5/3/23: S.E.E.R.S. 2025 – CLOUDS OF DOUBT W/ PAUL CHAMBERS

Yesterday I decided to step outside my home to see how the weather was. We had a few days of 90-degree heat and as I stepped out I noticed that the clouds were back and so were the cooler temperatures.

The past few days have felt like autumn days — with a few days of warmth then back to being cool. I also noticed it was very humid and I checked the humidity and it clocked in at 70 percent.

The air was also thick with dust — I mentioned it to my neighbor, and he said it was either dust or smoke but I didn’t hear of any fires nearby.

Then I was feeling a little tingle in my nose and whatever was in the air had me sneezing. I went back in the house and the sneezing stopped.

It was so weird to be seeing a sort of a dusty gray day — where you could see the pollen hovering in the sky.

A few people I know have been experiencing sneezing and coughing but when they go to the doctors — the doctors do not know what they have. Its not Covid — it’s not the flu, it is just some sort of a bug that is in the air.

This type of thing is really bad as a cough can still trigger a bit of paranoia to those who still wear a mask even though the mask mandates have been lifted.

But look in the sky — there is a lot of hidden stuff up above us that we don’t even think about.

Many of us think of the sky as an evolving mixture of inanimate entities: water vapor, nitrogen, oxygen, ozone, aerosols, polluting particles, and carbon dioxide.

But a more comprehensive list would include pollen, algae, dandruff, and bacteria. On average, these so-called biogenic aerosols, which are swept up into the atmosphere by wind, account for about 20%, by mass, of the particulate matter in the sky. In the air above tropical rainforests, that figure can be as much as 75%.

Ten bucks says that the last time you looked up at the sky on an overcast day, you didn’t say to yourself man I’ll bet there is a ton of bacteria up there that if I breath eit in will make me sick.

When you unravel the chemical composition of the atmosphere, you quickly find that there are a lot of biological particles up there– along with other pollutants that have been laid down with the chemtrails or stratospheric aerosol injections.

The blue sky alone can be a pretty harsh environment: It’s cold. There are oxidants. And there is intense ultraviolet light that can wreck the heartiest of genomes. Worst of all, the sky is a dry, desiccating place for biological cells.

But bacteria are resilient: They are famous for eking out an existence in extreme habitats. like ice, the plaque on your teeth, deep ocean thermal vents, and even airplane fuel tanks.

You get the idea.

It is only recently that scientists have begun to think that bacteria, in particular, may not be up there just for the ride. In 2006, the first workshop on microbial meteorology was held in France, and the community has been growing since then, Morris says. She estimates there are between 30 and 50 labs around the world investigating this topic.

These researchers are providing growing evidence that in the wet oasis of the clouds, where bacteria can at least remain hydrated, the microbes aren’t just loitering they can come down and infect your deep breath of fresh air — and form that moment anything can trigger a health event — and no one not even the doctor can tell you if it came from the sky or not.

Even more tantalizing, the bacterium called Pseudomonas syringae, which is found regularly in clouds, has proteins on its cell surface that can nucleate the formation of ice, the precursor to most forms of precipitation. Some atmospheric scientists are starting to wonder if P. syringae and other bacteria in the air may influence weather by initiating rain and snow.

In other words they can use various forms of bacteria to control the weather the only problem is that it has to be carefully used or people down below would develop bacterial respiratory diseases that do not respond to antibiotics.

With so many unknowns about the actions of bacteria in the clouds, and with the bacteria-precipitation connection still a matter of controversy, microbial meteorology is still in its infancy,

A team of Canadian and French researchers have found drug-resistant bacteria in the clouds.

They have found in a recent study, clouds can carry drug-resistant bacteria over long distances.

The discovery was published in last month’s edition of the journal Science of The Total Environment.

The researchers from Laval University in Quebec City and Clermont Auvergne University in central France searched for antibiotic-resistant genes from bacteria found in cloud samples.

The samples were taken from an atmospheric research station perched 1,465 meters (4,806 feet) above sea level atop the Puy de Dome summit, a dormant volcano in central France between September 2019 and October 2021. An analysis of the retrieved mist revealed that they contained between 330 to more than 30,000 bacteria per milliliter of cloud water, for an average of around 8,000 bacteria er milliliter.

