When I was out of town this weekend, I was able to get information about the horrible shooting in Virginia Beach, however, after reading what I could on the issue, I realized that from what I gathered it was incident of office rage. It was a case of a disgruntled employee returning to work to kill fellow employees and then either killing himself or having the police do the work for him.

The resignation email arrived in the morning, and the gunfire started in the afternoon.

DeWayne Craddock, an engineer who had worked for the City of Virginia Beach for about 15 years, notified his superiors on Friday that he intended to quit.

Then at around 4 p.m., he embarked on a rampage in Building No. 2 of the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, turning its offices and corridors into a battleground. When it was over, 12 people lay dead and Mr. Craddock was fatally wounded.

Again, we hear a typical story that was once called “going postal.” Some younger people may not know what going postal means.

The expression of going postal derives from a series of incidents from 1986 onward in which United States Postal Service workers shot and killed managers, fellow workers, and members of the police or general public in acts of mass murder. Between 1970 and 1997, more than 40 people were killed by current or former employees in at least 20 incidents of workplace rage. Between 1986 and 2011, workplace shootings happened at roughly two per year, with an average of 12 people killed per year.

This type of killing is also known as “rampage killing” where a person who run into various problems in his or her life and decides to go on a shooting rampage in hopes of attracting the police.

The police arrive – a gunfight ensues and the suspect is killed; basically, suicide by cop.

However, the media never looks into this issue – for them, there is the exploitation of tragedy, the demand for gun control and the eventual evaluation of motive. Sometimes it gets uglier; sometimes the media gets a hold of medical records and when they do, they exploit any and all abnormalities in your medical records, even if they are not an issue anymore.

I remember the indecent where Miriam Carey, a young Connecticut woman with a baby made a wrong turn near the White House. Carey accidentally drove through a White House security checkpoint and in a panic tried to evade security was shot five times execution style while her baby daughter was in the car with her. The American people were told that the killing of the young mother was justified because she had postpartum depression and could have been a threat to the President.

At the time, I was angered at the fact that no one saw the big picture. That what was to come would be a record of you and your propensity to commit a crime based on past records.

I stated that this suspiciously fell under the category of extra-judiciary assassinations as outlined in the National Defense Authorization Act‘s plan for a cloaked martial law, where law enforcement can act as judge and jury in situations of speculation and all probable cause this thrown out for what can be called “future crime.”

Once again, the police did what they did by the book – the media exploited it as justified and noted that Carey once had mental illness and that she was a threat to President Obama. The family said that this was not the case – that she had gotten over her bout with postpartum depression and that it was not an issue for her.

She was not a danger to the public.

She did not have the chance to stand trial in the courts – she was tried and marginalized in the media.

From time to time, the effects of immersing yourself in the news and trying to report corruption and lies can lead people into cognitive disillusionment. This is common to everyone. You either take action to find a solution or you do nothing and wait for things to happen that will change your attitude.

Like it or not, our beliefs about the world are interconnected with other beliefs we have been programmed to accept. As one thing is revealed, there are more that follow and you can either lie to yourself and say that it is a form of persecution or deception or you can learn more about what the facts are.

It takes a great deal of strength in order to let go of one’s preconceived ideas and accept new and factual data. I wish it was easy to not compare independent sources with the mainstream narrative but of course, the network narrative is gospel to the majority of those we associate with.

Since the media guides, controls and even at times hijacks the zeitgeist, we sometimes forget that we have not defeated those who oppress us -we have simply enabled them by ignoring their nefarious activities.

I have been dismayed at the fact that the word divisive has been used to describe actions that are hell-bent on bringing down this country – when they are certainly destructive. There is no excuse for bending or even breaking constitutional law in order to get the desired outcome of the elite and the sad thing is the majority of the people are unaware of how oblivious they have become because they have put blinders on in order to participate in corrupt Identity politics.

I have from time to time watched the few of the new candidates that have thrown their hat into the ring for the presidency and I am truly disenchanted with what they are naming as their “cause.”

