In times such as these, I am becoming acutely aware that when you decide to deliver controversial material it has to be served quite placidly and delicately. Recently, I have found myself in a situation where stories that I have prepared contain so much information that it is difficult for everyone to take it all in.
Tonight, I want to assure everyone that the topic I wish to explore has to do with human experimentation and what can be called second generation experimentation and Zoonosis where human diseases have a relationship with animals.
This is something that we have shown before, goes hand in hand with what the military and scientists call Gain of Function exercises.
In this discussion tonight, I want you to be thinking long and hard about where we are now with the COVID-19 crisis and how events such as these can be well-planned out and understood by the technocracy well in advance before it becomes a mainstream worry or even in our case a mainstream terror campaign provided by big money pharmaceutical middlemen.
President Trump warned us that these middlemen are his enemies and if you look at history some of those are what can be called the big pharma cartel and how they always have been in the background officiating over the cull of the people—the objective is population reduction.
Has anyone ever questioned why people’s minds are being taken over by a much more destructive and less otherworldly force? Could it be a force that transforms them overnight into aggressively paranoid, order-following, propaganda-parroting totalitarians?
We are seeing more fatigue, more over sensitivities, depression and anger as we see cities being toppled and people running through the streets. Looting, rioting, and destroying property.
There are many that would consider this some sort of alien moment where something that would be similar to the plot of Invasion of the Body Snatchers is afoot.
News commentators are saying that while the coronavirus seems to be under control in other countries and Russia appears to have found a vaccine – the United States is unable to defeat the invisible enemy.
Again, the prospect of some supernatural force that may be involved is a compelling one. It is yet to be proven and with many of these mysterious events there are plenty of conspiracy theories that are spun – many seem very probable while others are either too outrageous or they are being shut down on social media by fact checkers.
What cannot be shut down by any media gate keep is the fact that we are all experiencing that moment when we realize that we cannot always count on the well-mannered behavior of others.
I think you know what I mean—you may know a few people that are now acting strange. probably your friends and family, people you have known for years, and who had always seemed completely rational, but who areundefinednow convinced that we need to radically alter the fabric of human society to protect ourselves from a virus that causes mild to moderate flu-like symptomsundefinedor absolutely no symptoms at all in over 95% of those infected, and that over 99.6% survive, which, it goes without saying, is totally insane.
There are others that are relying on political recourse that the vote will change everything. However, the more things allegedly change the more they stay the same and as I am speaking to you now – I know that you have experienced this.
The question is why—how?
In order to explain, I want to remind you of a show that I did where I spoke of how scientists have been wrong about certain things, from the prescribing of VIOXX and Thalidomide to recommending menthol cigarettes for smokers cough.
The show attracted some very angry callers that told me that I was saying crazy things and that I was perpetuating an agenda against science and the draconian measures of forcing people to wear masks.
During the show, you might have missed the report I gave about how recently, there was news about a doctoral dissertation that renewed public interest in the military-sponsored chemical spraying of impoverished areas of St. Louis in the 1950s and ’60s has spawned a lawsuit.
Undisputed is that St. Louis was among several test cities chosen decades ago by government contractors for the spraying of zinc cadmium sulfide, a chemical powder mixed with fluorescent particles to allow tracking of dispersal patterns. The spraying was part of a biological weapons program, the government conceded in 1994, and St. Louis was chosen because its topography was similar to some of the Russian cities the military thought it might have to attack.
Residents were told by military scientists that it was testing “a smoke screen” for protection in enemy attack. These so called tests are called Gain of Function exercises where scientists under the direction of the military or even a pharmaceutical company take part on an experiment where people are actually infected with a biological or viral substance in order to monitor the spread and its effects.
This experiment was a classic gain of function exercise that was ties to a top secret program carried out by the military called MKNAOMI.
MKNAOMI was the code name for a joint Department of Defense/CIA research program lasting from the 1950s through the 1970s. Unclassified information about the MKNAOMI program and the related Special Operations Division is scarce. It is generally reported to be a successor to the MKDELTA project and to have focused on biological projects including biological warfare agents.
During the first twenty years of its establishment, the CIA engaged in various projects designed to increase U.S. biological and chemical warfare capabilities. Project MKNAOMI was initiated to provide the CIA with a covert support base to meet its top-secret operational requirements.
Some of the biological tests were done on humans – huge populations of national security.
On November 25,undefined1969, President Richard Nixon abolished any military practice involving biological weapons testing and ProjectundefinedMKNAOMIundefinedwas dissolved.
