Transcript for 9/20/24: 4IR – PREPARE THE CHAINS

To accelerate the paradigm shift toward full spectrum control, cognitive warfare is being used as a significant upgrade over mere psyops of the past – has been declared on the global population. 

The purpose of this war is to modify human thought, belief, behavior, and identity. According to a 2021 NATO report, cognitive warfare is defined as :

“a combined arms approach that integrates the non-kinetic warfare capabilities of cyber, information, psychological and social engineering to win without physical fighting. It is a new type of warfare defined as the weaponization of public opinion by external entities. This is carried out to influence and/or destabilize a nation.”

A separate NATO report from 2022 adds that cognitive warfare is:

“…the most advanced form of human mental manipulation, to date, permitting influence over individual or collective behavior, to obtain a tactical or strategic advantage. …the human brain becomes the battlefield. The pursued objective is to influence not only what the targets think, but also the way they think and, ultimately, the way they act.”

An individual’s cognition is now a target. Advances in cognitive psychology and information communication technology (ICT) enable actors to target individuals’ situational comprehension and will with precision. In light of these changes, cognitive warfare (CW) has emerged as a new war-fighting concept…

Cognitive warfare operations will take on many forms and unfold along varying timelines. Some may focus on reinforcing groups’ or individuals’ existing ideals, while others may seek to disrupt cohesion or accepted beliefs. 

The elites remain determined to conduct social engineering on social media sites like Twitter/X and TikTok. We live in an era of lies, a post-truth existence propped up by the mainstream media. And seeking the truth in this era of lies is the greatest challenge for us in the moral bankruptcy in which we live.

You don't have to be a genius to see that this is happening --and if anyone questions the narrative they are pejoratively called a conspiracy theorist--which through the auspices of doublespeak has now been deemed the equivalent of a liar.

A centuries-old plan to control humanity on a micro-level is being enforced through the construction of a new bio-digital prison system. Relegated to mere conspiracy theory by legacy media and vehemently denied by accused conspirators, the plan continues unabated with only pockets of resistance — nowhere near enough to bring the house of cards down.

The plan has been identified by many throughout the decades. It is both simple and complex; subtle yet overt; ancient yet contemporary; and alluring yet appalling. Under the guise of safety, convenience, and inclusion, humanity is being primed to accept complete and total surveillance as a condition of simple existence in a “brave new world.” That’s the plan in a nutshell. 

It is terrifying to me that this is being ushered in with a smile and a promise of joy -- it is like that horror movie where people have a demonic grin on their face before they commit suicide --willing to accept corruption and prepare the chains.

Even psychics, social commentators, and others have warned us -- even quoting the bible -- like in Ezekiel chapter 7 -- the stanzas are all indicative of an ending that has come and that God is in the process of repaying the liars for what they have done -- the word says 

"Prepare chains!

For the land is full of bloodshed,

and the city is full of violence."

We are seeing the rise in violence to mitigate fear -- fear is part of a social engineering plan --and so is the idea of re-educating the masses to accept Marxist ideology and global rule. 

Might the New World Order use biased, pre-manipulated artificial intelligence programs to try to “deprogram” those with unpopular opinions by persuading them that their logic does not compute?

A recent study on that subject underwritten by the John Templeton Foundation might give so-called conspiracy theorists one more thing to be paranoid about, according to Popular Science.

Critics have already sounded the alarm that leftist radicals in Silicon Valley and elsewhere were manipulating the algorithms used to train AI so that it automatically defaulted to anti-conservative biases.

The next step may be programming any verboten viewpoints into the realm of “conspiracy theory,” and then having powerful computers challenge human users to a battle of logic that inevitably is stacked against them with cherrypicked data.

The study, titled “Durably reducing conspiracy beliefs through dialogues with AI,” attempted to counter the common view that some people will not change their minds, even when presented with what is considered the "mainstream views" that are held as unquestionable facts.

Among those theories tested were more traditional conspiracies such as those involving the assassination of John F. Kennedy or the possibility of alien landings that were known to the United States government.

But others included more immediately politicized claims, such as the lawfulness of COVID lockdowns or the validity of the 2020 presidential election, both of which are a “major source of public concern.”

The study was conducted by having conspiratorial participants engage in brief conversations with AI, with the aim of “curing” the participants of their so-called false opinions.

Researchers concluded that “the treatment reduced participants’ belief in their chosen conspiracy theory by 20% on average,” suggesting that “treating” people with certain facts can indeed alter their opinions, particularly when those facts come from AI bots.

