Transcript for 4/24/24: GOT BIOTERRORISM? ZOMBIES ARE GREAT MOTIVATORS IN SUPERMARKETS W/ A.W. FINNEGAN AND DR. RENA SALYER

In April 1998, President Bill Clinton read a Richard Preston novel, “The Cobra Event,” about a biological attack on the U.S. using a lethal virus that spreads like the common cold. According to a report based on a candid interview, the book scared the Bjeezus out of him.

It is evident that bioterrorism, and disease outbreaks certainly scare people into avoiding a zombie apocalypse as we can see that in the 21st century, the telltale signs of thought planting were evident.

The media ushered in a well-coordinated push to generate fear about a repeat of the 1918 flu pandemic, jumps of deadly viruses from animals to humans (“spillover,” zoonoses, and epizootics were the new terms to be mastered used , and the continued reminder that our enemies are giving us biological warfare threats.

As I have reported weeks ago, the Bird flu is becoming the evergreen go-to, for the media to dredge up fear of a possible pandemic or epidemic, even though the threat at the moment is low. 

Federal regulators said today that samples of pasteurized milk from around the country had tested positive for inactive remnants of the bird flu virus that has been infecting dairy cows.

Officials did not say how many samples of pasteurized milk had tested positive for viral fragments or where those samples had come from. Those are key questions, experts said. A minority of the samples tested positive, according to two people with knowledge of the data who were not authorized to speak publicly.

If the fragments are present in many samples throughout the commercial milk supply, it would suggest that the outbreak is likely to be far more widespread than has been believed.

While there appears to be no danger to the public the continued effort to plant seeds of panic about the bird flu continues, and will continue as world powers are preparing to render the world under the hand of a medical police state. 

The CDC and mainstream media claim that avian flu has killed over 100 million chickens. It has not. USDA rules have forced growers to cull over 100 million chickens. When one chicken has a positive PCR test for bird flu, every chicken in the chicken house (and sometimes all those on the farm) must be killed. 

Is that test even accurate? 

Expansive claims like these are what gets the public going, and putting up with incursions on their freedoms.

Scientists have been critical of the federal response, saying that the Agriculture Department has been too slow to share important data and has not adequately pursued the testing of cattle for the infection.

I think the timing of all these stories seems to be perfect for a plan that could bring us right back to some of the restrictions we saw with COVID-19. 

This would include The World Health Organization's registration for a World Health I.D. which is being proposed and perhaps ratified on March 24th, 2024.

What does WHO even offer us? Apart from providing a hook for globalists to gain more power, control and wealth, the WHO offers nothing to the citizens of developed nations. 

It does provide some benefits to developing nations, but those benefits could probably be achieved at a much lower cost, and with preferable local decision-making and control, through another organization or through health ministries.

But there is a whole lot more to this story that needs to be revealed. 

If you did deep enough you will find that there has a been a roadmap in place for decades, providing conspiracy fodder for a world takeover and depopulation plan provided by the World Economic Forum, The United Nations and the World Health Organization.

The WHO documents its role in training healthcare workers and burial teams in infection control, community engagement activities and providing epidemiological data.

Furthermore, the organization published numerous technical guidance documents, hosted a series of meetings on vaccine options, developed diagnostic tools and expanded laboratory services . Yet none of these activities provided direct patient care, strategic managerial oversight, or the infection control that the outbreak response needed. 

Ultimately, due to a vacuum of international leadership in the operational response which several in the international community expected the WHO to perform), the patient care, infection control, and management were left to others.

The WHO, UN, and WEF were more concerned about the continuity of world affairs--and what could be done to bring about a world order, following economic breakdowns and social collapse. 

Food and agroterrorism where pathogens are introduced to the food supply seem to be the way they will bring nations to their knees. 

Food prices are skyrocketing in grocery stores around the world, and some world leaders say it’s due to climate change. Their solution is Agenda 21, the United Nation’s 100-year-long master plan for humanity and the 21st century, which is broken down into shorter 15-year plans. The current plan is Agenda 2030, which aims at “transforming our world for sustainable development” according to the UN.

Agenda 2030 is now being implemented across the world. In America, it is implemented as the Biden administration’s 30×30 agenda, a plan to take 30 percent of America’s land completely out of production by the year 2030, resulting in small farmers and ranchers being forced off their lands. In other countries like The Netherlands, Dutch farmers are forced to shut down due to the government’s “green policies” that limit nitrogen emissions. In Sri Lanka, farmers are fighting for their survival because of the government’s ban on synthetic fertilizers.

While we are seeing a global war on farmers, the World Economic Forum and the United Nations are pushing people to eat bugs as a solution to reduce climate change, and world hunger, and save the planet. 

In 1979, a declassified review claimed that the United States intensified its development of ethnic weapons designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic differences and variations in DNA.

