Science Fiction writer Arthur C. Clarke once said that great science fictions stories always begin with a “Big Dumb Object” that creates a domino effect of wonder and intrigue. The “Big Dumb Object” was usually any mysterious object usually of extraterrestrial or unknown origin and immense power that is the centerpiece of the entire story.

In 2001: A Space Odyssey, Clarke introduces a “Big Dumb Object” called the Monolith. A giant slab of extraterrestrial design. The beginning of the book and film set in prehistoric times. It is discovered by a group of hominids and somehow triggers a considerable shift in evolution, starting with the ability to use tools and weaponry.

The apes touch the alien slab to become more than just apes. They become more human and receive the intelligence necessary to create machines to leave the earth and touch another Monolith. Mankind is then catapulted benevolently through the wormhole to make another leap in evolution. To meet his creator and gain knowledge.

The ape-man reaching out to the Alien technology takes on a new meaning now. Many times throughout history we have reached out to the heavens and have touched what we call “the divine.” We have seen a depiction of this throughout history.

This whole week as we have been trying to rebuild our presence on the air—I have been following the crazy monolith stories. For four years a non-magnetic metallic pillar stood in a red sandstone slot canyon in northern San Juan County, Utah. It was nearly ten feet tall and came to a point with a prism– it was more of an obelisk than a monolith it was discovered by biologists who saw it while surveying the area in a helicopter.

Within days, members of the public found the monolith using GPS mapping software and made their way to the remote location. The identity and objectives of who made the monolith remain unknown, though not without speculation. Following intense media coverage of the monolith whose “mystery captivated the country”, it was covertly removed on 27th November 2020 by an unknown party of four men.

Now of course, many people had speculated that this was the work of aliens, however I am sure most of that speculation would be considered a Fortean half-jokingly made hypothesis.

Of course, this did not matter to a group of men who decided that the monolith in California was a threat to their beliefs.

A group of men shouting “Christ is King” and “America First” destroyed the new monolith and replaced it with a wooden cross. in a video that has gone viral on the internet a group of young men in military fatigues are seen pushing the statue over and chanting “America First” and “Christ is King.”

It is a decidedly bleak turn in the ongoing monolith saga that has generally been a delightful distraction for a world wracked by a pandemic.

Again this is another example of the reversed cancel culture tearing down statues or artwork that offends them.

It is ironic that it is now happening with apparently young conservative types.

“Christ is king in this country. We don’t want illegal aliens from Mexico or outer space,” a man in the video says. “So let’s tear this bitch down.”

As the group of three struggle to topple the 200-pound statue, they can be heard chanting as they sway it back and forth. Eventually, the monolith’s base breaks and it falls to the ground. 

The group then places a wooden cross near the site of the monolith. They go on to pose and take pictures with the two pieces of plywood, all stepping with one boot on the monolith as if it’s a hunting trophy. After the photo shoot, they tie ropes around the monolith and drag it down the mountain, calling it names and cheering. 

They remind us of the vision he had of an alien monolith that transferred alien intelligence to a group of apes. Every answer to our origins were revealed by these alien technologies which sparked Anima Mundi – a world understanding of how we came to be.

It was a form of organic singularity. Little-by-little the mysteries of the universe were revealed in order to help us evolve as a species.

In the beginning, over 4.5 billion years ago, there was no life in the Solar System. And then, almost in the blink of an eye on the geologic time scale, everything changed. Deep in the primordial soup on Earth laid the organic compounds that would give rise to life’s humble origins.

As we look at modern physics, we have found that everything we thought of as the physical world has been proven to be mostly empty space. It is all a bunch of solids, liquids, and gasses.

There is also a huge collection of atoms and molecules moving differently. If we were to look at the universe as the creation of a type of singularity we would then have to believe that an advanced mind was able to arrange all of the scattered information and give it organization. The result is an arrangement of information that represents the atoms and the molecules and every little detail that science still has to discover.

Science could not possibly know everything there is to know about how we came to be and how we are to become.

Einstein’s theory of relativity found that that only true constant in physics is light. Light is special, though no one knows why. In fact, you might say that light is the only true “fundamental” in physics. We haven’t been able to figure out why.

In the Bible, we learn that God or whatever advanced beings were involved with creation needed light in order to create all things.

Today, scientists have tried to harness the power of creation on a grand scale. They are either slamming particles together to recreate the big bang – or they are creating simulated worlds in computers.

These simulated worlds can be populated with characters of the programmer’s own creation. Within computer simulations, light is crucial. Computer graphics consist of pixels based on information — these pixels are “rendered” into the physical world that exists inside the computer.

It is quite interesting that as man has created a universe in the computer, he has become godlike in a sense because God created us from simple cells or bits of information and these bits of information have grown into thinking beings that are about to leap into what can be called, singularity.

It can be seen as a new spiritualism – a new way to think about who we are and there is a race to figure out the nature of man. How his brain works and what exactly is the cosmic consciousness or the quantum sum of all our parts.

As you may have already guessed, the new spiritualism is evolving into a partnership with science. The technocrats of course say that it is a natural progression as they are pushing for the singularity, panpsychism, and a new but limited form of Anima Mundi or world awareness of what is beyond our planet.

I have always been a proponent of history and research and as far back as 1901 , well before the space age there was an earnest seeking out of that which would be known as cosmic awareness and the thought processes of eventually admitting that we are not alone in the Universe.

