Transcript for 12/11/24: UNHINGED WHERE’S MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL? W/ KASH KELLY
I have been observing somewhat of a phenomenon that I feel uncomfortable with and that is how the media and the progressive Left seem to sympathizing with Luigi Mangione.
Mangione is the suspect in the killing of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Taylor Lorenz, who is a left-wing influencer on the internet who loves to attack her ideological enemies said recently in her Substack that she felt ‘joy’ after the killing of Brian Thompson.
Yes, Joy for the cold blooded murder of a man on the street of New York.
She appeared on Pierce Morgan and literally backtracked by saying that she was only joyful that the US is now debating healthcare injustice.
No one’s really buying this. Not least because, a few days earlier, Lorenz had posted, on Bluesky naturally, ‘And people wonder why we want these executives dead’, responding to the news that another big health-insurance firm would no longer cover anesthesia for the full length of some surgeries.
But while Lorenz saying something dumb is not really a news story, she was only saying explicitly what other left wing progressives have been getting at more gingerly-- While the organized American left has more sense than to openly luxuriate in a murder, the leftish influencers, streamers and YouTubers have had no such hesitation, variously describing the alleged killer as ‘so sick’ (in a good way) and snarking at conservative pundits for their out-of-touch, pearl-clutching takes.
The tone across social media more broadly has, indeed, been one of ‘karma is a bitch’, with ordinary posters at the very least struggling to get too upset about Thompson’s grisly end.) The more considered, respectable left-wing take, meanwhile, seems to be: murder is bad, yes, but what do we expect in such a broken system?
This is the same left or so called progressives that were attacking Kyle Rittenhouse in the Kenosha protests.
It is obvious that the left has become unhinged and appears to be product of some sort of derangement --which I am sure will be blamed on Donald Trump,
What is happening?
I watched another online stream of Pierce Morgan ripping into a naive left wing kid who apparently has Trump Derangement syndrome. Harry Sisson who is obviously a paid shill for the left has a fresh face that appeals to the Gen X crowd. He appears to be just a kid who somehow has a Tik Tok audience that loves to watch and listen to talking points that he obviously parrots form the mainstream news -- even saying that he met Joe Biden and said "That he was sharp, and dynamic behind closed doors."
He even said that he met him and was thrilled to see that his President was energetic and not a senile old codger.
He has deemed himself a social media influencer , a title that I am still trying to understand. I guess it is because he has 1.5 million followers on his social media.
During the 2024 U.S. presidential election, Sisson nearly doubled his social media followers.
I guess it is partly because he is 22 years old -- and will say anything that this anti Trump and feeds into the frenzy of Trump Derangement syndrome.
There was another young guy that was being interviewed alongside him that was vicious about the Trump win and said that Right now people are grieving, but give them time and there will be massive chaos in the streets as people will find the courage to conduct a revolution -- perhaps civil war in order to make the point that we will not bow down to tyrants.
I heard this guy speaking and I thought that this type of talk goes beyond the typical girl with purple hair, jack Skellington tattoo and nose ring crying on Tik Tok because Kamala Harris lost the election.
This was clearly something that smacked of mental illness -- and then other news items that I avoided talking about started racing past me and I felt the need to talk serious about something that the left calls a pejorative from the right.
Trump derangement syndrome. Yes -- the left will say that it is a politically incorrect way of making fun of those who feel loss after the election but the way this loss is expressed goes from normal grieving to dangerous.
Since Donald J. Trump defeated the Democratic Party after years of indictments, harassment, an FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago home and threats on his life he still managed to win the election much to the surprise of those who believe the Propaganda about Kamala Harris.
People were stuck with the choice of dealing with the devil they know or the obsessed party that said nothing about their policies-- but were hell bent on creating a bogeyman that they called the "New Hitler."
This was so out of the margins that past conspiracy theories they spun paled in comparison. So many people were fed the idea that the country was moving towards fascism that now in the aftermath -- people online claim that they are terrified about what is to come.
In fact some offices around the country were offering crying sessions in order to grieve -- other places like doctor's offices put up huge signs that said "Political Free Zone." Patients were not to speak about their losses or even their feelings of victory, because they were triggers for violent or unruly behavior.
Trump Derangement Syndrome has some serious implications for those who hate the former President so much that it made them mentally ill. However, according to Psychologytoday.com, TDS is not considered a mental disorder:
Mental illnesses are officially classified in a dense and dry book published by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) known as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5). This book contains 947 pages and lists hundreds of mental disorders; TDS is nowhere to be seen.
