Transcript for 12/2/24: UVB-76 – ROCKET TO RUSSIA

In these times where is seems that we have wars and rumors of war, we must understand that most of the truth is a casualty and that much of what we know should allowed to change and bend with the times.

Adapting to new information and uncomfortable anomalies is imperative for today’s troubled and outrageous times. I know that many of us stick with our political views because we want to believe that those who are in charge have our best interests at heart.

We have been told to keep the faith and I guess it is an attribute, but I believe that soon we will all have our faith challenged and announcements in the news, the unthinkable will be the reality and cynicism will form like a huge cloud over the consensus reality and everything we have suspected about science, religion and prophecy is about to be revealed. It will happen in such a way that we will be unconvinced because of how everything anymore is just a fleeting dream.

Remember that what was once hypothetical or impossible will be the reality for the moment and this reality will only be an expedient band-aid that will not last and will not stop the hemorrhaging apoplexy that exists in the world.

I am curious to know -- when have human beings developed this belief that no one in power could possibly be corrupt, or have ulterior motives to benevolent governance?

It seems impossible for them to believe a politician could be a “bad guy”-- they have made it a nauseating imperative against Donald Trump --and even in the face of all of that smearing and assassination attempts he is now the President-elect.

Does anyone remember how during the Cold War no one was trusted? The government was a nuisance and not a help? At the time according to the Book Everything Is Under Control -- that prior to the 911 attacks, 60 percent of the American people did not trust their government.

I was around 10 or eleven by the time the Watergate scandal reached its peak and Nixon left the office of president in disgrace, nearly everyone, at least in the US, was questioning the legitimacy of our leaders.

Now, people rally behind the corrupt mobster that they believe is the lesser of the evils.

It was after 911 that the government stepped in and acted like a parental authority that told you what rights you had -- and what to hate and fight against.

However, I have a secret fondness for those days because Cold War conspiracy theory was always more entertaining than the current conspiracy atmosphere -- the mainstream media sees conspiracy theory as an affront to them.

I think they have resented this since the day TMZ reported that Michael Jackson had died before the mainstream could get their hands on the story, there was also the Boston Bombing where most news outlets were getting their news from Twitter. 

It has always been cut and paste with the media. They won't report anything unless it is approved by the Pentagon. The wrongdoing they do gets a free pass for some reason and Americans are developing this Stockholm syndrome where we somehow sympathize with those who enslave us.

Most of the wrongdoing they do is conscious, intentional, and often downright evil. They can be psychopaths, and psychopaths should never be forgiven if they hurt you—they should be held responsible for their actions.

The fact that the Biden Administration has pushed us closer to World War III does not seem to concern people -- I guess they believe that we will win a nuclear battle -- and now we hear that after Biden has put a target on every American he has now Pardoned his son Hunter Biden. This is a reversal for the president, who repeatedly said he would not use his authority to pardon his son or commute his sentence.

Hunter Biden was scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 12 for his conviction on federal gun charges. He also was set to be sentenced on Dec. 16 in a separate criminal case in which he pleaded guilty to federal tax evasion charges in September.

The president issued a "full and unconditional pardon" for any offenses Hunter Biden has “committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024," according to the White House statement. 

A senior White House official told NBC News, which was the first to report on the pardon decision, that the president decided over the weekend to grant his son a pardon and began to inform his senior aides Sunday. 

Again we are in the final weeks of Political Purgatory where anything can happen and so far, Biden has become more of a liability now than he has ever been.

Biden is using his pardon power to ensure Hunter Biden does not spend time in jail as he nears the end of his term in the White House and has no future election to face. 

Considering all that has happened in the world recently, I think it is a safe bet that Biden's transition of power includes bringing down the House of Cards and leaving a trashed government in the hands of Trump -- and more and more he shows his true feelings toward the American people.

The conspiracy is evident and a scorched earth policy seems to be the agenda. 

Those in the conspiracy have a goal they want to achieve, and in so doing they may kill a large amount of people -- or create hardship and trauma which programs us into becoming fearful bunnies who are highly entertained but grossly uninformed.

I know that perhaps there are a few of you out there who think I am extreme for believing that the very people who have such control over our lives may see us as useless eaters but considering recent actions of this administration, it is about the only thing that makes any sense.

But somehow there are acclimation and programming that creates “normalcy bias”. Reinforced by an impulse that market theorists call “rational expectation”. The latter is counter-balanced by something they call “perverse incentive” or “moral hazard”. 

Bottom line: We live in a society of programmed zombies and prostituted collaborators. It’s not really an intellectual problem. It’s an ethical one.

I am hoping though that there are a few Americans who are waking up to their surroundings and are vigilant in making decisions where they are prepared for what comes their way --and psyching themselves up for the unthinkable -- that is a traumatic and devastating blow to your routine -- and the overall ceasing of the Bread and circus existence you have.

Something happened to me over the Thanksgiving holiday that reminded me of Cold War anxiousness. I have always told the story of my aunt Lilly and how at Thanksgiving, she would always bring over her radio, where you could listen to shortwave bands and those scary number stations—that were used to inform spies about their next missions using numeric code.

One of those stations that we always stumbled on is known as the "Buzzer" or UVB-76 – the Russian Nuclear dead hand beacon that broadcasts on the frequency 4625 kHz.

It broadcasts short, monotonous buzz tones, repeating at a rate of approximately 25 tones per minute, 24 hours per day.

It has been proposed that the buzzing sound is merely a channel marker used to keep the frequency occupied, thereby making it unattractive to other potential users. 

It has also been suggested that the Buzzer is part of the Dead Hand system –where the signal is there to indicate that the nuclear missile systems are online and that if it stops-- a nuclear retaliatory response will happen if a nuclear attack hits Russia.

