Transcript for 9/19/24: REMOTE CONTROL – HONEY, I ANSWERED THE IRON W/ DR. JOHN HALL

After talking with Leo Zagami about NATO’s cognitive warfare strategy I was moved to study up on hybrid warfare weapons. They are known as the silent weapons for quiet wars.

It is where death comes at the movement of a joystick and the pressing of a button – remote control death and maiming. Insanity is being triggered by remote means.

In the year 2000 the Scientific and Technological Options Assessment (STOA) panel of the European Parliament published a study entitled “Crowd Control Technologies” where it wrote:

“In October 1999 NATO announced a new policy on non-lethal weapons and their place in allied arsenals… The most controversial non-lethal crowd control and anti-materiel technology proposed by the US are so called Radio Frequency or Directed Energy Weapons that can allegedly manipulate human behavior in a variety of unusual ways… the greatest concern is with systems which can directly interact with the human nervous system… The research undertaken to date both in the US and in Russia can be divided into two related areas: (i) individual mind control and (ii) crowd control” (pg.liii). 

Directed energy system was further defined in the technical annex as „Directed energy weapon system designed to match radio frequency source to interfere with human brain activity at synapse level, with the note:

“Highly classified program and hard data is difficult to access.”

In June 2023 the Washington Times wrote:

“China’s People’s Liberation Army is developing high-technology weapons designed to disrupt brain functions and influence government leaders or entire populations, according to a report by three open-source intelligence analysts. The weapons can be used to directly attack or control brains using microwave or other directed energy weapons in handheld guns or larger weapons firing electromagnetic beams, adding that the danger of China’s brain warfare weapons prior to or during a conflict is no longer theoretical“. 

Already in the year 1997 the Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College wrote:

“Potential or possible supporters of the insurgency around the world were identified using the comprehensive Interagency Integrated Database. These were categorized as ‘potential’ or ‘active’, with sophisticated personality simulations used to develop, tailor and focus psychological campaigns for each.

In this text the technology of “personality simulations” was not disclosed, but from the text it is obvious that directed energy or radio frequency weapons are supposed to be used. Does not this publication propose establishment of the USA as a new totalitarian superpower, which will be hardly possible to defeat?

Commander Cornelis van der Klaauw from Royal Netherlands Navy, and Expert from Strategic Communications and Information Operations NATO Joint Warfare Centre, wrote in an article in 2023:

“The reason why cognitive attacks go unnoticed by their targets is that cognitive activities bypass the conscious mind and directly target the subconscious of a person… most of our decisions are made by our subconscious… Cognitive attacks are aimed at exploiting emotions rooted in our subconscious, bypassing our rational conscious mind”.

As a result we are living in the world, where democratic states base their ideology on the policy of human rights defense, but at the same time they keep in secret the weapons which can be used to eliminate human rights and abolish even the right to freedom of thought and consequently the democracy itself, since the voters behavior can be controlled by governments at the time of elections. For as long as those weapons are not declassified, there will be no guarantee, that they will not be used against citizens and that democracy will remain a ruling political system in the western world.

Modern neurotechnologies have been applied to individuals since the 1990s.

There have been incidents that are suspicious and where things like computers or any other electronic device can now be sued as a tool that can be weaponized as a Active denial system. 

It has always been a science fiction trope where a cell phone or even a computer is triggered by remote control and explodes in your face. There was also a film called the Kingsman where a mad mastermind finds a way to transmit a killer wave using the cell phone. When activated the cell phone turns into a mass Active Denial weapon causing people to freak out an turn on one another.

In the film The Valentine Corporation is known for providing new technology to many markets around the world, mostly in the communication industry due to Valentine's expertise of providing new tech for a wider range of networks.

During the events of the film, Valentine intends to change more of the world by having his company give away SIM cards that can provide unlimited calls and Internet on his network. Much of the world's population are delighted by this offer and accepted, but unknown to them, every single one of the SIM cards can transmit a neurological wave that triggers aggression and switches off inhibitors in a person's brain, which will make that person violent and resort to killing.

