The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency or DARPA has been very busy lately. The recently announced that they have advanced in creating interface solutions between man and machine and mind control tools that are beyond that of the Manchurian Candidate variety.

The Next-Generation Non-Surgical Neurotechnology, or N3, program is being said to be the next phase in mind control and what can be seen a neurological handshake between man and machines.

The tools they use have grown more sophisticated over time but these still require some form of physical control interface touch, motion or voice.

Some of their silent weapons tech has been miniaturized and even can be used with something as simple as a cell phone.

According to a new paper in the Journal of Neural Engineering, things like Prosthetic memory, synthetic telepathy, and silent spectrum tools are part of the advanced bio-hacking tech that DARPA admits to have upgraded for military use.

Much of what they have revealed has been part of conspiracy lore with regard to mind control tech. What was once top secret is now common and proudly upgraded in order to control an individual or give them the ability to interact with machines and tools of active denial applications.

This is real James Bond tech; however, much more advanced and some say much more insidious.

The N3 program is divided into two tracks: non-invasive interfaces that sit completely outside the body, and minutely invasive interfaces that could require users to ingest different chemical compounds to help external sensors read their brain activity. In both tracks, technologies must be “bidirectional,” meaning they can read brain activity and even control brain activity which can either incapacitate the target or download brainwaves that could detect thoughts and secrets kept in the brain.

Sounds bizarre – it sounds outrageous but these capabilities are fueling conspiracy theories about government mind-reading and mind-control – it is also a coincidence that what DARPA is talking about—reminds us that mind control is a very effective way to keep people enslaved or even injured in order to get a desired effect or outcome.

Over the years, the military, and the private enterprises developing products for the military, have created some of the most important products we use today. Some of the inventions have been less groundbreaking than others, such as Silly Putty and Aviator sunglasses.

However, advancements in finding the fingerprint of the mind and how to control it has been at the forefront, as mental debilitating weapons are preferable for clandestine projects and mental enhancements can be used for things like controlling drones through synthetic telepathy or troops to control a remotely deployed robot by using their brain’s motor signals.

Cybersecurity specialists could even connect to the system to monitor different parts of a computer network with their physical bodies.

Depending on how the interface is designed, that specialist might “hear” a cyberattack when it happens or “feel” it in the part of their body that corresponds to a section of the network. Stimulating different neurons create different sensations in the body.

Lights that flicker, beams that can give burning sensations and ELF messages can be received as well.

The military developed Long Range Acoustics or LRAD systems that they can use to emit sound that completely misses the ears and goes directly into your head. The LRAD beam was originally used to emit a loud sound to apprehend disable someone. Now it is being used to send spoken messages up to 300 meters.

Oddly enough, the LRAD system has been nicknamed the ‘Voice of God’.

Concerns about microwaves, V2K (Voice to Skull technology) and how it creates, artificial telepathy and mind control date to the 1960s, when the U.S. government discovered that its embassy in Moscow was being bombarded by low-level electromagnetic radiation.

In 1965, according to declassified Defense Department documents, the Pentagon, at the behest of the White House, launched Project Pandora, top-secret research to explore the behavioral and biological effects of low-level microwaves.

RF energy directed at a human head is converted to sound perceivable by the target. If the target is exposed to narrow field RF or Microwave – there can be serious neurological damage and brain injury that can lead to permanent impairment – even death.

“Microwave” in this case, refers to the wavelength of the RF signal being transmitted. Microwaves include any signal from 1-meter wavelength (300 MHz) to 3mm wavelength (100 GHz).

These types of wave lengths and how they are used are now generating theories that someone has gotten their hands on an illegal technology called the ‘Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio’ or MEDUSA.

This technology has been pinned as the reason for the attacks on American Diplomats in Cuba and China.

It has been determined that many of the diplomats that were heavily exposed to this silent weapon have suffered what is called white matter brain damage. This disorder is similar to what football players can develop over time from concussive blows to the head.

Clinical symptoms related to white matter injury include cognitive dysfunction, vertigo, speech impairment, emotional disorders, sensorimotor impairments, as well as urinary incontinence and pain.

White matter injuries can also lead ischemic stroke.

The insidious factor here is that any White matter injuries developing in a target are not seen. There are no wounds, and no real awareness of being targeted until one day you realize you can no longer talk, or you have trouble with balance or you become paralyzed from a massive stroke.

It is hard to observe and report about a wounded individual, without evidence of wounds and that is the sick part about electronic mind torture and harassment.

Another unfortunate byproduct of the trends in electronic harassment is that it is less likely to trigger revulsion in the collective conscience, because the general public again will throw a jaundiced eye to any and all claims of harassment when they can quickly assume that it is all a product of mental illness or that poor diet or some other theory can be made –which creates plausible deniability.

On July 11th, prior to President Trump’s meeting in England and Helsinki, a whistleblower who called himself Sam told us he was a team project leader for DARPA in the Scalar Wave tech division.

He warned us that the MEDUSA horn technology had been used in Cuba and China and that it was also reported that a diplomat in Singapore was targeted during the Summit where President Trump had with Kim Jong Un.

He then said that he believed that the same technology would be used during the upcoming summit with President Putin.

When we reported on the summit a few days ago we got the attention of a former NSA analyst that told us that he felt something strange was happening to President Trump ever since his meeting in England and the NATO meetings.