It is always something innocuous like Climate Change or impeachment or some other destructive cause that after 2020 won’t matter to anyone, even now the cause of your platform being about Climate Change does nothing to help the farmers who can’t plant and the people turned refugee because their homes have been destroyed by violent storms. There is really no magic elixir or quick fix and if you were really able to listen to what these candidates are saying, you would realize that everything they’re saying is notion more than hollow claptrap in an echo chamber.

The citizens of the United States have been lulled into forgetting much of what is oppressing them. The way the system has deteriorated over time gives me a reason to be politically direct and speak of how we have established as a nation a default system in order to eliminate what we once called “normal American freedoms.” Today, the system has determined that your ability to be a normal American is based wholly on your place in the power structure.

We have created a statist system where we rank people from those who are superior to us, and to those whom we view as subhuman or worthless. The idea of survival of the fittest is eliminated through our appointed and voted upon an authoritarian system. We have allowed ourselves to pretty much believe that we have appointed through the ballot box someone who is more superior than we are to dole out resources, suspend human rights, and hire an army to create a police state capable of eliminating those they tell us are subhuman and worthless.

What a tangled web of moral confusion we have woven under the satanic spell of perceived protection by Big Brother. A quote from George Orwell’s 1984 illustrates how people can be traumatized and have their spirits crushed to the point they begin to have sympathy for those who traumatize them. O’Brien tells Winston how the trauma works in guaranteeing obedience.

“All persons who we bring to this place are washed clean, Winston. The execution of their sentences is relatively unimportant. By the time we have finished with them, there is nothing left of them but sorrow for what they have done, and love for Big Brother. It is touching to see how they love Big Brother!”

This is why we are disillusioned. This is why many people are unhappy. They sense loss and the feel tied down and confused. We are all being scrutinized and studied. We are monitored when we use social media, watched when on the street, observed in public places and the voyeurism that comes with the surveillance is humiliating and sometimes dangerous.

Two years ago, there was some concern being raised in Texas over what is called the Mental Health Assessment Program. The program proposed that “Once at jail, anyone who is arrested will be screened for mental illness. The jail will send those results to judges to consider when setting bond. The county will also start using a risk assessment tool to arrive at an estimated level of danger and flight risk posed by each defendant.”

“Defendants’ potential release from jail would hinge on mental health and public safety considerations, not just the criminal charges they face and a financial ability to pay bond.”

What was at first disturbing was how the Feds claimed that turning cops into mental health specialists will save taxpayers money. There was a warning that there would be a slippery slope involved where everyone would eventually have a mental health record that would be used for profiling candidates for pre-crime.

Something that would be taken directly out of Science fiction writer Philip K. Dick’s minority report.

Predictive policing has always been part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) plan signed into law by President Obama.

Last summer the TAPS act was introduced. TAPS is the Threat Assessment, Prevention, and Safety Act.

It would take law enforcement screenings to a whole new level. It would create a national threat assessment database of children and adults.

In the course of six months, the Threat Assessment, Prevention and Safety (TAPS) Act (H.R. 838) has seen support grow to nearly 80 Congress members. It was reintroduced during National Police Week.

On the east steps of the U.S. Capitol Building Congresswoman Katie Hill, D- California, joined fellow representatives from three other states for a bipartisan press conference in support of what is called a breakthrough crime prevention bill.

Representative Brian Babin, a Republican from Texas was in attendance and said in an opening statement.

“We do this first to honor the sacrifice of these men and women in blue, who put their life on the line every single day to protect us in the vital role that law enforcement plays in the safety and well-being of our communities and our districts, “and secondly to highlight a bipartisan solution — that we all are working on — to protect our communities and schools from the terrible acts of violence that we have seen, and are getting to be almost routine.”

The TAPS Act would encourage law enforcement to give everyone a personal threat assessment children and adults and single out those that they deem as future threats.

The TAPS Act has all the earmarks of a paranoid police state that considers everyone a potential threat. It will create a “Joint Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management Task Force to identify individuals that exhibit patterns of dangerous behavior that MAY precede an act of targeted violence.”

According to Senators Marco Rubio, Kyrsten Sinemea and Thom Tillis, the TAPS Act will create a national behavioral threat assessment and management process for everyone.

Bills like this mean, America has joined paranoid governments like China and Switzerland who have social credit systems that analyze children and adults as potential threats.