I was often told that once the Buzzer stops broadcasting -- it means that missiles will launch as it is assumed that Russia has been attacked and the station has been kicked off of the air.

Well just like old times - I decided to go to the internet and see if I could find a website that was broadcasting the Buzzer in real time. I went to the site -- and there was a headline that said "UVB-76 VOICE MESSAGE 28.11.2024 17:33:25 UTC."

I was shocked -- the buzzer did stop and was interrupted by the sound of someone blowing into a microphone and a man coming on the air saying, Nikolai, Zhenya, Tatiana, Ivan. Of course, the rest was Russian Code that I did not understand -- but it certainly was a heart stopper as I wondered what the message was about knowing that we are seeing all kinds of scary moves by both Ukraine and Russia --and of course the nuclear threat.

I stopped and pondered the question of why now and what a coincidence that I just happened to be listening at the time of the broadcast.

I am sure it was just a harmless test -- at least that is what I am hoping but I am also fully aware of the mess we are in at the moment. 

The repercussions of a global conflict involving nuclear weapons, sooner or later – would mean increased poverty, destruction, and most likely the extinction of the human species. Why is the retiring Democratic Government so determined to play with radioactive fire?

President Biden changed his position, allowing U.S. weapons to be used inside Russia. With Putin’s comments on the record, this means either the Russian President is “bluffing” or Biden wants NATO to be involved in this war. Biden, or the neocon pulling his puppet strings, wants to start World War III!

The Russian government made it completely clear that a decision to fire missiles into Russia means the West is at war with Russia. Nevertheless, the insane West fired missiles into Russia.

Putin responded with a demonstration of a new hypersonic missile that completely destroyed a Ukrainian armaments production facility. The missile travels at a speed that the West cannot intercept and was designed to carry nuclear warheads. The message to the West is clear: If you persist in your war with Russia, you can expect widespread destruction. 

Are we going to come to our senses, or is it more important to widen the war to lock Trump in and prevent him from reaching a peaceful end to the conflict?

The Russian Buzzer is supposed to be the dead hand switch and whatever was happening in Russia, the military decided it was time to clear the channel and give instructions to operatives.

I find this disturbing -- it triggered some chilling Cold War vibes -- and believe me, I was obsessed over what the message implied.

Is this evidence that Russia is about to make a major strike in the near future?

Zelensky is demanding Europe and the US put themselves at risk of destruction simply because Russia responded to a missile attack by the West from Ukrainian soil with a missile attack on a Ukrainian military facility. What sense does this make? None.

Zelensky has also suggested that a ceasefire could be achievable if NATO extends its protection to the parts of Ukraine under Kiev's control. This would allow for a temporary resolution to the war, with hopes of negotiating the return of occupied territories through diplomatic means in the future.

Zelensky was asked about reports claiming that one of US President-elect Donald Trump’s proposed strategies for ending the conflict could involve Ukraine conceding the territories seized by Russia in exchange for NATO membership. Zelensky responded that the key to ending the “hot phase of the war” would be ensuring that the unoccupied parts of Ukraine are brought under NATO’s umbrella, provided the alliance recognizes Ukraine's internationally recognized borders.

While Zelensky appeared to accept that the eastern regions currently under Russian control may remain outside such a deal for now, he stressed the urgency of bringing Ukraine’s controlled territories under NATO protection.

There are considerable and insidious forces at play when it comes to the development of the war in Ukraine; a swirling mass of think tanks, globalists and bureaucrats are doing everything in their power to instigate an international conflict between the US, the EU and Russia. 

They’ve specifically been looking for a way to leverage the Western populace into supporting direct and open warfare.

The Democratic Party, once considered the “anti-war party”, is now the Warhawk party. Add to that a gaggle of frothing Neo-Con leftists and globalists posing as conservatives like Lindsay Graham and Mitt Romney, and it’s difficult to see how we will be able to avoid an escalation. There are people on both sides trying to trigger greater bloodshed and anyone who calls for peace comes under threat of censorship and even death in some cases.

Keep in mind, that the promise made by NATO to Russia in the 1990s was that they would not attempt to move east once Russia tore down the Berlin Wall and unified Germany. 

The promise was broken and of course, we are back to square one with Russia -- all that time of bringing down the wall and working for peace has all been destroyed thanks to neocon ideologies that have put us in harm's way.

The war of course has intensified and the media still will not report how intense it has become.

The corporate media will not talk about these developments. They will diminish them until Russia is on the verge of gaining a vast amount of ground and then they will act indignant, saying “How could this have happened?” Then they will call for Western troops to enter the fray -- we are really close to American boots on the ground. Germany and France are ready to play Army and we still have a month or so before Trump takes office and attempts to end the conflict.

The only thing that might stop this outcome is Donald Trump’s promise to force negotiations between the Kremlin and Kiev on day one of his administration. The problem is, that’s less than two months away and the globalists are using that window of time to sabotage any future peace efforts. Their goal is to turn the proxy war into an open international conflagration.

This puts us full circle into the first discussion about corruption --especially in the last days of the Biden administration.

How do the neocons that pull Biden's strings turn the proxy war into a world war without looking like the bad guys? That’s the trick, isn’t it?

The proxy, in this case, Ukraine would have to take actions that provoke Russia into an explosive outburst. Russia would have to utilize tactics or weaponry that put a vast number of civilians at risk, requiring greater NATO involvement and perhaps even UN intervention.

It is truly evil that they need to escalate the war into something bigger, something that can’t be undone. 

If there are more massive civilian casualties on either side, the situation becomes irreversible.
