9/19/22: UAP UKR – COSMICS PHANTOMS AND WAR MACHINES W/ JOE MURGIA

Posted on September 19th, 2022 by Clyde Lewis

Ukraineundefineds skies have been incredibly busy and frantic since late February, due to the ongoing Russian invasion. Reports have been increasing and there is confirmation that undefinedTemporary Non-attributed Objectsundefined are now being seen in the war theater of Ukraine. Itundefineds reasonable to suspect that some UAP described in a recent ODNI report may be linked to foreign surveillance or military technologies. Are these Cosmics and Phantoms real or are peopleundefineds perceptions being manipulated? Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks with UFO/UAP analyst, Joe Murgia about UAP UKR - COSMICS PHANTOMS AND WAR MACHINES.

SHOW TRANSCRIPT:

Over the weekend I was reading a paper on nature that spoke about Astronomer Frank Drake and his work to broaden the discussions about whether or not we are alone in the Universe. As I was reading it hit me that he has lived to see the James Webb telescope explore new worlds and reports of messages coming in from space. He also lived to see the Government change its attitudes about UFOs and their new classification of UAP.

The more I read I started to realize that this was not only a tribute to Drakeundefineds work but it was an obituary.

Just after the labor day weekend, Frank Drake died at the age of 91.  Frank Drake made the first attempt to detect radio transmissions from life beyond Earth in 1960. He spent decades advancing SETI’s technology and philosophy. Drake was collaborative and helped others to pursue high-risk, fringe topics in order to answer the question over whether or not we are alone in the universe.

In 1961, Drake led the first scientific workshop on the search for alien civilizations. To prompt discussion, he wrote on a blackboard several factors — such as the rate of star formation, the fraction of stars with planets and the chance that those planets harbored life. Multiplied together, these yield an estimated number of communicative, technological civilizations. Six decades later, this calculation — the Drake Equation — remains a scaffold for discussions in the field discussions that lead us to the ultimate conclusion that we are not alone in the universe.

Drake’s equation may look complicated, but its principles are really rather simple. It states that, in a galaxy as old as ours, the number of civilizations that are detectable by virtue of them broadcasting their presence must equate to the rate at which they arise, multiplied by their average lifetime.

Putting a value on the rate at which civilizations occur might seem to be guesswork, but Drake realized that it can be broken down into more tractable components.

He stated that the total rate is equal to the rate at which suitable stars are formed, multiplied by the fraction of those stars that have planets. This is then multiplied by the number of planets that are capable of bearing life per system, times the fraction of those planets where life gets started, multiplied by the fraction of those where life becomes intelligent, times the fraction of those that broadcast their presence.

Research on exoplanets over the next couple of decades could help us more accurately estimate how many intelligent alien civilizations there are in our galaxy.

The complications become daunting as we discuss the life span of a civilization.

Our TV transmissions began to make Earth detectable from afar in the 1950s, giving a minimum value for a possible cosmic hello of about 70 years in our case.

So it can be determined that the Aliens or at least some may be totally aware of our presence because we are a noisy planet.

Think about this what are the odds of our own civilization lasting a further 100 years? or what about  the near total demise of radio and TV  broadcasting in favor of the internet, or by a deliberate choice to “go quiet” for fear of a hostile galactic attack?

But all things are off the table as we have detonated nuclear weapons, and that if the observers have been here for millennia they certainly are about ready to reveal themselves and perhaps participate in our conflicts and trigger our cataclysms.

I have stated many times that one of the books that most impressed me about the cosmic relationship between man and alleged extraterrestrials is “Gods of Eden” by William Bramley. Bramley was a war historian and not a believer in UFO’s or aliens for that matter, but as he did his research he began to see patterns over time.

Those patterns dealt with cataclysmic cycles of natural disasters, pestilence and war and how they were coincidentally entangled with massive UFO sightings and speculation about possible alien invasion.

After he published the book he was invited to speak at various UFO conventions and also furthered his studies in the field of UFO research and was very impressed with some of the books by David Jacobs, “The Threat” and “Walking Among Us.”

I too, have read Jacob’s work and have been intrigued by the possibility of an alien/hybrid seeding program that could very well be a covert operation to put into places of power—agents that certainly would be involved with mutating humanity at a slow burn and in doing so would instigate or create chaos in order to distract us and eventually whittle us down psychologically for an alien invasion.

The biological and psychological warfare waged on humanity has now become vulgar and easily seen by those who have quietly thought that perhaps that the conspiracy is more complex than just men in power deliberately sabotaging and grooming the planet for a major event of cosmic proportions.

It appears that aliens have investments and entanglements with humanity and have through many cyclical cataclysms.

From the times of Adam, to the times of the Atom, we are learning slowly the reality that cataclysms are incursion drills for invisible enemies.

Lately the government has chimed in when it is convenient about UFOs. Renaming them as UAPundefineds and then reclassifying many of them because of suspected origin.

After years of revelations about strange lights in the sky, first hand reports from Navy pilots about UFOs, and governmental investigations, Congress seems to have admitted something startling in print: it doesn’t believe all UFOs are “man-made.”