We have been careless or willing to allow the grip of the surveillance state to permeate every aspect of our lives. It seems that whenever we have spiking events like the tragic shooting in Virginia Beach a heightened awareness takes over and soon we begin to hear about what the gunman’s political leanings might be what religion he is, whether or not he was liberal or conservative or even worse, we start hearing about his medical records.

If there is any indication that he at anytime was diagnosed with a mental illness, it is then justified that extrajudicial execution takes place. After most shootings, the political agreements are over gun rights and gun control -and there is never an argument over whether or not there should be a case for “control” over how guns are used as a replacement for due process.

The truth is you cannot second guess a police officer in the line of fire but there seems to be this immediate response to kill a suspect rather than bring him or her to trial.

But it does not stop there.

There seems to be an even more insidious plan of eliminating due process even before a crime is committed.

We have all been programmed by the Department of Homeland Security to become aware of suspicious behavior. We are told that if we see something that we should say something.

Now, these protectors of freedom want to turn school children into spies.

The “Project Safe Campus” program is an anonymous cash rewards program that pays students $100.00 to spy on fellow classmates! The goal of Project Safe Campus is to increase the number of anonymous tips coming from the schools. Students who give tips that result in disciplinary action will be rewarded.

Tips can include information about weapons, drugs, thefts, bullying, vandalism, arson, fighting and concern about potential suicides.

Crime Stoppers in several states are behind the controversial program and the truth is, this program provides incentives to schools and universities to spy on students. Schools and campuses will receive $3,000 for every actionable tip the DHS/Police receive. The DHS student spying program goes by a few of different names across the country:

The Louisiana Safe Schools program pays students $2,500 to spy on their classmates. The Laredo, Texas’s Campus Crime Stoppers program pays students $1,000 to spy on their classmates. Michigan’s “Fast Fifty” pays students $50.00 to spy on their classmates.

This is an incredibly dangerous program, and is so far being implemented in schools and universities that have budgetary issues.

Isn’t it interesting these spy programs, are getting t their start in areas where unemployment is high and incomes are low? Why would DHS/Police target low-income areas like Louisiana, Michigan and Laredo, Texas?

It is not too far of a stretch to assume that unemployed or poor students eager to make some quick cash, now have an incentive to turn in their friends and family for a “fast fifty” or more.

This program will also be accompanied by a Restorative Practices program which claims to reduce crime, improve student behavior, and restore relationships.

Students all over the country will soon be programmed by our governments’ Office of Special Education program called “Positive Behavior Intervention.” This is also known as School Climate Transformation and grants will be given to schools that utilize their guidelines and propaganda.

According to the U.S. Department of Education:

“The purpose of the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Implementation Blueprint is to guide leadership teams in the assessment, development, and execution of action plans.”

What they don’t explain is that every student in the program will be issued a threat assessment. This will be determined by the police and school administrators.

They are listed into three categories – “Troubling, Disruptive and Threatening.” These criteria are used in the Virginia Student Threat Assessment Guidelines.

The Virginia Student Threat Assessment Guidelines or V-STAG is a school-based blueprint designed to help school administrators, mental health staff, and law enforcement officers assess and respond to threat incidents involving students in kindergarten through 12th grade and prevent student violence.”

Wow, even kindergartners get a threat assessment.

V-STAG was developed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Secret Service, and the U.S. Department of Education.

“The Safe School Initiative” was implemented through the Secret Service’s National Threat Assessment Center and the Department of Education’s Safe and Drug-Free Schools Program.

Now keep in mind that every student K-12 is being profiled and given a risk assessment rating, according to the Secret Services article titled “Evaluating Risk For Targeted Violence In Schools: Comparing Risk Assessment, Threat Assessment and Other Approaches.”

V-STAG is also designed to provide students involved in threat incidents with appropriate mental health counseling services, with parental involvement, and reduce the numbers of long-term school suspensions or expulsions and alternative school setting placements.

Imagine having on your child’s record that he or she needed mental health counseling in order to satisfy the Secret Service, FBI, and Department of Education. This sounds like it is an integral part of the school-to-prison pipeline.

The “school-to-prison pipeline” refers to the policies and practices that push our nation’s school children, especially our most at-risk children, out of classrooms and into the juvenile and criminal justice systems. This pipeline reflects the prioritization of incarceration over education.

