Transcript for 9/26/24: FAILSAFE – MASS CASUALTY CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT W/ SEAN PATRICK HAZLETT

One of the biggest drawbacks to being a reporter who reads the margins and gazes between the lines is that sometimes it is not what is reported that is disturbing but what is not being reported is troublesome.

The political situation in this country right now has become the biggest distraction of any time in history and the failure lies in the fact that the media is enamored with itself and its non-stop infomercial strategy of non-stop political propaganda bombardment rather than reporting how we are facing a clear and present danger from a cabal that functions unabated outside the borders of this country.

It is the greater conspiracy that is a no subject and it has been completely neglected because no one wants to report that the ship is sinking with no one piloting it -- at least no one that we have elected is at the helm.

It has been the opinion of others that the day-to-day operational system of the White House has been controlled by Deep State operatives and neocon Warhawks acting on behalf of the Council on Foreign Relations and other power centers that actually run things. 

The American people do not see the power grab because they are not schooled in the legacy media -- if it is not top of mind it must be conspiracy theory. 

Propaganda is very real while actual news is all but gone in this day and age we must consider things accordingly. 

There may be some struggle with the UN Summit of the Future that brings up the idea that they are to become the world’s only controlling government. 

Please remember that the UN is under US control to a large degree yet and there is some contentions with the also US owned NATO in regards to who has absolute control over the world. 

As UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said in the opening of the General Session “We are here to bring multilateralism [globalism] back from the brink. I called for this Summit to consider deep reforms to make global institutions more legitimate, fair, and effective, based on the values of the UN Charter.” 

In other words, a total takeover of the power system of this world regardless of whether or not it agrees with what the hyper wealthy of the US deem desirable. There is much contention in this, and the way it will be resolved is untold as of yet.

One thing is for sure -- the events that have unfolded recently remind me of a quote made by Henry Kissinger about the establishment of world government and what will precede it.

Kissinger has always been a key frontman for the powerful cult movement aiming to impose what he and other globalists refer to as a “New World Order.” He has said that there will be many that will die while fighting against this globalist order and considers them speed bumps on the road toward the globalist vision of planetary government.

Kissinger has hinted in the past at what may be in store for humanity if it continues to resist the imposition of a “structure of international rules and norms” — a phrase that sounds suspiciously like world government.

He said that “The penalty for failing will be not so much a major war between states but an evolution into spheres of influence identified with particular domestic structures and forms of governance

In other words, many factions that have a powerful hold on the hearts and minds of the world will use their influence to wage asymmetrical civil war to destabilize democracies around the world.

in 1991 it is believed that Kissinger made a statement during the Bilderberg Metting in France that talked about a future vision of the establishment of the new world order.

“Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order (referring to the 1991 L.A. riot). Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government.”

A Year later President Bill Clinton’s Deputy Secretary of State was quoted in Time magazine on July 20, 1992: “In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn’t such a great idea.”

CFR member James Warburg addressed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee with the same thoughts echoed by both Clinton and Kissinger:

“We shall have world government whether or not you like it, by conquest or consent.”

This explains what World Economic Forum figurehead Klaus Schwab meant when he said recently that:

The globalists will unleash “an era of shock events” to bring the globalist NWO into total power. 

Does this mean that a world war is brewing -- is there an attempt to decapitate those in the powerful chairs of democracy?

You cannot ignore the attempted assassination of former President and candidate Trump or the literal erasure of President Biden.

These are well planned executions to destabilize our form of government in favor of an intervention from world armies to bring our country in line with the global plantation.

Are these blood-thirsty psychopaths planning a series of events to destroy our sovereignty and put the USA into receivership with the world at large, fitting right into the Deagle Report numbers.

Remember we have had the ex-CIA director warning us of Operation Gladio where stay behind systems were left in Europe and around the world that the USA and those Nazi sympathizing chorts are to maintain control of those places. 

This idea is in full rapid cancer spread as “No matter what the election outcome in 2024, the communist agents of Schwab and others are hellbent on transforming the United States into a totalitarian banana republic.

There are so many headlines to go over and so many ideas within them that scream that we are under a coup inside of the secret societies that run this nation -- and headlines are showing that perhaps we should be prepared for a mass casualty event.

The U.S., Congress is preparing for the possibility of a major “mass casualty event” that could dramatically change its makeup.

With recent assassination attempts and increasingly heated public discourse, lawmakers are considering drastic steps, including a possible Constitutional Amendment that would allow for the direct appointment of House representatives in the event of mass vacancies.

