As a ‘paranormalphile’ I find myself going in and out of the extraordinary because of many distractions of conspiracy and cover-up that emerge in the news every day. That is why those who are new to the show wonder why I jump from peak to peak with regards to news.

Many think that there is no room for the paranormal; however, I have always illustrated that the normal news sometimes is distracting from the strange news and the hunches that remain in the margins because they seem so unbelievable.

Although you must realize that during your experiment, the universe never just hands you a bundle of paranormal proof. Sometimes it can be a daunting task that takes a lot of times. Days can go by, or weeks or even month where something that can be shown as compelling evidence can be dropped in your lap.

So far the past few weeks have been remarkable as declassified UFO UAP history is being disclosed — and the Pentagon went on the record saying that and interstellar object crashed into the Pacific Ocean in 2014.

UFO sightings have been reported throughout human history and in different parts of the world, raising questions about life on other planets and whether aliens have visited Earth. They have become one of the main subjects of interest and inspiration for numerous films and books. Unfortunately, however, they are also the target of intense ridicule.

For decades, there have been attempts, whether deliberate or not, to downplay the significance of UFOs and create a public belief in society that UFOs are part of some elaborate hoax. Nevertheless, reports of unexplained UFO sightings from the air have been received throughout human history, from prehistoric times to the present day.

As I was doing research on an Interstellar object that crashed into the pacific in 2014 — I stumbled upon a very intriguing document that had been declassified and certainly is one of many smoking guns pointing to the idea that we are certainly being watched, and visited by extraterrestrials.

A declassified document that was written by Robert Oppenheimer and Albert Einstein, entitled “Relationship with the inhabitants of the celestial bodies” actually is believed to be the first time two well known scientists acknowledge interstellar bodies and extraterrestrial beings or EBE’s.

It was probably the first time the phrase was even used by these well known physicists.

The Oppenheimer-Einstein report examines issues related to interstellar UFOs and aliens: Where can extraterrestrial beings come from, what the law says about this, what should we do in the event of colonization and / or integration of peoples, and why they are here?

The document assumes that if EBEs want to settle here on Earth, there will be a “profound change in traditional concepts” of law and the possible need for a new “Law between planetary peoples”.

This was also the first time that two scientists spoke of a planetary action  that would have to be organized with new world order that would create protocols for a possible colonization or occupation of alien beings on planet earth.

This document is important for two reasons. The first reason is that it very logically and consistently considers the possibility of life on other planets before investigating what such a realization would mean. He also raises the question of why, if such respected scientists as Oppenheimer and Einstein are able to approach this topic in an academic way, we cannot participate in such a reasonable discussion today?

The analysis presented by Oppenheimer and Einstein shows that the “disclosure” of extraterrestrial existence can cause irreversible damage to society. This raises the possibility that our today’s governments already know about extraterrestrial existence, but have considered the same issues raised by Oppenheimer and Einstein, and have decided not to disclose the information.

If humanity were informed that intelligent extraterrestrial beings not only exist, but have been visiting our planets for thousands of years, what would happen? Perhaps confronted with such evidence would cause social upheaval in the fields of religion, society, law and finance? If not taken care of, could it wreak havoc on planet Earth?

There are many questions that still need answers. The document suggests that aliens may be more intelligent and technologically advanced than us, and asks why, if so, did they even come to Earth?

To conquer and populate the Earth, to cooperate peacefully with humans, or to study us in the same way we study any new species we encounter? The document addresses the question: if their civilization is more developed than ours, how could a joint population of the Earth be carried out?

Another reason for the importance of the Oppenheimer-Einstein report is that it refers to the presence of alien UFOs on our planet as a fact known to the military. Further, this knowledge is associated with the invention of nuclear bombs – the only weapon capable of destroying life on Earth for many thousands of years.

Imagine a situation in which our civilization is provided with advanced technologies – powerful defense systems, unlimited energy, cloaking devices, space travel to other solar systems, instant transport devices, and so on. Given the current state of our civilization and the people who govern it, what would such a release of technology mean?

One word: chaos. Here is an excerpt from the document:

“Now we come to the problem of determining what to do if the inhabitants of celestial bodies, or extraterrestrial biological entitles (EBE) desire to settle here.

1. If they are politically organized and possess a certain culture similar to our own, they may be recognized as an independent people. They could consider what degree of development would be required on earth for colonizing.
2. If they consider our culture to be devoid of political unity, they would have the right to colonize. Of course, this colonization cannot be conducted on classic lines.

A superior form of colonizing will have to be conceived, that could be a kind of tutelage, possibly through the tacit approval of the United Nations. But would the United Nations legally have the right of allowing such tutelage over us in such a fashion?

Furthermore the document males clear that both Oppenheimer and Einstein knew that there were interstellar objects observing earth being piloted by extraterrestrial beings – or EBE’s.

Relationships with extraterrestrial men presents no basically new problem from the standpoint of international law; but the possibility of confronting intelligent beings that do not belong to the human race would bring up problems whose solution it is difficult to conceive.

In principle, there is no difficulty in accepting the possibility of coming to an understanding with them, and of establishing all kinds of relationships.

The difficulty lies in trying to establish the principles on which these relationships should be based. In the first place, it would be necessary to establish communication with them through some language or other, and afterwards, as a first condition for all intelligence, that they should have a psychology similar to that of men.

It needs to be emphasized that the this memo and discussion was held in 1947.  Astronomy was not as advanced as it is now — and as technology matures so does our ability to find out without a doubt that there are techno signatures and maybe biosignatures in space.

