Last year, however, hackers stole the profile and ethnicity information from millions of 23andMe users. For those who handed over their DNA to the popular biotechnology company, you may want to figure out what will happen to it now that they are filing for bankruptcy. This has raised concerns about what will happen to the troves of genetic data it has in its possession.