Children are now going to schools that literally seem like they are more like penitentiaries than schools. Children are now being subjected to searches with metal detectors and drug tests for aspirin, police profiling of students with no records, arbitrary expulsions, armed teachers, increased policing, and all-seeing electronic surveillance.

Students are constantly being programmed into being obsequious due to the permitted climate of fear that provides the imposition of unprecedented restrictions on young people’s rights, dignity, and educational freedoms.

It is now evident that schools are being given incentives to push out low-performing students into the Juvenile Detention system. We have seen how schools are responding to a handful of highly-publicized school shootings.

Their draconian zero-tolerance policies have been used to impose severe punishment regardless of circumstances. Under these policies, students have been expelled for bringing nail clippers or scissors to school. We have heard of horror stories where kids have drawn pictures of guns, or point their fingers in the shape of a gun, or, even eating a pop tart until it looks like a gun, suspended and given a police record.

It is now time to admit that the United States government has become just another authoritarian monolith that now looms over the world and wishes to sell and market a lie to other countries that wish to be left alone.

Americans will swear that the country they live in is “free”. However, it needs to be said that this is merely a product of exceptionalism program provided in the public schools which are now teaching young and impressionable minds a different story and are painting a different picture that includes collectivism and vilifies sovereignty.

In the past, we have been used to the age-old programming and marketing that the United States is a free country and therefore other countries do not experience the same freedoms as we do.

The truth is that, while human rights vary from country to country, there are many counties that consider themselves free, as well. Contrary to popular programming, other countries that we see as “unfree” have constitutions as well, many of them similar to the one we have.

The countries that we single out as being ‘less free’ than ours have already made changes to their constitutions and, in a lot of respects, have made the same mistakes we are making – which include the curtailing of speech, disarming the populace and completely negating due process in favor of a more brutal and effective police state.

These countries have, within their histories, points where their democratic form of government disintegrated. Many of these areas deal with division of the people over a proposed threat, or an economic threat. The solution that has been offered over time is the power to be placed in the hands of a few. The ploy and the aggressive marketing tool is to make the people look dangerous, lazy, and sick and therefore in need of a discipline that includes new and effective methods of fear based control.

Many people are now comfortable with the idea that their personal information is now available with a keystroke that opens your file that is linked to a massive system of computer databases maintained and monitored by government agencies, law enforcement officials, for-profit businesses and private intelligence networks.

All the information about your medical, psychiatric, drug intake, TV viewing, credit and banking are all cross-referenced to companies that will go out of their way to prevent you from getting a place to live, a car to drive, a gun for protection, drugs for pain, and even food to eat because of some “flag” or “glitch” that tells them you are a risk and not worth dealing with.

How many of us have wanted so badly to get back on our feet only to be told “sorry” because of some computer entry saying you are unworthy to proceed because of a credit misunderstanding or a time in your life when you were down on your luck or made bad decisions?

The irony is that many of the same people tell you “sorry” are doing so because they have the power to do it, and also the power to report you if you try too many times to better yourself and they too have been told “sorry” as well.

Now your cognitive liberty is at stake and due process again is being negated and rights and freedoms are no longer are of concern – the leaders want to take them away because they want safety to be mandatory.

The United States is now at a point in its history where the power structure is losing its appeal and therefore has to create a number of crisis in order to show the people that the “old ideals” cannot hold and in times of terrible tragedy, the people pull together and voluntarily give up their civil rights so that they no longer have to deal with problems left best to be tranquilized by a government that has no accountability.

Current technological applications can be used to control outcomes, predetermined possible criminal activity and even shape the nightly news. You may think that the spying on Americans is used to find terrorists, but it also can be applied to monitoring the collective mental health of the country and exploit the fears of the populace.

Concerns about race, environment, economy, and even personal attitudes about sex and health can all be analyzed with a quickening pace. This is why we see less news about government malfeasance and more news about pop culture, fashion, sports, gay lifestyles and those who are rebelling against the system.

They are convenient distractions from the reality that the majority is being maligned by the minority and are being marginalized as mentally ill if they do not adhere to their vision of the world.