Long-time space enthusiasts are hopeful about the impact of the James Webb space Telescope, the largest and most powerful of its kind, which Nasa launched in December 2021. This telescope is going to give us views of what is out there in interstellar space. It may even send back data that indicates that the universe is teaming with life. It may find evidence of past civilizations — how they lived and how they died.

The Webb telescope will enable astronomers to scan the skies, peering back to when the universe was first beginning to form, as well as help study exo-planets: worlds that circle other suns. It also opens up the discussion about interstellar objects that do not behave like naturally occurring phenomena.

The James Webb Telescope’s story was told in increments of decades and is now being accelerated into a month-to-month headline as the sophisticated instrument nears full commissioning, ready to pump out what is sure to be a collection of some of the most breathtaking photos of space ever seen.

We may stumble on something unimaginable as not only are these interstellar objects coming to us –we are going to them.

The science around interstellar objects visiting our solar system is nascent and controversial.

In  2017, the first cosmic body identified as coming from beyond our sun’s area of influence was dubbed, Oumuamua. The oddly shaped object has been the subject of debate since its discovery, with Harvard astronomer Avi Loeb repeatedly doubling down on the disputed idea that it may have been some sort of craft created by extraterrestrial intelligence.

Loeb and others were also analyzing meteor data to suggest some objects that make it to Earth likely have occupied other star systems at some point.

In September of 2018, NASA hosted a techno signatures Workshop, which was followed.

By the release of their Techno Signature Report. By August of 2020, NASA and the Blue Marble Institute sponsored another meeting—Technoclimes 2020—to discuss concepts for future searches that would look for techno signatures beyond the usual radio signals.

However, there are two new stories that gave caught the attention of Avi Loeb and his colleagues and that is a report from Space Command that an Interstellar object hit the planet in 2014 and the news that For the first time ever, all four major components of DNA, the biological blueprint of living things, have been detected in rocks from outer space, a discovery that suggests the building blocks of life may have been delivered to Earth by ancient extraterrestrial objects from interstellar space, according to a new study.

Scientists have found “nucleobases”—the compounds adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine—which combine in motley permutations to write the source code for life on Earth, including humans.

Though adenine and guanine were found in meteorites about 50 years ago, the presence of cytosine and thymine in these extraterrestrial objects has remained elusive, despite evidence that the compounds might have existed in the primordial interstellar dust that gave rise to our solar system some 4.6 billion years ago.

Now, scientists led by Yasuhiro Oba, a professor at Hokkaido University, have at last detected trace amounts of cytosine and thymine in three carbonaceous (carbon-rich) meteorites, a finding that bolsters the notion that extraterrestrial impacts ”contributed to the emergence of genetic properties for the earliest life on Earth,” according to a study published in Tuesday in the journal Nature Communications.

It’s even possible that nascent lifeforms could have been transferred between worlds—such as Earth and Mars—through a process known as panspermia, in which organisms are able to survive interplanetary voyages by hitchhiking on meteorites ejected by impacts on their home worlds.

While it’s still not clear why the purines are more readily detectable in the space rocks, the researchers think that all these nucleobases could have been formed by photochemical processes in the interstellar medium, “suggesting that these classes of organic compounds are ubiquitously present in extraterrestrial environments both inside and outside the solar system,” according to the study.

In other words, the new findings not only help to unravel the tale of our own origins as Earthlings, they may also inform our search for alien life elsewhere in the universe.

A week or so ago NASA and Space command confirmed that an Interstellar object hit the pacific ocean in 2014 — the impact has spread fragments all over the water.

Dr. AVI Loeb, along with fellow researcher Dr. Ami Siraj, conducted a study that first mentioned the object and suggested it came from interstellar space.

The study was accepted in 2019 by Harvard University but publishing was paused due to classified data that was used.

Now, the United States Space Command has tweeted a memo confirming the object was a meteor from a different solar system, which makes it the first official interstellar visitor to Earth.

Avi Loeb believes that we should look into this crash and rule out the possibility that it is artificial or from an alien civilization.

I wanted to talk to Avi about his position and he was absolute in saying that this object could have been alien in nature.

He officially believed that once collected, we could place our hands around sizeable chunks of interstellar matter and examine its composition and nature. The ocean on site is a couple of kilometers deep, and the impact region is uncertain to within ten kilometers. But an expedition to explore this region for meteor fragments is feasible, and we are currently engaged in designing it,

The fundamental question is whether any interstellar object might indicate a composition that is unambiguously artificial in origin?

Better still, perhaps some technological components would survive the impact.

Loeb would love to be the scientist that presses some buttons on a functional piece of equipment that was manufactured outside of Earth.

But we as humans may have a harder time understanding interstellar boundaries and how science fiction models have given us simple anthropomorphic designs of the aliens. The nature and design of interstellar objects can be different than the models we have seen in movies like Star Wars or Tv shows like Battlestar Galactica or even in Star Trek. Can you imagine the terror if these interstellar objects resembled that of the shadow vessel from Babylon 5? Can you recall the alien craft the movie Skyline, or Battle of Los Angeles?

These craft were meant to intimidate and terrify people – and when takes a look at Oumuamua you can see that wear and tear on a defunct craft that does not perform like any other object in space to date.

And remember the interstellar object that crashed near Papua New Guinea came to earth three years before we even knew of Oumuamua .

These craft or anomalous objects not only come from the depths of space but also from the abyss of time.
