It looks as if there was another shooting rampage in Wisconsin. This time at a private Christian school. A student opened fire at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, about 80 miles west of Milwaukee, three people are dead and six others are wounded,

Madison police said the shooter was found dead as well.

Madison Abundant Life Christian School serves approximately 200 families from 56 different churches in the Dane County area, according to the institution's website.

At least 390 students are enrolled at the 28-acre campus.

Friday was set to be the students' final day before being released for Christmas break.

Timing is everything as 12 years ago we were all talking about another mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary school. 

It all happens in cycles which makes everything seem less random or it makes things sound as if there is a pattern involved where one event echoes another and the numbers and planets align to teach us a lesson. 

it is as if are living in a demon haunted world --and that it is designed to be that way -- it is like we have no control of our minds and how everything seems to be out of our control. 

One of the classic tropes of conspiracy theory is the idea that when an assassin or a shooter goes on a rampage and kills a political leader. a company CEO or shoots up a mall or a school we can attribute the killers mental disintegration on mind control carried out by dark figures that use magic, hypnosis, and drugs to trigger someone into becoming a killing machine.

When our government undertook their various individual programs for exploring the possibility of mind control they were seeking out a way to disintegrate the personality of a subject and then replace it with some other convenient form that they could easily control.

During the Cold War, the purpose of this mind-altering was of course to create an army of unwitting “Manchurian Candidates” but it was also a way to create a cult of intelligence that can be called on or triggered at a moment’s notice to carry out some clandestine mission.

In Dr. John Coleman’s book, the “Committee of 300,” it is documented that there have been plans in the works to socially engineer the populace into accepting a “controlled superstate.” This super government can only be implemented if the people demand it. The way it is engineered is through several shocks to the system which in turn manipulate and wear down the populace into adjusting their principles for the coming changes.

The idea is to allow the idea of transcendence to die off in the human being making him more of a beast or an animal easily controlled and manipulated through trigger phrases, sounds, numeric sequences and other stimuli. The subject is then reborn and reprogrammed to do the will of its master.

This raises a lot of questions among those of the consensus.

They wonder if the there is that fuzzy line between sanity, insanity and external mind control that can conducted by Artificial Intelligence or intentional gang stalking or electronic harassment.

The public is left to decide what psychosis is and whether or not artificial environments and psychological operations trigger people into rages – or even prompt people to commit acts of murder.

Typically, these questions are left to be answered by technocrats and to the intelligentsia of related scientific fields. There are some psychoanalysts that declare that mind control and the resulting mass hypnosis and hysteria are myths concocted in the wild imaginations of conspiracy theorists that long for outrageous explanations for simple things.

It is however daunting, that the majority of people have limited knowledge of how mind control can be used to push people over the edge. When asked about what they know about mind control, the majority of people will immediately bring up the notorious MK Ultra program, a remnant of the Cold War brought to us by Nazi intelligence, borrowed from Project Paperclip.

There is also the well-known book and movie the Manchurian Candidate.

The Manchurian Candidate is a well-known conspiracy thriller novel by Richard Condon, about the son of a prominent political family who has been brainwashed into being an unwitting assassin for the Communist Party. The novel was adapted for the screen in 1962 and again in 2004.

The story goes that during The Korean War, Captain Bennett Marco and Sergeant Raymond Shaw were part of a platoon that was captured in 1952. They are taken to Manchuria, and are brainwashed to believe that Sgt. Shaw saved their lives in combat for which the Army awards him the Medal of Honor.

Years later, Marco, now an intelligence officer, starts suffering from a recurring nightmare about Shaw murdering two of his comrades, all observed by Chinese and Russian officers. When Marco learns that another soldier from the platoon also has been suffering the same nightmare, he sets to uncovering the mystery and makes a terrifying discovery.

Shaw is being used as a sleeper agent for the Communists, programmed as a guiltless assassin, subconsciously activated with a particular trigger – the Queen of Diamonds in a deck of cards. Thus, he is activated, kills the target, and immediately forgets.

Many people who are fans of the 1962 version remember that Raymond is triggered when he gets a phone call from an agent that tells him that perhaps it is time for him to play a game of Solitaire.

He then proceeds to play until the Red Queen turns up. 

