SHATTERING KISSINGER’S ZERO POP PLAN

You may be surprised to learn that younger generations in the United States, Canada, and Europe are becoming more secular. Recent polls have indicated that there seems to be a majority of college-aged young adults that have rejected their faith in favor of using science to explain many of life’s mysteries.
The technocracy is boasting that the United States has achieved maybe even surpassed its goals of becoming a secular nation. While the Christian right is very vocal about a belief in God in the United States, the secular tsunami is taking over as we edge closer to the idea of A.I. singularity and the scientific establishment’s promoting of climate change.
Sociologists have suggested that the reason this is becoming a trend is because of the fanatical ideological extremes that are now invading the social network of our country.
There appears to be a schism that is forming where people with fresh ideological perspectives don’t follow the lines of the two major political parties.
Those that are becoming secular are rebelling against the left and right paradigm. They are rebelling against organized religion – they believe that all of the established groups alienate the order of things and do nothing to establish peace and harmony with the environment.
The truth is that spiritual health is important in finding respect for human life. From that standpoint, we launch into a form of religious affiliation which eventually becomes the most central form of civic engagement…from there, people place themselves in various collectives and develop political views.
Now we are seeing a disengagement taking place; a disengagement from, religion, then the disengagement of traditional civil engagements, disengagement from civic duty, traditional political beliefs and eventually an amoral attitude about human life and the plight of others.
Eventually, there will be no value in the Old Order and the majority will await a New Order.
Those in the older generations will then become insignificant and irrelevant as they hold on to old values and old traditions.
This signals a darker future for older generations.
Self-loathing is one of the symptoms of this new trend and it is being programmed into the minds of many Americans. Self-loathing of race, religion, sexual orientation, all leads to self-loathing of human life in general and some people go to extremes of hating humanity in general and wish for the extinction of those humans that they don’t agree with, or value animals and the environment over that of their human counterparts.
Voluntary human extinction, eugenics directives, and zero population growth have all been topics considered for maintaining the earth at what is called desirable population levels.
The question is, who decides what is a desirable population level on planet earth?
During the funeral for John McCain, I noticed that one of the speakers at the event was Henry Kissinger. As soon as he took the podium I realized that the funeral for McCain was not really a gathering to say goodbye to a great American—it was a meeting of the globalists and warlords who inadvertently were there to remind everyone that there will be a war coming and it will most certainly be a war against you, and a war that will push to the limits; the very morality and soul of the United States of America.
The funeral was actually a conjuring of the warlord political agenda meant for the uprising of a globalist cull and all of the players were there to enact a terrifying Shakespearian portent.
It was a foreshadowing of globalism’s vengeance.
It was Kissinger’s appearance that settled it for me — a war criminal speaking on behalf of a warhawk and his globalist friends were there to remind us that at various time throughout history, the Senate has to eliminate Caesar and his followers in order for the world empire to grow and flourish in the golden age that we are being programmed into accepting without question.
On Dec. 10, 1974, the U.S. National Security Council under Henry Kissinger completed a classified 200-page study, “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.”
The study falsely claimed that population growth in the so-called Lesser Developed Countries was a grave threat to U.S. national security. Adopted as official policy in November 1975 by President Gerald Ford, National Security Study Memorandum outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in those countries through birth control, and also, implicitly, war and famine.
Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as National sSecurity Adviser (the same post-Scowcroft was to hold in the Bush administration), was put in charge of implementing the plan.
CIA Director George Bush was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture.
National Security Study Memorandum 200 similarly concluded that the United States was threatened by population growth and that measure had to be taken to lessen the population of the United States or that we would be forced to regulate vital resources like food and water.
There were several measures that Kissinger advocated to deal with this alleged threat, most prominently, birth control and related population-reduction programs. He also warned that “population growth rates are likely to increase appreciably before they begin to decline,” even if such measures were adopted.
A second measure was curtailing food supplies to targeted states, in part to force compliance with birth control policies: he stated that “There is also some established precedent for taking account of family planning performance in appraisal of assistance requirements by AID U.S. Agency for International Development and consultative groups.
He stated that population growth is a major determinant of increases in food demand.
“Mandatory programs may be needed and we should be considering these possibilities now,” the document continued, adding, “Would food be considered an instrument of national power? … Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?”
Kissinger also predicted a return of famines could make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary. In other words, it would be advantageous to create famine in order to curtail birth and thus reduce the population.
Kissinger was clearly advocating starving people in the United States.
He clearly stated that the resource depletion would have to appear to be natural and quite possibly connected to an environmental impact on agricultural yields.
Of course, given the precedents set by Nazi eugenicists and numerous ancient infanticidal cultures, capping the number of humans allowed to be alive at any time may seem like an egregious violation of human rights.