According to the Constitution, any emerging vacancies in the House must be filled through elections, unlike Senate vacancies which can be filled by appointment.

However, following the events of 9/11, a law was enacted to enable rapid elections if over 100 House seats are vacant—supposedly to keep the government running as smoothly as possible by expediting the process.

But now, with the shadow of political violence looming large, lawmakers are opportunistically pushing for a system where governors can swiftly appoint new members to Congress, fundamentally circumventing the People’s right to directly elect these individuals by vote.

During a subcommittee hearing on “Preparing for the Future by Learning From the Past,” lawmakers gathered to discuss the amendment.

Lawmakers fear a decapitation event -- or they are preparing for an event where we will see the literary destruction of our government due to disaster, war or even coup de tat.

Rep. Derek Kilmer (WA-D), a leading proponent of the bill, stated during the hearing, “Congress hasn’t fully considered the implications of a mass casualty event affecting members and the impact it would have on our ability to function in a time of need.”

It appears that there is a question of the continuity of government --something you may recall was discussed in the 1964 movie Failsafe with Henry Fonda and Walter Matthau.

Fail Safe explores the theme of the failure of a fail-safe system in the United States government.

The stakes couldn’t be higher: a thermonuclear first strike by the U.S. on the Soviet Union has accidentally, or perhaps inevitably, been set into motion. Moscow is about to be obliterated, which of course portends a Soviet counterstrike, which further portends an all-out nuclear holocaust.

We have faced an all out threat that had the inclination to wipe out hundreds of thousands of people -- and the gaming of that event happened months prior to see how the government would function and we failed. 

But now imagine a nuclear threat and how to guarantee a continuity of government -- this what was discussed in "Failsafe."

The film certainly puts us “out there” in the dramatic negative space of the movie, living our lives, completely unaware as a violent disruption—perhaps the end of society as we know it—looms invisibly over our heads.

That behind closed doors a shadow government has plans for those who survive .

Walter Matthau’s confident but ultimately, in the heat of a real conflict, spends most of the film in the Pentagon, among the president’s closest advisers. 

From the moment we meet him, we understand that this is a man who weighs the toll of nuclear war in relative terms. For him, winning means that American civilization will at least have a chance of surviving, even if millions of Americans do not. 

His ability to neatly parse these things—civilization, citizens—sums him up. And the movie. Somehow, without even showing us the public whose lives are at stake, this forces you to imagine the real, material consequences of what, the cold leaders see as an abstract game of numbers.

Ironically Fail Safe came out in October of 1964 squarely in election season--and in the almost apocalyptic present we live in now we are facing our own "Fail safe" option as Congress prepares for losses and mass casualties --again it is an abstract game of numbers.

Meanwhile, the Russian government has announced changes to its nuclear doctrine, but according to geopolitical military analyst and Indian Army veteran Colonel Rohit Dev, these modifications are not a significant shift but rather an effort to convey to the West that it cannot continue using Ukraine as a proxy with impunity.

Under the proposed updates to its nuclear deterrence on Wednesday, Moscow would consider “aggression against Russia by any non-nuclear state, with participation or support from a nuclear state,” as a “joint attack,” which could cross the nuclear threshold.

While no specific countries have been named, this clearly applies to Ukraine striking Russian territory with weapons supplied by the US or its NATO allies. According to Colonel Dev, Russia is concerned about facing an existential threat due to conventional Western weapons.

“What’s happening is that while [the West wants] to showcase the war, fight it through proxy, use Ukraine as a proxy state to fight your war with the Russians... It is basically the West fighting the Russians,” said the deputy head of the International Institute of Security and Safety Management .

The West should not take this warning lightly, Colonel Dev stated, noting that after repeated hints and attempts to clarify its nuclear policy, Russia could not be clearer about its right to use nuclear weapons if it perceives an existential threat.

“Some may view it as a deterrent, while others may test Russia’s patience. But I believe the Russians are quite firm about their stance on the use of tactical nuclear weapons,” he remarked.

Russia is saying here that if you cross the threshold on these lines, we will use the nuclear weapon.

The analyst noted that Russia has shown patience with the West and has been incredibly careful to avoid excessive damage and civilian casualties.

“If Russia were on a binge to strike at will, there would have been much more collateral damage than currently has happened in the country called Ukraine,” he explained.

Ultimately, Colonel Dev suggests that the West should take Russia's deterrence policy seriously, halt the cycle of escalation, or prepare for the possibility of nuclear conflict.

“And if that goes into embroiling a part of the West into a direct conflict, I’m afraid then it’s a war in which all options are open,” he warned.