The “treatment” received also reportedly “persisted undiminished for at least 2 months,” meaning that such conditioning could eventuate in regular treatment for those deemed conspiracy theorists.

Ultimately, then, AI conditioning was determined to be a potentially useful tool in addressing the “psychological needs and motivations” of people who believe in conspiracy theories. Researchers speculated that the technology could be implemented online in the coming years, particularly in online forums or on social media.

David Rand, a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who co-authored the study, told reporters that he was optimistic about the future of AI conditioning.

David Rand and his work need to be exposed as the mental equivalent of what Joseph Mengele did for the Nazis in world war II.

Can you believe that he is proud of his work in destroying cognitive liberty by conditioning people to believe a certain doctrine that a body of "fact Checkers" believe/"

Why stop at conspiracy theorists-- I mean if AI can pump propaganda into people and change their views -- am sure with a few electrodes and a gun to the head many people would deny their religious faith and have it replaced by some global civic religion.

Current and future developments in artificial intelligence (AI), cognitive sciences, neurotechnologies, and other related fields will further increase the risks of mass manipulation and lead to the possibility of the militarization of the mind as the battlefield of the future… 

The resulting environment is one of “permanent latent struggles” rather than a clearly delineated state of peace and war. This state has been referred to as “new generational warfare”, “unpeace” or conflict in the “noosphere”.

Wait, what on earth is the noosphere? 

Unfamiliar to most, the noosphere is a concept advanced largely by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, a 20th-century Jesuit priest who fused together elements of biblical doctrine, evolution, and mysticism. Teilhard conceived the noosphere as a realm where human minds interacted through increasingly complex social networks. 

He theorized that the evolving noosphere would eventually reach an “Omega Point,” where the total convergence of collective human consciousness would unify with the “Cosmic Christ.” These teachings were deemed heretical by the Catholic church and Teilhard was publicly denounced. However, his posthumous writings have influenced scores of scientists, futurists, environmentalists, globalists, occultists, newagers, and ironically many Catholics.

One of Teilhard’s most revealing statements undergirding his philosophy is found in his book Christianity and Evolution, where he wrote: “What I am proposing to do is to narrow that gap between pantheism and Christianity by bringing out what one might call the Christian soul of Pantheism or the pantheist aspect of Christianity.

It is Teilhard’s pantheistic views that endear him to the scientific and Big Tech communities. They took up the mantle of advancing the noosphere through technologies like the Internet and social media, hoping humanity would realize Teilhard’s vision.

Omega point is considered flat-lining the brain and then pouring into it new philosophies provided by the state.

So the state would provide the doctrines of the faith and the history that is approved -- this way we will all be programmed for perfect joy and happiness.

It is most certainly a space provided on the despotism Bingo Card.

NATO’s 2021 report indicated that neuroscientific warfare techniques can be used to destabilize “a political leader, a military commander, an entire staff, a population, or an Alliance…” As a result, governments and militaries from many nations are working feverishly to combat the threat mind wars pose to citizens and nations. 

Their alleged goals are to maintain trust in democratic values and processes while simultaneously implementing greater controls on the flow of information. Paradoxically, they are attempting to maintain (the illusion of) freedom, while authorizing new forms of digitized censorship “for the greater good.”

Cognitive warfare is also being used to push the agenda of the open revolution used to brainwash the masses into accepting state socialism.

The goal is to o clear the ground for building up a new civilization by liquidating the old one.

One of the main strategies in liquidating a civilization involves dismantling its legal and philosophical foundations. This role is fulfilled by activists who embark upon “sabotage and revolution” by subverting the meaning of words: If you have noticed the radical Left has engineered a semantic revolution in converting the meaning of terms into their opposite.

George Orwell famously called this subversive language “Newspeak.”

In the proliferation of Newspeak, the reinterpretation of “human rights” has proved to be one of the most powerful weapons of sabotage and revolution. 

The Marxist factions wield their significant influence in the human rights industry to undermine human liberty by redefining the meaning of “human rights” to denote the antidiscrimination principle. Under the banner of equality and non-discrimination, they restrict free speech and other human liberties. In other words, the doctrine of “human rights” now denotes the precise opposite: the destruction of human liberty.

Human rights no longer mean what many might suppose: the right to life, liberty, and property. 

Human rights organizations monitor progress against these categories and ensure that the legal system works in favor of socialist goals and against liberty. 

