MONOLOGUE WRITTEN BY CLYDE LEWIS
Today when I arrived at the office, there was a massive entourage of SWAT teams and police surrounded by a hotel downtown. Word had spread that someone had a bomb in a building a block away and we were concerned that there would be an evacuation order. It turns out that a woman had a knife and was dealing with some mental issues as police were trying to negotiate with her to calm down and be taken into custody.
It was just one more incident that reminded me of how I lived when I was in South America. Every day there was something new that would remind you that being in the wrong place could put you in danger.
I got into my office read over my e-mails ad posts on my Facebook and twice I was sent videos with trailers of the new Call of Duty game that is coming out August 26th.
In the video, there is an interview with Russian defector Yuri Bezmenov who reveals Russian Subversion Tactics and ways to bring down a country and its government.
He mentions that covertly taking over a government is a slow process where you take active measure which include demoralizing and destabilizing a targeted government.
Most of the things he talked about in the trailer for the game are happening now in America – it was like the Revelation of the Method was again being put into a video game acclimating people to how reset operations are underway to undermine the United States.
What is so frustrating is that about a week ago I made an attempt to talk about the threats I see to our nation.
But of course, there were a couple of listeners who called in to chew me out because they were afraid that their political choices were being delegitimized because that is all they have to grab from – what they know, what resonates with their political ideologies rather than the ugly inescapable truth .
I have been doing shows lately that have leaned more toward the paranormal lately. Some people who are new to the show always write me to ask why I sometimes do these topics and I tell them I have always produced shows about paranormal activity when it winds up in the news and everything else is parapolitical and I love to do in depth analysis of popular conspiracy theory.
This is something the mainstream news fails to do. They would rather dismiss paranormal stories outright and mock those who look into conspiracy theory. It is also evident that the mainstream corporate heritage media acts as though they are oblivious to parapolitical antics; so much so that they become apologists for both the left and right wing – it all depends on which network you frequent.
Most people are used to talk shows that tend to lean to one particular ideology. I am also aware that most of my shows are actually airing on conservative talk radio – the reason is simple while most of the time indulging in conspiracy theory is more of a liberal exercise – it has become espoused by both the Left and the Right as means by which to become centered.
Whichever way you lean politically, the analysis of parapolitics is supposed to be neutral, however, we live in times where religious and almost cult like attitudes prevail on both political ideologies and so people tend to tune out when they hear about their party conducting acts of malfeasance.
They want to be on a winning team and they want to wear their team’s colors, some even believe that their political ideologies are so infallible that they are willing to destabilize a nation in order to force am immediate handover of power to someone who best represents their beliefs.
Many people have noticed that the media has focused on the demonstrations in Chicago, Seattle and in my home state of Portland, Oregon. What is most disconcerting is that the behavior of those who claim to be peaceful protesters are now becoming more violent.
A video went viral on the internet showing a man being forced out of his truck in downtown Portland by an angry mob. He was thrown to street and was kicked unconscious while his wife screamed in terror wondering if he was dead.
A man hunt is underway for the suspect and what is most is chilling is that not only are police looking for him – it is rumored that vigilantes also wish to carry out justice of their own.
Where I live, we have gone from being participants in a bad Tom Clancy novel, to being witnesses to a DC Comics version of Gotham City.
The United States, it seems, will soon be living in what can only be described as a live action Call of Duty scenario where the country may find itself in a State of War.
To an outside observer, even an expat American, the protests and demonstrations bear a striking resemblance to the first stirrings of a popular democratic uprising. As in the mid-2000s, Color Revolutions in the former Soviet republics, the 2009 Green Movement protests in Iran, and the 2011 Tahrir Square uprising in Egypt, a precipitating event catalyzed lingering resentments and latent fears, resulting in spontaneous social media-enabled demonstrations at symbolic locations.
In these circumstances, it is not hard to imagine that protracted protests, institutional dysfunction and political infighting is ultimately leading to either governmental meltdownundefinedor a hostile takeover that may include what is called a coup or a decapitation strike.
With the protracted violence in the streets of major cities, and no solution being provided to end the violence – the situation can get worse and from fires being set in federal buildings and police precincts the objective would eventually lead to an organized effort to take over and destroy building that house officials in the nation’s capital.
All warring sides, from patriot groups to Black Lives Matter to Antifa say that they have a valid claim to legitimacy, but no outcome can possibly accommodate them all, making it a zero-sum game with great incentives for brinksmanship and no apparent off ramp.
This is why all of this continues – no one is willing to put a stop to it because they are being compelled by their political parties that support either or when they should be supporting neither or.