Similarly, a review of scholarly databases such as MEDLINE and Google Scholar reveal no academic papers on this alleged syndrome. Officially at least, TDS is not a real, diagnosable, or treatable mental disorder
TDS should be considered a legitimate mental disorder. Since Trump was elected in 2016, the liberals became enraged with anger allowing them to commit violent crimes against Trump supporters. We saw the rise of ANTIFA and Black lives Matter-- The Proud Boys and other radical groups that would face off and destroy cities with their battles.
I say this because this derangement is on both sides of the spectrum -- both left and right.
There are several recent examples concerning TDS. According to CBS News "A Texas man who wore a hat supporting Donald Trump punched an election worker who told him that wearing items endorsing a candidate are prohibited at voting sites, The election worker was a 69-year-old man who was arrested on felony charges of assaulting an elderly person."
That was just one example, but it gets worse, even crazy because after Trump's victory, there were "crying sessions" offered by employers. Yes, crying sessions.
The Christian Post reported that
"The U.S. State Department reportedly offered therapy sessions and mental health services for employees distressed by President-elect Donald Trump's recent electoral victory last week, including what one source described as a "cry session." The post also mentioned that "An internal State Department email offered employees the opportunity to go to a one-hour event during which they were encouraged to discuss their feelings about the presidential election, according to multiple internal sources who spoke to The Washington Free Beacon."
The irony behind therapy sessions after Trump's victory is that psychologists will earn massive profits from victims of TDS. The NY Post reported that "Liberals in deep-blue New York City shocked and disturbed by President-elect Donald Trump's election victory are flooding shrinks' inboxes looking for appointments."
isn't it interesting that while Psychiatrists won't call TDS a real mental disorder they are more than happy to cash in on the misery.
TDS gets ugly, in fact, disturbing. The NY Post headlined with 'Minnesota dad who ranted against Trump election gunned down wife, ex-girlfriend and his 2 kids in murder-suicide' based on a report on a father who was distraught from the fact that Trump won the election:
The man shot and killed his wife, ex-partner, and his two sons before turning the gun on himself, according to authorities. The shooter, 46-year-old Anthony Nephew, had a "pattern of mental health issues," Duluth Police Chief Mike Ceynowa said on Friday — one day after authorities found five people dead inside two homes in the city.
Another recent headlined from the NY Post, ‘Wife of prominent trans writer hacked father to death with ice ax after Trump's election night victory: cops' if this does not have TDS written all over it, I don't know what is:
A space rocket program manager butchered her father with an ice ax on election night after a breakdown following President-elect Donald Trump's victory and was found smiling and clapping, covered in her loved one's blood, cops said.
Corey Burke was responsible for the bloody rampage — in which she allegedly strangled, bit and hacked her 67-year-old father in the $800,000 Seattle home they shared — calling it an "act of liberation,"
Then there is the 4B club where women are shaving their heads, swearing off male female relations ships --and others are actually getting medical procedures where they are having their fallopian tubes removed -- all because of the election victory of Donald Trump.
It is also being reported that women are showing people online how to use a poison called 'Aqua Tofana' for male Trump supporters, Aqua Tofana is a strong poison that can be used against men because they voted for the evil 'Orange Man." and that "Internet searches for Aqua Tofana have trended since the close of the election— was created in Sicily around 1630 by a woman named Giulia Tofana, or Tofania, and was historically used by women to free themselves from relationships by killing men — spiked shortly after the election results." This is obviously a serious issue in regards to the TDS phenomenon.
It is important to acknowledge how the mainstream media (MSM) has played a significant role in propagandizing people to which has led to a TDS crisis in America. Many people who suffers from TDS believe that Trump is the next Adolph Hitler, but as we all know, Trump may be many things, but obviously, he is not Hitler re-born.
As the sprint to the finish line happened you may remember all of the vicious, hate filled propaganda that was used to try and convince people that Trump was a fascist and the scare tactics that apparently were cleared by editors of major news media to enrage people who were already dealing with Trump derangement.
This is just the beginning as both right wing fanatics and liberal psychotics are driving themselves insane over Trump's win. It will get worse as we will see more people effected with Trump Derangement Syndrome as the new regime assumes power in January 2025.
The American Psychiatric Association should seriously consider TDS a real mental disorder and declare it a national crisis or you will read more horrifying stories in the newspapers of people committing crimes against Trump supporters because of their different opinions and ideologies. TDS is a problem and it should be taken more seriously.
These new types of mental illness brought on by cultural trauma are not just a political phenomenon there are other weird psychosis that has developed because of what is called the "new normal."
The film The Matrix was so effective that it created a mental disorder in people called “Matrix Delusion” where people actually thought they are living in a computer program. The movie “The Truman Show” also was effective in creating a disorder where people believed that they are living in a reality TV show.