These weapons were classified under Project Code named MK NAOMI which specifically was a plan to store materials that could either incapacitate or kill a test subject and to develop devices to use for the diffusion of such materials over widely populated areas.

Much of the details of the operation and how the materials were dispersed are scarce. However, new programs replacing M.K. NAOMI through the U.S. Army’s Special Operations Command gave evidence of at least three covert techniques for attacking and poisoning crops and animal products that have been examined under field conditions.

These poisons and other additives were actually placed in foods in order to see how the body would react to exposure… this would result in eventual recalls of things like ground beef chicken and even peanut butter.

In 1978, the Palestinian Liberation Organization began to poison Israeli oranges in European markets, injuring 12 and seriously damaging the Israeli economy. But then the activity stopped. Europeans in at least three countries became ill from eating Israeli citrus products – oranges, lemons, and grapefruit that had been contaminated with mercury, which presumably had been injected under the skins of the citrus products with a syringe.

The Chicago Tylenol murders were a series of poisoning deaths resulting from drug tampering in the Chicago metropolitan area in 1982. The victims had all taken Tylenol-branded acetaminophen capsules that had been laced with potassium cyanide. A total of seven people died in the original poisonings, with several more deaths in subsequent copycat crimes.

No one was arrested because authorities could not find who was responsible. These incidents led to reforms in the packaging of over-the-counter substances and to federal anti-tampering laws.

The question is, if simple bioterror was done then, could it be that it is being done now? 

Is the tainting of milk products evidence of this? 

What would be the motive?

Well there is the proposal for the health passport that is being rammed through -- creating a worldwide medical police state.

The United Nations also wants to be the enforcement arm of the whole affair. This is part of the itinerary for a September Conference called "The Summit of the Future."

In the Summit they will outline the power structure of the world order if the world faces a major crisis.

The Secretary General of the UN António Guterres has put out briefs where he is calling for the UN to be the one world global dictatorship with him at the helm.

The UN would have all power in emergencies and have all power to oversee emergency response … They say the crisis could be a biological attack, climate crisis, an economic crisis, an environmental crisis, a pandemic crisis, a black swan crisis, or maybe something from outer space.

So, basically, anything could be a crisis, and when the Secretary-General declares a crisis, all power and authority would go to the UN. This is like a blank check on the wealth and liberty of every person on the planet, and this is coming soon. 

It is eminent. 

This is coming in September at the UN, and it is a power grab of historic proportions. They know their time is short, and they are going for the big enchilada here. This is really a summit for a tyrannical future … They want control of every aspect of your life.

In the interest of safety, they could also postpone or cancel elections.

What if they declared that the United States has been attacked by bioterrorists, which leaves the country at the risk of spreading a dangerous pathogen?

Would The UN interfere with our elections? Could there be a false flag bioterror attack used to create pandamonium before the election. 

Back in 1984, the Rajneesh bio-terror attack made headlines when more than 750 people were poisoned with Salmonella in The Dalles, Oregon. A leading group of followers of Osho, then known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh had hoped to incapacitate the voting population of the city so that candidates who were members of the cult would win the 1984 Wasco County elections. The incident was the first bioterrorism attack in the United States, and the single largest bioterrorist attack in United States history.

This is a strategy overlooked, what if the food supply is tainted and a large number of people are just too sick to vote? Or perhaps they are too sick to mail in their ballots?

We certainly couldn't have the vote be carried out online.

Or could we ?

We have been told that the Chinese and Russians have electronically manipulated our elections electronically, so where is the solution?

The health czars have been pushing a disease X for some time now -- I am sure they are looking for the best time to unleash it -- or at least recruit an army of patient zeros to spread their pathogens. 

Americans rarely consider the potential for our enemies to attack our nation's agricultural infrastructure and food supply with biological weapons. 

They should. Agriculture security is national security.

Back when we were at the peak of the War on Terror, it was reported that U.S. Navy SEALs found a list of pathogens and a schematic that terrorists allegedly planned to use to produce bio-weapons.

In addition to six human pathogens, ten pathogens targeted food, six targeted livestock and poultry, and four targeted crops.

Any threat to our country's food production and security would have devastating economic, social and political impacts. The agriculture sector in the U.S. is a $1 trillion business and employs approximately 9.2 percent of American workers. 

In 2012, domestic animal agriculture – livestock and poultry production – generated approximately 1.8 million jobs, $346 billion in total economic output and $60 billion in household income.

More than two-thirds of existing, emerging, and reemerging plant and animal pathogens can be transmitted to people and as such, present significant threats to human health.

Now, there have been many reasons these diseases show up in the food, and in most cases, they are isolated instances where farm animals like pigs, deer or cows, defecate on the plants—and there have been cases where immigrant workers have done the same thing –and again this is usually controlled with recalls.