For example, the United Nations human rights program educates the public on the need to eradicate “hate speech” and interprets “equal protection” of the law, as a fundamental human right, to mean protection from hate speech. 

Just who defines hate speech --and does this lead to show trials where people are also condemned for their thoughts?

Isn't this the definition of "thought crime?"

Unfortunately yes which is again the reason for these experiments in thought conditioning to Omega point.

The United Nations Points out:

Addressing hate speech does not mean limiting or prohibiting freedom of speech. It means keeping hate speech from escalating into something more dangerous, particularly incitement to discrimination, hostility and violence, which is prohibited under international law.

From that description, it can be seen that the UN takes a concept that is well-established in the criminal law, namely, prohibiting incitement to violence, and links it to notions of incitement to discrimination and incitement to hostility, which has never before been recognized as crimes. They annex discrimination and hostility to the charge of inciting violence because, if they did not, it would be immediately clear to everyone that criminalizing “discrimination” or “hostility” amounts to nothing less than Newspeak and thought crime.

In practice, the meaning of human rights is subject to interpretation by courts or other law enforcement officials. Therefore, human rights ultimately mean only what they are interpreted to mean by law enforcement, not what they may theoretically, politically, or philosophically.

Freedom is just a state of mind --and your rights are just wind.

Through Newspeak, the Constitution itself has been reinterpreted, enabling socialists to claim that they support free speech and also support the prohibition of “hate speech.

They can declare what they believe is a conspiracy theory and create laws to jail those who they believe are spreading misinformation they consider dangerous.

Freedom implies the right to choose between assent and dissent. But in Newspeak, it means the duty to assent unconditionally and strict interdiction of dissent.

In that sense, the concept of “hate speech” is not compatible with free speech. In denoting any dissent as “hate,” it is the very negation of free speech and freedom of thought. Through Orwellian Newspeak, ordinary words like “liberty,” “justice,” and “equality”—values that most people would support—have been subverted and harnessed to promote socialism. 

When you consider all the ways “we the people” are being bullied, beaten, gaslighted, targeted, tracked, repressed, robbed, impoverished, imprisoned and killed by the government, one can only conclude that you shouldn’t trust the government with your privacy, your property, your life, or your freedoms.

Beware of those who wish to bully you for having opinions that challenge the status quo -- you are allowed to speak freely, tell lies and even believe them. You don't have to behave the way they say you need to -- you don't need their chaotic social engineering to homogenize public discourse.

Because what is really taking place is a game of bait and switch where citizens are told that due to the proliferation of misinformation, disinformation, hate speech, identity theft, deep fakes, and cyber-attacks, greater control is needed to police the digital public square. 

The globalists have invented this so-called threat of climate change, forced a planned financial collapse, conducted open war, and threatened us with future pandemics.

They are all there to frighten you and make you think you are incapable of handling what the United Nations and World Economic Forum deem a “polycrisis.” Tools such as artificial intelligence, Central Bank Digital Currency, biometric surveillance, and digital ID, have emerged as the “solutions” to these problems.

All of the makings of what can be called the Beast system will be introduced during the apocalypse.

Whether the evolving bio-digital surveillance paradigm is called the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Great Reset, Agenda 2030, or Humanity 2.0, what’s common is the belief that bigger and better tech can transform society “for good” and combat issues of mistrust, corruption, crime, and planetary destruction. However, realizing this utopian vision requires greater levels of transparency, control, conformity, and collective thought. To successfully manipulate the public into either full acceptance or forced submission of this paradigm, the twin brothers of tyranny – surveillance and censorship – have been invoked.

Klaus Schwab, former Executive Chairman of the WEF, spoke about this new world where privacy is “severely restricted” in a 2013 interview, mentioning:

"Everything is transparent, whether we like it or not. This is unstoppable. If we behave acceptably, and have nothing to hide, it won’t be a problem. The only question is, who determines what is acceptable.”

In a 2016 interview with Radio Television Suisse, Schwab elaborated further on transparency, stating, “In the new world, you have to accept total transparency. It will become part of your personality… Everything will be transparent. If you have nothing to hide you have no reason to be afraid.”

Once an imagined dystopia but now quickly becoming a reality, omnipresent bio-digital surveillance creates an inescapable societal panopticon. The “new world” Schwab refers to is being steered by the technocratic elite running all governments, corporations, NGOs, universities, medicine, and media.

We are being socially engineered to accept this type of world. And soon we may all have to be sent to a facility to be deprogrammed of our belief system -- because you can't have an enslaved peasant class without the masses loving their enslavement.