A few years went by and suddenly there were reports of cattle mutilations on farms all over the country.
The act of mutilating cattle and other animals was explained as an act of predators and Satanic cultists, however there hasnundefinedt been anyone that has been convicted of mutilating a cow. In many cases farmers remain baffled and in other cases it is easy to deal the undefinedalienundefined card when explaining why these animals are left to die horrible deaths.
I have tackled the issue of cattle mutilations many times on my show and while the prevailing attitude about these events is rooted directly with extraterrestrial incursion we may have to open the door to more prosaic but equally complex theories that these mutilations were carried out as an adjunct to MKNAOMI and that the attacks on the animals are part of a second generation analysis of possible toxins, radiation and or emerging diseases that can be used for a clandestine black market and illegal pharmaceutical operation conducted by a branch of the Military Industrial Complex.
Last August, there was report that at the end of July, 2019 authorities were called in to investigate the death and mutilation of five bulls on a remote Eastern Oregon ranch.
The bulls, worth about $7,000 each, were found dead and mutilated, with genitals and tongues cut out on Silvies Valley Ranch in Harney County.
Two carcasses were discovered July 30. On July 31, three more carcasses were found. The cause of death was a mystery.
We reported the event and invited Linda Moulten Howe on the show since she is an award winning documentary writer and director of the film Strange Harvest all about cattle mutilations she is well known for her conclusions that these attacks on animals are performed by extraterrestrials.
However, I have said that when I was younger my grandmother who worked for the Utilities and Water department of the US Department of Agriculture told me that she believed that cattle mutilations were at the time were an ill omen for a biological threat, or major pandemic.
Back then it was hard to comprehend and of course the alien explanations were easily digested.
My grandmother told me that the cattle were illegally being cut up by industrial terrorists so they can detect possible bio contamination. These professional butchers have a scientific background and analyze the removed parts in a lab. Their findings are valuable and the data is possibly sold to drug companies, the Centers for disease control, the Military or investors on Wall Street for a high price.
What is most ironic is that my grandmother died of BSE. A rare form of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathyundefineda prion disease usually found in cattle. Humans may acquire the disorder by eating diseased meat products. When it comes from cattle, the disorder is called Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and ultimately leads to dementia and death.
The disease is marked by rapid mental deterioration, usually within a few months. Most people eventually lapse into a coma.
There is no real treatment other than keeping the person as comfortable as possible.
When the report of cattle mutilations out of Oregon I shared with my audience my grandmother’s theory and the time my Uncle found a mutilated cow on his ranch in American Falls, Idaho.
If you are keeping count – the cattle mutilations in Oregon happened a little over six months before the first American undefinedpatient zeroundefined was diagnosed with COVID-19 in Washington State. You may remember that the first states to get the disease in the United States were in the Pacific Northwest – Washington and Oregon.
Almost a year ago to the month, there have been reports of more cattle mutilations in Oregon – but this time there is a clue. Human boot prints found at the scene.
Sierra Dawn McClain filed a story on July 24th stating that Rancher David Hunt found a cow dead and mutilated, with her tongue, genitals and reproductive organs cut out — and she was placed in an upright position.
However, this time aliens are not part of the equation but human foul play is. Just how complex this case is remains to be seen – could these newer cattle mutilations indicate that there is a force multiplied version of COVID-19 coming and are rouge pharmaceutical companies using the herds for testing with impunity?
Again, it was exactly a year ago that cattle were found mutilated on a ranch in Oregon and months later we hear of a COVID-19 outbreak.
It is a compelling coincidence knowing that after 1969 there were a rash of cattle mutilations after Nixon dissolved MKNAOMI and the focus of biological testing may have shifted to cattle.
Cattle mutilations are frightening in the time of possible bio threats and COVID-19 . If cows go unattended and one becomes a carrier of a fatal contagion, one of the nation’s biggest businesses will suffer and so will about 1/3 of the United States populace.
If a cow can be butchered with no leads as to who is responsible imagine what could happen if a herd that is destined for slaughter is somehow infected with a contaminant or disease. What if that disease thinks and incubates and goes undetected. The slaughtered meat winds up on a bun, with cheese, and is served with fries and a Chocolate shake.
Cattle are merely the four-legged canaries in the coal mine. They are the creatures we must look at for determining what is next in our biological runaway train ride into the Bio unfriendly new millennium.
The European Society for Clinical Virology, the European Society for Veterinary Virology and the Society for General Microbiology had stated that that birds carry virulent strains and when they pass into cattle they become lethal. Science has now found strains of flu in the cattle. Some are hosts for devastating strains for many years.