Buried deep in a report that’s an addendum to the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, a budget that governs America’s clandestine services, Congress made two startling claims.

The first is that “cross-domain transmedium threats to the United States national security are expanding exponentially.”

A “cross-domain transmedium” threat is one that, by the Pentagon’s definition, can move from water to air to space in ways we don’t understand.

The second is that it wants to distinguish between UFOs that are  human in origin and those that are not: “Temporary nonattributed objects,” or those that are positively identified as man-made after analysis, will be passed to appropriate offices and should not be considered under the definition as unidentified aerospace-undersea phenomena,” the document states.

It appears that pilots and other personnel are coming forward stating that they have been taken on board these craft and others say that they have communicated with these objects as well.

Reports have been increasing and there is conformation that Temporary non attributed objects are now being seem in the war theater of  Ukraine.

The admission is stunning chiefly because, as more information about the U.S. government’s study of UFOs has become public, many politicians have stopped just short of claiming the unidentified objects were extraterrestrial or extradimensional in origin. The standard line is typically that, if UFOs exist, then they’re likely advanced—although human-made—vehicles.

Now the military is focusing their attention of reports about UFOundefineds in Ukraine. Astronomers are saying that there are many that have been seen. and you may remember Ground Zero first reported that many UFOs were seen during the warundefineds beginning and that there was even a report of some sort of divine intervention that took place where a UFO fired on Russian tanks.

On March 5th, 2022 there were sightings of large Tic Tac UFOs over Kiyv.

It apparently shot up at an angle and then across the Ukrainian city to shoot up and then down again, eventually disappearing.

This sighting was eerily similar to the sighting that happened during the Fukushima, nuclear reactor leak. The UFO appeared to be curious and hovered over the doomed Nuclear plant

The Ukrainian sighting was reported along with a story that now has become an eerie side of wartime propaganda undefined but by all accounts this story really happened.

Ukrainian soldiers were allegedly saved by a UFO,

The Jerusalem Post  and CBN reported that a UFO is said to have saved Ukrainian troops from Russian tanks in a miracle lightning attack.

Ukraine Director Kostyantine Lytvynenko explains that although his fellow countrymen are showing incredible strength and resiliency in the war with Russia, they’re also experiencing some divine intervention.

Lytvynenko said one man shared with him a story of his son who’s serving in the Ukrainian army. He said the man told him on one dark night, the soldiers were holding their positions and discovered there were a lot of Russian Federation tanks and other mobile units coming directly at them. It appeared the soldiers would have trouble defending themselves.

The son picked up his phone and called his father.

“He said, ‘Dad, you have to pray right now. We’re in a situation,” Lytvynenko said.

So the father called other members of their church and asked them to start praying. Later, the son called his father back.

“He said, ‘There’s some miracle that happened. It looked like an attack (on the Russians) from a spaceship. There was some kind of lightning shooting from the sky, undefined” In the morning, they (the Ukrainian troops) discovered the Russian tanks and other mobile units had been destroyed.

If this story is just propaganda — it has been avoided by the mainstream media,

In fact, since this incident there have been reports of UFO sightings all over Ukraine.

This whole story could have been taken directly out of the book Gods fo Eden. It appears that the UAPundefineds have a fascination with war and our Nuclear silos.

A recent study that has not been Peer reviewed was conducted by Ukraineundefineds National Academy of Science with Kyivundefineds Main Astronomical Observatory.

Ukraineundefineds skies have been incredibly busy and frantic since late February, due to the ongoing Russian invasion. This has seen the sky buzzing with everything from planes, missiles, artillery shells and drones.

But the war has nothing to do with this study. Rather, this seems to be motivated by an interest in UFOs  and temporary non attributed objects.

As the study notes, its research through the Main Astronomical Observatory of the NAS of Ukraine focuses on undefineddaytime observations of meteors and space invasions.undefined Studying UAPs is a simple byproduct of this. The researchers divide UAPs into two types, Cosmics, which are objects brighter than the background of the sky, and Phantoms, which are dark objects with a degree of contrast.

Regardless, both seem to move at extremely high speeds and it can be difficult to track them. To do this, the researchers utilized two meteor stations: One in Kyiv and the other 120 kilometers away in the village of Vinarivka in the southern Kyiv Oblast.

Using this, they were able to to track a number of UAPs, each of which moved at incredibly fast speeds and some of which were estimated to be between three and 12 meters in size.

However, the study did not give any indication as to what these UAPs might be.

This has thrown the military into a quandary and now they seem to be holding back some of the information that they were at first so willing to give out like Halloween candy.

The US Navy has said it will not release more unseen, classified videos of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) publicly, adding that doing so would “harm national security”.

The release of this new obtained UAP  information from Ukraine will harm national security as it may provide adversaries valuable information regarding Department of Defense/Navy operations, vulnerabilities, and/or capabilities,”

While the US Navy had declassified three UAP videos in the past, it said the facts specific the war theater is unique.