Those that are not in the trenches are participating in the information war. The mainstream media is attacking what they call misinformation about pedophile rings and sex trafficking by the global elite and the limousine liberals – I actually heard Anderson Cooper speak of QAnon saying that it is a dangerous conspiracy theory that Hillary Clinton and John Podesta leads a pedophile ring and that they drink the blood of children.
Facebook said is going to restrict posts tied to QAnon and will no longer recommend that users join groups supporting it, although the company isn’t banning it outright.
Facebook said it is banning groups and accounts associated with QAnon as well as a variety of U.S.-based militia and anarchist groups that support violence. But the company will continue to allow people to post material that supports these groups, so long as they don’t violate policies against hate speech, abuse and other provocations. In order to save face groups like these will be forced to move their materials to paywalls and will be forced to create newsletter services that will feed their followers.
The bonds that are visibly fraying now are difficult to restore now that they have given way. It has become commonplace for radical factions since Trump’s election to speak of the threat his agenda poses to the New world Order.
It’s becoming clear that his presidency is disrupting the country’s political order –which again gives us reason to believe that the color revolution we are in will see no signs of abetting –and if it continues Trump won’t be their only target – the entire government structure both democrat and republican will be overthrown –and will be replaced by a puppet government or a military garrison.
“Color Revolutions”, have now become the standard technique for promoting “regime change” in targeted nations by the CIA and the war planners that wish to demoralize at destabilize a nation.
The same formula that is used in other nations is being used here in the United States. This formula has no respect for any political party because its objective is to do away with both.
After the September 11 attacks in 2001, the neocons fanned the flames of indignation and xenophobia, and were able to exploit them in order to assume a dominant role in most American institutions, particularly the political parties and the media. Regime Change fever swept the foreign policy establishment, and anyone who looked cross-eyed at a neocon became a target.
Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama embraced the neocon ethos and gave them virtual carte blanche to carry out Color Revolutions around the world.
The advent of social media, which fosters communication in the form of short, memes and images that can be made to “go viral,” is obviously effective in organizing the masses around political and team colors.
This is why the revolution is underway and young people are heading the charge—they are using the internet and social platforms to their advantage and are managing to avoid the pratfalls of being shutdown by Facebook and Twitter.
When censorship loses its ability to curtail the uprisings you can expect kill switches to be put into play in the future. This has been done in China, Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia and other places during national uprisings.
If the targeted populations can’t be organized effectively to overthrow their leaders, there is always the fall back option of arming mercenary groups to seize power by increased violence, if that fails I am sure that we will be seeing a militarized police state in this country with paramilitary and tactical units from both the United states and other countries.
The current rioting in America most exclusively Portland and Seattle required sending in federal troops. This was not considered martial lawundefined but it still was considered a police state move. The Insurrection Act has been invoked 11 times in the past century. It is both legal and constitutional for the president to use federal troops to put down “an insurrection in any state against its government … upon the request of its legislature or of its governor if the legislature cannot be convened.”
Deploying troops into America’s streets is a serious step. Overusing this measure would indeed threaten what is left of the U.S. Constitution. Understandably, citizens want to be sure that action is necessary. But the fact that so many former defense officials are openly accusing President Trump of sowing division in the nation illustrates that the U.S. military is divided.
Many political analysts are warning that political division in the U.S. is worse now than at any point since the Civil War. Other analysts say a conflict as devastating as the Civil War could not happen to the U.S. again, because the military would quickly put down the rebellion.
The argument of whether or not the Military would be able to target domestic threats to the constitution has been a topic of conspiracy theory analysts for 30 years or so. With access to advanced weapons – is there a danger that a decapitation strike or coup could also be implemented to over throw a government during a color revolution?
Unfortunately, the answer is yes and there may be signs that there have been test runs to see just how far these clandestine groups can push the envelope.
Last week it was reported that an air force Helicopter operating over Virginia was reportedly shot at, injuring one member of the crew and prompting an FBI investigation.
This incident happened days after a man was shot and apprehended near the White House.
The UH-1N Huey helicopter, assigned to Joint Base Andrews just outside of Washington, D.C., was conducting a routine training flight roughly 1,000 feet above the ground before it was forced to make an emergency landing at an airport in nearby Manassas, Virginia, after being struck by a bullet.
The helicopter is assigned to the 1st Helicopter Squadron, which supports the movement of the president and other senior government officials to and from Andrews, where Air Force One is also based. Support and decoy helicopters accompany Marine 1 – the helicopter that the President uses when he leaves the White House. The chopper that was hit was one of them.
Yesterday it was reported that several journalists aboard Air Force One spotted a mysterious drone as the plane, also carrying President Donald Trump, approached an Air Force base for a landing. At least two reporters on the plane mentioned the sightings on Twitter, while the U.S. Air Force has not yet commented publicly on the incident. Air Force One landed safely.