It later turns out that the entire Valentine Corporation is involved in a plot that will use the SIM cards to engineer a series of mass murders throughout the world that will reduce the human population.

There is a violent scene in a Church where one of the main characters is targeted by remote control and goes on a murder rampage.

Guaranteed you will never feel the same way about the song, Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd again.

It has now become a strange omen of predictive programming as Israel just conducted the most spectacular cyber-physical twin sabotage in history.

In the first such attack, at 3:30 pm on Wednesday Sept 17, thousands of encrypted pagers carried by Hezbollah operatives across Lebanon, Syria and Iraq exploded simultaneously, killing at least a dozen individuals, including two children. A day later, hundreds of walkie-talkies used by the militia exploded at the same time, and they were apparently potent enough to set fire to an apartment and a car. More than a dozen individuals were reportedly killed in the second incident. 

More than 3,000 individuals were reportedly wounded by both attacks. This figure probably includes those injured in Syria and Iraq.

Just how were these attacks executed? According to preliminary reports, the Mossad had intercepted a new shipment of Hezbollah-bound pagers about five months ago, and duly planted nearly 20 gm of PETN, a highly explosive material, on its lithium ion batteries along with malware that would cause heat surges upon activation. 

The pagers and walkie-talkies were activated simultaneously — on consecutive days — to ensure that it would be the owners, i.e., Hezbollah operatives who would be the ones picking them up. This would ensure maximum casualties. 

Some of operatives claimed that before the explosion they felt a heat surging throughout their bodies and threw away their devices upon sensing an unusual sensation.

Many mainstream news outlets erroneously termed these events as “cyberattacks”. Technically, this is incorrect as pagers and walkie-talkies, unlike smartphones, do not rely on internet-based networks or cellular transmissions. 

Pagers use radio-based broadcasting systems and relay systems while walkie-talkies rely on direct radio communications. These are less sophisticated devices which do not involve the complex network infrastructure associated with cellular devices. 

Since the affected pagers had some level of encryption, they would have had a software component, unlike the walkie-talkies. Rigging the pagers would involve software and hardware manipulation or substitution while only the hardware needs to be tampered with in the case of walkie-talkies. 

There had to be some sort of message or invisible signal that activated the communication devices having them explode by remote control.

Therefore, the correct terminology for these attacks would be direct energy cyber attacks.

These merge the direct energy systems also the digital and physical worlds, to cause tangible harm.

Most pagers today are Made in China but apparently the AR-924 model ordered by Hezbollah came from the Budapest Hungary called BAC Consulting KFT, which has a license from Taiwan’s Apollo Gold to manufacture and market them under the latter’s brand name.

BAC Consulting is helmed by Cristiana Bársony-Arcidiacono who was known for her pro-Russian, anti-Ukrainian posts on LinkedIn. That would have been the perfect hook for an organization like Hezbollah.

Some experts claim that these devices were tampered with at source, the assembly plants. This would suggest official collusion with the host country where the plant is located in this case Hungary. The more likely scenario is that shipments of these devices may have been intercepted and substituted with rigged facsimiles during transit or in a warehouse.

The recent attacks also exposed a shocking security lapse on the part of Hezbollah. It is a universal security protocol to subject samples of sensitive shipments to intense scrutiny before distribution. The pagers, in particular, were ordered five months ago. A few of them would have malfunctioned, necessitating repairs. A keen eye would have detected that something was amiss. 

The Israelis however would have gamed out this scenario and had probably taken the “least risky-most effective” option — just camouflage the compromised batteries and hope that Hezbollah lacked savvy technicians who could thoroughly deconstruct any sampled devices. The batteries in both sets of devices were ingeniously enveloped with PETN. Once the batteries were remotely heated beyond safety thresholds they exploded --as it was reported by some that there was a feeling of heat surging from the device into the body.

With IoT, A.I. and advancements in active denial systems it is now easier to target someone using active frequencies that can detonate appliances , or even remotely cripple the mental state of the individual -- hacking the human brain as if it were an appliance as well.

Remote assassinations" using active denial systems and technological advancements involve exploiting vulnerabilities in appliances and even nuro firings of the brain creating sensations of suffocation, heart failure and the feeling of extreme heat on the skin . 