They also identified 29 subtypes of antibiotic-resistant genes in the bacteria.

Drug resistance occurs when bacteria are exposed to antibiotics and develop an immunity to them over generations.

Health authorities have repeatedly warned these adaptations are becoming what the study described as a “major sanitary concern worldwide,” making it harder — in some cases impossible — to treat certain bacterial infections as antibiotics use continues to rise in health care and agriculture.

The study offered no conclusions on the potential health effects of the spread in the atmosphere of antibiotic-resistant bacteria — estimating that only five percent to 50 percent of the organisms could be alive and potentially active.

Atmospheric monitoring, however, could help pinpoint the sources of drug-resistant bacteria — similar to wastewater tests for Covid-19 and other pathogens — in order to limit their dispersal.

But this certainly raises some questions about just what is being put into the atmosphere and whether or not the government or some other entity is conducting open-air experiments on their citizens.

Health officials are investigating after doctors in Nevada reported seeing a spike in a type of rare brain infection among children.

A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention investigation found 18 cases of brain abscesses in Clark County, Nevada, in 2022. The average number of cases in years past was only around five, according to the Southern Nevada Health District.

The rare infections, called intracranial abscesses, are caused when bacteria, like Streptococcus intermedius, reach the brain. The bacteria is normally present in the nose and throat, but problems can occur when it reaches the brain.

Most of the Clark County children with the infections had been sick with a cold, investigators found.

They were hospitalized for around two weeks on average and more than 80% needed brain surgery to treat the infection, health officials said, which is not unusual with pus-filled abscesses.

The children’s median age was 12 and three out of every four patients were boys. None died from the infections.

Health officials are alarmed because they do not know how this occurred and how 18 children could all be infected with something this rare.

After a presentation on the Nevada cases at this week’s Epidemic Intelligence Service Conference, doctors from other parts of the country said they are seeing similar increases in brain abscesses in kids– and they are baffled.

The Clark County cases all occurred in children who did not have previous neurosurgical procedures or head trauma, CDC investigators found.

Health officials continue to investigate and this week, investigators shared more information detailing how 2022 saw a spike in the infections.

More research is needed to identify specific risk factors and causes of this rare condition, and surveillance should continue to understand future trends,” investigators from the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service said this week.

Around two-thirds of parents, investigators spoke to said their child had cold symptoms but they did not have COVID-19.

In almost every case, kids would get an earache or a sinus infection, with a headache and fever.

Physicians are continuing to explore the link between those illnesses and the brain abscesses and the CDC says they continue to closely monitor the situation.

If this is an indicator of what is being planned for 2025 then we must somehow get educated on the plan and what to look for to prevent this from happening.

If they find that the bacteria is being spread in rainwater or in clouds we could see lockdowns ad infinitum,

Again we would have to ask ourselves if this is an intentional release and a Gain of Function exercise.

Two years ago we reported that there was a doctoral dissertation that renewed public interest in the military-sponsored chemical spraying of impoverished areas of St. Louis in the 1950s and ’60s.

Undisputed is that St. Louis was among several test cities chosen decades ago by government contractors for the spraying of zinc cadmium sulfide, a chemical powder mixed with fluorescent particles to allow tracking of dispersal patterns. The spraying was part of a biological weapons program, the government conceded in 1994, and St. Louis was chosen because its topography was similar to some of the Russian cities the military thought it might have to attack.

Residents were told by military scientists that it was testing “a smoke screen” for protection in an enemy attack. This experiment was a classic gain-of-function exercise that was tied to a top-secret program carried out by the military called MK NAOMI.

MK NAOMI was a series of Gain of Function experiments or that were considered bio-security experiments.

In recent years, some members of the scientific community have been involved in a vigorous debate over so-called “gain-of-function” experiments involving pathogens with pandemic potential, such as the influenza virus. Proponents and opponents of GOF work engaged in extensive discussion about the value, safety, ethics, and validity of this type of research.

Under a NAOMI Military Gain of Function exercise, the fog in San Francisco was used as a cover in order to see whether it could be used to help spread a biological weapon in a “simulated germ-warfare attack.”

