5/26/23: EXOGENOUS W/ JASON MARTELL

Posted on May 26th, 2023 by Clyde Lewis

A recently leaked photo of a page from an alleged top-secret Pentagon report is raising some eyebrows in the UFO community. The document indicates an observance of what is said to be a hybrid of synthetic and biological intelligence that may or may not be alien. This could very well be part of a synthetic biological experiment using mechanical means and genetic engineering as science. Perhaps this is how they will disclose the alien presence on Earth.  Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks with ancient civilizations and technology researcher and author, Jason Martell about EXOGENOUS.

SHOW TRANSCRIPT:

For more than a century we have been broadcasting our presence to the cosmos. The faintest signals from the first TV broadcast which was the Nazi-hosted 1936 Olympics – will have passed several potentially habitable planets. The first season of Game of Thrones has already reached the nearest star beyond our Solar System.

By now the aliens are aware that we are out here. It is obvious that they knew of our existence when the first Nuclear bombs were detonated in the 1940s because in the summer of 47 UFOs from Maury Island, Mount Rainier and eventually, Roswell made the headlines and the world has not been the same since.

SETI has been actively searching for signs of intelligent extraterrestrial life for more than half a century. Despite tantalizing signals, it has so far drawn a blank.

But Seth Shostak believes we should consider looking to our own future to imagine what aliens will be like.

“Perhaps the most significant thing we’re doing is to develop our own successors,” says Shostak. “If we can develop artificial intelligence within a couple of hundred years of inventing the radio, any aliens we are likely to hear from have very likely gone past that. undefined

undefinedIn other words,” he says, “most of the intelligence in the cosmos, I would venture, is synthetic intelligence and that may disappoint moviegoers who expect little grey guys with big eyeballs, no clothes, no hair or sense of humor.”

In fact the ideas about just what is out there observing us is changing undefined and much of what we thought was all biological intelligence may be found to be synthetic intelligence.

Beings that were set like automatons to do a job and that job is still a mystery but perhaps we should think about their exogenous beginnings and how our future and thereundefineds are intertwined in some cosmic symbiosis.

On Earth, another space race has started.

It is a race between planetary scientists and astronomers to be the first to find extraterrestrial life, either in our solar system or further away.

During the past decade, an enormous increase in interest among planetary scientists in the search for life or evidence of past life has energized the unmanned exploration of our solar system.

The most promising targets include Mars, which has methane in its atmosphere, Jupiter and Saturn’s moons Europa and Enceladus in the light of evidence that oceans lie beneath their surfaces, Titan because of itundefineds thick atmosphere and rich organic chemistry, and finally comets that are thought to be rich inorganic materials.

Scientists wouldnundefinedt bother if they didnundefinedt have a gut feeling that microbial life exists close by but again the exogenous route gives us hope.

The lack of communication between humans and extraterrestrial intelligence has been troublesome undefined leading scientists to say that perhaps the aliens we seek are either dead undefined or are not curious enough to show up.

But that does not stop them from sending emissaries that look sylph-like undefined and that these beings are marvelous machines constructed by an advanced civilization in order to explore the entire Universe.

Today’s scientific quest for space life follows a roadmap characterized by four assumptions. First, discovery is a process under our control. Second, the search will be gradually implemented, keeping pace with our technological developments.

Third, the focus will be on searching for extraterrestrial life’s precursors and simple life forms. Finally, the location of intelligent alien life forms will be at immense distances from Earth.

The what-if scenarios are still fascinating to those waiting for confirmation of space visitors. The “Space Visitors” scenario seeks evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence within our solar system, including the discovery of alien artefacts, detection or sighting of extraterrestrial probes and the stereotypical science fiction encounter with aliens.

This last scenario has fascinated the general public, but it is subject to wild claims, speculation and controversy.

Nevertheless, there is no denying that direct on-or near-Earth contact with extraterrestrial intelligence would have enormous psychological and social implications. And we might be the “discovered” rather than the “discoverers”.

Scholars are now warming up to the idea that we need to start being more aware and proactive about the reality of life of synthetic life visiting us.

According to a new study, roughly one-fifth of academics say that they or someone they know has seen something mysterious in the sky that cannot be explained.

Some of these professors, scholars and scientists offered up personal testimonies of unusual UFO encounters that surprised even the researchers in their candor.

Participants were asked about their knowledge and opinions of unidentified aerial phenomena.