For example if the target has a networked medical device, like a pacemaker or insulin pump, a hacker could remotely manipulate its functions. They could alter the heart rate or insulin dosage, leading to a fatal medical event.

Remote assassinations can take a highly-personalized form as well. Can your smartphones be compromised to kill or injure you? An increasing number of people are drifting off to sleep while engaging their smartphones. Many actually end up sleeping over these devices. A remote surge by an active denial weapon could to the Rouleaux effect red blood cells clump in you brain causing a stroke.

The victim dies in their sleep --by remote control. 

These devices are also increasingly purchased online and can be swapped during transit with facsimiles that contain lethal hardware and software components. In the future, will we hear of someone being killed or injured by a smartphone that had “suddenly” emitted a dangerous burst of radiation? Or one that exploded right next to their head? It is possible. 

This could also be one of the reasons why diplomats developed Havana Syndrome. Where an active denial system can be used to trigger appliances -- making them remote controlled weapons able to cripple or even create brain damage.

Diplomats and their families recounted high-pitched sounds in homes and hotel rooms at times intense enough to incapacitate. Long-term, the symptoms included nausea, crushing headaches, fatigue, dizziness, sleep problems and hearing loss.

This could also could be the explanation for a strange event that occurred during a Trump Rally last Thursday.

The headline read: “20 Supporters Seated Behind Trump Onstage were Rushed to the emergency room with ‘Blurred Vision’ and ‘Eye Burns’ After Rally in Tucson, Arizona.”

Trump supporters were affected by burning sensations and blurred vision all of whom were seated on the left side of the stage.

The cause of the symptoms remains unknown, and an active investigation is underway.

Supporters from the “Latinos for Trump” group were among the most severely impacted, including Pastor Eli Moreno and his wife, Francesca. Pastor Moreno described mild discomfort, but his wife’s symptoms were far worse.

A listener to Ground zero was at the rally and called the radio show to tell us that he witnessed something strange. He said that it was most definitely a hot day -- and of course most people in Arizona are used to it. The listener said however that he noticed a number of people getting out of the line at the rally complaining of direct heat to their face and their eyes swelling up.

They felt a heat surge that was like a slap in the face from a hot iron.

People complained of blurred vision, and their faces swelling up.

Mayra Rodriguez, a Planned Parenthood “whistleblower,” shared a similar experience, explaining that just 30 minutes after leaving the rally, she was unable to open her eyes due to extreme burning.

Rodriguez said "When I got to the hospital, they told me I had a chemical burn,” days later she is still dealing with blurry vision and sensitivity to light.

Her initial thoughts of it being allergies seemed to go out the window when she started to hear from several other people that were seated near her at the event, reporting they too suffered eye injuries.

Danielle Alvarez, a Senior Advisor to Trump’s campaign, acknowledged the situation and assured that the campaign is investigating.

Kathleen Winn, a former Congressional candidate from Arizona's Congressional District 6, spoke to News 4 Tucson after the event, saying: "We hope there's no nefarious actors in this and this is not a strategic hit."

Well -- it can be said that there is always a possibility that this rally could have been targeted with active denial systems that are capable of burning the skin and triggering conjunctivitis.

Active denial systems are heat weapons that have been used before on protesters.

It works, according to the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office’s by producing radio waves. It creates a “focused beam of millimeter waves at a frequency of 95 gigahertz”; that beam is “only physically capable of reaching a skin depth of about 1/64 of an inch.” 

It can cause burn injuries and in some cases eye and brain damage.

It doesn’t employ an infrared beam, but instead uses shallow, pain-producing millimeter waves. It does not cook the skin but causes a sensation of pain.. If you get out of the line of fire, you don’t feel it -- Those who have experienced it comment that “it feels like your skin is on fire.

Directed energy weapons have not yet been transparently and appropriately tested, and PHR has serious concerns about their short- and long-term medical impacts. It is hard to conceptualize a test that would fulfill federal ethics guidelines for research on human subjects.

