Yesterday, I was out and about in the heat. I had to do some shopping and while I was out I was thirsty. One of my favorite drinks is a sugar free grape soda and the only place that has it is Jack in the Box. So I pulled in to get the soda. I attempted to pay for the drink with a 10 dollar bill.
But there was a sign posted at the drive through that said there was a coin shortage and they preferred that I pay with a credit or debit card. I usually pay for my things with a card anyway – it is just that I had a 10 in my wallet and wanted to break it to do some laundry.
I asked why is it a problem – and they said that just out of the blue they were told that there was a coin shortage and so they would not be able to make change. I said that I noticed on the internet a number of posts saying that businesses weren’t accepting cash and I thought that it was just a regional thing, now it seems to be everywhere.
If you do pay with cash in some places they avoid the change problem by asking you to round up your payment for charities so that money can help fund food banks.
Apparently, a Federal Reserve news release from June 11 explains the pandemic has “significantly disrupted the supply chain and normal circulation patterns for U.S. coin.”
What is most suspicious is that I read a lot of things but apparently I somehow overlooked this particular memo.
Fed Chair Jerome H. Powell explained the issue June 17 in a hearing before the House Financial Services Committee, according to the Washington Post. The paper quotes him as saying:
“The places where you go to give your coins, and get credit at the store and get cash — you know, folding money — those have not been working. Stores have been closed. So the whole system has kind of, had come to a stop. We’re well aware of this. … As the economy reopens, we’re seeing coins begin to move around again.”
At the same time, the Federal Reserve said its measures intended to replenish coin inventory won’t be enough to solve the shortage in the near-term.
Many people are now realizing that this is appearing to be the trickle-down effect of the cashless society, where money and banking, and a legacy system is about be changed because of the great reset.
America has entered a time of great upheaval, and much of the country is simply not going to be able to handle the major national nightmares that are ahead of us.

The pressures to create a digital USD are mounting as China recently began testing its own digital currency - the DCEP, which will be included in popular applications like WeChat and AliPay. Of particular concern is widespread adoption of a digital yuan in emerging markets and in international trade.
The idea of a dollar-backed digital currency gained mainstream media attention last year during the Libra Congress Hearings, where Facebook introduced a new type of digital unit backed by a basket of currencies and commodities.
In December, Libra released a new roadmap, proposing several digital-fiat currencies deriving their values from the US Dollar, British Pound, Swiss Franc and others, thus creating an efficiency layer on top of the current financial system. Users would be able to access these digital currencies through a wallet installed on their phone, and potentially through WhatsApp chat and Facebook Messenger.
Distribution issues of the $1200 COVID stimulus checks, created new momentum for the digital dollar and a more efficient financial distribution machine. It is no secret that many are still waiting for their stimulus checks, while $1.4 billion in stimulus was sent to dead people.
The use of paper money and coinage is one of the legacy systems that are eyed to be eliminated in the “great reset” proposals that will be discussed by the World economic Forum at Davos in January of 2021.
COVID-19 lockdowns may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying. There is good reason to worry: a sharp economic downturn has already begun, and we could be facing the worst depression since the 1930s. But, while this outcome is likely, it is not unavoidable.
The world body is ready to step in and reset everything to eliminate poverty and to reset world economic security
We have discussed the World Economic Forum has already given us many reasons to pursue a Great Reset, but the most urgent is COVID-19. Having already led to hundreds of thousands of deaths, the pandemic represents one of the worst public-health crises in recent history. And, with casualties still mounting in many parts of the world, it is far from over.
This will have serious long-term consequences for economic growth, public debt, employment, and human well-being. According to the Financial Times, global government debt has already reached its highest level in peacetime. Moreover, unemployment is skyrocketing in many countries: in the US, for example, one in four workers have filed for unemployment since mid-March, with new weekly claims far above historic highs. The International Monetary Fund expects the world economy to shrink by 3% this year – a downgrade of 6.3 percentage points in just four months.
“The World Economic Forum warns that left unaddressed, these crises, together with COVID-19, will deepen and leave the world even less sustainable, less equal, and more fragile. Incremental measures andundefinedad hocundefinedfixes will not suffice to prevent this scenario. We must build entirely new foundations for our economic and social systems.”
According to the planners of the reset the level of cooperation and ambition this implies is unprecedented. But it is not some impossible dream. In fact, one silver lining of the pandemic is that it has shown how quickly people can make radical changes to their lifestyles. Almost instantly, the crisis forced businesses and individuals to abandon practices long claimed to be essential, from frequent air travel to working in an office.
If you read between the lines – they are expecting you to make more sacrifices in the future.
Furthermore they add that:

They believe that if people comply or make sacrificed they can establish their new world order without any objections.
The truth is – it isn’t about sacrifice when you are led to believe that you don’t have a choice.
Tens of millions of Americans have already lost their jobs, and a lot of people are not even able to pay their most basic bills at this point.undefined In fact, one recent survey found that nearly a third of all Americans have not even madeundefined“their full housing payments for July.”
The Great Reset agendaundefinedis simply creating a stakeholder economy. This includes changing tax, regulatory, and fiscal policies.
Whatever happens with this great reset, we know that the great scapegoat will be COVID-19 and whatever political spin they can use to make excuses for their draconian mandates.
COVID-19 looks like it is going to be a sitting crisis. That means that whatever the outcome, COVID-19 is going to occupy the minds of both the people and lawmakers.
So many people have such extreme emotions about COVID-19, and unfortunately it appears that this crisis is not going away any time soon.undefinedundefinedOf course the civil unrest that erupted in the aftermath of the tragic death of George Floyd took societal tensions to an entirely new level that we have never seen before.undefined There was rioting, looting and violence all over the nation, and more chaos could literally break out at any moment.