While many just filled out the questionnaire, a few took the prompt undefinedPlease write anything else you would like to say about this topicundefined to unburden themselves of their eerie personal recollections.

One scientist confessed, undefinedI personally know three physicists who independently report seeing UFOs. They have no explanation for the phenomenon they observed, other than they observed it.undefined

One social scientist reported that their father was a US Air Force veteran who undefinedtalked about seeing unexplained phenomenaundefined, while other academics reported unusual sightings dating back from childhood to as recently as just several years ago.

In one case, an academic in the media and communications field reported that their whole family witnessed a UFO in 1976 that shook their house.

In total, 19 percent said that they or someone they knew had witnessed UAP, while 39 percent said they did not know what the most likely explanation for the mysterious objects were.

A third of all participants also said they had some degree of interest in conducting research in this area, while a similar amount ranked the importance of further research into the phenomena as undefinedvery importantundefined or undefinedabsolutely essential.undefined

While a significant majority of these academics were aware of the December 2017 report in the New York Times, which revealed the Pentagonundefineds once-secret UFO investigation program, few were aware of its recent revival.

To judge from the 1,460 participants, about 74 percent were unaware that Senator Kirsten Gillibrand had spearheaded an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2022 creating a new Pentagon office to handle UFO cases.

It looks like scientists need to keep up with the Pentagon’s interest in these matters but scientists are not inclined to care about matters of national security.

They are far more concerned about the eventuality of exogenous intelligence encounters.

75 years of Ufology debate and wild claims have gradually accustomed us to this eventuality. Scientists and astronauts are themselves not immune to an interest in UFOs. Former NASA Astronaut Edgar Mitchell, a member of the Apollo 14 mission that landed on the Moon, asserted in 2008 that “I happen to be privileged enough to be in on the fact that we have been visited on this planet and the UFO phenomenon is real…”

Public fascination with the idea of extraterrestrials and the claims of close encounters creates social and psychological momentum from which space agencies may benefit and build upon. This interest facilitates the funding of projects focusing on exobiology and the search for exoplanets.

No other theme is likely to engage the public as much as that of intelligent extraterrestrial life. But would the public be just as supportive of seeking techno signatures first as they could be the artifacts of a biological civilization undefined sending high tech in our vicinity to actually watch and monitor our progress?

What if in doing so we find out that the creatures who built the first AIs – or the grays, the anticipated hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional beings, are no longer around?

A decade before the launch of the worldundefineds first artificial satellite, the UFO controversy had already impregnated human consciousness with the idea that not only was life “out there,” but that it was “intelligent.”

75 years later and despite the precedent of acceptance of the search for alien intelligence, it is today more politically acceptable to search for non-intelligent alien life.

There is often a “giggle factor” surrounding the idea of extra-terrestrial intelligent life, colored by pejorative references to “little green men” and tin foil hattery.

Despite this, one should recognize that the primary influence exerted by the subject of UFOs on our search for extraterrestrial life may have been to open our minds to the eventuality of direct contact with a non-human intelligence, or even a non-biological intelligence.

We are being acclimated psychologically for this event. The UFO and the Alien are now part of our psychological makeup undefined regardless if you are a believer or a non-believer.

Our culture and history itself have prepared us psychologically for such extraordinary news. If the time ever comes, perhaps the discussion would have warmed its reception and acceptance to the point where it may not be the world-changing shock that has been expected in the past.

This may already be evident as there have been government hearings, provided video evidence and an uptick in UFO sightings.. we even had a spy Balloon scare that triggered thoughts of UFOs- but politics are still the number one topic on the nightly news.

So, generally speaking, this has been a form of disclosure. It had divided the UFO groups and the general public seems to be responding with a yawn.

What more do people need?

I guess we still crave that undefinedDay the Earth Stood Stillundefined moment where an alien walks out with his menacing android sidekick warning us that we will be rendered extinct because of our nuclear weapons.

The same weapons it is reported that the UFOs or UAPs;s love to visit and shut down the silos that house our nukes.

We do not have the slightest idea what an extraterrestrial advanced civilization might turn out to be.

If it could reach us, it would have to be advanced to a level of scientific knowledge and technology far surpassing our own

That is why I am leaning toward the possibility that the grays that people have seen undefined are not biological.

Perhaps what we will encounter is an advanced civilization’s post-biological (robotic) technology. Because we are limited in our ability to imagine technologies well beyond our own, we should be ready to investigate all potentially promising possibilities.

