A few days ago, I attempted to explain how synchronicity works. I offered the idea that when you flip a coin, you always have random results. You either get heads or tails which is simple– it is random.
However, if you flip the coin and you start seeing a pattern of the coin showing heads flip after flip after flip — then you are seeing synchronicity. The chances are low that you would every experience something that blatantly obvious, but patterns do occur at times and when they do I always urge people to pay attention because something is always afoot when that happens.
As I have said many times that when you are in the business of pointing out inconsistencies and patterns timing is everything. When you start noticing heads come up more than three times — well, that should be an indication of triplicity.
It may be hard to swallow, but the world is full of surprises.
On August 18th, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite 16 captured four different storms churning in the skies above North America.
The satellite captured aerial views of hurricanes Grace and Linda, along with tropical storms Fred and Henri. The satellite image also showed swirling billows of smoke streaming across the western U.S. from several major fires in California.
It was like a lyric from that Rolling Stones song Jumpin’ Jack Flash about being born in a “crossfire hurricane.”
However, I also was thinking of a biblical scripture in Revelation that says:
“And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.”
Yes, it was a meaningful coincidence for me — and in that makes things interesting in my world.
I was very curious about these storms and what all of this means.
Well, we are officially in hurricane season and Henri eventually gained momentum and managed to flood the east coast.
Now we are hearing about Ida and the coincidence of having this hurricane arrive on the 16th Anniversary of Katrina. Hurricane Isaac did the same 7 years to the day of Katrina. Hurricane Harvey did the same in 2017.
What are the odds?
Well, hurricanes are normal for this time of the year but to have at least three to hit on the same day in a 5 to 7 years apart is pretty amazing. It does show how weather goes in cycles.
But there are some things that are happening that seem to be peculiar and this is where we have to stop and wonder if weather is being manipulated in some way.
On August 20th, both Colorado and Utah and to shut down roads in the higher elevations because of heavy snows and white out conditions. Snowbird Resort, located in Little Cottonwood Canyon had moderate snowfall which is rare for August.
Utah Department of Transportation traffic cameras also picked up light snow in the High Uintas and other mountainous areas.
Rockport Reservoir is a place where in August my family and I would camp out and fish.
It was hit by a moderate snowfall as well.
This is unheard of.
Apparently, smoke form the wildfires had cooled the area down substantially.
Last year , the first snow in Colorado arrived in early September. On Sept. 7, 2020, Denver hit 93 degrees then dropped to 43 degrees on Sept. 8 with 1 inch of snow.
People were saying it was normal — but I did some checking and found that it isn’t.

It looks as if the temperatures in these regions are getting cooler because of the wildfires. The wildfires are cooling the atmosphere. This is some pretty interesting geoengineering — the climate alarmists are all over the idea of a warming climate but the earth responds to smoke that blocks the sunlight — and of course you have weather manipulators that wish to dim the sun using chemtrails or stratospheric aerosol injections.
We can assume that governments are manipulating the weather — otherwise the money trillions of dollars that they are seeking for the climate bill won’t do anything to change the bizarre weather that they have already had a hand in.
In the business where synchronicity and coincidence play a key role in the cynical view of conspiracy reality — I always say timing is everything. Now, I want to make clear that meaningful coincidences are either part of pattern finding, magical thinking, or something or someone is trying to tell us something.
Everything is not a conspiracy, but greed, treachery and exploitation seem to be the modus operandi for governments and as we are seeing disasters unfold one by one , we are told that there us a simple and wrong explanation for everything.
Expert is a word that has been overused lately, and there are so many that we see on the nightly news. When they come on it is as if we are supposed to know who they are. It is like a circus of clowns that get out of car and squat on the major news channels.
Bad weather is wreaking havoc all over the country.
Drought and heat has poised itself over the west. A heat dome and dry air has plagued areas of Oregon and Washington.
The entire city of South Lake Tahoe has been evacuated as weather is now driving the Caldor Fire.
The formal exodus comes after South Lake Tahoe’s roughly 22,000 residents were given an evacuation warning late Sunday, told to be ready at a moment’s notice to evacuate. Nearly 30,000 residents had already been evacuated from the eastern half of El Dorado County.
Floods have been unleashed in some southern states and we have had two Hurricanes, Henri and now Ida to contend with.
The cynical climate alarmist community hopes it will help get Joe Biden’s multi-trillion-dollar climate agenda through Congress.
Again, timing is everything —and while we are seeing the damage and people becoming refugees in their own country — the media has to pause and remind people of how important and vital his climate agenda is in order to Build Back Better.
A Washington Post editorial headline says it all: Amid summer of fire and floods, a moment of truth for climate action.
To Quote the post:
“The panicked commuters of Zhengzhou, China, could only stand on seats and cling to poles in a desperate attempt to keep their heads above the muddy torrent this past week, as floodwaters from record-breaking rains inundated the subway system.
