On November 2nd, 2011 I aired a show discussing the nationwide Emergency Alert Notification scheduled for 11/9/11. I expressed concern for the way this was being handled and the idea that 3 minutes will be used to make sure that everyone in the country sees and hears the sounds of what an actual emergency would be like. The procedure was very vague and many engineers and television programmers were wondering how to implement a test that is not supposed to look like a test.
How is it that the government had asked radio and TV programmers to lie to the public and tell them an actual emergency has been activated when it hasn’t been considered for 50 years?
Even when the United States was under attack in New York, the Emergency Notification was not activated. Now we are facing a nationwide drill where the digital grid will be forced to shut down for some mock attack and that the American people will be programmed and desensitized to an Emergency activation without the premise that it is not an actual emergency but a test that is supposed to appear very real and cause real alarm.
I had speculated that extremely low frequency tones could be produced during the 3 minute test and that people would react to the manipulation. I even played tones that affected my audience as they called to tell me that they felt the effects of the tones and wondered aloud why the government was faking an attack and why it was lasting three minutes.
I must admit that much of the concern was posted in the forum known as Godlike Productions and so I was reading many of the posts from that forum.
The Godlike productions forum is controversial and is frequently visisted by Homeland security in order to evaluate the attitudes and actions of people that they consider ‘fringe. There was a post on the forum to tune into my show and listen to citizen concerns about the so called activation of the Emergency Alert network.
The next morning I received an e-mail indicating from my superiors that perhaps someone from DHS was listening.
FEMA and DHS did an about face with their policy about how the Emergency Alert would be activated.
FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has indicated that the audio of the 11//9//11 national Emergency Alert System test at 11 AM pacific time on in conjunction with the Federal Communications Commission, is being shortened from its original 3 minutes and 30 seconds to 30 seconds only.
However there seems to be this vague indication that all cable networks are still preparing for a 3.5 minute black out and have warned their customers that there will be some complications with the blackout.
X-finity customers were warned that they may have to power cycle their cable boxes after the test. Comcast in a memo sent to customers sated the following : If you experience the Emergency Alert System message for more than five minutes, please do the following: Power –cycle your cable box by unplugging the power cord from the outlet, wait 30 seconds and then plug back in. In some cases the service may not return for 20 minutes.
Originally, I reported that the government had indicated the entire test would run as long as 3.5 minutes, but current indications are that the shortened audio will reduce the length of the overall EAS test and while the official from the Department of Homeland security is 30 seconds – there are some outlets that say that there will be a delay that may last 60 seconds.
The details of the test were made clear by DHS and FEMA that they will activate the EAN code, which is the code that says that this NOT a test but a real emergency, This is why they are saying in the public service announcements not to be alarmed. This has never been used before there has never been a EAN code used in these tests because there needs to be presidential approval for the Codes to be used, Even mock codes. While the procedures are vague it seem that whatever happens they will not call it a test but an actual emergency stating that “An Emergency Action Notification has been issued” which will look like an actual alert.
It seems that whatever is happening, it is getting a bad reception from the public. The frightening thing is that there are many people who are unaware that this is happening and worse still there are a lot of things happening right now that could easily escalate into a national Emergency and it seems that the more we edge closer to the date in question the news indicates that a national alert may turn into a real emergency.
The words false flag and psy-op come to mind with this affair and it is frightening to see just how much control is being given to the FEMA and DHS for a crisis that has not yet occurred but has the potential to spiral out of control.

All intelligence teams from the CIA, NSA, and the department of Homeland security work full time making sure that nothing of significance is released to the public as part of a declassification process. Sometimes things do slip through the cracks. Something of concern that really has not been explained to American people is a little something called The Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act.
Passed in 2005, The Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Act while phasing out Analog signals with digital signals provided a new way of controlling media with the use of Digital “blackouts.”
When broadcasts travel through the air they can be intercepted. With digital broadcasts there can be complete blackouts of information and programming which can be a potential government abuse.
The digital signals from radio, television and cell Phones are vulnerable to shut down .
Last August fearing mass protest in San Francisco authorities of the BART system announced that they had shut down power to a strategic number of mobile phone towers, effectively cutting off parts of their system to electronic communications.
According to the Federal Communications Commission, it is illegal to intentionally jam or block mobile communications – the one on-the-record exception being the Secret Service, which often places a mobile blackout “dome” that disables communications near the President’s motorcade. However, by those same rules, it isn’t technically illegal to just turn off power to mobile towers, yielding very much the same result.
Now that we know that the government can threaten shutdown for Emergency reasons we now have to speculate that somewhere in the secret memos of Homeland security big brother is expecting a revolt of some kind or a possible response to a executive decision or war declaration or ELE event.
It is a disaster or peril du jour where we have people occupying the streets in protest, asteroids and celestial bodies that may go rogue, runs on the banks as economies all over the world are failing and police forces that are tired of being told to watch as criminal behavior is increasing with the street protests and vagrancy.
An internal memo in released by the Portland Police bureau and reported by Portland Fox affiliate KPTV shows that the police are preparing for a big dance with protesters. Officers will be required to wear their class C uniform with long sleeves. They will be required to wear their full utility belts and have their gas mask, baton and helmet immediately available.
During a recent march in Portland one man was arrested for shoving a police sergeant into a moving bus. The sergeant was not seriously injured however he could have been killed. This aggressive behavior has alerted the police to be vigilant.
Denver Colorado police and Police in Oakland have already been using tear gas and arresting many protestors and it seems the war between the police and the people is beginning.
A year ago Ground zero reported that the long count of the Mayan Calendar would begin on October 28th, 2011. The October 28th, date signified what is called the end of the cycle of creation or the fullness of creation, meaning that creation had reached its limit and that there would be a trend towards a diminishing population.
On that date the World was preparing for a population of 7 billion people. At the same time reports were being issued that concluded that 7 billion was too much and that there needed to be a study to see if this population is viable for global sustainability.
The independent intelligence online has expressed that perhaps we are seeing what can be the beginnings of the stabilization of growth in the United States. As the population has reached 7 billion people worldwide, there have been proposals for global sustainability which includes destroying some of the population by the use of deployment and enforcement of eugenics directives.
There have also been real concerns raised about a possible war between Israel and Iran and communications between intelligence groups state that the U.K. and the United States are secretly preparing for an attack that may or may not be carried out on November 9th, 2011.
However there are strong indications that the British Navy have already deployed for the conflict and that the attacks are eminent. This could result in a nuclear conflict which could kill hundreds of thousands of people.
On November 8th, an asteroid the size of an aircraft carrier will pass by the earth in a close shave cosmically speaking. Scientists say that there is no danger of a direct hit with the earth there have been reports and statistics given for a direct hit scenario that include impact, a 7.0 earthquake and tsunami waves 70 feet in height.
Whatever you fear is coming close to happening and the federal emergency management agencies are trying to tell us something with their mock drills and police that is suiting up in military gear.
It is time to be prepared for anything or you will wind up with nothing.