This new report however, is curious as Ukraine of course would be swarming with military weapons and drones that can be confirmed as UFOundefineds. However again there are sightings and reports that do not sound like these Cosmics or Phantoms are war machines,

Published to the preprint database arXiv, the report — describes recent steps that Ukrainian astronomers have taken to monitor fast-moving, low-visibility objects in the daytime sky over Kyiv and the surrounding villages. Using specially calibrated cameras at two weather stations in Kyiv and Vinarivka, a village about 75 miles (120 kilometers) to the south, astronomers observed dozens of objects undefinedthat cannot scientifically be identified as known natural phenomena, undefined the report said.

undefinedWe observe a significant number of objects whose nature is not clear, undefined the team wrote. undefinedWe see them everywhere.undefined

Again they are being classified as Cosmics and Phantoms.

According to the report, cosmics are luminous objects that are brighter than the background sky. These objects are designated with birdsundefined names — such as undefinedswift, undefined undefinedfalconundefined and undefinedeagleundefined — and have been observed flying solo as well as in undefinedsquadrons, undefined the team wrote.

Phantoms, by contrast, are dark objects, usually appearing undefinedcompletely black, undefined as if absorbing all light falling onto them, the team added. By comparing observations from the two participating observatories, the researchers estimated that phantoms range from 10 to 40 feet (3 to 12 meters) wide and can travel at speeds of up to 33,000 mph (53,000 km/h). For comparison, an intercontinental ballistic missile can reach speeds of up to 15,000 mph (24,000 km/h), according to The Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation.

The researchers did not speculate as to what these UFOs may be. Rather, their paper focuses on the methods and calculations used to detect the objects. However, according to a 2021 report from the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), itundefineds likely that at least some UAP are undefinedtechnologies deployed by China, Russia, another nation, or a non-governmental entity.undefined

Given the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine, which began in February 2022, itundefineds reasonable to suspect that some UAP described in the new report may be linked to foreign surveillance or military technologies.

According to the ODNI report, other possible explanations for UAP include undefinedairborne clutter, undefined such as birds and balloons; atmospheric phenomena, such as ice crystals; or classified government projects. Neither the U.S. nor Ukraine reports raise the possibility of extraterrestrial visitors.

Meanwhile, Stanford Professor Gary Nolan claims that  government whistleblowers will be coming forward because of the disclosure of space warfare is going to include cosmic and phantom foes.

Dr. Nolan, an immunologist at Stanford has published over 300 research articles and is the holder of 40 US patents. Besides, he has been honored as one of the top 25 inventors at Stanford University. So, his involvement in UFOlogy would bring some factful things to the field.

Nolan is also a Nobel Peace prize nominee.

A few months ago, Jim Semivan, a former CIA officer made a shocking statement, saying “there’s a whole other reality that surrounds us that we just simply don’t have the ability to see or interact with.” he was a 25 year veteran with the CIA,

He detailed how he was inducted into the CIA and learned spycraft, which takes years to master. The CIA works on a “need-to-know” principle, so when it came to UFOs, Semivan was not made specifically aware of research on this topic.

UFOs have emerged as a serious subject in the nation’s capital. Over the past five years, the Navy has begun establishing a more formal reporting process for pilots who spot mysterious objects in the sky, intelligence agencies have publicly documented 144 cases of unidentified aircraft, and both the Department of Defense and NASA have launched efforts to help make sense of it all. Federal intelligence officials have no explanation for the vast majority of the sightings, and some are concerned that the strange objects could be advanced technology developed by adversaries such as Russia or China.

Meanwhile a Space Warfighting center has been established in Colorado to protect us from incoming space threats.

The Aerospace Corporation, a national nonprofit, built a federally funded 90,000-square-foot facility in Colorado undefinedto examine space warfighting and advanced system concepts and educate space operators and analysts on assessing a variety of threat scenarios.undefined

Steve Isakowitz, Aerospaceundefineds President and CEO, said in a statement, undefinedDeveloping advanced space warfighting concepts that enhance the resiliency and agility of our systems is critical to outpacing the threats we face in space.undefined Space Force, the Space Fence radar system and the planned Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor are also parts of this facility and these will be utilized in protecting the planet from extraterrestrial incursions of all kinds from Meteors and Asteroids to possible hostile alien enemies.

The Colorado facility hired 250 engineers, scientists and analysts and is billed as undefinedthe focal point for delivering technical expertise across the space enterprise to outpace threats to national security.undefined

It is stunning to admit that the new budget for America’s intelligence services directs the Pentagon to focus its UFO investigation on those objects that it canundefinedt identify.

It is also hard to keep up when there are stories in the mainstream that are demanding your attention politically.

But most people are unaware that the government is now shaking a bit as they open up the dialogue about undefinedcross-domain transmedium” threats, and how they can move from water to air to space in ways we don’t understand.

A large question, of course, is why Congress is seemingly admitting this now, in public. How is it that with all of the war machines in the sky we have both Cosmic and Phantom nomenclature for UFOundefineds?

This implies that members of the Senate Intelligence Committee, our military and Ukrainian space analysts believe that some UFOs have non-human origins.