On the other side of the planet, in Gresham, Oregon, a 61-year-old maker of handcrafted ukuleles slowly died in June as searing temperatures made an oven out of his lifelong home — one of at least 800 victims of what one scientist called “the most anomalous heat event ever observed on Earth.”
Massive floods deluged Central Europe, Nigeria, Uganda and India in recent days, killing hundreds. June’s scorching temperatures, followed by a fast-moving wildfire, erased a Canadian town. More than a million people are close to starvation amid Madagascar’s worst drought in decades. In Italy on Friday, a top U.N. climate official once again pleaded for the world to heed the alarm bells, reminding leaders that these catastrophes are simply the latest in a ghastly string of warnings that the planet is hurtling down a treacherous path.
This spike in weather events are compiled nicely and neatly in order to urge world leaders to redistribute the wealth of the planet in order to help in an effort to fuse together a world that has a problem with fossil fuels.
United Nations Climate Change Executive Secretary, Patricia Espinosa told a gathering of energy and environment ministers from G-20 nations.
“What more can numbers show us that we cannot already see? What more can statistics say about the flooding, the wildfires, the droughts and hurricanes and other deadly events?” Numbers and statistics are invaluable, but what the world requires now, more than anything else, is climate action.”
We are told that the ayes have it, the science is settled extreme climate change has arrived in America.
Scientists are saying that this disastrous summer is yet another portent of what humanity faces in coming decades if the world does not take dramatic steps to protect ecosystems and curb use of fossil fuels.
Is this global warming, as alarmists want you to believe, or just weather? Is it truly a case of fossil fuel consumption or are we witnessing weather warfare as the genie was let out of the bottle as weather control and climate altering systems have been talked about by the likes of Bill Gates, Former CIA chief John Brennan and Chinese leaders,
Recently, there was a report that Dubai, temperatures were surpassing 115 degrees Fahrenheit. The government decided to change the weather literally.
Scientists in the United Arab Emirates made it rain — artificially — using electrical charges from drones to manipulate the weather and force rainfall across the desert nation.
Annually, the United Arab Emirates receives about 4 inches of rain per year. The government is hoping that regularly zapping clouds to generate rain will help to alleviate some of the arid nation’s annual heat waves.
This weather control can be carried out anywhere — and yet the west in in drought, fires are out of control– and people are being caught in the crossfire with another hurricane.
Geoengineering the weather is not some science fiction fallacy and using weather as a weapon to prove a point again makes one wonder about the timing.
The temperature reality is that there is no trend from 1911-2020 in very hot days in the Pacific Northwest. That’s according to Cliff Mass, a professor of atmospheric sciences at the University of Washington and no one’s idea of a “climate denier.”
It’s out-of-control wildfire season again, which is being fueled by ongoing drought. Climate alarmists, of course, expect the public to believe that the drought is caused by global warming. But the natural history of the West over the past 1,100 years shows that megadroughts lasting as long as 200 years are the norm rather than the exception.
And since the federal and state governments kicked out the loggers and stopped managing public lands 40 years ago, these wildfires may come back every year until there is nothing left in the West to burn. This is not global warming; it’s a combination of Mother Nature and bad government.
Weather can be managed, wildfires do not have to be a annual ritual, but climate engineering and a lack of foresight is what we are facing and the climate alarmists do not understand how something as simple as land and water management can improve things — to neglect it is another form of geoengineering.
But don’t expect climate and weather reality to dampen the alarm repeated over and over every day in the media.
President Biden and Democrats plan to pass a $3.5 trillion “stimulus” bill in the fall. About $2 trillion of the spending is earmarked for climate.
Although no one has seen the bill, it reportedly will include a “clean energy standard” that will set mandatory goals for wind and solar power with an aim to eliminating fossil fuels from the electricity grid by 2035. It’s extreme spending and policy that will affect every American and not for the better.
Even if you believe the Democrat and media line on climate, you should realize that global emissions are going up with no end in sight according to a new report the International Energy Agency. Part of the reason that emissions will continue to rise is that new electricity demand can only be met by more fossil fuel generation, according to another new IEA report.
Both Joe Biden and John Kerry have openly admitted that unilateral US action on climate will achieve nothing. China has no plans to cut emissions and the G-20 just failed to agree on quitting coal and climate targets.
We are not just living through unprecedented bad weather so much as we are living through unprecedented exploitation of it for bad ends.
If 3.5 trillion dollars is going to change all of this bad weather into good weather then we are not being told everything about how geoengineering is being used to steer storms and create drought to make a scarcity economy a reality.
If China and Dubai can make weather in places where there is none — then we should also have the capability to do it.
In 1996, the USAF Air University, Air Command and Staff College published “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather In 2025.” According to the Air Force, the purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of future weather modification systems to achieve military objectives.
According to the executive summary we read that US aerospace forces can “own the weather” by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battle space in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures.
A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril.
From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary.
Environmental modification techniques (ENMOD) for military use constitute, in the present context of global warfare, the ultimate weapon of mass destruction.
Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate change, the world’s weather can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons. Both the US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use.
Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’. During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns. The technology, which was initially developed in the 1990s under the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), was an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative – ‘Star Wars’. From a military standpoint, HAARP –which was officially abolished in 2014– is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems around the world.
Officially, the HAARP program has been closed down at its location in Alaska. The technology of weather modification shrouded in secrecy, nonetheless prevails.
The Chinese operate SURA out of Russia which is a plasma cannon used for weather modification.
Plasma bursts are being detected coming from the SURA facility located near the small town of Vasilsursk about 100 km east of Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia, would have the same effects as HAARP.
SURA is capable of radiating about 190 MW, effective radiated power (PRE) on shortwave. It is currently being operated by the Research Institute of Radio NIRFI in Nizhny Novgorod.
Current DEMETER‐SURA information that has been made available to the public shows that plasma density increases in the night hours, reaching 25–35% in amplitude, and during the morning or late evening hours the growth of plasma density in ducts was not higher than 1%. It was found that the mean size of the ducts along satellite pass was of 80–110 km.
The heating experiments also were observed the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program in order to evaluate weather effects from the ionospheric heating.
It analyzed 100 experiments induced by HAARP heating, but these results exhibited a weaker relationship between large‐scale density plasma perturbations and HF heating induced by the SURA program.
It is well known that the electromagnetic wave from a powerful ionospheric heater propagates into the ionosphere along the magnetic field lines and gets absorbed in the lower ionosphere, driving ion outflows and leading to the formation of density ducts in the atmosphere.
Atmospheric ducting is a mode of propagation of electromagnetic radiation, usually in the lower layers of Earth’s atmosphere, where the waves are bent by atmospheric refraction.
Not only is the SURA program in operation, much of the plasma bursts from the project are affecting areas of the planet seismically and meteorologically.
What is also disconcerting is that while our military has been involved with the HAARP plasma project – there is also an effort to downplay the effects of what our government allows to happen while trying to cover it up by attributing it to anthropogenic climate change.
The cloud of disinformation and deception surrounding the ongoing climate engineering insanity is massive beyond true comprehension.
The entirety of the climate science communities have participated in this deception, whether willingly (for a paycheck and a pension), or due to threats like the recent “gag order” placed on all National Weather Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration employees by our government. Corporate media has, of course, done all they could to perpetuate the lies and deception; this is what they are paid to do.
However, our situation is far more complex than a political maneuver to try and save us all from climate peril.
It should be obvious to those with common sense that something is not normal and that attributing weather spikes or anomalies to only fossil fuel usage shows that there is an agenda to ignore weather warfare so that new jobs and alternative energy can be filled.
Weather effects lead to population control, all it takes is climate alteration and the Butterfly Effect kicks into motion. You can literally force weather to alter and manipulate geology and landmass. What is there to stop it from climate from killing populations?
Global climate engineering is nothing short of weather warfare and biological warfare that has been going on in plain sight for decades. The mounting consequences rebooting or manipulating nature are becoming all but impossible to keep from public awareness. Countless organizations are discussing geoengineering but not yet openly admitting it has long since been a lethal reality with disastrous and deadly results.
In 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski, co-founder of the Trilateral Commission, advocated the covert use of weather attacks, such as long periods of drought or storm, to force a nation into compliance.
According to Brzezinski, weather warfare and other high-tech weapons would be available to the leaders of some countries to launch covert weather attacks against other nations. He also specifically mentioned the use of “Directed Energy Weapons” for conducting what he described as secret warfare.
The United Nations Weather Weapons Treaty of May 1977 warned that scientific and technical developments may open new possibilities with respect to modification of the environment and that the hostile use of these techniques could have effects extremely harmful to human welfare.
The US Air Force mentioned that the UN’s weather modification treaty, which prohibits the hostile use of weather modification, is not applicable because their attacks will not be large scale (encompassing several hundred km), long-lasting (several months in length), or result in serious injury to human life.
Regarding the deception which will be used to mislead the enemy and create conditions of deniability, the US Air Force said that the enemy’s information systems would be spoofed so they’d make wrong decisions.
The spoofing would also allow them to disguise their weather attacks, which they said would be indistinguishable from naturally occurring weather. The Naval Law Review’s 1998 article, A Primer on the Employment of Non-Lethal Weapons, stated that weather modification could be used as a Non-Lethal Weapon.
However, force-multiplying storms are even causing a cold air mass from the arctic to drop earlier in the year certainly can have bad effects and cause climate alarmists to win arguments about weather and climate that has created property damage and loss of human life.
The man-made climate change argument is good for political posturing but revealing high powered plasma operations would not be a topic that would wind up on some mainstream news report.
In essence, the weather is man-made to a certain degree, that is if you add weather modification to the mix — these manipulations certainly would be enough to convince a bipartisan move to push a bill through to get those trillions of dollars to Build Back Better.