The phone rings again, and the voice asks Raymond if he has seen the red Queen—Raymond says yes, and the agent then gives him instructions on where he needs to be for a mental checkup.

In the 2004 version Liv Schreiber plays the role of Raymond and his check up scene includes an implant sequence that causes your blood to crawl.

Ever since this story was told there have been many assassins in history that have been suspected of being mind controlled sleeper agents. 

Remote Neural Programming acts as an advanced way of triggering sleeper assassins that have been traumatized and then given instructions through trigger words in books, certain song hooks or even number sequences that the killer is given --sort of a wake up code to start the killing spree-- the same numbers or combination of words or numbers can be used to deprogram the killer --and he or she will therefore not remember what they did.

If we look back in history, where lone nut assassins have been fingered for assassinations we see that there are certain clues that are left behind that makes us wonder if they were triggered by words , phrases and numbers.

The Book Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger has been associated with several violent acts, including the murders of John Lennon , and an assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan.

Mark Davud Chapman murdered John Lennon in 1980 and was found with a copy of The Catcher in the Rye that he had signed "This is my statement" and "To Holden Caulfield". Chapman identified with Holden Caulfield so much that he wanted to change his name to Holden. Chapman read a passage from the book during his sentencing.

Police found The Catcher in the Rye in John Hinckley's hotel room after his assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan in 1981. However, police dismissed the book as an influence because other books were also found in his room.

When Charles Manson took the stand after the Tate/LaBianca murders he testified that ‘the children’ were listening to Beatles music and it told them what to do.

Manson had taught his followers that the music was filled with subliminal messages and symbols, and that they all pointed to one goal: the uprising and Helter Skelter.

An uprising pitting blacks against whites. 

When the uprising didn't come fast enough for Manson, he had to move it along and ‘do something witchy,’ which is what he told Tex Watson and the ‘girls’ to do those infamous August nights of 1969. Manson twisted the lyrics in the Beatles songs to fit his own warped view of what he wanted to happen.

Or he was programmed with backmasking on Revolution number 9 where there were allegedly messages from the devil like "Satan Look at Me" and "Turn me on Dead Man."

There were many songs on the album that could have triggered a mad man especially one that was programmed with the mission of destroying the summer of love.

In October of 2002, 10 innocent people were gunned down in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. When these shootings first began, they were believed to be linked to a white box truck. After the reports surfaced on the mainstream news, many people started to see white panel trucks and started to suspect that the drivers were the killers.

The white truck became a distraction and an object of hysteria which felt like an intentional psychological operation.

When the police reported that a white Box truck was cited at the scene of the crimes, it was also reported that the words Total Recall were painted on the side of the vehicle. This was lost in the reports provided by the mainstream media however the words also trigger the memory of a story that was written about the implanting of thoughts by Philip K. Dick.

The story "We Can Remember It for You Wholesale" tells the story of Douglas Quail, a man who seeks adventure, and a man who wants to see Mars before he dies. He most certainly cant afford the trip so he settles for an implanted illusion.

So Quail goes to Rekal for the Mars extra-factual memory implant, complete with a scenario that has him acting as an agent for Interplan. Then, as the process gets underway, an unusual thing happens; under sedation he begins to recover genuine memories of a past trip to Mars.

A Rekal technician explains the situation quite well in the book:

He wants a false memory implanted that corresponds to a trip he actually took. And a false reason which is the real reason. He's telling the truth; he’s a long way down in the narkidrine (drug). The trip is very vivid in his mind - at least under sedation.

But apparently he doesn’t recall it otherwise. Someone, probably at a government military-sciences lab, erased his conscious memories; all he knew was that going to Mars meant something special to him, and so did being a secret agent. 

They couldn’t erase that; its not a memory but a desire, undoubtedly the same one that motivated him to volunteer for the assignment in the first place.

I find it uncanny that this whole story is so coincidentally pointing to mental programming, perhaps memory implementation, and military training. Philip K. Dick often explored mental programming -- with LSD, extremely low frequency and several ways similar to the MK Ultra tests. 

Total Recall seen on a box truck seemed to trigger sightings of whit box Trucks all of the area where the DC Snipers took their victims.

It could only have been a trigger word or phrase because It was later discovered that these shootings were being carried out by a man named John Allen Muhammad, and his teenage accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo, in a blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice sedan.