This certainly gives you a reason to think twice about eating your organic salads -- and reminds us to wash our greens thoroughly before we consume them.

It is also important to point out that there is a portion of the document known as the Project for the New American Century that specifies how future “Pearl Harbor” events will create a need for an expanded surveillance society and militarized police state:

“New methods of attack — electronic, ‘non-lethal’, biological — will be more widely available … combat likely will take place in new dimensions, in space, cyberspace, and perhaps the world of microbes … advanced forms of biological warfare that can ‘target’ specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool”

It is basically the full outline of what they have planned for the future to ensure the world order so that everyone will be under the control of the prison they wish to create on Earth,

It makes you question your own stability when you consider that perhaps there are crisis talks about what kind of manufactured crisis is to be initiated and when it will be carried out. The manufactured crisis must also have maximum impact to create a climate of fear and absolute urgency to create a fear-based consensus that will demand a solution as easy and as fast as possible.

The list of potential unconventional weapons and methods of simple terrorism has been published by alphabet agencies classified under ‘Terrorist Organizations and Unconventional Terrorism’. The literature has recorded several unconventional methods that are used by terrorists using simple items that can be obtained anywhere without a background check.

One of the most important sections of the literature deals with the contamination of food water and drug supply. 

Water and food supply terror models are the most complicated and the hardest to solve because food contamination sources and methods can appear to be naturally occurring. Bacterial and chemical contaminants happen regularly in the food supply. It just seems as though there has been an inordinate amount of warnings about Turkeys and vegetables—the main staples of the family dinner. 

This “unconventional” method of terror is “old school” and yet it is called unconventional.

Regardless of your definition of terrorism, drug and food tampering is terrorism without political purpose. It is usually done to weaken economic progress and to sabotage products to restrict consumer confidence. It is hard to track any drug contamination to organized terrorism because of the conspiracy of silence.

There is often corruption and collusion at the local level between governments and companies about food and drug tampering or contamination. 

Mainly because of psychological effects and loss of product confidence. Sometimes the contamination of a product is known by a company weeks before any press release is issued.

Unfortunately, The United States tends to think in terms of the short-term spectacle when it comes to terrorism. They see the explosions, the drama, and the heroic saviors that rescue the victims.

We will not notice any terror event unless it has all of the trappings of a Hollywood action movie. Our disconnection from the natural world makes us believe that risk and benefit unfold at a blistering pace. If we see a horrific event and do not find an enemy to pin it on immediately we are not satisfied that it is a real terror event.

For a terrorist group with patience, a slow-motion disaster in ecological time would be a perfect tactic against an enemy that thinks in terms of days or months but would suffer across the generations. 

We are seeing this happening in the aftermath of COVID-19 and the excess deaths from the side effects of the vaccine. 

Bill Gates warned us that this would happen and that the media which is fed billions in advertising dollars from big Pharma will not report this. 

But they will still use the Zombie apocalypse as a motivator to get the people to shoot up, mask up, and lockdown.

 Federal health officials in the past have waited until they had more specific information before such a strong warning about a staple food was issued. The decision-making behind warnings of this type always involves striking a difficult balance between safeguarding public health and not wanting to decimate sales in a part of the food industry until there’s conclusive evidence.

It is common for them to give vague and broad warnings is in situations like this – because if the fact that a known unconventional attack can cause people to reject certain foodstuffs – the economy can’t afford a lack of confidence in the food supply -- but it can be used to the advantage of those who wish to weaponize certain foods and create scarcity.

A terrorist group might not have the ability to attack an entire food supply but might have access to food industry facilities and can stage a successful local attack. The food industry has four vulnerabilities that terrorists could target: 1) food products, 2) industrial chemicals and systems, 3) personnel and trucking, and 4) rolling stock.

Experts say willful sabotage and illegal behavior are almost impossible to guard against since inventive individuals can potentially adulterate product with metal, glass, wood, biological or chemical hazards, and contaminants. Past examples have included dead animals and bodily fluids.

Seasoned veterinarians and livestock producers alike have been scratching their heads trying to understand the media’s response to the avian flu. Headlines across every major news outlet warn of humans becoming infected with the “deadly” bird flu after one reported case of pink-eye in a human.

The last vestiges of America’s food freedom and decentralized food sources are quietly being targeted by the full force of the federal government.

It is quite convenient and suspect that the very foods they wish to eliminate from our diet are being targeted --and have been found to contain remnants of bird flu.

Can someone see this for what it is?

Is it all just a figment of our collective imagination? 

There is no easy answer to preventing an aggrieved person, or in fact a terrorist, from contaminating the food turning up on supermarket shelves. Just like we cannot rule out that the spreading of a pathogen in our food could be the dirty work of a government, or an enemy that wishes to change the way we consume proteins in our diets.