It seems that we are more aware of cattle and their toxic potential because of the exhaustive efforts of vegetarians and vegans whose crusades have given us reason to become reluctant vegetarians.
However, we need to understand that cattle and other animals are exposed to all sorts of outside evils that find their way into the ecosystem. Much to the chagrin of vegan militants the problem may be in the earth itself. Heavy metals and other contaminants end up in the soil and the watershed. It ends up in the plant life and then it is transmitted to animal life.
Other animals have demonstrated that they are being exposed to all kinds of pathogens, infectious diseases and toxic gasses. The question is where is all of this coming from? Chickens carry influenza, Mosquitoes have carried viral encephalitis, and crows have shown that they can carry The West Nile Virus.
These animals birds and insects are simply “second generation” test subjects for new found and manufactured biological pathogens.
Bovine proteins have been used in certain vaccines like the Pneumococcalundefinedvaccineundefinedfor example.
While there is a blanket of denial with regard to COVID-19 being part of some biological Gain of Function exercise there is a tine of speculation that it could be a biological attack and that at this time there is no real rhyme nor reason as to how the disease spreads. We are learning that even with mask wearing and social distancing, the disease continues to spread and kill thousands of people.
We are even told that despite the prospect of getting a vaccine it may not be effective if COVID-19 decides to mutate or force multiply.
If it does, we will certainly not be getting back to normal any time soon. Both Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates are already speaking about a Dark Winter where it will get darker before the dawn.
The new normal could transform into the new extreme normal. Where the Great Reset the elites are proposing will include a full on totalitarian society, where fear and conformity will be pervasive. Their ideology is a pathologized ideology (as opposed to, say, the racialized ideology of the Nazis), so its symbology will be pathological. Fear of disease, infection, and death, and obsessive attention to matters of health will dominate every aspect of life. Paranoid propaganda and ideological conditioning will be ubiquitous and constant.
Everyone will beundefinedforced to wear medical masks to maintain a constant level of fear and an omnipresent atmosphere of sickness and death,undefinedas if the world were one big infectious disease ward. Everyone will wear these masks at all times, at work, at home, in their cars, everywhere. Anyone who fails or refuses to do so will be deemed “a threat to public health,” andundefinedcould be subjected to beatings and arrests or swarmed by mobs ofundefinedNew Normal vigilantes.
Cities, regions, and entire countries could be subjected to random police-state lock downs, which will be justified by the threat of “infection.” People could be recon fined to their homes for up to 23-hours a day, and allowed out only for “essential reasons.”
Police and soldiers will patrol the streets, stopping people, checking their papers, and beating and arresting anyone out in public without the proper documents, or walking or standing too close to other people.
They are currently doing this in Melbourne Australia.
The threat of “infection” will be used to justify increasingly insane and authoritarian edicts, compulsory demonstration-of-fealty rituals, and eventually the elimination of all forms of dissent.
Just as the Nazis believed they were waging a war against the “subhuman races,” the New extremist Normals will be waging a war on “disease,” and on anyone who “endangers the public health” by challenging their ideological narrative. Like every other totalitarian movement, in the end, they will do whatever is necessary to purify society of “degenerate influences.”
Keep in mind that all of this is “extreme” and yet it appears that as we are only doing the minimum to curtail the disease – there seems to be the psychological aspect to all of this that seemingly mimics MKNAOMI – the program that was allegedly dissolved over 50 years ago.
MKNAOMI projects not only included gain of function exercises on human subjects but also the program sought to manipulateundefinedmentalundefinedstates and brain functionsundefinedand human behavior as well.
Fearing that the nation will fall into deep despair because of COVID-19 a few scientists are actually proposing that small amounts of Lithium should be put into the drinking water.
Some scientists think we could save tens of thousands of lives a year with a very simple, low-cost intervention: putting small amounts of lithium, amounts likely too small to have significant side effects, into our drinking water, the way we put fluoride in water to allegedly protect our teeth.
As you can guess the new normal will also include or compliance in human experimentation with disease drugs and pathogens.
Now, can you now see why chemical companies like MONSANTO, KODAK. MODERNA and other companies want to develop the new COVID-Vaccine?
Could it be that MKNAOMI has returned? Is the project underway and are we suffering from it?
It may be an extreme leap from cattle mutilations and Zoonosis to tyranny but we now have to stand in our color-coded boxes, until someone tells us to follow the arrows on the floorundefinedto whatever fate awaits us—like cows in a slaughter house so are we to the technocrats.