What is even more peculiar was how the police apprehended the suspects.

Just before the suspects were found Montgomery County Police Chief Charles Moose was told by the FBI to read a cryptic message at a press conference on national TV.

Words that suspiciously sounded like a blatant trigger phrase used to deprogram the killers.

Chief Moose read the cryptic statement:

You have indicated that you want us to do and say certain things. You have asked us to say we have caught the sniper like a duck in a noose. We understand that hearing us say this is important to you.

The message had to be repeated and said word for word without substitutions. 

No one asked why the message was given over national television, only that the killers allegedly left a note saying that the phrase needed to be said for the killing to stop.

The Killers literally asked to hear their trigger phrase to end the killing. 

The phrase itself was determined to come from a Cherokee parable. About a rabbit that says that he can catch a duck and eat him. He uses a noose to catch his prey and the Duck then takes off into the air with the rabbit hanging on for dear life. The rabbit eventually lands in a stump and is forced to eat his fur to survive.

Miraculously, the killers were found.,

The media also seemed to embrace the similarities between these shooters and the shooters in the Columbine High School case, Where it was believed that Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris were triggered by listening the Marylin Manson music and watching the film, The Basketball Diaries.

In the basketball diaries the killer is wearing a black Trench coat. This was also seen in the film, The Matrix -- the film that one of the DC Snipers Lee Boyd Malvo said that he was programmed into believing it was not fiction and that all of the victims were programs.

Malvo claimed that he would be part of an army of black “super children”: seventy boys and seventy girls who would flood into the United States from a secret compound in Canada to combat racial injustice and build a more perfect society from the bottom up. 

Lee Boyd Malvo, a seventeen-year-old immigrant from Kingston, Jamaica, was “very confident that this could be done,

The plan was to get the government to stop them by paying them off. This would be enough to start the army.

Malvo said in his initial confession. “You keep your enemy fortified. You stretch them out and make them weak.” If the police didn’t catch them and the government refused to pay them, they would keep killing until the authorities were forced to declare martial law. “Bringing the military in,” Malvo said, “would tear this side of the country up with the economy, tear this whole faction up. Tear this whole section of the country up.”

On December 8, 2003, Malvo’s lawyers showed jurors a particularly violent ten-minute clip of The Matrix. The jurors were informed that Malvo had watched the film over a hundred times, “to prepare his mind for what was going to lie ahead.” Malvo identified with the hero, Neo. 

Again we know that they were both the DC snipers were programmed -- but the main question is who?

It is important to give you just a taste of the history of what can be seen as MK Ultra Programming of would be assassin. From Lee Harev Oswald to Sirhan Sirhan there have been conspiracy theories about what triggered them to be in the wrong place at the worng time.

In fact they may not even be the killers at all but programmed to say they did it to cover up any and all false flag events.

The recent case of Luigi Mangione the alleged killer of United Health Care CEO Brian Thompson is again raising questions about MK Ultra grooming and trauma which may have lead the young man to kill. There seems to be a code or numeric sequence that appears to be coincidentally multiplying like a Psychic Loop.

The Number 286 -- may be a trigger sequence of numbers that activated this sleeper assassin. The number 286 is everywhere in this case which may indicate proof of what is called Psychic driving. 

Psychic driving was a psychiatric procedure of the 1950s and 1960s in which patients were subjected to a continuously repeated audio or visual speaking or numeric sequencing. These numbers or words were called Trigger phrases --and when used would activate an alternate personality in the assassins brain.

A week ago Mangione was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel.

New York prosecutors have charged Mangione with murder after he was apprehended on weapons charges in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He was recognized by a McDonald's employee which lead to his capture.

Police found that he was carrying a firearm, a fake New Jersey ID that matched the one the suspect used to check into a New York hostel, and identification with his real name.

While authorities were busy scrubbing his social media accounts there were many social media sleuths that were able to get pictures of his accounts.

A picture posted on Mangione's social media account shows a Pokémon card featuring Breloom, the 286th Pokémon in the official Pokémon Pokédex. 

There are more 286 coincidences that I believe indicate that he was being conditioned with psychic driving.

The number 286 appears to correspond to the exact number of tweets made by Mangione on his personal Twitter account before he was caught by the authorities.