If movies are that effective in shaping minds and altering reality, could there be an effect on humans if they are constantly augmenting reality-- this is what is being done right now as some men identify as women --women identify as men -- some identify as black or Asian --while others identify as cats and dogs -- and walk around in costumes -- we also see people that identify as vampires -- this is what we have been apt to tolerate.
I guess some of it his harmless, but when other people are harmed, or when it disrupts the normal day to day -- it can be dangerous and must be dealt with in a manner where therapeutic consultation should be used to find out why people are deciding to part with reality.
Is this an act of expression that we will grow out of? Four more years will be exhausting if we continue to see people become seething monsters that wear their political ideologies on their sleeves.
In a recent incident at the U.S. Capitol, South Carolina Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace was reportedly assaulted by a male trans activist.
The suspect was subsequently apprehended by the authorities. Mace has been a figure of controversy lately due to her staunch advocacy for maintaining gender-specific bathrooms on Capitol Hill, a stance that led to House Speaker Mike Johnson officially endorsing the rule.
In a personal social media post, Mace stated, “I was physically accosted at the Capitol tonight by a pro-tr*ns man. One new brace for my wrist and some ice for my arm and it’ll heal just fine. The Capitol police arrested the guy.
This firm stance on preserving single-sex bathrooms was a response to the election of Delaware Rep Sarah McBride, a transgender individual, as reported by The Post Millennial.
This statement came in the wake of a recent incident where activists occupied a women's bathroom on Capitol Hill, with a video of them dancing and singing in the bathroom going viral.
Mace has reported receiving death threats following her advocacy for women on Capitol Hill. She has also had disagreements with other representatives, such as New York's Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, over her insistence on maintaining gender-specific bathrooms, a stance that Ocasio-Cortez opposes.
Of course the violent acts against the right are a product of Trump derangement syndrome.
It is all about a continuum of reactions, ranging from verbal expressions of intense hostility toward President Trump to overt acts of aggression and even violence against anyone supporting or anything symbolizing him.
Assumes draconian policies against women, minorities and LGBTQ.
The recent assassination attempt on Trump’s life provides compelling evidence of the volatility and potential dangers of TDS if left unchecked.
Many wonder how it all began-- well, I remember something a while back called Bush Derangement Syndrome in 2003.
Some of the same behaviors were had then as well but as time went by the brainwashing patterns continued and when 2016 arrived we had a media willing to breed the psychosis.
It is also a product of a country that is highly entertained and less educated.
Trump derangement begins when you think that a President alone can enact laws and eliminate entire agencies within the federal government by himself.
It continues when you oppose the caging of asylum seekers under Donald Trump, but support them under Biden and Obama.
You may have Trump derangement syndrome if you refer to anyone that approaches foreign policy with a level head to be a Putin loyalist, a Russian asset, or a Puppet of Putin.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes you to ridicule those who won’t vote for the Democratic candidate while claiming that the Democratic candidate you are forced to vote for every election is saving democracy.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes hate for war criminals like Dick Cheney to vanish into thin air once they endorse your candidate.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes you to call conservatives racist while endorsing a candidate that jailed many Black Americans just for possessing a plant.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes you to “believe women” as long as those women are not accusing a Democrat.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes you to treat corporate media’s word as that of god if it makes Trump look bad.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes you to scream “terrorist” when Bin Laden murders 3,000 people, but look the other way when Biden cozies up to Al-Qaida in Syria.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes you to believe the Democratic candidate is fighting climate change while enacting policies that resulted in record oil production during their term.
Trump Derangement Syndrome causes you to call Donald Trump “Hitler” while supporting a candidate that is actually doing what Hitler did.

It is really sad when you cannot escape from a person that is so overwhelmed by their fear that Donald Trump is back in power that they can barely spare attention for anything else.
You see it all the time on social media -- something serious is posted and someone thinking they are funny throws in something completely random about Donald Trump.
They have trouble sleeping, their work performance suffers, and their children begin to ask questions about the lack of attention which they are displaying.
With right leaning individuals with TDS we see people that become so dominated by thoughts about Trump, that their entire personality appears to have undergone a change. Their obsession with “all things Trump” has caused them to lose interest in many things that used to be important.
They automatically believe everything that Trump says, and they get angry with anyone who criticizes him. This has caused them to lose friendships.
They feel anger much more often than they used to. When friends point this out, they agree that they are more angry, and they say that everyone should be angry about all the bad things that are happening these days.
Is it bad if we criticize our President regardless of Party? But the problem is the fine line that goes from critique to downright malicious accusations that are endorsed and repeated by the media.
Trump has been in the crosshairs of this type of aggression for 8 years --and now we are going to have to endure another hateful four years of this insanity?
I don't know if we can last that long with these deranged people who feel victimized by an election.