The incident took place over the weekend, as Air Force One was returning from Bedminster, New Jersey. AFP reporter Sebastian Smith first mentioned the drone sighting on Twitter. Bloomberg reporter Jennifer Jacobs also tweeted about the incident, saying that “multiple people” aboard the aircraft saw the drone.
Any incident involving a passenger jet and a drone is a concern, but this particular incident is notable as it could have incapacitated the leadership of the United States of America.
This incident is the second in two weeks where an aircraft assigned to support the president and other U.S. government VIPs is attacked.
Meanwhile and even more potentially dangerous incident took place in an airport in Florida.
Early this week the cause of a major security incident was revealed which occurred last Friday at an international airport inundefinedPolk County, Florida.
Lakeland Linder International Airport was scene of a sudden emergency evacuation when a contractor opened a shipping container to unexpectedly findundefineda massive guided missile inside.
Initial local news reports indicated that airport personnel had no idea how it ended up at a major civilian airport, only that the container also had parts of an aircraft inside and that the shipment belonged to Draken International, a US defense contractor based in the area which focuses on development of tactical fighter aircraft.
Though itundefineds not unheard of that shipping containers belonging to defense firms might have inert missiles in them, in this instance the missile had a undefinedliveundefined warhead, however was not armed.
After the complete evacuation of the airport disposal technicians from nearby MacDill Air Force Base along with members of the ATF and local fire departments were called in to dispose of it. Surrounding neighborhoods also had to be evacuated given the huge size of the ordinance.
The decision was then made to undefinedevacuate the facility and its surrounding neighbors and contact the appropriate authorities, undefined according to the statement.
If you wish to write off these incidents as coincidence, you are ignoring the fact that these incidents are sending a message – the message is indicative of power.
During his first five years in office, former President Barack Obama fired at least 197 military officers, leading to speculation by active and retired military personnel that he was purging the military of ideological dissenters.
It is hard to quantify political division in the U.S. military because officers generally do not publicly criticize their commander in chief until after they have retired. But a 2019 survey of 1,630 active-duty troops conducted by Syracuse University found that 50 percent of respondents had an “unfavorable” opinion of President Trump, compared to only 42 percent who had a favorable impression.
The same poll found President Trump more popular among the enlisted troops than among officers, with 43 percent of enlisted soldiers having a favorable opinion of the president, compared to only 33 percent of officers. As Democratic politicians are encouraging race riots and former generals are accusing the president of betraying the Constitution, this division represents a severe strategic vulnerability: disunity.
A 2018 survey of 829 active-duty troops conducted by the Military Times found President Trump’s support was highest among marines. Over 65 percent of Marine Corps respondents approved of President Trump’s job performance, compared to 49 percent of Navy respondents, 38 percent of Army respondents, and 36 percent of Air Force respondents. The overall military was slightly more conservative than the general public.
The fact that half the military disapproves of President Trump’s job performance is probably rather standard for American politics. But at a time when Democratic politicians are encouraging race riots and former generals are accusing the president of betraying the Constitution for suggesting that the military could help put down those riots, this division represents a severe strategic vulnerability: disunity. This disunity is between the military and its elected commander in chief, and between the solders within the military itself.
Some of the groups behind the riots—like Antifa, Refuse Fascism, and the Revolutionary Communist Party USA, have openly stated their goal to overthrow the United States government.
What if these agitators stir up an insurrection so large that military troops are required to preserve America’s constitutional form of government? These groups are trying to tear down America’s constitutional system of government because they can’t build another one until that happens. Therefore they are trying to dissolve the glue of society by dividing the police from the people, the military from the people, the military from the commander in chief, the officers from the enlisted men, and the enlisted men from each other. The fact that 89 former national security leaders are publicly speaking against President Trump is a much more significant victory for these agitators than those that claim they want to take over the White House on September 17th.
Adbusters is planning a 50-day White House siege that starts September 17. The proposed nonviolent protest is being planned by the same group that kicked off the Occupy Wall Street protests, which also started on September 17. They’re promoting the protest on social media with the hashtag #WhiteHouseSiege.
Will this be a distraction from an even more diabolical plot to overthrow the government? A violent overthrow will not be only aimed at the President but other leaders as well – the biggest mistake the people are making is aligning these movements to existing political ideologies –when these agitators do not care about political parties or government.
Before you get on your soapbox stating that everything will work itself out – or that Trump is the problem or even the solution you need to remember that Americas’ first Civil War took 620,000 American lives, about 2 percent of the nation’s population, and more deaths than all other American wars from the American Revolution to the Korean War combined.
Could America be on the edge of another such catastrophe? Our technological capacity to kill is much higher now than it was in 1865. If the military split into hostile factions, the potential for mass violence is much higher today.