Mangione was found in a McDonald's in Altoona PA, which is exactly 286 miles away from the Thompson murder scene outside a Hilton hotel in Midtown Manhattan.

Mangione's disdain for the medical insurance industry has been well-documented, as he referred to "parasites [who] simply had it coming" in a three-page handwritten document in his possession.

Coincidentally 286 is a denial code used by healthcare providers when the appeal time limits for a claim have not been met.

This means that the healthcare provider or the billing entity did not submit an appeal within the specified timeframe after receiving a denial for a claim, so the claim is denied based on the failure to meet the required appeal deadline.

The killing of Brian Thompson, although "horrific" has caused the world to "collectively shrug," due to the fact so many people are denied healthcare support in the U.S. In other words many people that have made claims have been 286ed. 

It is also interesting coincidence that 286 days before the Killing of Brian Thompson , United Health Care had a massive security breach.

Change Healthcare, was purchased by UnitedHealth Group and suffered the cyber attack. 

It is also interesting to note that National Insurance awareness day is June 28th. If written in reverse digital that date is 28/6.

Social media has also pointed to a scripture in Proverbs 28:6 that says ""Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than a rich man who is crooked in his ways".

The Luigi Mangione "286 conspiracy theory" hinges on the idea that a single number ties together various elements of a murder case reflecting either deliberate symbolism or an unusual string of programmed synchronicities.

It is also interesting to note that he was part of an IVY league gaming group the popular assassin video game 'Among Us'

Among Us, a wildly popular multiplayer game, involves player assuming the roles of “crewmates” or a secret “killer” aboard a space ship. 

The goal? The killer must eliminate crewmates without being caught, while others attempt to unmask the culprit.

Isn't it Ironic that Mangione was an alleged masked gunman where people everywhere were trying to unmask him?

The reason that this is important is because the backgrounds of these so called killers are mundane -- but there are clues surrounding the incidents where patterns emerge.

There are numbers, song lyrics , video game triggers -- they all add up to the practice cod Psychic reinforcement -- taking the over all gaming aspect into consideration -- notice numeric coincidences and looking at social media activity.

The cases all seem to fit a pattern that has always been associated with military trained Manchurian candidates. Many Americans really do not understand the secret science of “brainwashing”, Mind Control or behavior modification, directed towards the creation of the “sleeper” assassin, or programmed killer.

The idea is to create a killer who will surrender his volition at the hint of a trigger word or phrase. His kills are according to plan and they are layered like an onion. Each skin is peeled away to reveal that some very interesting programming has been implemented in the brain of the killer. 

Some of the things you hear in most of these cases are that the killer not only kills but he has some strange ritualistic fascination with numbers, words or phrases and possible literature. 

These oracles are used to trigger an implanted thought or hypnotic suggestion. These assassins literally become dormant zombies waiting to go off like ticking time bombs.

Elite efforts to control our minds are long-standing, multifaceted and sophisticated although most trigger people’s (unconscious) fear as a basic component of their efforts.

Terrorized during childhood into submissive obedience to authority, bamboozled by a staggering array of mind control techniques and technologies of which there is almost zero public awareness, entranced by the latest technological gadget while reassured by the delusional promise of greater ‘privacy, security and convenience’, only a rare human is perceiving how these individual components are just parts in an overarching program that is progressively drawing us into a trap which will render those of us left alive into transhuman slaves within the technocratic walls of the Elite’s ‘smart’ cities.

Thus, for example, the vast number of people who accept payment to do Elite bidding – including those working in the public relations, propaganda, censorship and technological mind control industries – have clearly been terrorized out of their moral autonomy and, hence, are incapable of perceiving and acting in concert with the general human interest.

But most people are already so entrapped by a combination of Elite measures that there is no realistic prospect, in the timeframe available, of helping them to escape Elite influence sufficiently to survive the current range of threats to their identity, privacy, security, freedom and life by resisting these threats effectively.

Tragically, we are at a point in human history when the obstacles to retaining autonomy over one’s mind are enormous. 

And if you have retained sufficient control over you own mind, then you will know, intuitively if not intellectually, that resisting the Elite’s complex and sophisticated program is going to require considerable effort both by you as an individual and by those we can mobilize to respond powerfully too.

Awareness of this vast manipulation is key to avoiding dangerous thought forms that enter in and algorithms that push people into self-harm or harming others.