The weapon’s long-range capabilities limit opportunities for the use to assess-on-the-ground conditions, potentiating the risk for its inappropriate or disproportionate use.

We all have heard of the government’s plan to identify and disable—anyone that they see as a potential threat. We are also hearing of how advanced technology can be used to push you and your mind in directions they would certainly never go –and when you engage in unfamiliar activities you are left wondering if you did it because you are having a psychotic break or if something is contributing to some unexplained behavior.

It was Aldous Huxley that postulated that in the Brave New World of the future that we would be bombarded with so much stimulation that people would be reduced to passivity and in order to be thrilled or even shocked there would have to be stimulation so intense that it would have to render the person close to near-death or even to experience the feeling of dying to know true intense stimulation.

Huxley also prophesied that in the future it would be more difficult to start a revolution because what would not be taken into account is how easy it will be to distract the person of the future and how easy it would be to use drugs and advanced technology to target someone like a lab rat and have them do things that they would have no control over.

When Huxley read Orwell’s 1984, he was troubled by the idea of fascist controls being implanted through a series of traumatic jolts to the psyche.

He wrote a letter to Orwell and told him that he felt that the world’s rulers will discover that infant conditioning and nacre-hypnosis would be used to control the masses. He also knew that mind control techniques would advance with the arrival of technologies that would render someone helpless and debilitated.

The only way that they could gather what little independence they have would be to love their servitude. Once again they would have to give in to the gaslighting and manipulation brought on by brain technologies and drugs that are meant to steal a person’s cognitive liberty.

It can be argued that we are living more in the world imagined by Huxley, enforced by the propaganda and government machine introduced by Orwell.

The new tech is necessary to continue the unabashed propaganda that fires neurons to replace old ones—it will be the most amazing mind bending device.

Propaganda is not enough – we are now backing it with electronic manipulation, and while algorithms are simple tools in shaping the mind as there are more advanced methods of torture that targets the individual making their lives a total nightmare.

Last year, we reported that scientists at MIT were able to figure out how to use a laser to transmit audio, ranging from music to speech, to a person across a room without any receiver equipment.

The MIT team described how it developed two different methods to transmit tones, music, and recorded speech via a laser.

Both techniques take advantage of something called the photoacoustic effect, which is the formation of sound waves as the result of a material absorbing light. In the case of the MIT research, that material was water vapor in the air.

For one of their methods, the researchers “swept” a laser beam at the speed of sound, changing the length of the sweeps to encode different audible pitches.

This technique allowed them to transmit sound to a person more than 8.2 feet away at a volume of 60 decibels — about the loudness of background music or a conversation in a restaurant — without anyone between the source of the sound and the target hearing it.

For the other method, they encoded an audio message by adjusting a laser beam’s power. They said this technique produced a quieter but clearer result.

As cool as it would be to use a laser to sneak a message to a friend across a crowded room, the MIT team has far more important applications in mind for its technology.

They believe further research will allow them to scale up the transmission distance, which could make the technique useful in dangerous situations, such during a mass shooting — authorities could beam instructions directly to individuals without anyone else hearing them.

However there have been writers, analysts and even conspiracy theorist that believe that this technology has been used to transmit messages into the heads of suspects of mass shootings.

For years there have been people who have made claims that they have been victim of this synthetic telepathy long before it became commercially known.

Now we are seeing the possibility of wiping out people by remote control -- or drive them crazy enough to kill or otherwise break down.

Those who survive suffer from burn, nausea, dizziness, tinnitus, difficulty with sleeping, deafness, even mild brain trauma. 

It is all part of the strategy of tension used in a new form of cognitive warfare and no American is immune to this type of brain manipulation.

That is the scary part -- and it could happen suddenly without warning where that nice neighbor next door freaks out and has freezer full of dead cheerleaders in his house.

Answering the phone would be similar to answering the iron where you suffer from third degree burns .. and having pieces of shrapnel in your face.

This is advanced sabotage --and raises a lot of paranoia. Could your appliances turn on you? Is this all limited to the middle east or do we have to worry.

This is the brave new world - and we hope that we can be brave as things begin to become more dangerous in the Technocracy.