It can be said that history affects the scientific community both directly and indirectly and we must realize that it has taken more than 100 years to advance in the way we have.

Many will say that this is a scientific or anti-scientific—I think that it is part of the evolutionary process – much like what happened with Galileo or Copernicus. It is the average person trying to come to terms with can be seen as popular paranormal or pop paranormal.

Many people have a hard time coming to grips with the idea that concepts of God angels, demons and aliens are paranormal in nature and share a place in our collective view of spirituality.

I need to say though that it should not be a replacement for spirituality or even religious practice.

Things must evolve within the general culture as common people try to come to terms with popular superstitions, and the highly successful advances in science and technology.

 Scientists are now rethinking their positions about consciousness and many are finding God again even though it has been the practice to steer away from anything that would be considered godlike.

This may partly have sprung initially from not wanting to share the fate of scientists like Galileo whose research was suppressed by a dominant Catholic Church.

Religious ideas take on a whole new meaning when viewed through the lens of science.

We see that angels and demons become aliens, chariots of fire, the merkaba and wheels within wheels become space ships and ascension can be compared to being lifted to the heavens to have communication with advanced beings that some people claim are extraterrestrial gods that have been responsible for the advanced architecture of past civilizations.

This is not some grand deception, it is just a modern re-imaging of what God may be and that our whole existence is a wonderful simulation.

For the last two years, the Department of Defense’s newly revamped “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force” (or UAPTF) has been busy briefing lawmakers, Intelligence Community stakeholders, and the highest levels of the U.S. military on encounters with what they say are mysterious airborne objects that defy conventional explanations. 

Along with classified briefings, multiple senior U.S. officials with direct knowledge of the matter say two classified intelligence reports on UAP have been widely distributed to the U.S. Intelligence Community.

These reports include clear photographic evidence of UAP. The reports also explicitly state that the Task Force is considering the possibility that these unidentified objects could, as stated by one source from the U.S. Intelligence Community said, be operated by “intelligences of unknown origin.” 

There has been an enormous amount of talk with regard to the whole Tic Tac incursion that was revealed to the mainstream media in 2017. This event has launched inquiries as to who or what is behind these anomalies.

However another intelligence report, released in 2018, is said to have provided a general overview of the UAP topic and included details of previous military encounters. According to sources who had read it, the report also contained an unreleased photograph of an “aerial phenomena” categorized as “unidentified.” 

It was accompanied by photo was captured from within the cockpit of an F/A-18 fighter jet with a pilot’s personal cell phone. According to three U.S. officials who had seen it, the photo showed an unidentified silver “cube-shaped” object. The report is said to have indicated the object was “hovering” or completely motionless when military pilots encountered it. All three officials agreed that based on the photo, the object appeared to be at an altitude of roughly 30,000 to 35,000 feet and approximately 1,000 feet from the fighter jet. 

Other photos included a shot of an unknown triangular craft that did not appear to be top secret experimental craft but something that appeared to be exotic and oddly positioned.

Two officials that received the report said the photo was taken after the triangular craft emerged from the ocean and began to ascend straight upwards at a 90-degree angle. It was indicated that this event occurred off the eastern coast of the United States. Several other sources confirmed the photo’s existence; however, they declined to provide any further specifics of the incident. 

Regarding the overall theme of the recent report, officials who read it say the report primarily focused on “Unidentified Submersible Phenomena,” or unidentified “transmedium” vehicles capable of operating both under water and in the air. 

Meanwhile as we are trying to understand what is in our skies we are saddened to hear that one of our main stations that was used to detect extraterrestrial signals has now collapsed and has been totaled, After 57 years that space telescope at Arecibo Puerto Rico has collapsed which now puts China in the position to scour the skies for possible extraterrestrial techno signatures.

Arecibo Observatory was built in the 1960s with money from the Defense Department amid a push to develop anti-ballistic missile defenses.

It is famous for detecting whirling pulsars, capturing geological features of Mars and helping astronomers discover the near-Earth asteroid Bennu, along with making an appearance in the 1995 James Bond film Goldeneye.

The giant telescope was also used in programs that search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) because its location provided scientists access to one-third of the cosmos.

If E.T. is to phone us, it will have to speak Chinese as China seems to be creating more powerful telescopes, particle accelerators and even spaceships.

In 2019, China landed a rover on the moon and initiated a mission to return there and gather samples in late 2020. It also aims to create, with its own astronauts, a lunar research center.

A second uncrewed moon landing is expected by India in 2021, after their first try failed in 2019. It also has astronauts preparing onboard an Indian spaceship, Gaganyaan, for a scheduled orbital mission.

In 2019, the United Arab Emirates launched its first astronaut on a Russian rocket, dispatched a rover to Mars in July 2020, and aims to dispatch an uncrewed spacecraft to the moon in 2024. The European Space Agency has solar system observation probes and is designing a lander for the moon.

Two days ago, China landed yet another robot probe on the moon.

Its robotic Chang’e-5 mission touched down and will be bringing more lunar rocks back to earth.

The space race continues but we are focused on politic and COVID-19 – the world is focused on what is out there.

They are tapping into obtaining the organic singularity, which some may call the act of achieving what would be seen as godlike science.

Much like that of the monolith giving knowledge to the ape.

Arthur C. Clarke stated that “Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” But what if we add a little wordplay to his statement and ask “what if magic is responsible for the creation of advanced technology?”

What if other governments and scientists are advancing the space race and are looking for the organic singularity—the Anima Mundi?