The national mood – has been jacked up to the point of heightened awareness while poverty and hunger are now of major concern as well as crime rates that appear to be skyrocketing due to budget cuts in policing.
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, cities across the country have seen a dramatic increase in shootings, and police in large cities like Chicago and New York said they are bracing for one of the most violent summers in decades. We have seen bloodbaths in Atlanta and Detroit as well.
At the moment, there are some cities that are facing food shortages and the summer outlook does not look well for some Americans looking to put food on the table.
Food banks in Vermont and Arizona have miles-long queues of cars. What is also ironic is that there are about as many cars lining up for food as there are for getting COVID-19 tests.
At testing sites in Florida, motorists show up with full gas tanks to keep air conditioning pumping all day. Computers are also freezing up because there are so many people applying for benefits, and even shopping is being held up. Amid 11% unemployment, people applying for benefits report frozen computer screens and abrupt phone disconnections.undefined
The hot summer may put a stress on the electronic grid as more people are staying home using electronics and using air conditioning.
On top of everything else, a wide variety of products are becoming increasingly scarce at our local grocery stores, including prescription medications. I had to wait two days to have my blood pressure pills refilled because the pharmacy was out of them.
This isn’t a major national crisis yet, but you may have noticed that your local grocery store is having a much more difficult time keeping certain products in stock than usual.undefined This is happening because COVID-19 and the accompanying economic slowdown have created serious problems for many key supply chains.
Grocers are having trouble staying stocked with goods from flour to soups as climbing coronavirus case numbers and continued lockdowns pressure production and bolster customer demand.
Manufacturers including General Mills Inc., Campbell Soup Co. and Conagra Brands Inc. say they are pumping out food as fast as they can, but can’t replenish inventories. Popular items such as flour, canned soup, pasta and rice remain in short supply.
You see, with all of the long term setbacks provided by COVID-19 most people really will not have a choice but to abide by what can be seen as a neo-liberal push towards state socialism and globalist solutions.
Some may even say that what the “great reset” is nothing short of a revolution or a soft coup.
Again the policies they wish to implement are the same as the ones they have been proposing in Agenda 21 and the Summit 2030 for “sustainable development.”
The question is whether or not we are satisfied with dependence on a global oligarchy. Do we still have the spirit of independence as our Constitution faces ruin in the new century?
Sadly, I am seeing that people are too tired to fight the globalist overreach and have concluded that the inevitable is most certainly coming to the United States. We are now facing the reality that our Republic will eventually accept being ruled under a world government, saluting a new flag and answering to one world power.
However, no world government will succeed when it is forced upon an unwilling world.
But are we so unwilling?
With the challenges we face in the Dark Winter they have planned for America, wouldn’t it be more of a solid hypothesis that many will conform out of fear?
History has shown that tyranny, even if it is established under the hollow excuse of the betterment of humanity, will most certainly spark an internal war.
As political and social divisions have widened in America, more people ask about the possibility of a civil war in America. It is obvious that we are already having a war based on clashing values.
The political machinery that we inherited from the Founders remains powerful, but requires our energy to make it work. That is something we no longer appear willing to give. Perhaps we should wonder about our right to complain about the system when we do so little to make it work.
We have become consumers, clients of the government, instead of citizens. This deprives the Constitution of its power source and its ability to be used as a cornerstone of law– it is not to bet cherry picked for your favorite amendment to quote when you are told to shut up or put away your gun.
“Consent of the governed” to the Constitution became a meaningless formula with the passing of time. It becomes a founding myth, like the foundation of all traditional governments. Now we see ourselves as passengers of America, not its owners – we now are owned and are willing to hand over the very thing that courageous and brave people have fought for.
What is happening now is what happens when the young forget history and the old forget to not repeat it.
There are many people who are wondering what will be the tipping point for a civil war - the truth is it has probably come and gone and slowly but surely people have discovered that they have no choice but to adapt and conform.
Now we are dealing with a revolution but it is a revolution that has been organized by the rich and powerful and now we are seeing that they have somehow won over the hearts of the world as they are they experts and the technocrats that have all the answers as to how to get out of the mess we are in.
A mess they obviously created so that we can be reminded why we need this New Order that is being called the New Normal. The leaders and experts had no intentions of getting back to normal and now there are a lot of people that have just accepted it without question.
History shows that rebellions against internal elites are rare.
Most societies won’t rebel if they still feel a sense of comfort in transition.
Americans dream of revolution, drawing parallels with revolutions such as 1776 America but they ignore conditions that we see in America today like apathy and disorganization, accompanied by a massive increase in the State’s surveillance and police machinery.
You can say that you have the guns but they have bigger ones and enforcement is something that guarantees conformity.
In the 21st century, all that “small government” Republicans and “big government” Democrats can agree on is offering essentially unconditional support for the predator state. None of them will have to suffer and what they will be offering will require more sacrifice. The arguments of wearing a mask or not wearing a mask will be nothing compared to the moral dilemmas we face in the near future.
Security theater in the future will make The United States look like a high security prison with surveillance, and tracking that will rival what was seen in 1960’s Berlin.
We traded away our liberty for promises of security and prosperity. Everything has a price.
We will need cohesion to stand together during the difficult times ahead, ignoring those seeking to retain power by dividing us against ourselves.
We will need wisdom to select the best available path to a secure future, no matter how difficult or painful. Wisdom to know what we must keep from our past, and what to discard. We might find our greatest enemy to be our own complacency, blinding our eyes to the approaching dangers. It does not take a psychic to tell you where this is heading and I promise you that no one can even fathom what is waiting in the wings for the world. It will be something that will implicate everyone in ways that will cause a big rethinking of where we are going.
This speculation is not a fantasy. Many are now realizing that they have not been spared the emotional and monetary cost of ignoring the warning signs.