However, the disengagement process and the threat of Climate Change on agriculture and food demand is now creating the ideological breeding ground for population control and eugenics directives.
As the alleged threat, Climate Change continues to threaten the well-being of the entire planet, and the alleged depletion of resources including food –technocrats have now stated in a recent opinion piece in Science, that it’s time to take population control more seriously than ever.
They are no longer hiding the true agenda behind the Climate Change scare and it includes the original thoughts of population control that were first provided by Henry Kissinger in 1974.
Furthermore, Bogaarts tells Science:
“Given this current situation and the sensitivities surrounding reproductive rights, the purpose of our Science Forum comment was to get the climate community and in particular the IPCC to take population policy more seriously.”
Slowing future population growth “could reduce global emissions by 40% or more in the long term,” they write in the article, adding that a smaller population would make it easier for nations to adapt to the inevitable lifestyle shifts climate change will bring.
Among the population control measures they outline in their article are providing better public education for women and girls as well as establishing voluntary family planning services that help women choose when and how often they get pregnant. They acknowledge that even these programs are controversial, noting that many religious and social groups oppose one key tool for family planning — contraception, out of the belief that it promotes promiscuity. It won’t be easy to get everyone on board with this idea, but the best strategy, they write, is to promote a “human rights” approach to population control — one that emphasizes the right of an individual to choose the size of their family so that the effects on emissions dovetail with improvements in individual well-being.
As you can see it is all in the wording; of course, they aren’t suggesting we revert to history’s brutal techniques to cap populations to mitigate climate risk.
But Kissinger did, and even suggested that perhaps there should be a self-imposed famine that appears to be happening naturally to warrant a warning of depletion – Climate Change provides the excuse for the starving of the planet and the excuses to revert back to population controls that include the encouragement of infanticide, the sterilizing of the mentally ill, health assessments, euthanasia, and reproductive laws.
If ever there were doubts about so-called “conspiracy theorists” reports regarding world population reduction plans and efforts, you now can put them aside and take a long-over-due reality check on what’s been in the works since the early 1970s under the “tutelage” of none other than globalist Henry Kissinger.
It should also be noted that his plans through the auspices of the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations and the United Nations have been already implemented in Africa.
Back in 2011 the Malawi Voice, reported that at least 131 Malawian children were vaccinated at gunpoint after having previously fled the country with their parents to avoid them because of religious beliefs.
Reports indicate that a number of children and their parents belonging to Zion and Atumwi Churches fled the southeast African country of Malawi to neighboring Mozambique a in order to avoid a measles vaccine campaign.
It was reported that the vaccines contained an adjuvant that left women and girls sterile.
Back in 2014, we knew of the United Nations sterilizations programs in Kenya.
Even though “Fact Check” will tell you that these programs are not documented or are false claims—It was Henry Kissinger’s suggestion that sterilization programs also be carried out in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Turkey, Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Mexico, Columbia and Brazil.
It can be noted that the Zika virus was allegedly causing reproductive problems with women in Brazil.
Here in America, we are also being exposed to chemicals in foods and in pharmaceuticals that are creating erectile dysfunction, and fertility problems in women.
All one needs to do is examine the CDC’s Vaccine Excipient & Media Summary to find the numerous vaccines containing apparent infertility ingredients of one form or another, or probable contributory chemical-pharmaceutical aspects to health issues preventing either copulation or conception due to inability to act/perform or ‘hidden’ chemical castration via vaccine.
Meanwhile, children are not getting the kind of nutrition they need because of the lack of quality food stuffs.
Children’s health status in the USA is at an all-time low and they are not expected to live as long as their parents.
It is also appropriate to indicate that mandatory vaccine compliance is near an all-time high for children aged 19 to 35 months.
They can prevent fertility with their built-in neurotoxic chemicals, which no human should be subjected to receiving at any age from birth to death. Mandating receiving such health-harming and deprivation-of-reproduction chemicals is nothing short of crimes against humanity, but it is certainly mandatory in order to combat the effects of Climate Change.
Henry Kissinger in his “Action to Develop World-Wide Political and Popular Commitment to Populations Stability” states the following: Although 31 countries, including China, have national population growth control programs and 16 more include family planning in their national health services ── at least in some degree — the commitment by the leadership in some of these countries is neither high nor wide. These programs will have only modest success until there is a much stronger and wider acceptance of their real importance by leadership groups.
Such acceptance and support will be essential to assure that the population information, education and service programs have vital moral backing, administrative capacity, technical skills and government financing.”
The dangers of a political agenda parading under the cover of a scientific pretext have already been exposed by the agendas of the past, and that cost can be measured in human lives lost.