Over a period of six days in September 1950, members of the US Navy sprayed clouds of Serratia from giant hoses aboard a Navy minesweeper drifting two miles along the San Francisco coastline, a bacterial fog quickly enveloped and disguised by the region’s own fog. By monitoring the air at 43 scattered sites throughout the region, the Navy found Serratia bacteria blown throughout San Francisco and extending to the adjacent communities of Albany, Berkeley, Daly City, Colma, Oakland, San Leandro, and Sausalito.

In this regard, the experiment was a success: the San Francisco Bay was identified as a highly-susceptible site for a germ warfare attack and a quantifiable range for the airborne dispersal of microbes was established.

A 1951 military report on the experiment summarized the findings: “It was noted that a successful BW [biological warfare] attack on this area can be launched from the sea and that effective dosages can be produced over relatively large areas.”

It was estimated that the city’s 800,000 residents had each received a heavy dose of Serratia, inhaling millions of bacteria throughout the testing period. In its report, the military further concluded: “that Serratia marcescens is so rarely a cause of illness, and the illness resulting is predominantly so trivial, that its use as a simulant should be continued, even overpopulated areas.”

A bizarre sequence of events happened in the small town of Oakville, Washington. Gelatinous blobs of biological material began to rain down over an area of over 20 square miles during a storm.

It would happen six times in 1994 and continue periodically thereafter. The latest was during the third week of June 1997.”

The substance that fell had a mushy consistency and smelled like human waste. Members of the town became ill with flu-like symptoms when they came in contact with it. The substance was then sent to a lab for testing. The substance contained human white blood cells.

Lab technicians said that the sample had two types of bacteria, one of which could be found in the human digestive tract. The answer was clear; at least, it seemed clear enough. Authorities thought it had to be human waste from an airliner; however, FAA regulations require that waste matter dropped from aircraft be dyed blue. People of the area claim that before their town was hit with the substance there were strange aircraft and contrail activity over both Oakville and Everett, Washington.

The military had suggested that what fell from the sky was jellyfish remains that remained in suspension after war game drills were carried out and bombs were dropped into the ocean 20 miles away.

But what if it was a military MK NAOMI exercise to test the resilience of a bacterial release over a small area?

In Lewis County Washington in a place called Onalaska, heavy rainfall produced gelatinous blobs that fell over a wide area. It also was reported that the globs were also seen in Cowlitz County near Mount St. Helens in 2021.

No one knows where they came from and so far there are no reports of sickness as in the Oakville incident in 1994.

What is most troubling is that these gelatinous droplets have been known to trigger pro-inflammatory cytokines. What pro-inflammatory cytokines do is trigger malaise? It is simply the feeling that you have the disease.

In the Summer of 1984, a force-multiplied strain of Brucellosis was tested at Tahoe-Truckee High School in California. The teachers’ lounge was the target area. Seven of the eight teachers assigned to the room became very ill within months. There were other undisclosed locations where the pathogen was tested using an airborne aerosolized delivery system and contaminated mosquitoes.

An incident that happened recently that sounds eerily similar to the Truckee Case is a case out of Texas where a while school came down with a very bad stomach disorder.

A Clear Creek Independent School campus closed after more than 100 students and staff members reportedly caught a “stomach bug.”

More than 130 faculty and students were reported absent at Hyde Elementary School in League City because of the illness, according to a letter emailed to parents.

The symptoms included diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach pain.

As a precaution, the school was closed so crews can deep-clean and disinfect the building.

On October 23, 2022–The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, in partnership with WHO and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, hosted and conducted Catastrophic Contagion, a pandemic tabletop exercise in Brussels, Belgium.

This one was similar to Event 201 which was held in October of 2019.

Catastrophic Contagion simulated a series of WHO emergency health advisory board meetings addressing a pandemic set in the near future of 2025. Called S.E.E.R.S. 2025 “Severe Epidemic Respiratory Syndrome from Enterovirus 2025”. The epidemic begins in “two Latin American countries”, then spreads rapidly. “Becoming a pandemic with a higher fatality rate than COVID-19 and disproportionately affecting children and young people.” In the simulation, 1 Billion cases are reached worldwide, with 20 million people dying, 15 Million of those being children. Those who are left alive would suffer from brain damage and paralysis.

The event states, political leaders, in addition to health leaders, must be at the table during exercises to respond effectively during the next pandemic. Calling for a one-world system to combat “the next pandemic.” The “Pandemic Corps” would establish an international network of national public health leaders, pushing for trust to be established, resources to be managed, and information to be controlled—systems must be in place to swiftly combat “mis and disinformation.”