At this point, President Putin still refuses to declare war, although Russia’s territory has been invaded and Russians are killed on their territory by NATO forces. And more direct NATO attacks may be planned. For now, Washington is getting away with “murder”; literally. 

Step by step, Washington and its NATO partners have been crossing one red line after the other.

First, NATO weapons in Ukraine;

then NATO troops un Ukraine;

then F-16 fighter jets in Ukraine;

then NATO soldiers commanding the sophisticated weaponry supplied by the West;

then NATO troops on Russian territories; then NATO drones and aircraft attacking Russian targets on Russian territory – and finally NATO troops attempting taking over an entire Russian district, taking Russian prisoners, killing Russians.

So all of this propaganda that Russia wishes to take over Poland and surrounding territories has not happened -- and while nuclear warheads are being ready Russia seems to be restrained.

How far and how patient do you think Putin will be? Obviously, Congress is preparing for the worst case scenario.

Over 35 countries are investing hundreds of billions in taxpayers’ money to supply Ukraine with weapons to carry out these deadly strikes against Russia – on Russian territory, with NATO soldiers, whom the West likes to call “foreign mercenaries”. 

Some 80 years after WWII, when Russia defeated Nazi Germany, German tanks – given to Ukraine – are again rolling through the Kursk region, where the decisive battle took place; the battle by which Russia defeated Nazi Germany saving the West from German fascism. 

But fascism today is ticking and is well alive, reminiscing the times of the 1940’s. Now neo-fascism is emanating from Ukraine, an erstwhile ally of Nazi Germany – the Bandera’s Azov Battalions – that killed tens if not hundreds of thousands of Russians during WWII.

Longtime FBI staff operations specialist Marcus Allen spoke with Congress on Wednesday, nearly coming to tears as he issued a warning to his countrymen about the dangers they face from the current political establishment.

“This is a warning to the American people,” he began. “I say I personally have no confidence that the FBI will reign in its own conduct. I have been persecuted… along with countless other whistleblowers. It is my opinion that the Bureau used reprisal and fear to control the workforce. It has been a seemingly effective tactic.”

“I personally believe there are no current effective checks and balances against them conducting lawless actions with any type of correction in a legitimate timeframe. I welcome the work of the IG but I think any type of lawless action, there’s no legitimate timeframe to reign them back in,” Allen added.

The FBI whistleblower continued to claim the Bureau intentionally “overclassifies” documents to stonewall investigations.

Speaking directly to the American people, Allen asked them to vote even if they distrust the system, arm themselves with guns, connect with neighbors and stock up on supplies such as food and water.

“As a person of faith, I’d say pray the Rosary, go to the First Friday devotions,” he suggested. “That’s for everybody, all my brothers and sisters of all faiths. I know, I’m Catholic. And, read the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and live it every day.”

Earlier this year the FBI employee won a court case against the Bureau, forcing it to repay his wages lost during a suspension and reinstating his top-level security clearance.

Allen was previously persecuted by the federal government for speaking out about the use of Confidential Human Sources (CHS) during the January 6th demonstration at the U.S. Capitol.

During Wednesday’s Judiciary Subcommittee on Weaponization of the Federal Government hearing, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz finally admitted the agency DID have a number of informants embedded in the J6 crowd.

When Kentucky GOP Rep. Thomas Massie asked Horowitz how many of their moles “went into the Capitol,” the IG said he’d “have that information” in his report instead of stating no informants entered the building.

It’s clear the American political elites are being exposed at a record level, which makes them a danger to the entire country as they’ll sink to any level in order to remain in power.

As Mr. Allen warned, it’s time to pray and prepare. he urges people to stick up on food and water at least a three to four months supply.

Do we ask what is about to go down? Or are we going to be prepared before it goes down.

Never before have I heard of political leaders fearful of what is coming --and whistleblowers who make theur statements and then walk away from their careers.

This is very telling of what is happening and what is being avoided by the media.

There are plenty of those world leaders that all agree that the scum must be skimmed and the sifting of material should be carried out to make examples out of those who do not wish to comply with the New World Order.

There needs to be a time to declare that what we are witnessing is a strange repeating of an old timeline and old philosophy that definitely is a relic of how governments are run by iron-fisted warlocks.

It is not about political favoritism – it is par apolitical observances, something the media is neglecting to speak about.

It’s time for Americans to do some serious soul-searching– put away their biases and their identity politics and see what is happening.

The gradualism of world order — seems to be moving at a faster pace.