No one is saying we are to believe the scienceundefined in the case of the cosmic question it is best to consider the science.

There needs to be a delicate equilibrium of ideas and an open ended debate about what exactly is out there undefined other wise we will see a political move to create pseudoscience and unneeded fear about what we find.

If indeed some of these phenomena represent advanced alien probes, it is far from obvious that our current technological means would allow us to detect their presence.

In that respect, the repeated argument that: “if there would be a UFO evolving in the Earth

vicinity, we would know it thanks to our radars, telescopes or satellite capabilities”, clearly constitutes an anthropocentric assumption. Advanced extra-terrestrial civilizations potentially millions of years older than us could display technologies that would be indistinguishable from our environment, appear to us like magic, and limit our knowledge of their presence.

If aliens were nothing like us undefined or if they are billion-year-old advanced robots would we still care about them?

We would probably fear them- if we destroy their machines or probes this could be used as a way to quarantine the earth and prepare for invasion.

With the examples of how ways it is for the media to use propaganda to get people to shelter in place and even support a war — it will be simple to pivot again towards a possible alien threat.. it has become that easy according to those who have been observing this new war as a psychological operation,

In order to convince people of the alien threat — they need some sort of proof, something they can see that does not look like it is some CGI effect. The question is how do they pull it off?

Well it may be all part of a synthetic biological experiment using mechanical means and genetic engineering as science is now coming forward with how they will disclose the alien presence on Earth.

A recently leaked photo of a page from an alleged top-secret Pentagon report is raising some eyebrows in the UFO community. The document alleges that there has been an observance of what is said to be a hybrid of synthetic and biological intelligence that may or may not be alien — something that we will explain later.

The document is titled ‘Section V: Behavioral Data Analysis’ and describes a bizarre joint investigation conducted by the NSA, DHS, ONI and SAP, in conjunction with the DoD. During the investigation, these groups “conducted careful examinations of aggregated data and witness accounts” of various unidentified aerial phenomena.

In order to understand what it entails, it has to be transcribed:

“Section V: Behavioral Data Analysis

Joint elements of ONI, NSA, DHS, and SAP-cleared experts curated by the DoD have conducted careful examinations of aggregated data and witness accounts.

The scope of the referenced in this subsection refers to CERT class cases, which are in turn designated as such due to a common similarity in behavior with other high-credibility cases. As mentioned in Section III, this class contains 1,292 cases and is the only class capable of receiving post-analysis treatment.

Behavioral Conclusions:

Data from Secondary Reference reports indicate a significant commonality in stimulus-response and lead to generalized conclusions about the nature of UA/SP cognitive processing.

Although the details differ, this body is reasonably confident that expert findings indicate some form of inorganic intelligence.

All cases where UA/SP contacts performed a reactionary behavior that was not immediate disengagement can be broadly described as displaying a sense of fear and curiosity.

Some data-backed witness accounts went so far as to describe the interactions as “playful… like a puppy” and “skittish but very aware, sort of like a parrot, actually.”

This behavior is a primary indicator of CERT class cases and is not seen in cases that have been otherwise explained.

The report employed a blind study using known behavioral data processed through a customized AI, essentially reverse-engineering the thought processing using gathered stimulus/response data.

A DoD computing cluster ran a virtual neural network using the engineered processing system and found that UA/SP behaviors can be reproduced with 98.4% certainty in a closed processing environment.

The report concluded that the behaviors analyzed from such contacts exhibit AGI Strong and ASI Weak behaviors and can be reproduced with current computational systems.

This report is significant as it indicates that extraneous processes found in organic life are not impacting behaviors.

The elimination of these variables and the effect of maneuvers seen in Section II on chemical processes suggest that UA/SP contacts are either remote, autonomous drones or a form of mechanical life.

An as advanced machine intelligence may react similarly to a particular stimulus and hypothesized that the rapid increase of flight performance might indicate a stepped virtual evolution process.

It sounds like scientists have made up their minds that the probes and UFOs are synthetic or artificial super technology being sent to us by a race of advanced ultra terrestrial gods.

I would contend that something out there has already triggered the motivation to find life in space, otherwise, why go to all this trouble to find techno signatures and biosignatures of life in space?

I think the truth is evident – this is disclosure – not declarative disclosure but disclosure where we see the actions before we receive the official announcement that we are not alone.