Jack, a listener from San Diego had called and worried that the President’s life was in danger because when he played golf in Turnberry, Scotland, a man on a hang glider was flying over the President and that this failed to make the mainstream. He urged me to investigate the case and determine if the Secret Service was no longer protecting the President.

The glider carried a banner reading “Trump: Well Below Par” over Trump’s Turnberry Golf Resort in Western Scotland to protest his environmental and immigration policies.

It appears that he represented Greenpeace.

Greenpeace said it had informed police about the stunt 10 minutes before the glider arrived. Detective Inspector Stephen McCulloch said the protester breached a no-fly zone over the Turnberry hotel, committing a criminal offense.

Police in Scotland arrested a 55 year old man but did not give details as to who he was.

Another event that happened at the Scotland resort is a compelling coincidence if not circumstantial proof that a MEDUSA horn weapon may have tried to target the President – or that it may have already targeted him before his meeting with Vladimir Putin.

A Secret Service agent died in Scotland two days after suffering a stroke while protecting the President while he played golf. Doctors say that the agent, whose name was withheld at first, experienced a “severe cerebrovascular accident.”

The agent, a 19-year Secret Service veteran and was surrounded by his immediate family and other Secret Service members.

He was identified today as U.S. Secret Service Special Agent Noel E. Remagen.

You can understand why this incident rang a few bells as to whether or not Remagen was perhaps a targeted victim of a MEDUSA weapon and that perhaps President Trump could have been as well.

We know that people have strokes every day; however, knowing what Sam had told us prior – was a bit unnerving.

It has been noted that certain infrasonic frequencies plug straight into the algorithms of the brain and nervous system – it is very capable of triggering a heart attack or a stroke.

However, it would be hard to detect a weapon of this type, unless others were affected too but there are other peculiar things that the President did during his trip to Helsinki.

One being that he claimed that he misspoke when talking about the Russian hacking allegations and then immediately changed his mind about the idea saying that the whole Russian meddling in his opinion is real.

Why the change of mind? Why the back peddling? Was he threatened or has he been programmed with a V2K suggestion?

There was a Washington Post story that illustrates how subtle synthetic suggestion can manipulate someone in changing their whole attitude and belief system.

Al-Qaida operative Abu Zabaida was taken into custody and was waterboarded for information. No matter how much they tortured him he would not divulge information about terror activities. The next day he had a change of heart. Zubaida walked in and told his interrogator that Allah came to him in a dream and spoke to him directly, telling him to cooperate with officials. Was it really Allah? Or could it have been an LRAD induced electronic hallucination?

Jon Ronson is a powerful writer, investigative journalist and documentary film maker from the U.K. He has recently uncovered various experimental projects being carried out by the U.S. military. His book “The Men Who Stare at Goats” uncovered strange psychological operations being carried out by the U.S. government including the use of psychic warfare to assassinate an enemy.

In 2007, Ronson reported on real “non-lethal” technologies developed by the military that can actually alter personalities and beliefs as well as triggering bi sexual tendencies.

He also discovered plans to use low-frequency infrasound weapons which easily penetrates most buildings and vehicles and creates nausea, loss of bowel control, disorientation, vomiting, potential internal organ damage and death.

We know that Trump’s personal quirks and weaknesses could turn ordinary internal conflicts into outright chaos. However his apparent acquiescence to Vladimir Putin is now being seen as treasonous.

He has even been called, Obsequious – something that you would never associate with President Trump.

Trump also has been sending confusing signals. He has repeatedly said that NATO is “obsolete” and suggested that if one of its members were threatened he might not come to its defense. Secretary of Defense James Mattis however has said that America has an “unshakable commitment” to NATO.

His meeting with the queen seemed to breach protocol and while the media claims that he has animosity to Angela Merkel or even Teresa May – he says in his meetings that he has had great relationships with them.

Trump is now under fire for saying that Montenegro a country of about a million people could provoke a global conflict – even World War III.

What has happened to President Trump? Has he been shaken by the threat of being killed or damaged by a silent weapon?

It certainly has the mind in a quandary, because if a secret group has the power to use a microwave weapon on a Secret Service agent – could they use it on the President or have they already and this is why we see the President becoming servile to Vladimir Putin?

MEDUSA was allegedly never officially put into use due to concerns about its health effects, including the possibility that it could damage brain tissue, but there are concerns that Russia or China could be using the technology illegally.

Dr. Robert Duncan had reported to us that there are a number of experts mainly from the Defense Department and DARPA who are speculating that someone is using MEDUSA and it certainly poses a danger if it is used to create an uprising as it agitates and damages the nervous system and the brain.

If you recall, the Charlottesville, Virginia riots were accelerated leaving some people to conclude that it was also part of some active denial experiment.

The riot was caught up in some weird collective trance and the trance was broken with the final act of a car barreling into the crowd killing one protester.

Some two hours away from Charlottesville, Virginia Tech hosts “The Farm,” where mind control experimentation is conducted under the aegis of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

The place where Voice to Skull, mind control, N3, MEDUSA and other mind control experiments are carried out.

I guess we have to top and wonder if recent events seem as if they are somehow controlled – like the puppet master controls a puppet or as the Medusa Touch turns men into stone — even one’s who lead us.