The only countries that would conquer the pandemic are those who “regularly practice” pandemic simulations and discussions. Countries that focus on having regional and international partnerships in place — while building up systems for the manufacturing and distribution of vaccines. This would be the only way to success.

Coincidences, usually, are not coincidences. It’s odd, the same organization’s that hosted Event 201, conducted Catastrophic Contagion. Month’s before COVID-19 was made public and lockdowns were in place— a simulation on “a coronavirus” was held. Really odd timing to say the least.

Could there be experiments underway for a new pathogen that will afflict the young? That perhaps begins with cold symptoms and could lead to brain abscess and fever.

Could these new pathogens come from clouds and drug-resistant bacteria in rainwater?

Scientists have identified thousands of species of microbes and fungi living in rain and clouds—able to withstand the harsh temperatures, low oxygen and punishing radiation of the atmosphere.

Mix that together with man-made chemtrails and you have a soup for an untreatable disease that can injure or kill young people.

Although not as common as plant pathogens, certain animal pathogens have also been known to travel through the skies.

Some scientists attribute a 2001 outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in Britain to a giant storm in North Africa the week before.

Talk about your microbial Butterfly effect.

In 2015, scientists found that antibiotic-resistant bacteria had a 4,000% higher concentration downwind from cattle feedlots in North Texas.

Coincidentally there were reports of Cattle Mutilations in Texas where many cows were found with cored anuses, missing tongues and other organs

Evidence suggests that under MK NAOMI, CIA funded scientists were called in to use special surgical devices, standard blood coagulants, cryogenic technology, and microwave equipment, used on “infected” farm animals.

Reports surfaced about so-called “Cattle Mutilations” where bovine test subjects are found with surgically removed ears, lips, tongues, mammary glands, genitalia, anuses, and blood. The carcasses were air-dropped into fields out of black helicopters.

However the Mysterious circumstances surrounding the mutilations were then misconstrued by the media. The government-spread rumors that the mutilations were of “extra-terrestrial” origin or attributed to “satanic cults“ or “coyotes and other natural predators.”

If predatory animals can uniformly select body parts, mainly the ones used in reproduction and excretion, and then remove all the blood from the carcass leaving the remaining good meat to rot what we are seeing is a meticulous animal doing the killings.

However, evidence suggests that the more down-to-earth explanation is in the direction of a possible attempt at analyzing potential health hazards in uncontrolled herds of farm animals. Literally checking up on the progression of diseases and radioactive effects on cows. Cows are like the canaries in the biological Coalmine.

They are capable of incubating and even keeping in their tissues evidence of bacterial infections, radioactive isotopes, hormones, and other diseases that we think we have eradicated.

Bovine are known as “second creation” creatures and tend to hold virulent strains of influenza and contaminants of all kinds in their bodies.

These contaminants can remain in the digestive systems of these animals for long periods of time without making the animals sick. Bovine have been known to carry Yersinia pseudotuberculosis and Yersinia pestis along with Brucella. Cows now carry new and deadly prions called Bovine Spongiform encephalopathy.

This is commonly known as mad cow disease. The blood of cattle can be used to force multiply a biological component creating a more lethal biological force multiplier and then use humans or small animals as carriers. Bovine blood has been used in the past as a force multiplier for advanced bio-weapon brucellosis.

Since 1994, there has been a sense of urgency to correct an error in judgment with bioweapons by using another error in judgment using another form of aerosolized bio treatments.

The Chemtrailing of the populace is not only damaging our health but it also is causing problems with the upper atmosphere. They have created a monster that is culling the entire planet. It is bio-engineered Iatrogenocide

As we stare into the haze of an oily sky and wheeze, vomit and cough with our modified diseases and pandemics attacking our immune systems, remember it is all for the war to let freedom ring. It is all for the good of the people. Our own deaths will be at hand because we followed the advice of the social engineers that we are so enamored with. We continue to vote for them. The ones we gave a blank check to that will write us off if it means they can benefit.

The American people continue to cheer on the wars and the torture as they are victims of slow iatrogenic torture themselves.

While there may be clouds of doubt — it wouldn’t hurt to open your mouth and say plague.
